A disgustingly dirty unit. Black mold in the bathroom, light bulbs missing, no bathmat, dirty walls, duck tape for repairs, kitchenette sink stopped up, no hangars, bed had a metal frame/base that clunked if anyone sat or got up.

the beds were alright and decent pricing i found a acid wrapper and a random contact when i entered my room it looked nothing like the images no working stove no remote and bad water pressure and some lights didnt work and it smelled like ciggerate smoke

The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food stuck in it. And the freezer needed defrosted. I work overnight on weekends, every morning just as I started to get to sleep, I would would hear people talking loudly outside my room. I woke up one afternoon with a migraine. I took some meds, put a washcloth on my head and literally JUST started to relax and the alarms went off, so loud I couldn't stand it. I had to go out to my car.amd sit to try to help my migraine. Those poor animals next door in the rooms with those alarms, ugh It took them 20 minutes to have the fire dept. come,check things out and turn them off. The guy across from me said it happens every other day, from people smoking inside the rooms. Never again will I try to save a few bucks to stay anywhere other than the places I know I will have a pleasant stay. This is definitely not one of them. I'm sorry, I never like leaving bad reviews, but something needs to be done. I'm home and sick now, I wonder if it's from staying in that dirty room.Bottom of garbage was filthy too

The staff offered a refund . The room was filthy . Broken chair Moldy unplugged refrigerator. Thick dust and grime on ac vents . Broken toilet outside the door . Dirty dust ruffle .

For an overnight stay it provided a bed to sleep in. Did have a full refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner hot plate. Free wi-fi. One very soft pillow for a queen sized bed. No towels in the bathroom, only a bath mat and a washrag. Sink was full of grease or black paint. Mattress was soft. No carpet - tile floors

The location was awesome. Easy to find, although there were a lot of potholes in the entrance. We had to ask for toilet paper, clean linen and towels and we were prompt helped. Parking was easy and WFi worked ok. When we arrived and opened the room door, we immediately noticed that the room was very dirty. There was hair all over the floor, including in the bathroom. Behind the toilet there were pieces of used toilet paper, dirt, and more hair. When we removed part of the bedding cover, the bed sheets were dirty and covered with body hair and hair strands, along with some black stains. The room was also missing a complete set of towels. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask for towels, clean sheets, and even toilet paper because there was none available in the room. The cleanliness both inside and outside the property was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was nowhere near the standard expected for the price we paid. I booked this hotel through Booking.com because I trusted the platform and expected a certain level of quality and cleanliness. Honestly, I felt misled and extremely disappointed by this experience. I most likely will not return and I will be more careful now when book through Booking.com too.

Nothing booked the place drove 7 hours snd got told the reservation was canceled on their end from them over booking The manager is clearly not professional enough. They over booked over 30 room last weekend

The staff friendly as always. The location is amazing. My room was decent.

Every night there are teenagers screaming in front of my room while my child tries to sleep. Motel staff does nothing to help us out.

Everything was dirty including the bedding. The pillow had blood stains on it. I checked out ! The smell was horrible as well

My wife and I spent a night at this hotel a couple weeks ago, and I was so happy with the staff and EVERYONE there we came back for a week!!! Great hotel! A+++ STAFF. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The filters in the heating/AC units needs cleaned or replaced and the curtains needs washed

I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable.
