The Guest House at Graceland

This is a hotel that punches well above its price point: clean, tasteful, luxury rooms; excellent restaurants, lovely pool. Would stay again even if not going to Graceland.

The Guest House was wonderful. They played Elvis movies each night and you could get a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and chocolate milk as a snack each night. The whole hotel and atmosphere was great.

The breakfast buffet at Delta’s Kitchen was so good! So many delicious options. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The yogurt and fresh fruit were delicious. Biscuits, sausage, and bacon were cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be the coffee was very weak. Service was great. Very friendly staff!

If you are going to Graceland, this is the only place to stay. You can walk to Graceland from the Guest hotel or take a shuttle. The staff are wonderful and the on site food amenities are great. It may be a little bit more, but it is worth it.

Property was beautiful!! Like that there was security 24/7. Lots of options movies, restaurants, live music! Wish the parking lot was more accessible but it was fine. I would’ve preferred a lanyard for my key card as it was a pain digging for it to go in and out of the parking lot.

Had high expectations for this stay, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff seemed unorganized when we arrived. Everyone was polite though. Our fridge didn't work, but the hotel did fix that. The shuttle busses to Graceland were not very clearly marked and the announcements for them were non-existent. On the plus side, both restaurants on the property were very good.

Wow. What an amazing hotel. The room was fantastic. Very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The amentities were fantastic. You don't even need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. It was a great stay, and we can't wait to go back.

We had a meal in the hotel EP’s the service was terrible the staff definitely had chips on their shoulders when asked for extra plates to eat our food I said there is four people at the table they brought us two plates ??? She stormed off. We had to ask for drinks constantly and chase orders Stay AWAY Check out lady was rude and unhelpful

Cant fault the hotel, great location for gracelands just over the road, free shuttle. Lovely rooms, beds and bathroom. Staff all friendly and super helpful. Can't fault it!!

Nice clean hotel The staff were very rude. lack of communication. Waited over and hour and a half for food and then when i questioned about it, their reply was they had lost the order. They offered complimentary drink to say sorry and never got them. Very over priced for the service you get. We were offered late check out, then when we went to pack our bags ready to leave the keys had been cancelled so we couldn't get back into our room. When questioned the front desk they said we hadn't been offered the service. Overall the stay was very poor especially for the money.

Housekeeping left a bit to be desired. Room was clean but supplies weren’t refreshed and we had to call for them. And … enough Elvis music to last a very long time.

Beautiful hotel, great spacious and spotlessly clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good choices for breakfast, you could choose a'la carte if you didn't want the buffet. Restaurants were good, the coffee shop was great for an alternative option/light lunch. Shuttle bus service to/from Graceland and the airport was fabulous. The pool area was lovely to use, plenty of sunbeds and a simple towel service. Overall a really lovely place to stay and would highly recommend. The only issue we had was the roadworks going on outside the hotel (beyond the hotels control), meant we couldn't go for a walk outside of the hotel, to stroll to Graceland as it's all dug up and there is no safe pathway to walk along (my sister has mobility issues). If will be good when those works are complete.

We loved everything about this restaurant!! From check-in to the live music at the bar to the warm cookies at night to the Delta Restaurant, it was all perfect. WE booked it because of its proximity to Graceland but got so much more!!

Lots of Elvis decor throughout the hotel and room. Food great. Elvis music and videos. Buses provided to museum across the street including my motorized scooter. Museum houses enormous amount of Elvis memorial. Loved the entire experience.

A stay truly fit for a king!

Horrible constriction messed up our tire in our vehicle the room A/C wasn’t working well the drawers in furniture get stuck. N maids need to be a little fire fly. The room was not worth what we paid n I think guest house needs to starts new repairs . We were charged for our breakfast twice as our decline card n had to use another card n both cards got charged it was very disappoint staying at the guesthouse.

The staff was very nice and helpful right away. They explained everything from the start and were all super friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast at deltas kitchen was excellent, only got charged for 1 buffet instead of 2 because our server was amazing and she loved us I guess. The one thing I didn’t like was the location surrounding the hotel. Didn’t realize how rough that area was by Graceland. Definitely wouldn’t go out at night too much in that area and don’t leave anything valuable in your car. The parking lot is monitored with several security guards and cameras but still I wouldn’t leave anything too important in there. All in all, we had a great stay.

Not as kid friendly as advertised! Website said hot tub in pool area and ping pong tables. Neither exist on property.

We loved the clean and comfortable room and the Elvis themed decor. There were entertainers in the lobby playing music. The proximity to Graceland was a plus.

This guest house is beautiful!!! Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. The restaurant and grab n go were very good and had excellent food. The theater was great, the live entertainment was nice, too. The shuttle to and from Graceland Mansion and shops was convenient. The buses were also clean. The entire staff at the Guest House was so nice and helpful! This icing on the cake was the complete decor of the hotel. Absolutely stunning! Will certainly come back some day!!! Loved it all!!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning a return trip. The Guesthouse is the place to stay whether you are an Elvis fan or not. The evening movie followed by chocolate milk and PB&J sandwiches was an added treat for my granddaughter. Also, the convenience of the shuttle to and from Graceland helps make the visit so much easier.

Our room was clean and any questions we had were answered by the staff.

If you want a full Elvis experience, they play an Elvis movie in the evening and pipe Elvis music throughout the hotel so decide if you want to pay for that. The outdoor pool is very nice though in warmer months.

Great hotel! Staff was courteous, rooms were clean, and complimentary shuttle to Graceland was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Graceland.

The breakfast buffet is inexpensive. The rooms are very clean. The dual shower heads are great set the top one to 12 o’clock and the bottom to 9 for a perfect shower. Air condition at 67 was perfect. And Graceland is a free shuttle away or a walk across the street followed by walking left down the sidewalk less than half a mile away. In the evening you’ll be treated to love entertainment performing popular Elvis songs near the bar. Plenty of seating in the lobby on couches and high back chairs to enjoy the lobby tubes or the live entertainment. It’s definitely a very happy place for every Elvis fan to stay.

The best way to experience Graceland.

The complimentary PB&J sandwiches and choc milk were a sweet gesture. Self parking was super easy which I appreciated. It’s essentially in the same lot as the valet but a few rows away. Super easy to come in and out. Evening entertainment was wonderful. Food was good on property. My only complaint was service was incredibly slow. I don’t normally mind when service is slow but it was extremely slow. Took 15 minutes to be greeted once we were seated, took forever to get drinks, put our orders in, etc. waited at least 15 minutes to pay the bill too. Outside of service at a restaurant we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back again!

Loved it! Beautiful hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle back and forth to Graceland is a nice convenient amenity. If you plan to go to Graceland, make sure you get an early tour, and wear comfortable shoes. There is so much to see over there, you could literally spend the day just looking. It is an amazing place and so much history. My only complaint and it's really not a complaint, is that I wish there had been a breakfast included in the stay for the price. Other than that, we had a wonderful time, and everything was lovely. Thanks to all the Staff for making our stay GREAT!

I didn't like the furniture for my room it was old and worn, the chair and stool should have been thrown out. Other than that everything else was okay.

Convenient location for visiting Graceland right across the street. The Guest House is extremely clean with spotless rooms. The restaurant options on site were wonderful, & the food in each was fantastic. They have a quick eats option @ Shake, Rattle, & Go with fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, muffins & croissants. It also offers several coffee choices & juices as well. The staff from valet & luggage services, reception staff, & restaurant staff were extremely friendly, respectful, & eager to assist you with whatever we required. They offer a free shuttle service to Graceland from the hotel which was prompt, & the driver was exceptionally friendly & informative. The shuttle driver was kind enough to drop us off at the Enesco & Dept. 56 museum & store, & she kept her eyes open for us once we were done looking through the store & stopped back by to pick us up. We had a genuinely lovely stay in Memphis & The Guest House at Graceland! We highly recommend it & would definitely stay there again!

Bar was slow with just 1 bartender, chiller in room didnt work and coffee maker was poor. Nice pool, we didnt use food halls.

I loved the pool and the staff was lovely. I do think the grounds need bit of TLC and outdoor furniture some could do with been updated . The entrainment could do with little improvement too. I think also having to pay daily to park isn’t good. I paid lot of money to stay at the hotel for the week yet had to pay also to park.

Unique and beautiful stay and Elvis is the icing on the cake!

From front to back,top to bottom the Guesthouse Hotel was absolutely amazing. The beauty of it all and the extravagant decorations just simply reminds you of Graceland. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They treated everyone like they were royalty, no nicer staff anywhere that I've been. The rooms were very beautiful, beds comfortable and very clean wall to wall. Free Elvis movies in a full size theater at 7pm, then at 9pm free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with chocolate milk. Two restaurants inside the hotel, one was the E.P. restaurant which was amazing and the other was the Delta(Elvis's aunt) which was very elegant and who knew food could taste that good. The pool was beautiful and huge, very inviting and the garden walkways to get to everything were beautiful and lined with path lighting. As far as we are concerned there isn't anywhere else to stay in Memphis except Graceland Guesthouse from now on when we travel.

The stay itself and the property were amazing. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and I didn't need much from them. The area where the hotel was located was not a good area at all, with a lot of road construction as well. However, I felt like the property itself was secure and it was gated, so I felt good at all times.

It felt like a mini hotel straight from Las Vegas. The rooms were very nice and very high end. The hotel was very well kept and food was top notch! A gem in Memphis for sure. Even if you aren’t a die hard Elvis fan, it’s just a nice hotel!

everything was very good but I was not expecting to have a hold on my card for 150.00 at check in I was told that it would be a fee of 39.00 dollars at checkout which that amount I already knew that amount but the hold for 150.00 I didnt know until I checked in I am now waiting on on my room deposit minus the 39.00

Also we always eat at Delta's Kitchen. We particularly love one of the server's Melanie who always remembers us each year. All of the servers are excellent. So close to my favorite place - GRACELAND!!!

The location was great for visiting Graceland and Elvis Presley museum. The parking was convenient and the pool and landscaped areas were nice. The food was just ok. A lot of fried food and large portions. But, the food was not fresh — seems most were the-heated frozen items. The rooms were dated, with worn carpets and furniture. Overall, this is a 3-star or 4-star hotel masquerading as a 5-star hotel.

For any Elvis fan the hotel will be great. However , overall, it is a bit overrated. I think what was most disappointing were our encounters with the coffee shop staff. They seemed not to know where anything was and did not have customer service skills. The front desk staff were very friendly though. You can expect a pretty typical hotel stay and for the price it doesn’t deliver as expected.

Staff not super friendly but the site is lovely, will nice, spacious rooms. Good choice of eating places and the shuttles were handy. On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun.

Food was great. Ate at all the places and everything was delicious. All staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to and from airport. We took uber to Beale street during weekdays but on Saturday as we were leaving, one of their cars pulled up and said shuttle to Beale street. So maybe they only do that on weekends. You can trade a day of room service for a free drink. Would stay again if ever in Memphis again.

The atmosphere is wonderful. Everything is nice and clean. The only real issue is there was no coffee available for guests. Even in the cheapest hotels, there's always been coffee...at least in the morning. There was a little bodega type coffee place inside... that charged $4 for a large drip coffee. A large = 10 Oz. Maybe.

Great experience. Clean rooms, nice pool. No shampoo in the rooms so either bring your own or you can buy in lobby gift shop. Constant security patrolling the parking area making it feel safe.

That first bottle of water should be complementary… Elvis would be very disappointed. If you are going to leave a “baby size soap” Please provide a soap dish to put it in.. As the Guest House in Graceland is the second most visited landmark in the United States… These small little trivia things could make the difference between a four star/ a five star.

Présenter un film différent d’Elvis par soir dans le cinéma est une très bonne idée. Et il faut vraiment aimer Elvis car les mêmes chansons jouent en boucle 24/24. Par contre, le staff ne répond pas aux messages envoyés via textos ou applications. De plus, nous avons oublié des vêtements dans la chambre lors du check out, et lorsque nous avons appelé le house keeping pour leur en faire part, ils nous ont dit qu’ils allaient vérifier et nous recontacter. Nous n’avons jamais eu de nouvelles par la suite…

My only complaint is that the “grab & go” spot closed so early- 6pm to be exact. It would have been nice to get a coffee, snack or soda after that time. Although the employee who checked me in was pleasant, other times when I asked the front desk staff a quick question I was surprised they weren’t friendlier. Overall I loved my stay and highly recommend.

The property is lovely nice and comfortable very clean and welcoming but there are some staff that can with further training make your stay a bit more enjoyable

It was such a nice clean place! They have everything on sight that you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the pool, pb&j bar, and the Elvis movies nightly! I do wish there were maybe popcorn for the movies! But over all it was a fantastic place! I also was super excited to know how close it really was to Graceland! It was a beautiful place! There were even some walking trails!

Love this hotel! This was our second visit. Disappointed that TV only worked part of day . Also no hair dryer or no extra roll of toilet paper . All issues were reported to client services.

The outside needs to be kept more clean. Outside by the pool, the fire pits are seldom lit because there’s no gas & no one keeps the propane full. The staff & valet are fantastic!!!!

This hotel is gorgeous and an Elboc lovers paradise! It is really close to Gracelands and the hotel supplies free shuttle buses there and to the airport. The rooms are beautiful and great size. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Amore expensive than other hotels available but if you’re looking for the full Elvis experience and a visit to Graceland this is the place to stay!

Tinniest of all in suite refrigerators Fast elevators Junior staff assigned us to an already assigned room. Then it was Ok .... Then not then it was ok!???

Check in was terrible, took so long and there was no one in front of us. Placed us in wrong room, had booked a deluxe king and got 2 smaller beds and the beds were lumpy. We were too tired to go back down to lobby because it was 1 AM. The next morning I went back to front desk and Taylor quickly took care of reassigning us a room that was a king and much nicer. Housekeeping did not take care of our bed the first day in the new room. I mentioned the error to our room when checking out. People were polite but no one addressed the fact that we didn’t get what we paid for the first night.

The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. No matter who you spoke to, no matter what they were doing they stopped and answered you. We were there expressly for Graceland and the shuttle ran every half hour just to take you from the hotel across the street to Graceland grounds was clean and we'll maintained. We will be going back and we will be staying at the Guesthouse. That isn't something I've said about many hotels we've stayed at.

Just stayed overnight to watch a nearby concert but the hotel was clean and the rooms and property both very nice as well.

Everything else was very good

The breakfast was fabulous. There was barbecue potatoes, onions, peppers under our eggs. And there was enough left for breakfast the next day.

The room appeared clean, but the carpets needed a good cleaning and the room was very tired and worn.

Pjs coffee shop. They also had huge cookies that my kids thought were great as well as yogurt parfaits. My girls loved them. They were also reasonably priced. There was another restaurant that you could get breakfast at but prices for buffet were just too high for me as I can’t eat very much. I’m not sure if you could order ala carte. the pool was very nice, clean and well maintained. We got to watch an Elvis movie the two nites we were there. It was nice to catch the Shuttle across the street to see I would Graceland. I would stay there again. They do charge you $50 per nite in case of damages. I have yet to ck to see if I’ve gotten that back yet.

Very poor service for the astronomical amount you pay to stay at this resort. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and my room was never serviced. Dirty room for 2 days. Restaurant choices are super expensive. You are stuck. No breakfast menu just buffet. $61 for 2 people. + tip. Service SLOW. The shuttle drivers and the attendants out front on the other hand were super nice and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful-they offer a movie every night in a spectacular theater that is nice for something low key to do at the end of the day. My final word is bring your wallet$$$$$$$

Reception was noisy, messy and not very pleasant Room was good overall. Broken tile in shower and not very sound proof but we were satisfied overall. Cleaning lady was very kind. Overall, it is very convenient for Graceland and that’s it really.

The Guest House at Graceland is a first-class facility. We only have one suggestion for improvement; the gluten-free options on the restaurant/bar menus could be more plentiful. We stayed three days and our teenage granddaughter who must eat gluten-free was rather limited in what she could eat. Otherwise, we were very happy for the large portions for the rest of us. Security was evident at all times which we came to realize was important as this area of Memphis does have a good bit of crime. There were multiple shootings reported on news during our short time there but we never felt threatened. We enjoyed the shuttle service to Graceland and drove ourselves downtown to visit other attractions on one day. Staff was all very friendly and very helpful.

The Graceland Guest House has many amenities such as: live music, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk (they gave this out at 9pm), water in the lobby, and free shuttles to and from Graceland (which is across the street). The pool was closed due to the time of year we stayed (late March). The hotel also has a couple bars, two restaurants, and a cafe. My only knock against the hotel was the lack of available free coffee. I guess it’s due to the caliber of venue. But, aside from what is in your room or buying it from the cafe, there isn’t free coffee anywhere in the building. The staff was amazing! We would definitely stay at the Graceland Guest House again!!

overall the hotel was good, clean, neat and within walking distance to Graceland and Elvis museum. The worst part of our stay was The EP Bar and Grill.After a long day of travel and settling in we needed a good meal so we walked in to the grill and we were seated immediately but we were totally ignored by the serving staff, all they did was walk around and never came to our table to offer a glass of water or even tell us we'll be right back to help you, we were a party of four [4] and we all felt like we were discriminated because of our race which is hispanic needless to say we got up and walked out after about fifteen minutes and went to Deltas and they were superb great staff and kind and treated us respectfully, if and when we return to visit Graceland again we plan to stay at The Guest House of Graceland but probably avoid the grill.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, from check in to check out and everything in between. The food was delicious and wonderfully themed to the hotel. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. And I highly recommend it for a unique experience.

I took my mom for a visit to Graceland and staying at the Guesthouse was a definite bonus! It was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone from the front desk to the bartender, the wait staff and the young girl that made our omelettes were attentive and friendly. We also loved the live band and Elvis movies! It was a perfect stay for a memorable mom and daughter weekend. I will highly recommend staying The Guesthouse!

I always have a great time and I love the hotel. It can use for some touch ups and better cleaning. It is a bit on the pricey side and anything in connection with EP name should be top notch! The best of the best. I do indeed and will always prefer to stay here than anywhere else when going to visit him.

Every time we come to Memphis, we try to stay at the Guesthouse. It is such a nice place. It smells amazing! It is always clean and the beds are comfy. The showers are huge and amazing with the different shower heads. The nightly entertainment is nice as well as the outdoor offerings like shuffleboard and the fires. They also brought back the PB & J!! That thrilled my bunch!

We were disappointed. No discounts allowed for Graceland tickets because we used Expedia. Staff was not prepared to answer questions about Graceland. Did not receive room cleaning service for one of our nights. Thermostat was damaged/or did not work without getting up all night to set temp. Hotel has great potential but the staff does not really seem to care about your experience. Felt like a lot of “fake” nice trying to get tips.

If visiting Graceland staying at the Guest House is a must!! Check in was easy, rooms were great and every place to eat, EP’s, lobby bar ( bartender was amazing), Shake, rattle and go was super fun, drinks and nachos were delicious. Delta’s was fabulous, had breakfast buffet and our waiter was super fun and very attentive. The entire experience was the best listening to Elvis music and at 9pm they have pb&j sandwiches with chocolate milk! Does t get better than that!! Had a great time thank you Guest House, thank you very much!!!

This place is wonderful—a great bar, live music, Elvis movies, outside areas.

Breakfast at the hotel delta restaurant was fabulous. The fruit was so fresh and vibrant. But the dinner in the EP grill was dismal—a strange over salted mish-mash of incompatible ingredients. Rooms very spacious with nice views and wonderful beds.

My stay was everything you’d expect from a five star hotel. I had messed up my check in date and the guest service manager was more than helpful. The property top to bottom is clean and pristine. Plenty of options for food and beverage. Room was clean, linens comfortable, and the decor was on point.

Nice overall stay. Very clean. We stayed end of February 2026 so seemed a little during their off season, which was nice not overly crowed. Food was really good and really enjoyed the free movie. Didn't really enjoy the check in and check out process. Did love the security gates and secure parking.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the food in the various restaurants was delicious! The room itself was clean and comfortable, but something’s needed attention, such as a flickering light in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the safe was unable to be opened. These are things I would expect house keeping to have taken care of before the room was to be used.

The room was very clean & comfortable. The staff from valet parking, check-in, restaurant & bar were very friendly. The coffee shop in the morning was just what we needed to start our day. The location was a short walk from Graceland but the hotel also provided shuttle service there every half hour. They also ran Elvis movies inside their theater in the evening & there was music in the lounge area also. We would highly recommend The Guesthouse at Graceland especially if you want the whole Elvis experience!

Room was great. It was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The shower was amazing however the lights in the bathroom flickered the whole time. The staff was amazing, the bar and grill was delicious. The live show was nice. Airport shuttle was nice. Only 10 mins away and he dropped us off right at our door. If i could give 4 and a half stars i would. Not quite 4 stars only because for the price i would not expect simple issues like flickering light but again a fantastic stay. I would stay again.

We had a great one night stay! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. The room was perfect, the bed linens smelled really fresh and clean! Anne Hamilton made our night with 9pm pb&j with chocolate milk! Her knowledge and deep personal history of Elvis and his family was thorough and enchanting. She is a true gem.

It was easy to find as we were going to Graceland and the hotel is within walking distance. Everything was clean and beautiful with Christmas decorations on display all around. Would highly recommend staying here even without the Graceland visit as there are plenty of things to do and see...several eating places, beautiful courtyard, entertainment including live performers and free movies all without leaving the hotel.

We arrived in Memphis and called for the shuttle. We were met promptly and with a welcoming smile. We arrived early and chose to check in sooner then normal time. Check in staff were attentive and informative about dining choices and entertainment. The beautiful Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby were magical. Our room was perfect and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the Elvis channel options on the television. All of the little special touches and nodsto Elvis in our room and throughout the hotel are unique and thoughtful.

The bathrooms have no fans, there is no water pressure, and the toilet ran forever ever flushing.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant! Although going at Christmas I thought the property would have been more decorated and festive … also I wish the Elvis Movies would have been playing through out the day instead of just once a day at 7pm .

The bartender, Robert was fun and made honest and helpful recommendations. There didn’t seem to be enough staff at the front desk or in the lobby bar. The wait times were quite long. The landscaping is beautiful and the inside has well-appointed furniture. Loved the PB&J sandwiches and movie night. The musicians were very good and provided great Elvis atmosphere in the lobby.

This was my first time staying at The Guest House at Graceland and it was phenomenal. Though there was bit of a wait with valet parking—actually had to leave the car/keys with another staff member because they couldn’t find the person working it. Definitely a difference between night staff and day staff. But overall, I would return and recommend this place for a short stay.

Close to Graceland museum- walkable. Elvis themed and retro vibe. Entertainment nightly consisting of singers, Elvis movies and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and milk at night. Would definitely recommend as a “must do”.

Clean & beautiful property. Booked through Expedia & was told upon my arrival i no reservation. Staff member stated this was a hotel issue not Expedia & I must do a new reservation, pay again (same rate) & contact Expedia for a refund. Next day, found I was charged by hotel an additional 1,800 (triple the original rate). After 4 phone calls and becoming irate, issue resolved. Expedia was very helpful.

Everything was very much to standard at this hotel. I highly recommend it. You have to go through a gated security to get on the property, check in personal were super nice, I put a note that we were celebrating my husband's bday and they sent him a little treat/bday note, the room was super clean and a very comfortable bed, plenty of dining options, they play a movie every day in the evening, have P&B sandwiches at night for the guest and had live music in the lobby. If you have plans to visit Graceland they have a shuttle to take you. The pool area was also very nice if you go during season. We only stayed one day there and one day at the Bass pro shop pyramid/Big Cypress lodge. Big cypress lodge was double the cost and I was not very impressed. Had I known better I would have stayed both nights at The Guest House at Graceland.

the AC didn't go on unless you put the temperature on 69 degrees. The shower door would not stay closed all the way. The room needed some minor repairs. But the service was excellent, the staff very nice, I would definitely recommend your hotel.

When I made my reservation for my room online, I didn’t realize that my room was not gonna have a view of the pool. I called and spoke with Taylor at the reservation desk and she said no problem I can upgrade you and we’ll get you on the north side so you’ll have a view of the pool! So far everything is going well I’m just sitting down to dinner right now!!

I liked that they had a movie every night. A peanut butter and jelly snack at 9 PM. And usually music every night at 7 PM several places to eat in the hotel, including a snack area for beverages and sandwiches.

P.s if you do go to cinema take a fur coat !!!. And I won't even go on to mention the terrible stomach bug I got after the first day there,which has lasted all week and I'm taking home. To sum up ,they are just exploiting the fans ,don't line the Scientologists pockets !!!!!.

Activities kept getting cancelled due to outside events, which was disappointing. Should offer free parking to guests that are staying at the hotel !!!! Once you see Graceland, which is worth the trip, there is not a lot of activities to do with a family.

As we go to check in, the lobby is full of guest who cannot check in. The systems were down for several hours. Unable to get in a room or anything. Which in turn made us late for our scheduled show. Hotel manager basically said “there’s nothing I can do for you”

We love Graceland and this hotel is the perfect place to stay in regard to location, theme and cleanliness. This was our second stay at Guesthouse - last time was in 2021. However, we did not get the room that we booked. It was supposed to be a courtyard view and the view was of the lower roof and parking lot. The room we were in needed minor updates. Some of the wall paper was lifting in the corner of the wall, the bathroom light flickered and the electrical outlets didn’t all work. For the price we paid, I feel it necessary to leave an honest review. The shuttle access to Graceland is wonderful and the staff across the property is very friendly. We also attended a concert at the Graceland Sound Stage during our visit. Afterwards, we went to the restaurant on property - EP’s Bar & Grill. They were understaffed, but once we got waited on the food came out quick. It was delicious! Overall a nice stay.

Excellent amenities, excellent customer service, the most friendly staff. Nightly entertainment at the bar was fabulous, the Elvis nightly movie was a very wonderful surprise. And of course the nightly free peanut butter/jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk was fantastic! The free shuttle to the airport and to Graceland for the tour was one of the best features as well.

The hotel is a beautiful facility. Elvis would be proud.

The hotel was beautiful and super clean. The staff was friendly, and having the shuttle available to go to Graceland was wonderful. I scored it at 4 stars because, 1) we didn't like that we had to pay to park here on top of the higher cost of our stay, and 2) the selection of foods in the restaurant (EP's) was limited and we had a little bit of an "altercation" there. As we were waiting for our meal to come, a lady (who was not our host, waitress or server) asked us to pay our bill then (before we had our food), as her shift was ending, and she wanted to cash us out (i.e., she wanted her tip). But, as I said, SHE didnt seat/serve us, nor did she take our order. That had us quite perturbed. When we questioned her, she said that she was swamped (only one other table was filled) and she was short-handed, and she had to get someone to help her. Even so, we made sure to tip the person who took care of us the entire time we were in the restaurant.

Movies every night, except the night the power went out. Things happen. They had live music those guys were great. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I had such a great time i will be back to visit.

We arrived late evening. Easy to locate, easy to check in, easy to find parking and easy to get to our room. This was by far one of the most perfect stays we have had. We ate at both restaurants and they were fabulous. Walkable to Graceland which was a plus. The room was spotless. This entire hotel smells like The Bellagio in Las Vegas. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

From the moment your collected from the airport by the courtesy shuttle everything is fabulous, the hotel is fab, staff are all friendly and helpful, food options are good and the pool and gardens are fabulous

Rooms are not very functional, small shelves, no microwave, mini-frig didn't work. I was told that none of the mini-frigs work in any of the rooms...so if someone complains, they bring them a better mini-frig on a hand cart and plug it in. They keep telling the guest that it is not a real mini-frig. The only reason to stay here is to be close to Graceland - in a high crime city. They charge for parking, they charge for Internet. Service is not very friendly. The towels are all under the bathroom sink instead of up on a rack for easy access. The lighting in the bathroom is poor & dim. There is no exhaust fan in the bath so humidity is an issue when taking a shower. The shower head is not easy to adjust, if at all. This place is designed for a 1 or 2 night stay at the most. All the area hotels have shuttles to Graceland so there is really no reason to stay here. This hotel is not particularly Elvis specific. Not even a simple 'Thanks for staying with us' when I checked out.

Very clean hotel in the room, in common areas and the sparkling pool! Would absolutely stay here again. Gated property with valet and self parking (both with a cost per night). Located on a four lane Main Street, but no shops or restaurants in walking distance besides those related to Graceland and the Guest House. Worth it for relaxing at the pool (no pool bar or restaurant) and visiting Graceland and Christmas shop with a shuttle to and from both every 1/2 hour.

Incredible friendly staff

The bartender was phenomenal. Actually, the best meal was at the bar. Try the catfish tacos. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property was also clean and safe. Very convenient and accommodating to Interstate Access.

Nice hotel, very helpful valet, very hardworking bellman. I thought the check in person could have been more friendly. The lights in the bathroom were flickering the whole stay. But other than that, very nice hotel and pool.

Didnt quite understand their water/energy conservation program. Got 1 drink voucher for 1 person when agreeing to skip housekeeping bed linen & towel change for what I thought was every other day but they didnt attempt a cleaning until the last day of our 4 night - 5 day stay. I had to request clean towels on the 3rd day twice before they showed up in plastc bags outside our door and did not pick up the dirty ones. We had to gather them up & leave them outside our door. We never had the "do not disturb" sign on. It was just a little confusing.

Liked how close it was to Graceland. Liked the extra security in the parking lot. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean. One thing i didn't like was the area when you walked out the one door on way to the pool you ran into a haze of fowl smoke from the smokers who are allowed to smoke in back by shuffleboard. We couldn't use this area due to them.
