Reviews
Guests generally enjoy the unique atmosphere, friendly staff, and convenient location of the hotel. However, some have issues with the cleanliness, room amenities, and parking fees.
- Unique atmosphere and decor

- Cleanliness issues in some rooms
- Problems with room amenities like TV, refrigerator, and shower

Wonderful hotel! Rooms were clean very modern, parkinv was expensive but safe and easy, food was good but expensive. I stayed 2 nights and will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
The location was great, a minute walk to the restaurant, and a few minutes' walk to bars and other attractions, very close to the Bas Pro Shop.

Very good
- 5/5
Very unique place to stay. Loved the lobby bar and atmosphere. The staff are excellent, super friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
If you are taking the train, it's worth cost to have safe parking and super-easy boarding. Atmosphere oozes from every historic brick. Would love to stay here again.
- 5/5
Services were superb!
- 4.5/5
Location to Amtrak is fantastic. Plus easy distance to walk to other areas. Tram at door. Safe. Spacious. Constantly getting lost inside it!!! There are absolutely no signs to direct you once you leave lobby & it shouldn’t be up to other guests to direct me but it was . Wasn’t most comfortable bed of my trip either.
- 5/5
The location was outstanding for the activities we planned (Civil Rights Museum, Central BBQ, Peabody ducks and Beale Street). Great use of space inside a relatively small room. Felt brand new. Comfortable bed, linens and pillows.
- 4.5/5

This facility is historic yet modern, functional yet artful, comfortable and accommodating. We will be back soon. Only reason not full stars is because the AC was a little too loud and the team could not get it fixed during our stay.

Most things. The room felt a bit neglected and could do with a bit of TLC
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the vinyl lounge.

All went well 😎👍🙂

Historical significance. Nostalgic. Access to train station. Downtown Memphis was not an issue…the roads. They should be called wagon trails from the 1800’s! Fix your roads, Memphis!

Sterile, little staff interaction, no amenities
- 4.5/5
Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff super friendly and helpful for local tips and even tips for places to go on the rest of our trip. Definitely a top stay in Memphis. Ask to try out the listening room behind the bar. Thank me later.

Distinctive old building, nicely modernized. Nice lobby with a DJ playing music in the late afternoon.

The hotel is very nice but the restaurant was closed just the hotel bar food which was great and staff was great but not a full meal like we expected. The bad part was the area. We had a homeless guy wonder in half dressed while we were at the bar police came but still he just walked right in no security at the outside doors. Then we could not sleep for the drunk homeless guy on the bench outside our window screaming F bombs at anyone and no one and we were on the 4th floor. Its a great hotel but because of the surroundings we will not be staying there again.
- 3/5
The staff was great! The hotel concept is very cool! Be prepared for possible noise overnight. Parking is self park and shard with the Amtrak station. Payment for parking was also a hassle. The room was well designed, not the cleanest (hair in the bathroom shower, etc). The bar had a good selection.
- 5/5
Great location and safe parking!
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 2/5
Poorly run and managed: 1. The phone did not work because it is a cordless phone and had apparently been off the station too long. Why didn't housekeeping check that? 2. The trash can wasn't emptied. 3. The bathroom sliding door had a broken handle. 4. Only one of the two TVs had a remote. 5. I booked the hotel in part because it advertised having a restaurant. The front desk at check in said there isn't a restaurant. Maintenance said there is. The guest directory said there was one. There wasn't a restaurant, only a bar with limited food and hours that did not match what was advertised. 6. Ice: your materials (through the QR code in the room) do not explain where ice is available. 7. Only one glass in the room. The bar gladly provided another, but that inconvenience should not have been necessary. And the hotel general manager ignored my email addressing these matters sent the day I checked in. Not worth the money. Much better options available in Memphis.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay for an early train departure. Very close to historic sites and walkable to Beale St blues
- 5/5
We reserved the Loft Suite for a special occasion and the hotel exceeded everyone’s expectations. While the weather disappointed because of rain, the pictures we were able to take indoors were everything. The exposed brick and vintage neon lights were wonderful backdrops.
- 5/5
This was my third time staying at the hotel. Everyone was very accommodating very friendly and it’s centrally located to lots of great bars and restaurants. I will be back again soon.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
Couldnt stay there again, smelt musty, looked old, air con was loudest iv ever heard, was not a nice hotel, only ok if you need 1 night to catch the amtrak train early. I wont be returning.
- 5/5
Great location and funky decor.
- 3/5
The room was top tier. Pictures don’t do it justice.
- 5/5
Hotel was very accommodating for people traveling on Amtrak. They checked us in when we arrived at 7:00 AM.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and really cool place to stay
- 5/5
This boutique hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. It's located in the South Main Street arts district and an easy walk to the Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Friendly staff and there is an excellent restaurant across the street.
- 5/5
Check in was simple and efficient. Staff was very responsive and friendly. The vibe in the hotel was fun and laid back.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay! Cool vibes with the lounge playing vinyl. Restaurant food is excellent!!!
- 4/5
Hotel was a nice. Amenities were good. Food was good, but be mindful that the bar/restaurant gets packed after a certain hour and there is no room service. A little disappointed with parking. We registered our vehicle with the hotel but still received a citation. A little frustrating, considering we were charged a fee for it.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Staff was very accommodating to my unique needs on this trip. Room was spacious.
- 5/5
The room was spotless. Bed was so comfy. When it says it's compact it is, but there is also enough space for 2 people pretty comfortably. If traveling with a child or toddler definitely get a larger style room. Favorite hotel in Memphis
- 4/5
The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Fantastic location right at the train station. The whole hotel has a great vibe to it. Walking distance to the Civil Rights museum.
- 5/5
Cool
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was absolutely wonderful‼️Customer service was outstanding‼️
- 5/5
Great staff. Very cool vibe. Great blend of history and hipster.
- 5/5
Central Station Hotel Memphis Tennessee. Was a runaway top tier in every aspect of greatness.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The hotel style was cool as well.
- 3/5
Broken lamp in room and no body wash in shower.
- 5/5
Very cool space.
- 5/5
Room super clean. I love the old building. My husband and I gifted ourselves a staycation for Christmas and we stayed here. We are locals and it’s by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at and we travel often.
- 5/5
Quirky and fun hotel. We had a great stay!
- 2/5
Loud music and DJ on Saturday night. 7 1/2 drive and could not sleep even on 4th floor. Pitiful. Party goers had the staff’s full attention, not the guests who were spending the money for rooms. TV did not work. Could not get thermostat to work, no instructions anywhere (sign, QR code, etc.). Finally figured out on my own. Fridge didn’t work. Left drinks overnight, still warm. Technician for TV got us another room for our second night. TV worked, but fridge still did not cool drinks down (2- 20 oz sodas) Technician also gave us tickets for a free breakfast for our troubles. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7 am. We arrived at 7:15 am and staff member said she was only one working and was not going to start cooking breakfast for yet another 45 minutes. Free or not, we left and paid $51.00 at another place for breakfast Very poor experience
- 3/5
The staff was awesome bu
- 5/5
Very great atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and friendly!
- 5/5
The room was very clean, and the staff was super helpful. The onsite restaurant also has great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- 5/5
The room was fine but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate and it was very much appreciated.
- 3/5
Room need better cleaning bathroom was not clean good
- 5/5
Staff front desk very courteous Great dining and bar excellent music
- 2/5
Service was ok but there is no restaurant really. Temp control was awful and noisy.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious
- 3/5
Serious draft from Windows, thankful for the heavy curtains . . . till next time.
- 5/5
Great room. Very modern and CLEAN! Love the atmosphere and location.
- 4/5
Nice, but way too overpriced!
- 4/5
Room was small.. BUT!!! We picked this hotel because one reviewer said” not your cookie cutter hotel!” Yay! Must say we loved it, lots of character, comfy bed and pillows, easy parking, friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are sick of the sterile , uniform, boring hotel scene!
- 5/5
STAFF was helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable about the facilities and town. Made for a delightful visit. Kudos to Ron at check in. His supervisory position was well deserved.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly eclectic environment
- 5/5
Great place with friendly staff.
- 3/5
Spaces wasted up front used for a landscaping and a small wallking path reduced a additional space. I was forced to park the equivalent to two black away from Front entrance. As a patient with A-FIB and other related health issues, this distance was a tought haul to get to the front doors. Upon check out I asked about a valet to bring my car around and one was available. None was woking Saturday night as well. Oh yes, it as also raining. : ( The room was A+, all good there. The woman who checked me in was great. Most helpful and took care of a Room service order before the kitchen was to close. The experience was a 6/10 - parking in rain with a debilitating health issue was most stressful not expected. Thank you.
- 4/5
Hotel was very nice but my room bathroom was not clean. Hair in the shower.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and ambiance
- 5/5
Everything was lovely and I will definitely book again in the future.
- 5/5
Great location, close to everything. Nice bar/restaurant.
- 5/5
This is a unique, fun property. Every member of staff we met was polite and professional and we had a very enjoyable stay. Loved the neighborhood and loved the trolley, ability to walk, shopping and dining nearby. If you’re looking for something better than just another cookie cutter hotel, try this one!
- 5/5
Our stay was great!
- 5/5
Clean, well decorated, front desk staff were amazing
- 5/5
Awesome staff friendly and helpful and awesome location.
- 3/5
The electricity on one side or the room wasn’t working. We could not use the tv.
- 5/5
All great!
- 5/5
Excellent location and parking
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and our room was cozy :)
- 5/5
Fun, Classy, and Historic! Steps from the train platform!
- 4/5
Great architecture and use of an old building. Our corner room on the 2nd floor had magnificent windows and 20 ft ceilings! Wow! Only negative is that the road noise at night was quite loud. Glad we had a sound machine.
- 5/5
It was a great trip. The hotel was clean.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect, unique location. The staff was awesome and super helpful. Would absolutely stay here again when on Memphis.
- 3/5
Room clean the web site didn't say you had to pay for parking.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic. Highly recommend. The staff amazing. Room was clean. Only thing needed is more lights in room.
- 4/5
Very helpful staff, a quiet room in a busy hotel.
- 5/5
I have been to Memphis many times and never knew of this GEM of a location. WoW! Unlike other hotel chains, Hilton is known for taking something that what was and transforming it into splendor- and that is Central Station. I intend to return just to marvel in the hotel’s ambiance and beauty.
- 5/5
Nice place, would stay again
- 5/5
Every time I stay here it’s always wonderful. ❤️
- 5/5
A really nice property good visuals and a lot of history
- 5/5
Central Station was an awesome hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. The lobby and bar area was super comfortable and always had great music. I would recommend, especially if you want to be near Beale Street. Hopefully when they get a buyer they stay open and keep the decor.
- 5/5
Wonderful decor, great location
- 5/5
This stay was the 2nd stay here (bookends) during my long road trip half way across the country. This time it was just in time for 901 Day! As always, I love my stay at Central Station (8th time staying here). The staff is usually always friendly & helpful & accommodating. This is my go to hotel when i'm in Memphis.
- 4/5
I thought the hotel was very nice except for the shower which leaked out and all over the bathroom floor and the first night the music from the next room was so loud it kept us up. The room was vacant.
- 4/5
Location was very convenient and quite. Rooms cleaned, restaurant food was great
- 4/5
It was a nice place to stay and have some history included. I was disappointed that the information on the website did not match the hotel. There was not a separate restaurant, no room service and no valet parking.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. The vibe is awesome!! Only place I’ll be staying when I’m in town!
- 5/5
10/10
- 3/5
Two things: 1. You cant control the air past 65...i know it is low already...but it feels in the 100s and we like ut cold. 2. Since the fan to the ac doesnt run, you can hear the music of other rooms as you lay in bed...great bed by the way. Highly recommended though!
- 1/5
They jacked my car in the middle of night for this piece on my driver side. Hotel staff is great hotel is great. The parking lot is unsafe. Memphis is unsafe. Sad to see such a great city fall victim when you book through hotel.com and stay at a Hilton you expect your car not to get jacked and robbed
- 5/5
You can eat, sleep and drink and never have to leave the hotel
- 5/5
Overall a pretty nice hotel. Was missing some of the nicer amenities for the price but better than a lot of the hotels nearby.
- 5/5
Overall it was a great stay - easy parking, walkable, and nice and helpful staff. Only negative being the restaurant/bar was supposed to open at 4 and weren’t even fully open at 5:15/not in a hurry to open either.
- 4/5
This was my first stay at Central Station and I highly recommend it. Beautiful facilities, impressive thematic art collection, great meal and drink options, and super convenient. I especially appreciate that it's in walking distance to the National Civil Rights Museum, trolley line, and longstanding Memphis favorites like The Arcade and Earnestine & Hazel's. It's perfect for a quick and/or first trip to Memphis - plenty of onsite parking and is literally at the active train station.
- 5/5
Great everything!! Couldn’t ask for a more convenient place.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and prompt !
- 4/5
Good location, reasonable price. The building itself is very interesting, as it used to be the train station. The train still stops there.
- 5/5
We were in Memphis for two nights and enjoyed our stay at the Central Station. The hotel is beautiful with both music and train decor. It is an active Amtrak stop which is neat in itself. It is a bit of a walk to Beale from there we were able to manage it with kids. There is also a ton of great restaurants and shops right by the hotel. The lobby/bar has a DJ playing every evening. I was not prepared for how busy it would be. We were there on a Friday and Saturday and it was quite the crowd. A lot of locals seem to frequent here. They were all very nice and it didn't disrupt our stay at all. Overall we loved the hotel and would stay again.
- 5/5
This hotel is so wonderful! It’s in a lovely location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the huge patio and the live music—perfect for watching the sun set. I’m already looking for another reason to head to Memphis to stay there!
- 5/5
It was a good last minute reservation on my road trip.
- 5/5
We like refurbished older hotels with history. Perfectly fit the bill.
- 5/5
Great staff. Loved the look and feel of the building and the room.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!!!
- 1/5
There is no pool, phone in room don't work.no room service like it says. You pay 26.00 a day to park even though you are a guest.and ro top it off you park your own car.the curtains didn't close all the way.the ceiling look like it was patched from a water leak. This was bye far my worse hotel stay.and on the expedia web sight it got a 9.thats whybi choose for our family.just really disappointed
- 4/5
Stay was great amazing location
- 3/5
Overrated, overpriced, and dirty
- 5/5
We are repeat customers! One of my fav places to stay for a staycation!
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Cable cars no longer running. Long walk to Beale St.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful Common areas are nicely designed and have lots of interesting things everywhere you look. Neighborhood is transitioning in a good way. Arcade diner across the street is a great spot for breakfast or lunch if you dont want to go far. Close enough to Beale street but away from the noise. All in all we had a nice stay here and would go back again.
- 5/5
The user-controlled speaker in the room playing music 24/7 was a very nice touch. I had no issues with other noises during my stay. I was on the 6th floor. I highly recommend.
- 5/5
We were on a road trip and this was a great place to stay to enjoy Memphis.
- 3/5
Services listed - example laundry - where offered by a 3 rd party so when I tried to use facilities and was unsuccessful the hotel could not help …….. I really want a ‘ one stop shop’ when I book something that states facilities are available. I found the customer service to be lacking - not what I am used to when travelling in the states
- 3/5
The room was a little bit small, and the fact that there was no restaurant was a disappointment.
- 2/5
The rooms were just okay nothing special. Need more updated amenities and repairs. For the price they charging and no breakfast or room service
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay! Right accross the street is a great place Juiced and we jad breakfast there everyday. Our room was clean, comfortable and also very lively. Will stay here again.
- 2/5
The hotel is gorgeous and spacious. They have a DJ on Friday and saturdays that plays until 1 or 2 am. We were on the fifth floor so we didn’t hear any noise from it. We had some issues with our air unit and the hotel was at occupancy so we had to stay in the same room. It eventually kicked in and worked. The bathroom in the lobby was dirty for a long time. Your car if driving is safe in their parking lot. They have security and will boot your car if not registered with the hotel. Parking is $26 per night.
- 5/5
The whole atmosphere is beautiful. Our hotel was so cozy and bed was so comfortable!
- 3/5
The Central Station was ok. Upon check-in, the receptionist was not very friendly. Our room was clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was never operational. The walk-in shower door allowed water to escape and pool up on the bathroom floor. If you like really loud, party music coming from their lounge then this is the place for you!
- 4/5
Rooms are small , great location cute hotel
- 5/5
My son and I got in very late Friday night and were hit with incredibly loud music and talking when we arrived. Clearly it’s a hot spot on weekend nights. It was overwhelming but the moment the elevator doors closed everything was quiet so we were fine. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great experience.
- 5/5
Everything is good. The only take away is nothing stated on Expedia about paying a 150.00 deposit upfront. Other than that really nice place
- 5/5
Took Amtrak into Memphis. Hotel was super convenient, unique, fun, great location, musical. Not your everyday kind of hotel ... it was great. And, good value.
- 3/5
🙄
- 5/5
The hotel is modelled after a train station and is situated next to an Amtrak train station as well which was really cool. The bar was very nice and the overall Memphis vibe was abundant within the facilities
- 4/5
This is one of the most unique hotels we’ve ever stayed, from the original artwork to the use of much of the original train station architecture to the original Memphis music bring piped into the guest rooms! The location was an easy walk to many downtown restaurants and venues. Hotel lobby and rooms were very clean with ample amenities. Bed comfort was a little lacking for my preference but was not horrible. Loved the view over south Main. The night we were there they had a live DJ in the bar area and there was a good crowd. Breakfast at the bar was average, would recommend the Arcade across the street. Saw a great show at the Orpheum and had a wonderful dinner at Flight. Highly recommend for staying a weekend in Memphis!
- 5/5
We were so excited about staying here that we willingly paid the extra for an upgraded room. We arrived early enough to see the city so we asked about the city trolley that they advertised but were told it no longer is running. We asked about dinner reservations and learned that the restaurant is closed but could order sandwiches at the bar. The building is nice enough and we wish them well but so far our stay is disappointing
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Staff was great. Hotel was clean and good location. Music in bar area was a little loud but otherwise we loved it! Would recommend and would stay again.
- 3/5
Air Conditioning was not cooling properly
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Everything is fine on location, I have been exposed as a person of non-interest by potential women that are desired. And that makes my stay difficult to accept. The hotel is nice place all amenities are excellent…
- 3/5
Brought to the staff’s attention that there was a shattered beer bottle just outside the elevator. 2 hours later, it was still there.
- 5/5
Every thing
- 5/5
The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Love the history around the hotel and rooms. The bar was really moving and full in the evenings.
- 4/5
We check in and get to our room and we had no water, go down to front desk they said yeah the whole hotel doesn’t have water. Which was inconvenient because we couldn’t get ready at the hotel. Cool hotel tho kinda crappy they didn’t offer to do anything for the inconvenience of no water though.
- 5/5
Great hotel. We stay there whenever we visit Memphis. The best thing about this hotel is its location in the heart of downtown Memphis, walking distance from the Fed Ex Forum, the Orpheum Theater, and Beale Street. Also, if you're catching an Amtrak from Memphis, the hotel is the Amtrak station too. The worst part of the hotel is that the bar has a DJ who plays dance music WAY too loud in a room where there is no dance floor or dancing, so the people gathered for a drink can barely hear one another as they try to talk. We had to yell at each other to be heard. It would make sense if it were a place people came to dance, but it is not.
- 5/5
A very good place to stay. A very nice hotel. Walking distance to Beale Street but not right on top of it. Uber distance to downtown. (The trolleys are not running.) Very close to the Civil Rights Museum.
- 3/5
I didn’t get any sleep because of the music next door
- 3/5
Water pressure was good. Advertised restaurant and brunch does not exist. Trued to watch football game on room. Streaming service is completely horrible! Witnessed the front desk completely rip a lady who prepaid two nights, didn’t show up "in time" so they said they had to givebher room away. What a racket! Parking $26 day, but not adverised. Ill not be back.
- 5/5
The extra charges for dogs and parking seemed excessive for off season
- 5/5
Lovely and very interesting hotel in a great location. We loved staying here. Walkable neighborhood, beautiful artwork, great food on site and nearby.
- 4/5
Great location on main street near Beale st. 2 blocks from the Iconic National Civil Rights Museum. Our FIRST stop.
- 5/5
It's My Go To Every Time I'm In Memphis!
- 5/5
This is a very cool hotel. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and well appointed. The bar was hopping but the noise was contained to the lobby. It was a quick trip but this hotel convinced us to make a trip back to Memphis for a longer visit.
- 5/5
Awesomeness
- 4/5

- 3/5
I got a very cramped room with very noisy air conditioning, mold on the wall, and bedding that looked like it had been used by previous guests.
- 5/5
AWESOME HOTEL!!! Memphis by and large is not great but this hotel was fantastic. Great music being played at all times that you can activate in your room. The manager (Corey) was absolutely fantastic. Very hip lounge area with a music room. Love this place.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
Coming in after driving from DC, we were delighted that we received an early check-in with no problems. The lounge idea was convenient but there were little things such as, there were no luggage racks to place our suitcases in the room, no showered mat, dark hallways, miscommunication with the hotel staff, our room phone did not work, there was little storage in the room as there seemed to be a a desire to maintain the ambiance. We thought the wall are was too violent and the lights in the room were decorative but, once again, did not give off light. The bathroom had a barn door that did not close so the decorative aspect seemed to take precedent over the comfort of the guests. The location and parking was good.
- 4/5
However, I definitely believe the front desk staff lack luster. Upon checking in the individual didn’t reveal details about the hotel and what it has to offer. The encounters with the others were as many say meh. It is nice to meet staff that have passion for the Hilton brand. I definitely enjoyed my stay however, customer service is one area which needs further development in order for this hotel to shine even brighter. Beautiful unique hotel, excellent location, just need a front desk staff that understands the importance that first impressions are indeed lasting.
- 4/5
The only thing I did not like about our stay was being charged $26 per night for parking on their secure rooftop lot. Just add it in with the fee for the room, I just hate surprise fees. The hotel, the staff, and the room were amazing. I highly recommend to stay there.
- 5/5
This hotel was formally a train station in downtown Memphis ….pretty cool !!
- 5/5
Very cool hotel. Located in a train station. Awesome music and bar area. Great, friendly staff.
- 5/5
It’s a fantastic place to stay, the concept of a railway station turned into a hotel theme ! The vibe is great 👍. Overall a different experience, the focus has been Memphis, everything and anything in this premise are from Memphis ! Love this place and experience ❤️
- 5/5
Loved seeing the Amtrak train come & go. Loved the mudic bar
- 5/5
The ability to watch the trains arrive and depart is so fun. The hotel in the old beautiful station is just magical.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. On arrival ,I was told the room I reserved is no longer available and was given a tiny room to accommodate me. Very disappointed .

***Be aware about leaving personal property in your vehicle. My truck was burglarized and a window was smashed to gain entry***

Central station has a classic feel that I find nostalgic. I always look forward to staying there

The location was bad. Food selections poor. Lighting in the room poor. Didn't have control of HVAC unit.

We enjoyed our stay. The one was gorgeous. Seemed as if we were staying in a townhouse. I loved the main cabin with high ceilings. The bathroom was beautiful. The front desk clerks were so nice and polite. Even the housekeeper who was downstairs when we checked out spoke to us...and that was our first time meeting her. I am from Memphis but live in Miami now..Kudos and a hand clap of praise!! I am telling everyone that I know about this place.

This property advertises family and dog friendly. When we went to take out our pet at 9:30pm for a walk/ bathroom break the lobby was beyond fire code of people and we couldn’t even make it through crowd much less with a dog. The property had been overrun and was out of control. Much like a packed club. No security nor staff in sight. The level of sound was ear piercing. I can only imagine how my dog felt. I would’ve had to call police for escort to get me and my family off unsafe property. The activity I was able to witness was NOT family friendly. I wish we could get a refund. Highly disappointed and false advertising.

Beautiful boutique style hotel! Staff was friendly. Clean!

The listening room with DJ was a one of a kind and made our stay particularly special. Staff was very friendly and engaged, and food and drink were wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable, but I could not tell if some areas of the ceiling were in disrepair or left intentional to the train station effect.

Great hotel, super close to Beale St and some great bars and museums, with ample, free parking. Safe, clean, and modern. Would happily stay again!
