    The bed was the only clean thing in the room. The bathtub was in bad shape and dirty. The shower ceiling had orange residue due to not being cleaned. The ceiling was cracked in multiple places, the doors and door jams were filthy. The faucet for the sink was ready to fall off completely. The pool was green and disgusting. I stayed in room 143

    The deadbolt lock on the door was broken, which raised concerns about safety and security. The bathtub also needs attention, including repainting, along with several areas on the walls that appeared worn and poorly maintained. In addition, every time I make reservations, I specifically request a ground-floor room away from the highway. Unfortunately, it seems that request is never honored, and I consistently end up on the top floor facing the highway instead. This has become frustrating, especially since the preference is requested in advance each stay. Overall, the condition of the room and the repeated disregard of reservation preferences made this stay disappointing.

    Supposedly, I was putting in a "remodeled room" the walls were dirty. The toilet seat had cigarette stains on it. The swimming pool was so full of slime. It had frogs in it and trash. The parking lot was dirty, and there were cockroaches.

    The rooms were EXTREMELY outdated, and the bed was sunken in, in the middle. I sprayed the entire room down with Lysol & slept in my clothes on top of a towel. That motel 6 needs to be torn down & rebuilt. I wouldn’t recommend for a HOMELESS person to stay there. It was BEYOND terrible!!!

    I paid for my room in full for every week I was there in advance and they put me out because the girls said my trash can by the door stunk and I had too much stuff in my room, mind you I lived there with my husband and 2 children there is bound to be stuff…I feel like they were picking on me cuz my 2 neighbors that also lived there never had housekeeping knock on their doors

    Jamica was great at housekeeping. Very friendly with a great disposition. However, I saw roaches on five different occasions and only about half the channels worked on the TV. The front desk person is a little short with customers and needs some training in customer service

    I list this preference on every reservation because it genuinely impacts my rest and overall stay. Given how often I travel and how consistently I choose Motel 6, it would be greatly appreciated if this location could make a stronger effort to accommodate the request whenever rooms are available in that area.     When I entered the room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. The staff solution was to take the smoke alarm off the wall instead. Went to turn on the bedside light and i saw an insect run away from my hand. The bath tub was old and covered with rust or some other type of stains. The bathroom wall near the floor had mold. The bathroom floor made a squishy sound when I took a step and upon looking down I could see water coming up from inbetween the tiles.

    I had a reservation for a 1st floor, 2 queen bed room due to traveling with 2 handicapped women. I called them specifically to request that room due to the women not being able to walk far, which they said "no problem" on the phone. When I got there, they said they had no 1st floor rooms. So I said cancel and left. The desk clerk had just a terrible attitude, and was not a nice person. I was traveling for 2 weeks and this was BY FAR the worst experience of my whole trip.

    Drug addict & junkie haven, fear for safety so I left with out staying. The room was filthy, I'm surprised it's no condemned. I paid the extra money to guarantee a decent place. I would like to request a refund due to such a extremely disgusting room. As I paid the amount for issues thankfully. Food left from last person , bed not clean, door had enough space between door and door jam for any one to enter room. I only use expedia for all my bookings for many years.

    Check in went fine. We went to our room. Looked ok, some water damage on ceiling and in bathroom. In the bathroom there were a few bugs, it happens. I put food down for my dog and roaches came out to eat it. Called front desk to notify them of the bug issue, gentleman hung up on me. I know they are not always a cleanliness issue, but I still didn't want to sleep with them. We left and kept driving. Can't get a refund.

    There was black mold in the bathroom and in the in the air conditioner. There was mucus smeared in a few spots on the wall. The floor had not been swept for awhile. The shower had a few different types of hair in it leading me to believe it hasn’t been wiped out for several guests. There was candy melted into the AC. A Lot of grime on top of the base boards. Stains all over the wall. Comforter had a urine smell. Stains all over every visible surface.

    The drain in my tub was very slow to drain and I originally had no hot water. The front desk was able to fix the hot water situation but was unable to remedy the drain. She did try. The TV only received three clear channels and the rest were varying degrees of static.

    The employee is bad and nervous, the location and people are bad, and the door only opens with the employee’s key. It doesn’t open with the key he gives us. If we want to go out and return to the room, we have to go to the employee so he can open it for us.

    couldn’t take a shower or bath because the showerhead just dripped and there was nothing through stop the tub up for water, but it was so disgusting. I probably would’ve been dirtier getting in than i was before. Bed was hard as a brick room was disgusting and there was no remote so we couldn’t even use the TV

    When checking in, the girl came in from outside where she had been smoking a joint as i passed her. Then she had to leave during check in to make sure we had a room. We finally got.in a room and the toilet seat was broken, and the ceiling was falling down. Also there was a wasp nest right next to the door. I immediately tried calling the front desk but the phone did not work. I sent my brother first thing in the morning and to advise them of the issues. They advised they would fix them. No one ever did. Also during my stay we were out of water for several hours. The staff were very rude and nasty.

    The staff were cold, unresponsive, and unwilling to accommodate disabilities. Upon arriving, we were told there was no room, then there was a room, but it was on the second floor. This property has NO ELEVATORS. When we asked for a 1st floor room, we were told there was none available. As Floridians, fleeing the devastation from hurricane Helene and impending Milton, we didn't have much choice in the matter. When we finally entered the room, we noticed the toilet seat was broken, the ceiling was peeling/crumbling above the beds and the smoke detectors were ripped out of the wall. The following morning, standing outside our room, directly above our window was a mature hornets nest, with more than 50 hornets crawling and flying around. I immediately reported it to the front desk and they assured us their maintenance guy would "spray them". 4 days later, they were still buzzing. The 2nd day we were there, they water was shut off from 10am - 3pm. I asked if there could be a discount applied for not having this necessity for a major portion of our day, i was assured they would compensate us. That discount was never applied. Overall, my family was looking for solace in Memphis after our world was turned upside down, and our experience was far from comforting.

    This property is not the best place to stay. It is in a high crime rate area. People doing drugs on property and next door. They never addressed any problems brought up to them. We were without water one day from 11 to 3 pm. They were going to prorate the riom, but then would not. The ceiling was falling. Would not recommend. Unfortunately I stayed because I am a diabetic and I got sick the first night i was there and wasn't well enough to leave for 2 days.

    booked weeks early, explained my husband is handicapped, needed first floor, received email saying they could accommodate this, got there and they put us on second floor. first room, ceiling was leaking- huge puddle on floor. second room cockroaches. photos show bugs and the crappy stairs (the railings were soaking wet too) my handicapped husband was forced to climb even though they promised us a room on the first floor.

    The room was super dirty and there was splatter marks all over the walls. The fridge in the room was broken and the door security lock was also broken. The tub was stained and the sheets and pillows also had stains on them. I was traveling with my best friend and our dogs and advised the front desk of this and they put us in a room on the second floor far away from the closest accessible stairs. We went past the check out time by 2 minutes and was reprimanded by the person going around doing the housekeeping. Very bad experience overall

    Place was okay for an overnight crash. But, the highway noise was significant. Bed and bedding okay. Bit surprised by the demand for a $100 security deposit. The place was just typical for an older run-down road-side budget motel. Owners would do well to removed the burned down shed and other trash on the property. The place is so shabby it looks abandoned. No elevator to upper level.

    Cigarette buts snd empty containers on the stairs. Floors needed a cleaning traces of black mold in the washroom. Tv did not work and after constant calling of desk he came to the room snd said it was in the conections snd nothing he could do . I said change the tv or move me to another room with s working tv. The place was not full so he could have moved me unless all the rooms tvs weren’t working. I don’t think he even made an attempt to correct this issue. Useless service. I f this happens again at a motel 6 I will never use them again.

    Requested a non-smoking room. Room I was given had ashtrays and burn holes in the bedding. Front desk insisted it was a non-smoking room. It didn't smell any worse than your average cheap motel room but still would have preferred to get what I reserved. Tv remote was broken and when I tried to go to the front desk, no one was there for over 30 minutes (and did not answer the phone either).

    We booked the room then upon arrival they said that they could not find my booking information I contacted y'all then y'all contacted the hotel he stated that there was nothing available but then a couple came in right behind me and paid cash for a room I feel like I should be giving some type of credit for the hassle that I had to deal with y'all did not handle this professionally at all.

    Room dirty, had blood on the walls that the front desk staff told me “I” could clean. Holes in the bed sheets, feet black on the bottom if you walk without shoes on. It wasn’t this bad when we stayed back in September of 2023. The best part is no deposit on your stay for incidentals.. but the phone don’t work and it’s basic cable with dirty baseboards, bloody walls, and a phone with no dial tone with faygo caps in the air conditioner out flow. Not sure what could go wrong with incidentals if they did.

    No complaints about the staff. Check-in associate was quick and polite. I did arrive outside peak check-in hours so i did not have to wait in line. Bed was neatly made, sheets were what you’d expect from a cheap motel. Floor was dirty, worn, and damaged. Walls/ceiling were dirty, stained, damaged and had paint peeling. There was some black sticky goo on the LVP floor in front of the my bed. Fridge was dirty inside and out. Microwave was dirty inside and out; including what looks to be a chunk of someone’s old pizza crust in the microwave. Stains in bathtub, mold growing on the bathroom ceiling that I thought was stains from smoking at first. But looking at it while writing this review and I’m positive that’s MOLD. Also dust/cobwebs on bathroom ceiling that is blackened from smoking. HVAC unit noisy, sounds like a loud garage door opener moving and woke me up continuously throughout the night. HVAC system is also dirty with bits of various items including cotton swabs. Key card stopped working when I went to use it the second time so walked to the desk to fix it. Associate swiped it and handed it back. Walk back to find it’s still not working. Called the front desk was told wait for 2 minutes as he was finishing checking someone in. Called again 15 minutes later and he said he’s still busy but will be there in 2 minutes. Around 5 minutes later I believe he did show up. He is the only one working and it’s nearly 10:30 at this point so I’m not upset with him. But bad experience.

    First night the man got mad & loud at me because the room had roaches behind the fridge it was 2am. No ice after certain time these motels want too much and it’s a shame how they get away with treating customers like that.
