    This was a wonderful classy place. Very comfortable rooms. Great bar (though really really pricey). Great breakfast. Some of my early morning breakfasts found the lobby not quite ready for guests--dishes etc. from the night before. These were cleaned up later, but I was surprised that it wasn't done before guests would start waking.

    The staff and room accommodations were excellent. But breakfast is $20 and parking is $15/day. Plus internet is an additional charge unless you happen to receive a "box" which is not outlined in any of their advertising materials. Very co venue t location but overpriced.

    As always I was pleased with my stay at this facility except for one issue. In order to park my vehicle and pay for secured parking I was required to download a parking app. This was an inconvenience for me and in no way a benefit. There was a service charge for the use of this app. In no way did I experience a benefits from this service. This new process was not brought to my attention until I arrived at this facility. No other option was offered. A very disappointing experience that provided no personal benefit to myself.

    The staff in the front weren’t very friendly in the front. I arrived at 3:45, my checking was 4:00 and they still charged me 25 dollars. I also chose this hotel because of the hot tub that was posted on their listing, which isn’t there anymore. Over all it was a pretty decent stay .

    Breakfast was great! A little on the pricey side if you're paying out of pocket but you receive a coupon for a free breakfast which after trying for free, I had no problem paying for on the second morning. Honestly, not much. My only complaint is that the A/C in our room had a bit of dust on the vent by the bed and didn't blow cold. It did blow cold over by the couch.

    In the pictures there was a hottub and bath tubs. There was neither. The one thing I wanted to do was soak and I couldn't do that. I had a stand up shower with luke warm water the first night.

    The clerk at check in was very friendly. The breakfast attendant was awesome. The rum was clean and the bed was comfy. My only complaint was that the rim had a slight odor in it. Not bad wnough to mention to the desk though. I would definitely stay again.

    Staff was not very friendly. Check in was at 4pm. My flight arrived so I requested to check in early at 3:45pm. Front desk told flat out told me “No, we do not do early check in. I’ll call you when a room is available”in the most unpleasant tone. Zero accommodation for a gold elite member. I had to find a place to go while waiting on a call from Marriott staff. It was after 4:30pm and no one called yet. I was exhausted so I went back to the hotel. I had to ask if I could check in now since it’s well after 4:30pm. This was a different staff member. She was nicer & got me checked in. But just total inconvenience. If I had not returned to the hotel I don’t think anyone would’ve called to say a room was available. I wouldn’t stay there again. I almost cancelled and went to Hilton but it was late.

    I reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed. After checking I discovered the room was furnished with two beds. I called the service desk and they informed me that they didn’t have any rooms with a king size bed. I asked them how this could be resolved and they put me on a continuous message hold. I’m very disappointed in your service. Definitely not professional.

    After a long way to check in, Hotel employee told me that the air conditioning was not working very well. Mind you it was 97° outside. After being outside in the intense heat, all I wanted to do was take a shower. Well, no hot water. We called maintenance. They came and looked at. It said they will try to get it back on. We decided just to go to dinner. Didn’t hear anything from maintenance so we just assumed that it was probably fixed. Got up the next morning and no hot water. We’ve stayed at this hotel, many times and not had too many problems. Suffice it to say we will not be coming back. Poor communication and poor follow up. I left a very detailed message for the hotel manager. No response. Hence this less than glowing review.

    One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed however the ac was struggling to get to the desired temp and never managed to do so during my short stay. I also found out the shower didn’t turn on right before bed. I was leaving the next morning and didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of moving rooms or having some one come to fix it so I didn’t raise the concern.

    This review is mainly about the service me and my family received. Majority of the staff was professional but the front desk supervisor (I forgot her name but she has short blonde flipped cut) handled any and everything during a busy holiday weekend with a smile. There was no actual manager there to assist with the business in the dining area when the staff was short and to assist the new clerks.

    Everyone was very very kind and helpful, but there were crumbled cookies in the carpet, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask twice for more, the restaurant was never staffed (the poor fellow from the kitchen tried to help but he’s just one guy). It kind of felt abandoned… but all of the staff was nice. We had a mistake with our charges which was fixed as soon as we found out, we felt safe. It just felt like there were only 3 people working at any given time, so if you needed something it kind of depended on if they could help.

    On top high room charge you charged $12 a day to park outside and $9.00 to use the internet. You should tell people up front you were doing that. The restaurant was always so cold you need to wear your coat to eat. some of the breakfast entrees on the buffet were cold, not even lukewarm. staff was nice.

    You have to pay just to use WI-FI and the staff didnt know why I was charged the amount that was given and that they don’t see on the screen the amount that my room cost and I booked through a third party so I was giving the room price already but charged hundreds of Dallas I cried to them im so disappointed and all they can say is they don’t know !     Stayed as a recommendation from my Distributor and it was a great location although Apple Maps kept dropping me to Olive Garden/starbucks I eventually figured out how to navigate and dropped a different pin in order to avoid the fiasco and that made all the difference. Service staff are delightful and food was good - safe and clean facility as well.

    They had ants in our room the second night we were there. It was horrible. We had to move to another room if it wasn’t too late, we would have got another hotel but it was like 11 o’clock at night when we got in Saturday night and there were ants in my bed on the counter, and there was no food there we had just brought food in, it was horrible

    this hotel is nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is $18.95 a person, so we did not partake. It doesn't say it in the listing, but it is $8 a day to park. the location is tricky - there's lots around here, but getting in and out of the hotel is awkward.     The event was very disturbing. I got up and left soon afterwards. I will not stay at this hotel again. You all need monitoring in the hallways. Nothing like this should be going on without the hotel responding. Guests calls should not be your indicator that something is wrong. I also did not want any retaliation from the individual.

    Hotel rooms are fine. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and showers are CLEAN with good shower head and containers of shampoo conditioner and body wash. Only negative was that if you want to grab some fresh fruit off the breakfast buffet as you head out the door, you shouldnt have to pay for a full meal.

    the comforter. This was not blood stains but actually blood that had dried!! There’s cracks all along the walls. When the AC was turned on a strong sewer smell was produced. The mirrors were dirty and the bathroom was unclean with pubic hair in the sink and somehow on the ceiling. Wish I had thoroughly checked the room. Security is worthless and works with criminals to stage car break-ins so park at the front! I did not pay to be harassed and wake up with a biohazard covering my body!!!!

    The hotel is nice, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and courteous. It's close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

    Great weekend stay for my husband's and I's mini vacation. Very clean, friendly staff, restaurant and bar was really good. Will definitely be going back if i stay in Memphis again.

    The only problem i had was the shower had mold in it so the bathroom could use a little updating and repairs...but other than that the hotel was quiet and had police and security in the parking lots.. Staff was amazing...
