Great overnight stay with kids.

We didn't eat the breakfast The room had an unusual scent when you first walk in the room.

It was amazing. It was my second time staying there. I will be back.

Although the staff was great, reservations had an issue so there was a long wait before checking in. Additionally, hot water was an issue (lack of) and the room was not very clean. Could be because the hotel seems to be fairly old.

I enjoyed my stay.

The location was nice. For the most part the staff were friendly. My children enjoyed the pool. The breakfast wasn't good, we ate out for breakfast all the days we were there.

Roomy and kitchenette was good The kitchen had roaches, not a lot but they were present. My husband killed several and I seen a few and killed also.

The staff was was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The riom was very clean. The breakfast need to have signs by all food and alert guests (with sign) when something is not avaliable( the yogurt machine was not working and we had to guess on certain foods). The location was great! Next to the mall and many restaurants.

Was very nice place to stay! Only problem was one person staying at hotel let like 3 families in thru side door to to let them swim even though the swim which need up being close to 20 kids that it was so crowded where we had to leave because it was as so loud and kids were not being watched.

The property was a standard hotel with kitchenette easy on/off from I40 The dishwasher had dishes in it when we checked in, the shower was kind of scuzzy, and we could hear our neighbors talking through the wall. It was fine for a one night stay. Staff was pleasant.

Breakfast was good, staff was great to wok with, limited staff at night, could not keep towels in pool area, the last morning of our stay there was no hot water in the shower only mildly warm.

It was extremely uncomfortable in there wouldn’t book there again.

Easy safe clean

The motorized shades were broken and I assume they were all broken since they were all down from the outside. Which means we had to get up in the morning without sunlight through the windows since there was no way to raise either blackout shades nor sheets. They were in terrible shape otherwise the room was fine

The breakfast menu was fresh. The sausage did not settle with a couple of us. We do wish that maybe bacon or ham were a choice. The staff was very nice and answered the questions we had. The suite rooms were amazing. We enjoyed using the grill on Sunday night.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets had holes in them, and the food was terrible breakfast.

My room wasn’t that clean. My children feet were stained from the dirty floors in the room. Like they hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The toilet wasn’t cleaned either. The staff members in general were kind and pleasant. And they did have a great breakfast arrangement. But those floors and carpet need to be deep cleaned.

Run away! Dirty q tips in hall. Hair everywhere in the room. Loud heater. Dirty bathtub. People sleeping at the breakfast tables. A group of men hanging out in parking lot at night. Dusty room. We had to lint roll the sheets. No blow dryer in the bathroom. And it smelled so musty. Worst experience ever!

Everything was wonderful, except not enough soundproofing between adjoining suites... need better doors.

No the room had a musty smell. We were very cautious of the room cleanliness. Even began to feel to get sick at the end of our stay.

Also I’m guessing he’s the maintenance man he would open the door if he saw you using your phone to unlock the doors to come into the hotel. Which mine worked just fine but he was very helpful and polite.

Peaceful stay with everything we needed. Included in the stay.

The room was spotless and the staff was mostly kind and warm. Apparently there’s a waiver you have to sign in order to get an induction stove top. I thought it was odd cause I’ve never had to sign one at any other location. Other than that everything was as expected. There is an electric car charger but it’s not CCS FYI. Overall tools definitely stay again.

The receptionist was on the phone for 5 minutes before greeting us then told us she was on with Hilton. The shades in our room wouldn’t go up or down and filled with holes. The lobby ladies room stall latches were falling apart. Many spots that needed touching up, in many areas.

I mistakenly left behind a bottle of insulin and they had it when I called. Unfortunately it would have cost me 2 1/2 times more than what I paid for it to ship it back to me so I told them to throw it out. The staff was very courteous, concerned and compassionate and gave me information as to where I could call to try and have it shipped home. I will definitely stay at a Home 2 Suite again.

The ADA 2Q & sofa bed was really big. So spacious for my son’s power wheelchair and my mom with her walker. The layout was great. Worst thing was the barn door on the bathroom. The way it was hung cut 4 inches off the doorway so that my son hit the frame a few times.

The hotel was clean. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher with real plates, cups, bowls, etc. which would be nice if you are staying for an extended period of time. ***When we checked out, one of the kids left an iPad under the covers on the bed. We were an hour and a half up the road when the staff called to tell us they found our tablet. Yikes! I did not want to add 3 hours of additional travel time to our already 7 hour trip so I asked them if they could mail or FedEx it to me. They had me go to FedEx (UPS or post office were also options) and get a prepaid label. I emailed it to the hotel manager and they printed off the label and dropped the tablet off at FedEx. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to return our expensive iPad to us. Great job!

I love this chain, and we are returning guests to this location in Memphis. For the same price as other local hotels, we get a couch area (that will make into a bed), a huge TV, a kitchen with dishes, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink, built in storage, and a desk area. The beds are comfy, the room clean and cool, the hotel quiet and in a safe location. You can walk to a few eating areas across the street.

I dif mot appreciate being told to sign a "no partying" clause and the person at the feont desk diz mot havs if togefhed... was told rooms werenf ready but actually were, housekeeping just didnt have it entered. Place has gone down hill...

The room was very stinky. The shades on the window were broken and did not roll up and the bed was also broken. I had to change to different room and staff member said “I hope the next one doesn’t give me so much trouble” I will not be staying here again.

Really loved the spacious room. We booked a room for 5 people on our way back to dallas and last hotel we have a normal 2 queen bed but this hotel room size about double than last one. Friendly stadf at checkin and breakfast area.

The room layout was good. There was no conditioner in the shower. I found an eyelash extension in my bed when I woke up in the morning (I do not wear them so how did it survive the wash?) and the whole hotel smells like the gym on the bottom floor. All the rooms, the elevator is especially bad, it just all smells like sweaty feet. And the breakfast isn’t good

The most important factor is the location. This is a very dangerous area. Twenty years ago (when I last stayed by Wolfchase Galleria) it was safe. No longer. We actually had a man stomp up to our car knock on our window in the parking lot of a “nice” restaurant close by, and aggressively tell us to move because we were blocking him. We weren’t, but we immediately drove away when twenty of his friends came right at our car to back him up, although we were calm and didn’t argue. It was very scary. Do NOT rely on any positive reviews. Check with friends who live outside of Memphis. The homicide rate is the worst in the country. I didn’t know it had become that way in Cordova and Bartlett along with Memphis. That said, the customer service is mediocre at best. I was overcharged, and when I pointed out the discrepancy from my charge and my Expedia price (with tax) by showing the front desk my Expedia email, of the hotel of thirty dollars, she didn’t simply didn’t care, or do anything. This was immediately when I checked in. When I checked out, I was still sick and couldn’t address it again because of it. I also got food poisoning the night before, and vomited all night and morning. When we asked for a late checkout of one hour and explained why, the answer was a flat no. My niece witnessed another customer arguing with a front desk employee in the morning before checkout. She too was overcharged, and the employee didn’t correct it. Stay away.

The only thing I would have liked would be conditioner added in the shower; my hair didn't appreciate going without.

I like this chain of hotels. We always have a good experience. You can walk to a few restaurants and there is a mall and shopping area 1 mile away. It was quiet and it felt safe. It’s hard to find a place with 2 beds and a pull out couch. This one even had a curtain to pull around the pullout couch. I didn’t hear a lot of slamming doors which you hear in a lot of hotels. You might need a sleep, mask for the light coming around the blackout curtain.

The cleanness and hospitality of the staff

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Firepit and grills outside was an unexpected and nice feature. Pool was on the smaller side but it was warm so that definitely made up for the size. Would stay here again!

Upon arrival we checked the beds for bugs. All good. Checked the bathroom, but the floor had clumps of hair and had not been swept or washed, the shower bottom was not clean, and the shower body gel bottle was empty. Shower gel, not so much the issue, clean bathroom an absolute expectation. We informed the front desk, who said the manager would call us, but that has not been received.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean the atmosphere was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the dog brarking at midnight

I went here for a birthday trip to Memphis. The hotel was spotless and clean. The staff was very helpful and the entire stay was pleasant.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Could be a bit updated and the window curtains were operated by a motor, but ours didn't work. Overall, I would recommend.

I am a fan of Home2 Suites by Hilton Memphis. The property is very nice...a very good breakfast is included. There is a gym and an indoor pool. The rooms are huge with a sitting area along with a kitchenette (no cooktop or oven, but there is a mircowave, sink, and large fridge. A very convenient area with excellent dining choices.

Overall, the hotel was clean and conveniently located. Breakfast choices were not replenished very often and even coffee was empty for long periods of time. Rooms are only cleaned every other day but clean towels are available if you ask at the front desk. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had lots of counter space. Pool was nice but closed for half a day.

This hotel seems newer, and we really appreciated the size of the rooms, especially the queen suite we stayed in. The breakfast area was also roomy. The breakfast selections were numerous with hot and cold options, but a little odd. There were no bowls for the cereal, only cups, and they had condiments out for oatmeal with no oatmeal made. Most places have Raisin Bran (more healthy) as a cereal alternative, but this hotel mostly had Fruit Loop alternatives. Overall, we would stay here again and maybe the breakfast options were not the best the night we stayed.

The room was pretty spacious. It's in a convenient location for dining out and getting to other areas on the East side of town.

My daughter and I were in town for the weekend. We were comfortable and felt safe and secure at the property.

This property is very convenient to the interstate and my fsmily has stayed here before. The staff are always friendly. However, our room had a very unusual smell and the carpet felt wet when we arrived. The air conditioner was very loud but did cool the room sufficiently. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked with black dirt or something around the edges of the floor and the shower faucett was leaking.
