    Parking lot: You pay for Parking $13.00 a day. Well the parking lot is awful, a lot of pot holes, uneven pavement. Breakfast: You pay $19.95. Not worth it at all. Go out for breakfast.

    Staff was great can't remember lady name at front desk, but she was amazing. Hotel is great, but definitely remodeling in rooms. Shower filled up while showering and the tub was stained badly.     Located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants close. Parking close with wide spaces. Hotel clean, staff all helpful and nice, room clean. There is a bar and coffee shop on site. Will stay again. Check in and check out quick.

    The view was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The fees and parking charge! Never had to pay to park at a hotel. I’d have stayed longer if they didn’t charge $50 to $60 fees that aren’t necessary. It would have been per night. Instead of a one time fee. Get cash because they don’t tell you the buffet has servers and tips aren’t included in prepaid breakfast.

    My room was clean, however, I did notice there was still hair in the sink and water still came out of the faucet when taking a shower. So it felt like a shower bath. When checking in, I was not told they charge for parking nor did I see it in while booking the room. I’m used to breakfast being included with the stay of the hotel. However, the breakfast was not included despite how much you’re paying for the room ($200/night). You have to pay $12 extra if booking online for breakfast and if you don’t include the exact number of people with you, you or them will have to pay for their breakfast. The staff was friendly and loved the woman who waited on me and my children at breakfast.

    I stayed in the 27th floor and had great views of East Memphis and beyond. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was included with my stay and it was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

    Stayed for 3 days and there was water dripping from the ceiling onto the glass so the gloor was wet near the window. I was told it someone would be up to check but never did. Thats the only problem i had.

    I was placed in a handicap room and shortly after checked into my room a guy knocked on my door to “check the shampoo bottle” that was full. I got creeped out, only to discover the handicap rooms so not have a lock on the inside of the door. I ended up piling things in front of the door to go to sleep. Another thing I noticed is the smoke detector was dark yellow, as though it was 15 yrs old and expired. I found that to be concerning.

    My husband and I stayed at the Hilton for date night. Everything went well. Check-in was fast and flawless. The room was spotless and spacious. My husband watched the Super Bowl at the bar. There’s a Starbucks onsite which was a huge plus. The food at the onsite restaurants was great!

    Found a chip in the bed. I believe the sheets were cleaned but found a chip crumb in the bed. Fridge had spoiled smell after I turned it on and cut it down so ruined my food Bed is hard. Loud highway traffic you can hear inside the room. Lady who checked us in was not inviting and didn’t tell me about anything with the hotel. I had to ask where the elevators were Hotel has slight musty smell, maybe because it’s so old, even when walking into the room Housekeeping cracked the door and said hello, no knock or anything. This was at 9am. Checkout wasn’t until 11.

    I arrived at 3pm to check in. The line was extremely long. We were told the rooms were not ready and to return at 4pm. I returned at 4:10pm. Long line again with only 2 people working the front desk. I was still told no rooms are ready. I waited in the lobby until 5pm. Still no rooms. Remind you i previously paid in full a month ago $200. For 1 noght. I had an event to go to so I went back to the desk and asked for towels so I can go in the ladies room in the lobby to get dressed. I ended up getting naked and washed up in the lobby rest room so i could make it to my event on time. I returned around 9ish and they had me a room ready. The room is dated and the walls need to be upgraded. You have to hold the toilet handle until everything goes down. Just a dated old hotel that need upgraded. Not worth the money

    We arrived at 5:30 and there were no rooms available to check in to. There were people everywhere waiting to get a room with nowhere to go. People were in the restrooms trying to change clothes, do hair, and makeup because they had engagements they needed to prepare for. We had to leave to make it to our engagement on time so we were unable to unpack and change clothes before we left. Didn’t get back and check in until 11:00 pm. Wasn’t offered anything but a drink voucher.

    Parking seemed safe. The room was clean. There was so much noise for hours...4 or 5 at least during the evening, from 8:30-1:00. I got little sleep. People were yelling and laughing and partying until late hours right outside our room. I will not plan to stay there again.

    Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds, after receiving room card at the front desk, upon entering the room it was a single king bed. It also appears there was some sort of malfunctioning with the computer system at check in. The representative had to complete the process between 2 stations, while multiple people were checking in and several staff members were doing the same.

    The Friendliness of the Staff is so Awesome!. Hats off to... ...Ms Danielle @ the front desk and the African Wife who owns the white Mercedes, even when off the clock, she Upheld the Superb Guest Dedication, stopping on her time to be sure a guest was ok & safe.     Well therebwas a young lady who was very respectful and helpful and so with the ladiea who worked at the Provision/Starbucks area. The only three things I did not like when there was a spill no one put out a wet floor sign for safety, the elevators was not working but only one and the bed i had was very hard.

    I booked a stay for business. I knew my work team would not arrive til around 6am, so I called the hotel to explain. They indicated all the measures they were taking to ensure everything would be ok. They arrived a little after 6am to find their reservation had been cancelled.     I didn't like when I checked in the staff kept saying, "you booked through a 3rd party." So does that mean I don't deserve friendly and great service? She also told be because I booked through a 3rd party, I would not be able to apply member points for my stay. Which makes no sense to me? Am I not still a Member because, I still paid and my charges still reflected that I stayed at the Hilton. It just felt like I was being judged or looked down on because I booked through Expedia. And the other reason I booked a room is because I am an Entertainer who was booked to perform there that night. I won't spend any of my money in the future to stay at this property. The room was dated and the bathroom was noisy. The ice machine on the 16th floor didn't work. The bar and cafe staff, however, were fantastic. They are the only reason I won't give lower ratings.

    Staff was great. But our vehicle was broken into with security on the property!!! They took our information and said someone from there insurance company would contact us so I guess we will see if they actually compensate for this. We were informed that this has been going on for the last several weeks with peoples vehicles being broken into there were 5 others that was broken into!!! I paid 225 dollars to stay at this hotel plus another 250 to replace my window

    My hotel room had many issues. The microwave was not working. The room had a weird smell. We had no shampoo and when I asked the staff for more they did nothing about it. The website said free breakfast however when we got there the breakfast was $15 per person. I had a terrible experience.

    This hotel was horrible. The hotel room smelled weird, the microwave didn’t work, it wasn’t clean, and so much more. The staff was rude and helpless. The website said free breakfast and there wasn’t. I did not like it one bit

    There was an issue with the hot water taking forever to get hot. Several events were going on so it was extremely noisy the entire stay. This was a weekend to relax but i just didn't get to due to the constant noise and dreadfully loud door slams.

    The paint on the bottom of the bathroom door seemed to be chipping away, and the bathtub showed its age a bit. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others looking.

    The room I ordered it to double bed when I check in in a hotel they give me just one bed. I told him I have two kids. They say we don’t know what to do with you. I let my kids sleep in the floor.

    The room was excellent! Very clean. Towels and sheets. It was quiet. The room overlooks a nice clean pond. Parking lot is secure. I may have gone at a bad time. Everyone was leaving at the front desk. I got checked in though and it was no problem. Very smooth transition.

    very average hotel for the price. Breakfast options are very limited and average…prices are very high when booked through agents and you miss out on hotel perks including water :-)
