Great location, was clean and felt safe. Loved the restaurant for drinks - good vibes and always busy! Would stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and fresh smelling. The carpets look brand new and the room were so clean. Parking is gated and right by the back entrance. Unfortunately it cost over $30 a night. Which what you have to pay for the rooms there should be free parking. The pool is real nice and inside so you do not have to worry about sun or weather. But because it is inside if you get a lot of kids in there you will not be able to stay in there because it is entirely too loud and they are jumping and splashing water every which makes the floor slippery and I actually fell because of it. I know it sounds like a lot of complaing but other than that I LOVED this hotel and we plan in staying there again.

The hotel was nice but it felt like everything revolved around the bar / club on the first floor. On check Friday night we had to make our way through everyone that over flowed to the lobby area and the front drive and the side of the building was overtaken by motorcycles. We just didn’t realize we were staying at a nightclub. Then when finally got checked in I finally made my way to the bar that was very unorganized and not clean. Then I ordered 2 Budlights bottles and a vodka and sweet tea and was surprised to find out my total was $38.00. Just felt like I was taken advantage of.

The hotel is ok. The location is good. The breakfast is not included in the room rate and it cost 15 usd for very limited choices. My colleagues and I skipped breakfast a few days as there was really not much to eat other than greasy bacon eggs and sausages.

Decent gym, water pressure of the showers is a bit disappointing....

We were checking in around 9pm on a Friday night during Memphis in May. We should have know it would be crazy busy. There was live music and people dancing in the lobby (this hotel is just off Beale St.). It was overwhelming for us checking in, but it also was a fun vibe! Ms. Linesia guided us right to the desk and got us all set up. She was BEYOND kind to my kids and so helpful getting us parked and settled. Throughout our stay, the rest of the staff followed suite. The room was spacious, had a great view of the balpark, walking distance to lots of fun (Peabody Ducks were right next door), and had everything we needed. Nothing- everything was wonderful!

Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite.

No breakfast The bed was not very comfortable It was extremely noisy We could hear every car that went by. In the middle of the night making it hard to sleep No body soap in the shower. No hair conditioner in the shower Lobby was extremely noisy

Great Location! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I rated the physical condition of the property very good instead of excellent because there were some big stains on the hallway carpet on the second floor and the trim was coming off the bathroom barn door. Also, I found a capsule on a chair that the previous housekeeper had missed. All in all I had a good stay and would come back.

The emptiness of some stores

Shower edge and edge of toilet next to the floor badly need re-caulking. Hopefully the black edges were not mold.

The a/c made noise all night while running and the TV needed replacing!

The location was great. We got to see the FedEx Forum, where the Memphis Grizzlies play, out our window. Thanks to the front desk staff being accommodating. The one negative is that they stopped serving breakfast at 9am which we didn’t know about ahead of time.

a pleasant place to stay, get use to their High quality service.however some bad apple get inserted into the pile, hope that this gentleman will realize it and get back to track. we had one room booked then realized that we need to come along with the whole family as they will be no one to help with our younger kid, we then book another room in the hope that during checking in we will be asking for adjoined or family room, unfortunately he was so mean will not even give us the chance to talke ended up having two very far apart rooms

My only feedback is that the toliet in our room ran almost constantly and the pool deck was very slippery—my son fell while just walking (but was fine).

Very clean and wonderful staff. I loved the shower. We had plenty of hot water. The bedding was comfortable. The room was dark enough to sleep. However, it was a noisy night. I heard a lot of drag racing through the night. But the hotel had no control over that. I would stay here again, and possibly ask for a quieter section of hotel .

Check-in was a nightmare. We had a 30 minute wait in line (bless the girl working the desk, she needed gelp badly). Once I made it to the desk our room wasn’t yet ready even though it was after 3. Many were experiencing this. The lobby was incredibly loud due to a party being held at The Greyhound. It was also pretty warm. The desk clerk was thoughtf I l enoigh to get me a temporary key so we could park. When wee finally made it back in with our luggage, we waited another 15 minutes or so before our room was ready. The room was clean and the only hiccup was the bathroom, sliding door. It wouldn't stay shut. We eventually wedged a hand towel in the door to keep it closed while in use. Bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The lady at breakfast this morning was more than accommodating. She wasn’t quite ready when we got there and went above and beyond to make sure we were compensates for any wait we may have had. The staff is to be commended, but the company needs to make sure they have enough employees working at check-in on busy Saturdays.

From the moment me and my wife we were treated like we were at home everything was perfect from the parking to the room and the downstairs restaurant connected to the hotel the waiters and food were great and they also had great live music. And the star of it all was Ms. Linesia she was amazing great attitude great vibe she made sure everything was perfect for us WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED HER !!! She was definitely a 10/10 host she made accommodations for everything we need great great lady and also when she wasn’t there Ms Tiffany was amazing as well everything about the hotel best hotel downtown if you asked me 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to people to stay and I will be back !!

Clean room nice staff

Every thing was great. The restaurant/Bar in the lobby was Rocking the whole weekend it definitely was a large plus. I would stay here again and again. Oh and the location and parking also a plus

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool and fitness room were very clean and inviting. They advertise cookies, but they were always gone whenever we looked for them. Hot cocoa and marshmallows were always available. The location was perfect being close to Beale Street without having all the noise. I really appreciated the easy parking in the gated lot with an on-duty guard at night. The one thing that would have made this hotel stay more perfect would be if breakfast were included for the price, but overall, enjoyed the stay here and would book again.

The property was super clean and in a convenient location! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Lunesia was the front desk receptionist that checked us in. She was so kind and genuine! She waived the early check in fee so we could park and walk over to Beale St. I high recommend this hotel if you are heading to Memphis. Lunesia was the best!

Friendly professional staff. Clean room. Had breakfast twice and thought it was much too expensive considering the quality (pancakes were dry and packed). Everything else about the stay was excellent although the concept of an unlockable barn door on the bathroom is ridiculous. No one needs to glean that much personal information from there travel companions from around the crack of the bathroom door.

The room was clean except the microwave was still dirty and shower was half clean but overall experience was good, our receptionist Torri was phenomenal! Will come back!

-zero housekeeping services, after 4 days, we had towels piled up, trash overflowing… -staff was very nice, professional, but appeared understaffed( took some doing to get extra towels) -refrigerator cabinet door was broken -constant drip in shower on a metal plate made for an annoying sound - multiple dogs barking incessantly( left in rooms I’m guessing) Great location, but likely not stay here again.

When we arrived, the check-in person (name?) told us our room was not ready, so she gave us a coupon for two drinks AND upgraded our room, without us asking! The upgraded room was very large and nice, as were the two drinks!

The Bad: The room was not clean, The cabinet were refrigerator was had exposed wood that cut my hand when I reached into it, They charger over 18% gratuity without telling us or posting it anywhere, they burned my sister’s salmon and my other sister’s chicken wings were not real chicken the text was like soy. I didn’t want to ruin girls night with my 3 sisters but I can’t say the experience was great. It was between okay and good.

Nice room

My girlfriends and I were in town for a concert at FedEx Forum. This location was literally around the corner from the arena. The staff was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was very friendly with great service. Wonderful downtown location if you're looking for Beale St. fun. Only complaint is the breakfast buffet. With an hour left for service there was very little left at buffet and no attempts made to replenish. Very expensive also.

Clean and comfortable room. Tried to go to the restaurant in the hotel for happy hour at 5 but, we ended up going elsewhere. There were several staff members standing around talking to each other while myself and several others were waiting outside to open the doors. After several minutes after opening time, we went to dinner elsewhere.

All the amenities are well maintained and the staff are professional. I will return.

Limited parking for check in. The lobby cannot be entered without room key. Another patron allowed me in so I could approach the check in desk.

What I did NOT like: Saturday morning, about 2:30AM, there was a very loud car racing thru the nearby streets. I did not downgrade the hotel because they had no control over this activity. BUT...where were the police? Surely they heard this idiot carrying on for over 30 minutes!

I went for a Karaoke trip with a group of friends (karaoke Karavan) and I arrived a day early, I was greeted by Lindsey she was very polite and professional, parking was expensive but that’s expected being that we’re downtown but everything was walking distance and I barely took my car out of the lot which was safe, I enjoy myself!!

This property was clean and the staff was very nice! I love the balcony downstairs at the restaurant that’s connected to the hotel. I will definitely be going back.

We came here from Canada for a basketball tournament and stayed with our team. The rooms were comfortable and newly renovated. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time visiting Memphis. The hospitality of the staff is what made our stay great. I would definitely stay here again if we're back next year.

This Hilton Garden Inn was spectacular for proximity to beale street and was amazingly from check in to check out! All the staff was amazing and so helpful ! We absolutely loved the indoor pool, quietness of the stay, the comfy beds, the gated and secure hotel patron only parking lot!! We can't wait to return!

It looks like a nice hotel from outside but from the service point of you it was a disaster. House keeping was supposed to come every other day to make the room but instead they haven’t come for 4 days after 2 consecutive warnings. The attitude of the personnel for this problem was not appropriate. I can’t see how this can be a Hilton branded hotel!

Hotel room had a stench that housekeeping could not remedy. Due to hotel being overbooked they gave Mena walk voucher to the Hampton Inn for only one night, even though I paid for two. They hotel should refund me the second night that I paid for in advance because they either could not or would not accommodate.

We liked everything except when we checked in. The lady who checked us in spent more time texting and talking on her personal phone than checking us in. Other than taking forever at the reception desk she was great.

It was a very beautiful hotel the only problem was, no room service. We had to call someone to clean the room after being gone all day..The sliding door leading to the bathroom was off the hinges we had to end up putting sliding door back up. Other than that our hotel stay was a great and wonderful experience.

Welcome drinks at midnight were our highlight in Memphis. Nighttime staff was friendly and was the only staff available. Room was spacious, bathroom needed further attention, visible stains on tile. Pull out couch available, but required further bedlinen, blankets and pillowcases which housekeeping was not available at the time and required us going to front desk to retrieve. Overall average hotel and close by to the peabody hotel attraction for the ducks.

The trip wasn’t so great we had to keep asking for towels. The restaurants inside had terrible Service. The shower wasn’t cleaned at all..

First, we had pubic hair all over the toilet. The maintenance lady was in the room right after we checked in and stayed in there for about five minutes. The bathroom door is broke. There’s no AC in the hallway I would really like a refund to be honest

This is the perfect hotel to enjoy a weekend in Memphis. We attended a Redbirds game and had a great time!

My room has a musk smell and even leading down the hallway to the room. The office chair in the room had a soil stain. Overall the room was clean and the night was quiet.

Everything the hotel did was great - the staff were superb. Only reason I rated one thing a 4 out of 5 was due to the noise coming from the streets. The music is great - the hours of cars and motorcycles revving their engines not so much.

The service was excellent, and the food and bar was also excellent. The room had some minor drawbacks, lightbulbs were out, sliding bathroom door would not stay closed.

After making online reservation, the day clerk treated us like us like we were homeless. She ignored scheduling us in our rooms saying it was not ready whereas assigning other guest to theirs. I love hilto, but i won't stay here again.
