Only thing was that pool was closed
- 5/5
Breakfast was hot and delicious. Consists of sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, cheese omelette. Other items. Coffee is hot and tasty. Parking is gated around perimeter. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful!!! Major plus!!! Hotel does need renovations but I am not expecting 5 star hotel for the price.
- 4/5
Loved the breakfast buffet!
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, nice breakfast, staff was helpful.
- 4.5/5
It was comfortable clean and safe. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. The parking lot is hard to enter and small a towel rack had partially pulled out from the wall and evidently has been that way for a while. I did tell the front desk on checkout
- 5/5

I booked this stay mainly for the pool and location. Unfortunately the pool is closed for maintenance as well as the fitness center so the only amenities they offer are not available Pool being closed for maintenance during summer time

Very good
- 4/5
There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room.
- 4/5

The hotel need some up update the bathroom needs to be updated carpet needs to be redone. The room was not as clean as it should.
- 4/5
The condition of the building. But it does have new owners.
- 4/5
New owner was amazing. She is doing a good job at trying to fix the facility and hire people to work. While trying to make upgrades.the building and rooms need some work but the people and cleanliness of this location was worth staying. I would do it again if ever in the area. The condition of the building. But it does have new owners.
- 4.5/5
It is clean, well staffed, and has a really nice breakfast. Its a bit noisy when there are a lot of guests.

- 4/5
STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ONLY REAL COMPLAINT IS THAT I AM A SHORT PERSON AND THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER WERE TOTALLY OUT OF MY REACH. THE LOCATION FOR THESE ITEMS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME AS EVEN AN AVERAGE HEIGHT PERSON WOULD BE STRETCHING.
- 4/5
The Breakfast! And warm cookies in the afternoon:) The bed :(

Continental breakfast was great. Location is great/safe. Close to restaurants and the freeway. The rooms are very small for a family of 4. The elevators were very slow. The hotel was musty and smelled damp inside.

Property needs some work. Fitness center was disappointing. Cardio machines were broken. No attachments for weight machine. Breakfast was adequate but limited.

- 2/5
Property didn't look like it had beed cleaned in years, staff was kind but not helpful. Breakfast was barely adequate.
- 2/5
Shower soap dispenser was empty and no one cleaned our room or left fresh towels or made the bed for 2 days, so they didn’t see the soap was empty and coffee in room was not replaced. The key we were given did not work to open our room door. It took a long time to get that issue resolved. We were looking forward to eating some cookies on Saturday and were told that they didn't make cookies on the weekend. All-in-all - we didn’t feel that the value was there for the amount that we paid to stay there for 3 nights.
- 5/5
The front counter and kitchen staff were amazing.
- 5/5
Great food. treadmill didn't work in gym.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Desk receptionist and house keepers were so nice and friendly. I would come again.
- 3/5
The rooms were extra small. We couldn’t get past each other at the end of the bed without one sitting down first on the bed. The closet wasn’t any better. The full length mirror. there was no way you could stand in front of it and adjust your clothes as it was too close to the bed.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with selections. Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Need new towels. The current towels smell like old cigarettes
- 3/5
Serve for two nights. The picture tube was fading, very dark, could not watch. Room carpet was dirty. Pipes bursted, water was i hallway. I would like a partial refund. Breakfast was very convenient.
- 1/5
Drove hours away got to the hotel was not able to check in early which was fine however the room had a mold smell about it . There trash can in the bathroom and no liners in the trash can in the room. The shampoo was empty and there 1 towel in the bathroom. The receptionist was not very friendly usually we stay at Hampton Inns when we travel and never have complaints but this one was horrible.
- 5/5
Only problem was TV did nit work. So we had a long day driving and no tv to watch and relax. They had staff member look at it but no result. Otherwise all was great.
- 4/5
All good
- 3/5
People were wonderful! Breakfast was good....room needed updates as some fixtures were loose (bathroom)
- 5/5
Nice stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Super nice when asking for additional towels and really helpful when asking questions. Will definitely stay at the Hampton.
- 4/5
Small room
- 5/5
Room was great, staff courteous and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent.
- 1/5
Room was musty. Bathroom extrmely small. Parking was sketchy. Overall very uncomfortable.
- 3/5
No room service, training center out of order, juice fountain out of order
- 3/5
The room was very small - hardly room to move around. The closet was essentially a frame built of 2x4s with a hanging bar. We could not get the microwave to plug in. The carpet was stained & not well vacuumed. And it had a not-so-pleasant smell.
- 2/5
Our room had a sock left from a previous occupant in the bathroom. Also a stain on the bathroom door. The light fixture on the desk had something on it. And the desk chair also had a white stain on it. The beds had sheets that didn't quite fit on the corners. But the most concerning was the lock on the door to stop people from breaking it was loose and the door looked like it had been broken in before. Since we stayed only 2 nights and it was pretty busy when we checked in we didn't complain to the staff. As it looked like most of the property just needed an overhaul we didn't think they could do anything to make it a fresher experience anyway.
- 5/5
Front Drsk personnel are very courteous and assisted me with my special needs.
- 5/5
It was a good stay.
- 2/5
Treadmill broke and then work out room closed only reason we chose hotel they said they had work out facilities ran out of coffee in in early morning
- 5/5
The kitchen staff was very nice. We keep staying there because of all the friendly staff
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
Staff .. courtesy..personality and professional
- 1/5
We booked two nights. When we arrived an hour after booking, the hotel told us they had no rooms available. We had to sleep in our car.
- 5/5
staff was excellent
- 5/5
I will recommend this hotel most definitely
- 1/5
The outside of the hotel looked fine but the inside was terrible. Our sink did not drain. The room and bathroom were very small. The microwave was on a broken shelf so it was not useable. There were holes in the walls and just very dingy, even the lamp bases were rusted. Our friends that stayed there also, did not even have a shower that worked…and nothing was done about it! We paid $200 per night for that! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! When we told the desk clerk as we were leaving, he just smiled and said we’re in the process of remodeling…no apology at all.
- 5/5
The staff who checked me in was fantastic. Kind young man who saw I was tired. Leaving this morning, the young lady was busy.
- 5/5
Great experience with the exception of the bathroom towels. They were cheap, might as well used paper towels.
- 3/5
The gym was another downside—it had a strong odor and several pieces of equipment were out of order. Not ideal if you plan to keep up with workouts during your stay. On the positive side, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent with plenty of options. I also appreciated that coffee was available early in the morning—and it was actually good. With some updates and better maintenance, this place could be a solid option. For now, it’s okay if you’re not too picky and just need a place to sleep.
- 3/5
The staff is wonderful. Friendly and goes out of their way to help. The building is damp and musty. A shame.
- 5/5
Clean room and very relaxing
- 4/5
The staff
- 5/5
Had a wonderful time in this hotel. Staff was friendly and breakfast was hot. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were in the area.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff and a pleasant facility. It was close to where we needed to be, but we were concerned about security with all the warnings that the car owner was responsible for any issues.
- 4/5
That is enough
- 5/5
Location was good with various options available. Staff was nice and pleasant.
- 5/5
great location great staff clean room
- 3/5
First room given had no TV, had to get transferred to another room. Hallways are hot, hardly any air conditioner.
- 4/5
The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. The toilet was leaking and did not get fixed. I did make staff aware. The rooms were outdated and did not have the amenities of other Hampton Inns that we have stayed in. The coffee and breakfast items were fresh and hot!
- 3/5
The outside and the front entrance looks new but the room look old no closet room for your suitcase just look old
- 5/5
Just an overnight stop, didnt really see any staff but wasnt necessarily needed. Came late at night and left early. No issues
- 5/5
Staff were very helpful and very polite.
- 3/5
The toilet in our room would not flush and one of the soap dispensers was about to fall off the wall. I reported both to the staff. The soap dispenser was fixed, but the toilet was not. That being sai, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The building is old and looking run down. The room was small. You had to walk a long distance to get to the elevator.
- 2/5
Hampton inn is our favorite hotel when we travel. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The hallways were unbearably hot and humid. The breakfast buffet had no orange juice, no paper plates 2 mornings and I expected better. The staff was kind. It is a shame this place couldn’t be cleaner and have the a/c system repaired.
- 5/5
Room was small, but clean and comfortable!
- 3/5
Want stay again
- 4/5
Complimentary Breakfast
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful in accommodating our family when we needed to check in early. They were super helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Have stayed here many times in past. Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast
- 5/5
Front desk staff was so friendly
- 5/5
Overall trip was good. Staff was friendly. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast. Room was so much smaller than I imagined, a bit tight actually! However, the room was clean and neat.
- 5/5
The employees were absolutely GREAT..!! The room was perfect for our famuly of 5. I loevthe fact the front desk check up on us to make sure we were happy with our room and see if we needed anything through out our stay.
- 5/5
Great stay! Very nice a helpful front desk!
- 3/5
Not terrible not great
- 5/5
Easy check in and out, friendly staff, clean rooms.
- 2/5
For the money, there must be something better nearby.
- 1/5
Our room was damp and smelled terrible--sort of like the carpet had gotten wet at some point and then had gotten moldy. After two days we were moved to another room, and it was not much better. My wife and I don't plan on ever staying here again.
- 1/5
Had a horrible smell, Went down to exchange rooms was giveven 308, This room smell better hiwever went to yse the restroom and saw that a dirty towel was left hanging in there. Im so over this hotel. All the staff lady could say was im sorry.
- 4/5
Nice stay. Convenient location.
- 2/5
Toilet ran all night. Carpets throughout hotel were old and dirty. Breakfast was sub par. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel just needs updating
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean and comfy. Lots of good food close by and ver safe area.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and professional.

Afortunadamente, el hotel tenía una habitación disponible y la tomé por separado.
- 1/5
Most importantly the rooms may look clean and neat but don't be fooled. My room was honestly the size of a small walk-in closet with a wall mounted post to hang barely a few shirts. I actualy had to turn sideways to get between the TV stand and bed. The mattress was weak and leaned to one side, and all four of the pillows were flimsy and deflated. Terrible night's sleep. The two shelves in the bathroom which hold the one towel each were dusty and dirty. Zero water pressure, with just a few moments of hot water. The in-room coffee machine for lack of a better term didn't work. As I said, not one thing about this room made my stay enjoyable. When I first entered the room and saw how small it was (for $200 a night) I immediately went downstairs to the desk and asked if anything could be done. The attendant, Damon, when he noticed it was booked through Hotels.com [while I am still a Hilton Honors member] was both rude and passive about doing anything to resolve the issue. Basically telling me I was SOL, and because I had booked through a third party that even a refund wasn't possible. Upon returning to the room I called Hotels.com who, after a 20 minute phone call, told me that the property told them that again I was out of luck and even if I went to another hotel or checked out early they were not refunding the balance.
- 5/5
Needs more parking spaces.
- 3/5
Overall it was a good stay. Lots of electrical issues causing elevators to be down for a couple of days. Poor lighting in the stairwell. Had to use phone flashlight. Problems with internet due to electrical problems. I'm sure this was out of their control and the staff was nice, but I was never notified or updated about the issue/inconvenience. It was just never acknowledged, not even at checkout. Not a bad hotel, just weird circumstances.
- 4/5
Was an overnight stay for a wedding. We always get a handicapped room thru hotels.com…. Even tho we don’t need that. Room was a little small but adequate for our needs
- 5/5
All the staff spoke and was very nice! Attentive to our need(s). Arraya at the front desk was very sweet and made everything a breeze.
- 5/5
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. However I was informed by the hotel that I had paid for the stay twice. I am hoping to have a refund.
- 4/5
Everything was nice other than having an incredibly small room for a king bed.
- 4/5
Staff could do better.
- 5/5
Our favorite staycation spot!!! Everything is wonderful!!!
- 5/5
The front desk ladies were nice, room was clean, breakfast was good.
- 2/5
I was disappointed when I found out their gym was not functioning after calling and asking as well as double checking at check in only to be told later by a 3rd person that it wasn’t actually open and a pass to a local gym was being given. I was shocked by the amount of hair I found in the sheets, towels, and on the surfaces.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and most importantly, the bathroom was clean. Newk’s Deli is next door and there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. All in all, I would recommend considering this place if you’re visiting.
- 1/5
Because they intentionally didn't give me a receipt upon check out because they wanted to charge me a smoking fee of 250 dollars for smoking in the room in which I never did.
- 4/5
Really liked the free water
- 4/5
We booked a 2 night stay in a room with a roll in shower. When we got there about 10pm we checked in and went to our room. The room did not have a roll in shower. So we went to the desk and told the girl that we booked a room with a roll in shower. She swapped our rooms and we went to the new one. It still wasnt the right room but we were exhausted so we just said forget it. The next day we went sight seeing and later in the day we recieved a call that our kid was sick back home. It was well after chevk out time so i assumed we wouldnt be able to get a refund. We asked anyways and the lady at the desk that day was very nice and gave us our refund back! So even with the slight room misshap, our stay was good. The hotel breakfast was by far the best part! They had omelets, breakfast potatoes, maple sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and juice and hot coffee. It was delicious!
- 4/5
The breakfast was subpar.
- 5/5
nice hotel
- 4/5
The bed was hard and the pillows were way to small and worn out. It was an affordable hotel and in a good location to get around Memphis in any direction.
- 5/5
the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a couple of issues with one room and Olivia was so instrumental in in resolving it and making sure that we were comfortable.
- 3/5
Could not adjust HVAC in room.
- 4/5
Elevators and room were dated and damaged in areas.
- 4/5
I am not satisfied my stay, bathroom not well clean, the mattress has annoying sound while sleeping, room is very congested overall it’s not a good experience.
- 5/5
Good value. Great breakfast. No problems.
- 4/5
Very nice.
- 3/5
Lots of areas of disrepair in this hotel right now. Also, poorly repaired areas. This hotel was great 3 or 4 years ago but is quickly deteriorating physically. Bed was still very comfortable and room clean. Biggest complaint...our shower. The water was either super hot (too hot to stand in) or opposite...super cold. It worked for a bath, but neither of us could shower without potential scalding or freezing! We told the front desk when checking out and all we got was, "I'll tell maintenance." Absolutely no apology, nothing. She truly didn't care. We will be looking for other options when visiting our son at school.
- 2/5
Third floor room with a broken elevator. I am 78 years old aand have COPD walking up and down 3 flights of stairs. the person named Val carried my heaviest load down for me, but I had already carried two down and was exhausted. I stayed there years ago and was very pleased but the facility needs remodeled.
- 2/5
The room had a stale order, wrinkle-crumbled up sheets on the bed, stained bath towels, and holes in the pillow cases. Hotel room phone was broken had to use cell phone to call the front desk. TV had about 8 working channels.
- 1/5
The room smelled like a dog lived in for an extended period of time. Also another guest had a dog in a room which was barking .this was supposed to be a hotel but ended being a dog kennel
- 3/5
The elevator was a total nightmare. We quit using it because we were afraid any second it would go out and we would be stuck inside. You had to hold the buttons the entire time and it stopped on every floor whether or not anyone needed it. Our first room didn't get cool. None of the AC units blow very hard, so you have to keep the air on constantly to keep it cool. The outlets didn't work. However, Olivia at the desk was super helpful! She made sure we got a room that had everything working and had maintenance check to make sure it was good and cool. She was so kind and apologetic.
- 4/5
Nothing further to say.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. It’s an older hotel which has been nicely uograded. Only issue - a/c in room did not seem to cool Rommel very quickly and we had it set at 63 degrees. Other than that we will stay here again if we are in Memphis.
- 5/5
After spending the previous night in a different horrible hotel, this place was like a breath of fresh air! Everything as it should be. My only complaint is I'm not a fan of feather pillows. To me if feels as if i'm sleeping on a dish rag, it would have been nice to have a choice of pillows or an assortment but that is my only complaint everything else was perfect.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 4/5
The exterior maintenance work (necessary I assume) was irritating, hampering parking and entrance and egress to the hotel
- 5/5
We were greeted by a smiling employee followed up by a personal text once we reached our room. We felt welcomed. Everything was great!
- 4/5
Potholes in driveway entrance
- 5/5
nice hotel
- 4/5
The breakfasr was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Property was undergoing renovations but it did not bother us for our 1 night stay. Very convenient and safe location. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Love that the rooms are spacious enough to move around and the free breakfast. One downside is the fee. On the other hand, it's silent and peaceful. Makes you feel real safe and secure
- 1/5
We checked to nasty room, shower full of mold, carpet filthy. Asked for another room, said could not change. Room had no hair dryer, iron or board nor hangers. Went to dinner and lock battery dead, waited 40 min, finally gave us another room. It was cleaner. Got up to commode not working! Terrible place! Have traveled for yrs and worst experience ever. They were rude. Imagine having to go down to lobby to use the bathroom!
- 5/5
Overall nice place to stay
- 3/5
It eas clean, but way smaller than any room we have ever had, we expected more, and have alway got a decent sized room from Hampton! Very suprised to have no closet at all, along with no drawers at all for clothes! Also no vent fan in the bathroom!! Staff were nice, but had to ask for towels... breakfast was ok, waffle maker was broken the entire 4 day stay! Good security though!!
- 3/5
Person. Later that night when I questioned why I was given that room no one had an answer. At that point they did offer to change me but I was too tired. The next day I was given a very nice room and I question why I did not get that room in the first place. My car was broken in to. I wonder where the guard was since I must have taken the thieves more than a few minutes to break all the glass out of my back glass out.
- 1/5
This was my fourth stay. I normally book directly with them. I booked with hitels com not knowing they are expedia. I selected a queen room i was told expedia gave me a handicapped assisted room with the chair in the tub. I requested to upgrade and was told no. Tge room had no microwave phone or working refrigerator. Tge next day i received a microwave. I requested to bemived due to no refrigerator working and was only moved because if that request. As big as the hotel all ice machines but one was working. I was tgere for a funeral as well refused a early checkin to prepare for tge wake. This was a horrible experience after i thought i had found the right hotel to stay as I am in Memphis once a monrh.
- 4/5
Nice hotel.
- 5/5
Fit my needs perfectly. Staff stayed on point.
- 5/5
location was close to my destination, which is why I chose it. Some maintenance/repairs in progress but otherwise, nice
- 3/5
Kids running back and forth behind the counter. No hot food at breakfast. All coffee was empty.
- 4/5
The one thing that needed to improve was the breakfast, and second cup of coffee was cool.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Pool was pretty clean. Felt safe and comfortable. Could have been a little cleaner. There was a leak in the hallway and the carpet was wet and smelled moldy.
- 4/5
When we arrived, there was some confusion regarding other customers, and for about a second I thought it might be a bad sign. But, even in their confusion and the "chaos" everyone was still laughing and cordial. They got us in our room within a few minutes. The hallway needed to be vacuumed badly. (This always gives you a bad impression when the hallway is dirty). However, the room was spotless. We could hear some noise from the hallway in the morning, but it wasn't excessive. The breakfast was as expected, not chef level but was just fine. I had oatmeal with sugar and walnuts. Overall, it was nice, appropriate, safe, conveniently located, and I got everything I needed especially for the price. I have no complaints and I would book here again.
- 5/5
Great location - security on site - felt very safe, great staff, very clean.
- 3/5
I was surprised by this stay. Stayed for 2 nights. Did not have room straightening up the whole towels ( beds not made, needed cream rise and lotion bottle was empty and laying on floor in bed area. Did call down and had fresh towels delivered). I am also not sure the floor had been vacuumed between the prior people leaving and us coming in. The breakfast was good and the front desk people were very nice.
- 4/5
Someones truck was broken into and the police was called. People out in the hall were talking and laughing like they were having a party for about 30 minutes.
- 4/5
The property was convenient to I-240. There were numerous restaurants and businesses in the area. The staff was very friendly.
- 2/5
The property was safe, which in Memphis is saying a lot. While the staff was very friendly, they seemed completely understaffed. There was no house keeping service provided and when asked for clean towels (multiple times) I had to follow up. It seems like they were washing them on demand. The check in process was slow as they only had 1 working computer.
- 3/5
Outside and surrounding area was inviting. The staff was not welcoming, the inside common area showing signs of wear. We reserved two rooms, one of the rooms had an unmade bed, the air smelled of must/mildew. Breakfast was good and satisfactory. Per the condition of our rooms I’d suggest the hotel needs some upgrades. 😞
- 2/5
The hotel was in poor condition. It was dirty and run down. Our room had accumulated dirt in the entry area and bathroom
- 3/5
Not good. They couldn't make door keys so they had to walk me to the room and use a master key. The elevator door was partially broken and they ran out of eggs for breakfast.
- 3/5
Okay property.. they didn’t have my Expedia reservation. Property was clean enough nothing special
- 3/5
Other then that is was clean There was ants in my room my 6 month old baby woke up I put her in her seat and 3 baby ants was crawling on her leg There was other ants big and little thru out the room I cleaned everything trying to find the source the source of the ants are not in room 319 so they must be a nest somewhere around the 3 or 2 second floor I’m guessing The staff was very nice and friendly you have a good team of people working we appreciated all the love we was visiting from Ohio and Cali
