    Room was ok. Floors with no carpet and too slick. The room felt damp. Room was clean. No amenities like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Only a bar of soap and 2 towels. Full kitchen but nothing in it. You have to bring your own kitchen supplies or buy theirs. Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Hall way smelled. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There was a yelling match in the room next door to us the first night and next morning but very quiet the next two nights.

    My son and I arrived about 11:30 pm to a very dark parking lot with the lobby being difficult to find on the side of the building. I then entered a very dark lobby and had to use my cell phone light to read the signs on the closed front lobby desk. It instructed me, if arriving after 8 pm to check in, to use the phone and dial “0” to let the staff know i was there to check in. Mind you the instructions did not say the phone was outside, I had to find that myself. When I found the phone and dialed “0” a gentleman answered and asked if I would hold while he contacted someone to come check me in? He then got back on the phone and said someone would be there within 10 minutes to check me in. I then went back to the small, dark lobby to wait. After 15 minutes of no one showing up I went back to the phone and called back and told the person on the other line that I wanted to be checked in immediately or wanted a full refund given we were extremely exhausted from the long drive. He called the staff member back and then got back on the line with me and said she would be right there. She did come then to check me in but I heard her tell another person walking through the lobby that she has been at her “other job”. The door entering our room wouldn’t open without a lot of extra force and then the sofa bed where my son intended to sleep had a mattress that was completely worn out. Please remove this hotel from your website!

Had to wait outside almost 30 minutes for someone to accommodate my reservation with a late check in. The is a restaurant/lounge that shares the general area, couldn't get any sleep Saturday night until they closed, because the music and parking lot traffic were so LOUD. Couple next door that shared a wall with us was literally fighting all night one night, again couldn't get any sleep because of that distraction. Elevator is on its last leg. This is just scratching the surface of why I will never stay there again or at any Extended Stay if this one represents all the others. I overpaid for less than stellar accommodations!

    Our stay as a family of 6 was decent. The room is more than big enough to fit us all, but the walls and floors are so thin, you could hear everything that happens. Our first night, the cops were called on us within the first hour of checking in because they thought we were fighting (Mind you, I have three kids under 10 with heavy feet). The biggest issue I had is my key card almost never worked! I had to get it replaced 4 times before I just gave up and knocked on my own door and waited for someone to let me in. There is a club/restaurant next door and its music is pretty loud. If you are looking for something affordable and don’t really care about what you may see inside or outside the hotel, then definitely stay here. The staff was really nice and understanding! The rooms were clean-ish.

    Would not refund a day when we had to leave early. It was an 8 day stay and we did not think it was unreasonable to reduce it to 7 days, but we the request was rejected. Still gave the hotel a good rating, but this is the first time that happened.

    Rooms "appear" clean until you walk barefoot and feel and see the accumulated dirt on their room floor (it was sticky). There was damage all over the furniture in both rooms too (took pics on day 1 to CMA). The outside property is dingy and hoodlums hang around, and there aren't cameras outside, so be cautious with that. I will say everyone staying there was either polite or neutral, so there is that. Stay on weekdays but avoid weekends.

    This place was such a disappointment to say the least! Critical doors like from the outside to the hallway didnt work, from the lobby to the hall as well. It smelled like weed, it was in a rough area, it was dirty, and you couldn't get ahold of customer service outside of the hours. There was no breakfast that I could see.

    This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They say the room can sleep 6 but only give you 2 towels. If you need more they tell you to go buy your own at the store. They provide no shampoo or soap so you have to go buy your own. There is a kitchen but zero utensils, dishes or pot and pans. If you need them your have to go buy your own. There is a night club next door to the hotel which plays music very loadly until 3am so you can’t sleep. The rooms, hallways and lobby all have a heavy marijuana smell. The elevator barely works. If you don’t get back to the hotel before 10pm the doors are locked so you have to call and wait for up to an hour so they can let you into the building. There are dealers outside the hotel selling drugs and there are no employees to stop them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, ITS HORRIBLE

    Not a family friendly location at all - felt unsafe. I was prepared that my car would be broken into when I woke up. Only a Place to stay if nothing else available. Must check in before 10p- took 20mins to check in with attendant on site. She Stated it was the WiFi acting up, but asked same questions multiple times. Adjacent property is a very lively bar/grill that had live DJ until 3:30am( we stayed on Sat night), approximately 30feet from our room window that would not fully seal shut.- noise all night. Made parking limited . Room itself , our socks were sticking to the floors- every surface in room was sticky. Group of older teens tried to follow us inside , but our key didn't work so none of us could get in : thankfully the host lady was just about to leave & heard us and came out and gave us new key cards ( we came dropped our stuff and ran to get food , by the time we got back key didn't work ). Parking lot had groups of people just hanging about at all times except when we left at 0730. Entire facility is dated and not very clean- strong odors all throughout. Bed linens appeared clean but hairs throughout ( we slept in our clothes and brought up our travel blanket/pillows).No breakfast aside from vending machine -not even able to get into lobby at checkout to return keys. No one was there. As stated , no one was onsite so there was no point to attempt to contact anyone about the condition of the room or anything else.

    This used to be my favorite hotel but recently is has become a place I will avoid at all costs. Let’s start with the fact that since they have come under new management it smells like dirty diapers in the halls everyday, theres constant banging coming from the second floor and when you make a noise complaint they say there’s nothing they can do. There are also lot lizards in the parking lot and sketchy ppl just loafing late at night. I had to resubmit an honest review because my first review was harassed out of me by iris the front desk manager. The only time she was nice was when she was asking me for a good review, even said I owed her a favor and low key forced me to leave one. That’s not even the reason I’m leaving this review tho, I’m here because my room door was attempted to be opened at 9:20 in the morning and me and my husband were asleep stark naked in bed. If we did not have our latch on the door Trinity (iris’s niece I’m almost sure) would have seen something she didn’t want to see, or did considering she didn’t give us a chance to put clothes on when we said we were naked and coming to the door. When I called the front desk to ask why I was woken up and walked in on at 9:20 and not check out time which is 11, i got hung up on. When I came down to the desk to continue my conversation, I got cut off by iris every time I tried to address my issue, and I was being respectful until I was no longer being respected.     Nothing to like. This place is not as advertised. Amenities listed that we didn't get include breakfast, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, 24-hour reception desk, and a few other things. We were given a list of rules and what we would be charged extra for (another towel, another pillow, overflowing trash can, etc.) upon check in. We were given one small trash can for a 3-day stay. People were loitering in the very pot-holed parking lot. I felt very unsafe. The whole place had an aura of being nasty. This place needs to change it's amenities list and make major improvements to the property.

    The paint was chipping old and dated. The bed in the room looked like a roll away bed. Although it was an extended stay there was no dishes, pots, pans, no soap just 1 roll of tissue because the one on the roll was empty. I travel a lot for work and time from illinois to Cordova TN. And i never stayed in this room I didn't feel safe or clean. And was told i couldn't get a refund. So i had to pay out of pocket for something decent.

    The staff has been very helpful the day manager Sheila has been a doll, and the weekend attendant Felicia has been very helpful, they always make themselves available considering i have a broken leg. The only issue ive had that on occasion ive seen pest, however ive also seen a person spraying down the rooms and the ones ive been in for those pest so thats good. The housekeeper i forget her name is very kind and is always making sure i have everything i need and not missing anything. Overall my stay here has been a good one id come back again for sure.

    I didn't like that my room upon the 1st night had 3 things already not in working condition such as the room phone, the t.v. remote, and my room was missing a microwave. There was no soap in the kitchen or bathroom and just 2 towels, no hand towels, wash cloths, or bath mat. The next morning the lady gave me a new remote with working batteries but still none of the other things have been remedied. The young man told me he could put in a request for a microwave to be brought into my room. I hope he did however I will probably be checking out this morning due to neglect to fix the problems. I feel I should've been offered a discount or had the pet fee waived. Some type of compensation for paying full price for less than a fully equipped room.

    I did not stay at this property. I arrived at 9pm Saturday night and there wasn’t any staff on site. There was a note stating to use a rickety looking phone outside for assistance. I called the number listed with Expedia and they claimed they would refund my money and we’re sorry about the inconvenience. I still had to request a refund from Expedia bc I never heard back from this facility.

    This was the most terrible experience I have EVER had with a hotel, or orbitz. We traveled with two young toddlers and were worked up by screaming and fighting of adults in the hallways. Physical altercations and pounding on the walls. People screaming they were “going to shoot them” cursing and loud cries for hours. To the point we felt so unsafe we packed our babies and left in the middle of the night. We were over 1,000 miles away from home, 2am, and freezing cold outside. If you’re traveling under ANY circumstances DO NOT stay here!!!

    Housekeeping did not thoroughly clean the room prior to check in. There was still a lot of trash on the floor, under the bed, and the tables had crumbs and grease smears from fingers upon arrival. The property also does not provide housekeeping for a 2 day stay…. We bathe daily so new towels and a clean room should be available for each day visit .

    The place looks like a drug house. Broken doors, weird odor, brown towels and a strange reception area all combine for a truly disturbing and dystopian looking property. There is a better extended stay next to the Wolfchase mall. Avoid this property at all cost for your piece of mind.

    I stayed here regularly - but will not be back. The management was lovely, but the building needs to be totally redone on the interior. Ripped furniture, stained carpets, dripping faucets, missing light bulbs, no room phones (but that is a trend). Lighting in the parking lot is poor. There is no security. Several guest's cars were broken into the night before I arrived. First room they sent me two had not yet been cleaned up. Second room was beneath a horde of kids who fought, yelled and did gymnastics till 3 in the morning with an apparently worthless parent in charge. Management tried but could not get them to stop - so I checked out at 5AM and hit the road...won't be back.

    I was travelling with my wife and kids. We were driving through and just going to stay the night. After driving the lot and looking for parking we noticed multiple cars in the lot with broken windows. I spoke to a gentleman who had his truck broken into that night and some items were stolen. We decided to leave and did not even go to the room. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

    This is a older hotel. It did appear to be nonsmoking however there was a strong stench of Canisius. No coffee pot or kitchen emenitys. We purchased a coffee pot and left there. 1 call to the manager did help in getting upstairs guests quieted down.

    My stay is amazing! Great service! This locstion is 5 star! I love the service and theication is near some good restaurants. Which were very convenient and closr to theocation!My room was clean and the bed is comfortable! I will definitively recommend this hotel to friends and family!

    Getting to the hotel required navigating dimly lit alley ways in a shopping area. There were no direct entrances to the hotel. The poor lighting left us concerned about potential theft.

    The lobby smelled like cat pee and marijuana. The elevator and our room floor smelled like marijuana. Our room was clean but smelled very musky.

    I was not able to stay. I was sent to a room that was being repaired or remodeled and could not be used. I was sent to another room that was already occupied. This whole ordeal took nearly an hour. There were also two guys behind me who were checked into uninhabitable room that were being remodeled and came back to the lobby. We all requested refunds.

    Hotel is old outdated .. elevator had saliva on the wall where someone had spit and it was left there dried .. hotel floors seems as if you will fall threw the floor ,,, it was trash on all three floors siting out where the stairs...was given a room in 224 .. once I got to second floor the room had no bed.. seems as if they were remolding the room maybe it was trash and all kinds of debris .. had to go back down to front desk .. was given another room.. again went back to the floor got in the room to take shower towels was old and dirty looking had hair on them the hair was stuck to the towels ... tv remote had tape on the back side pillows was flat .. comforter was old and very thin ... bed was squeaky ... all around just a mess

    I usually stay at extended stay hotels whenever I decide to get a room. The property was nice, clean, and everything worked just fine. It’s located right in the heart of EVERYTHING! Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and fun activities to do. The only downfall is that the area to park around the hotel is small and limited.

    Parking was limited. Didn’t need alarm for wake up because of all the banging outside of room. I had to ask for a garbage can. The speckled design on sink did not hide the dirt.

    The hotel was a little sketchy. It looked like they are remodeling but they had remenants everywhere, like drop cloths and such. There was an argument outside our room in the middle of the night and all night someone kept trying our door handle. The room had been painted recently and it was clean. I would not stay here again.
