Room 137 had wet carpet, smelled musty, a broken plugin outlet (my phone charger would not stay plugged in), smoke detector would flash every 2 seconds, I had to call the front desk 2 times to get the loud music turned down in the room next door, oh by the way I also got robbed!

Love this hotel, we did park and stay for flying out of Memphis, Tn, they had clean rooms, great helpful staff. Shuttle to airport/pick up from airport when we came back was great! I would stay here again.

The first room we were given had a deadbolt lock that was broken and a telephone that didn’t work not even when trying to call the front desk. Our second room had dirty carpet (evidenced by the bottom of my slippers), a/c that alternated between freezing and barely cooling throughout the stay. Our room was not refreshed when we returned at 6:30pm even though we left the room at 11:30am. No luggage rack or surface on which our suitcase coukd be placed. The staff was friendly but I would not recommend this particular Courtyard to anyone. It

The room was stuffy. It was hot out and the air had a hard time keeping up during the day. The bathroom door would not close because the toilet was in the way and would not allow it to do so.

The stay did what it was supposed to do, and the staff was nice. Everything went smoothly, and I had a pleasant experience.

It was a bed to try to sleep in before an early flight! The bed was comfortable but the room was not. The carpet felt damp, and the bathroom smelled soured and mildewed. Not recommended for the price.

The room was clean. I was at the hotel three nights and they provided us with fresh towels each day. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool….great location!

There was a few areas that needed attention besides that, it was good. It felt homey.

This was my second time staying at this location. The hotel and staff are wonderful. This time, however, there were noisy guests talking loud in the hallway late at night. I realize it is not the fault of the hotel.

As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.

The property was extremely close to the airport and yet it was quiet and secluded as well. . I wish I knew that there wouldn't be an assortment of eating establishments around nearby.

It is by the highway so not quiet and there is nothing around but empty commercial buildings..No resturants .. only thing is it is 7 minutes from the airport so for early morning flights it is good

Just what we wanted a stay in Memphis really close to downtown but in the heart of it.

Dirty. Repairs seen. Came atofftime for food but staff was good and got me a coffee. Bathroom in room had a door with a broken hinge so it could not close O cups in the room. Ver humid. Street located on was like a ghost town. Every building was vacant Office building after office building was empty.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer; however, I would like to recognize one in particular. Tyrone went above and beyond to help me after a long frustrating day for me. He was always professional and polite.

Overall pretty nice hotel although only an outdoor (thus not in service during our Mar stay) pool and is quite noisy on the front side where we were. Quite disappointed that they only had the smallest, cheapest mini-fridge (and it had no shelf) given the hotel is rather expensive. Staff were nice, especially Tyrone who went out of his way to try to address an issue we had. The main drawback to this hotel is that they charge for things other include. The breakfast was OK but an extra $10-20 each and the gated parking is nice but again an extra nightly charge. Quite unexpected given they are well away from the downtown area.

We booked a room, received confirmation, and they charged my credit card. When we arrived, they told us they were sold out. We had to take an uber there, then they offered no help on booking elsewhere, so we had to find another hotel and take another uber costing far more than we should have if they had any clue how to operate a hotel.

The staff at the restaurant was terrible, very unfriendly.

I did not have breakfast. I only had a Cobb Salad. It was delicious.

Thought there would had been more amenities, but overall it wasnt to bad actually, not quite what i expected but was decent

This seems to be a good hotel. However, my stay was overshadowed by rude housekeeping staff. I booked a night after much international traveling with severe jet lag (with an 8 hour drive the next day). I asked and was granted a late check out. What insued was a tap at the door every hour on the hour after check-out time. To add insult everytime I got up to check the door they would disappear. It was clear that they wanted me to leave. Needless to say I was not very happy. Im a BONVOY member but I don think I would stay there again.

Overpriced because it is near the airport, parking cost that was never mentioned online, old feeling and the staff wasn't very friendly. The bed was comfortable but the a/c didn't work well. This was just an overall poor experience for what we've come to expect from a Marriott.

It doesn't appear this property has been updated in decades. The food in the "Bistro" was horrible. The mattress in my room was so bad, I couldn't sleep for more than a few minutes at a time. I'm still suffering lower back pain. I won't be staying there again and will be rethinking Courtyard.

Ask for wake up call, it was not put in and I didn't receive it. Could easily have missed 6:00 am flight.

The room was very comfortable. The bistro and coffee shop had short hours for being an airport hotel.

The check in crew was super nice and the room itself was nice. The gentleman at the front desk as nice. However, The bathroom smelled like marijuana, the hall had several different weird smells, and the toilet backed up. When I called down to let them know about the toilet, I was told maintenance must have taken off for Valentine’s Day, and he brought me a plunger for me to repair the toilet myself.

I Asked a lady about the procedures and checking in and cancellation why she made a mistake and cancel my room and thought I was calling about cancellation and I called tryna see was the room still good and ask for a extra towels it’s showing up canceled for Valentine’s and I’m calling the night before and they said I have to wait on the manager ans call back and I have to talk to a thirds party in order to recieve a refund and I still ain’t got a refund or talk to the court yard or hotels .com

$5 water in rooms? Really. No free coffee in the morning. Alternative is Starbucks which I do not like and is too expensive.

Wheb we arrived out foor wouldnt lock but the maintenance man fixed it quickly for us. That makes for a little nervous experience but we knew they would either move us or fix the issue, which they did.

It’s frustrating and unprofessional that something that was left behind by a guest wouldn’t be returned. What is even more frustrating is the lack of care and communication from the team. Marriott should be ashamed. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else.

AC in the lobby was broken, temporary units were deployed. Pretty dirty all around but the worst part was that I found a lose condom next to the bed and nightstand. Oh and no free coffee.

A friend and I stayed here because we had a 6am flight the next morning. I liked the fact that the parking is gated and secure so when we walked out in the dark we felt ok about it. No issues at all. Was a great quick stay super close to the airport.

Please do not stay here. The First room we checked in to had stained sheets. So We asked for new sheets and they just switched our rooms. Went to the 2nd room and found bed bugs under the mattress. Asked for refund and left.

The room appeared clean and the bed was soft, but the bathroom door squeaked loudly when ever you opened it. The shower water was hot and there was nice lighting throughout the room. The gate gojng in and out of the gated parking was nice and easy to use. After checking out I received a statement with an $8.00 charge for daily parking and a $.78 restaurant fee. When i booked through hotels com it stated that parking would be free. I didnt use the restaurant so I dont know why i was charged a fee.

Free shuttle to airport. Good for making connections at MEM. Elevator to second floor is a fat walk from lobby, so if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, be mindful.

We were visiting from Houston,Tx for My son's AAU Basketball tournament, and I must say had a pleasant stay every associate was very polite and attentive special thanks to Demarie, Dominique, Jackie and Janice, they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and enjoy our state in Memphis will definitely visit again if ever in Memphis.

Staff was amazing however the property needs serious maintenance; our room smell weird, I don’t know if someone had previously spilled a beer in the carpet or urine, we requested to change rooms we were told they were fully book. The doors for the rooms stay open you need to pay attention that it is close, you can see water damage in our room that has been quickly fixed. Watch out for your vehicle when they are cutting grass, the yard maintenance company was blowing debris all over, in top of cars they did not care about anyone’s property they just wanted to finish their job. I will definitely will not go back

Lobby had no A/C broken! The had heavy smell of mildew and thru out the halls. No place to eat around the area of the hotel.

Property was okay, no frills, average. They had shuttle service which was great, staff was excellent-Tamika was EXCELLENT!!! She worked hard to get me situated at midnight after cancelled flight when locks didn’t work and smelly room. On duty security guard walked down with me to check locks. Room was clean- on first floor and rooms had sliding glass doors- felt a little unsafe but area was gated. I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself was good, but the area was terrible. The hotel has gates around the whole property for safety. Didn't feel very safe outside of the hotel.

When we got to our room there were hairs left all over the shower from the previous guest and the remodel of the bathroom was done incorrectly so the door couldn’t swing closed past the toilet. Wide open bathroom? No. So grateful the trip was only one night but if it had been longer or we would have arrived earlier in the day, we would have eaten the cost and left.

Second the whole reason we chose this hotel was for the shuttle to the airport. They use a SUV that only seats 4 people. Our flight got back at midnight. We had to sit outside for an hour because they could only fit 4 people at a time and only had one vehicle. Will never stay here again

A wonderful place to stay when traveling in or out of the Memphis airport. It's minutes from the airport and with the free airport shuttle, this is a no-brainer for me, every time I'm traveling through Memphis.

Staff friendly my non smoking room reeked of smoke. The door looked like it had been broken into before. Beds uncomfortable and ac fan would not continuously run so all I could hear was the highways. Would not stay again

Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Lady who checked us in was rude and short when we inquired about the shuttle. Shuttle driver was helpful, cheerful and the best part of our stay even though it 4 am. Our room was upstairs and the elevator was waaaaay down the first floor hall to the opposite end of the building. It was quite inconvenient and signage lacking, so that you had to hunt the elevator down. 😐

The property was very nice. Loved the security of it all. I liked being able to scan in with my room key to park. That made me feel so safe. The location was extremely convenient it was so close to everything we needed to go too. I would stay here again, just wish they had breakfast.

The hotel was nice and updated, the back entrance area back by the back parking lot was a bit sketchy, it still needs to be renovated, the hotel area itself is in a industrial area so there’s nothing nearby. But it’s less than 10 miles from downtown. I’ve stayed here twice now.

Hotel was clean. The lady that checked us in was not very friendly but that was ok. The bartender was great. The check out the next morning was good. The van ride to the airport was great. No problems with this Marriott. We will stay again.
