    Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left.

    Staff was less than helpful. The lady at the front desk made it seem like it was a chore to the check me in. When we got to the room the first thing we noticed was how incredibly stained the carpet was. There were multiple crusty white stains on the carpet. In the morning we went down for breakfast 30 minutes after it opened and everything was cold. Overall poor experience

    Nothing much. It was pretty much a dump. Furnishings were worn & damaged. Shower insert wall was cracked across the whole back wall. Door to back parking lot was damaged and wouldn’t close. Fire door at stairwell that had a sign saying it must remain closed always remained open. No cold water in the lobby to fill a water bottle with. Instead they only offered bottled water at $1 each.

    The girl at the front desk seemed quite annoyed to assist me. Was abrupt when I was trying to communicate with her and rushed like I was interrupting her. I tried to diffuse by asking her how long her shift was. She was working a double but still quite an ugly attitude. She should not be working a front desk job. Made me very uncomfortable to talk to her like she was ready for a fight. Very hostile. Also asked what was on the breakfast menu. She rushed and told me and said it was on my paper. Our non-smoking room was clean although it smelled like someone just smoked in our room every night. Good hot breakfast and clean room.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and the general areas were dirty. Although is supposed to be a smokefree hotel, there were cigarette butts in the stairwells and hallway. The room was clean, but furniture was old. TV was out dated and few channels. Security was great! Honestly - 2 star hotel for a 4 star price.

    Nothing absolutely nothing! No! Nothing! Awful breakfast . My room smelled awful, hard to call it smell it was a stinky one! Not sure coming from a carpet or ac too bad I arrived late in night I had no energy to complain , ac loud and not working, outside building there is some sort of factory using heavy machinery so loud 24/7 and the worst part of all someone inside the building probably one of the night shift staff turned ON loud music at 3 AM !!!!! The music was on for at least 1h!!!!!! - nightmare never ever again

    Check-in was easy and nice staff person. Place is really dirty, carpets gross, smells, I did not want to touch any surface. You can park your car behind a locked gate, but then the back door is wide open. Did not feel safe, extremely uncomfortable.

    Location and front desk lady was nice! The smell, overpowering airfreshner to cover up dirty air musk. The carpet was disgusting and the elevators need to be cleaned. The walls needed to be cleaned and cloroxed. I wanted to immediately leave and not stay. The pillows were not pillows, lumpy throw pillows. There wasn't enough breakfast either, we asked for more sausage and they didn't have any, we pay extra for breakfast per person so that should have been accommodated especially since breakfast wasn't over.

    My current stay was very unpleasant. I found a used condom behind the bed I made staff aware of the issue a picture was taken and uploaded to the staff’s group chat the condom was not removed I was advised to come back to the front desk the next morning to ask for the room to be cleaned. The next day I was told I was too late to have room cleaned. After expressing my concerns a housekeeping manager was called who only made excuses and accused me of refusing cleaning services which was not accurate. I did express my concerns to the general manager who only apologized for the incident and advised he would speak with the housekeeping staff. I don’t feel like that response and course of action was not sufficient do to the nature of the incident. I am very disappointed and will never stay with them again.

    Computer desk chair in the room was on its last leg, so to say. I sat down in it and when I leaned back the back rest gave out and I about fell backwards. I went and told the night manager about the chair and she seemed to not even care. A couple hours later I smell something funny coming from the hallway. Someone was smoking marijuana in their room. Mentioned it to management again and she seemed to not really care. Her attitude this whole time was like why are you bothering me. I had a first floor room which was great cause normally I’m on the top floor, however I was placed in the every last room on the hallway and every time someone went out the stairway door next to my room , when the door closed it made a loud bang that could be heard in my room. Nice large flat screen tv but no HD connection, all channels were blurry. Went to have coffee from the breakfast area in the morning. The offered pre bagged coffee. Push a button on this machine and it dispenses. It was horrible flavor. No hot water in bathroom sink in room. Went to take shower and there was NO hot water. Like it tried to get warm but never go there. Had to basically take a cold shower. Also the shower head was leaking water at its connection point to the pipe coming out of the wall. Also the told holder in the bathroom was about to fall off the wall. In short I will never stay here again and don’t recommend it for anyone.

    There was no hot water and front desk attendant was very rude. Entire facilities smelled like marijuana. The sheets on the bed were severely stained. When asking the front desk about when the water was going to be fixed she stared at least a week and this was not mentioned at check in and had been out for most of the day per other guest. We have stayed at this hotel for several years for the same event and this was our last time.

    Well i made a reservation for the suit when we arrived the room smelled like bug spray. My daughtets and i are very asthmatic. They gave us a smaller room for the same price. The morning manager didnt want to give me money back. Even thoe they had to give us the next room availabe, because of our room not it good condition. The smell was so strong we started coghing immediately. The night shift customer service, Ron did try to help me as much as ge could.

    The place smelled moldy covered up by Glade to give you a headache in the lobby to pretend like it is clean. Then, you get to the room to smell mildew and mold and see unclean place where the plugs in the sinks do not work. We went to a few rooms. We have alergies and it was not healthy environment.     This is probably the grossest hotel I have stayed at. The carpet in the hallways is absolutely disgusting. The whole place smells bad. The elevator has a STRONG smell of a burnt rubber belt like when your vacuum burns up. I’ve never been to a hotel that charged a $170 deposit until now and this place is definitely not worth it. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nice.

    Cons: the floors and walls especially in the hallway were disgusting. The bathroom walls also were dirty. The AC didn’t really work. There was constant noise and movement outside all night that made the room rumble. I wouldn’t stay here again. I had no idea crime was such a problem in Memphis. I would avoid staying in this city again. Cars have to be locked behind a gate to keep them safe.

    I didn't like this place at all. Hotel is in a sketchy industrial area, with fenced and gated parking. At check-in, we were surprised by a $100 deposit request. Told would take 3 to 4 weeks for a refund if deposit was made by card. Also told no receipt for a cash deposit. Room smelled bad upon entering (like a urine smell). Sink bowl had a crack in it. Toilet seat was crooked. Dirt build up in corners of bathroom floor/moulding. Bathroom floor was tacky, made it feel like whole place was dirty. Reservations were made requesting handicap accessible room for 4 people. Told no handicap available so accommodations were very cramped. Also only had two sets of towels for 4 people. Requested the extra towels and clerk was argumentative, but they were provided next morning. Room was serviced while out for the day, but again only left 2 towel sets and had to go through same senario. Also rug had cigarette holes in it and ceiling appeared to have smoke stains and/or water damages. Supposed to be smoke free room. The free breakfast wasn't the best (eggshellsin eggs, stale bread and pastries). We ate at McDonald's the 2nd morning after checking out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The room had a weird smell in it. It wasnt a bad hotel, you get what you paid for. The area isnt a good area. The only close to it to do is Graceland. Lots of businesses around the area had lot cops and their parking lot gated. The hotel parking lot is also gated. They had free wifi and breakfast. They had a gym but its ran down. I wouldnt stay here again mainly because of the area

Breakfast was severely lacking and we went down almost immediately definitely within the first 30 mins. There was one scoop of eggs and no meat option at all. We would stat again if in the area. Head up because i did not see it in the fine print there is a $100 deposit on arrival.

    Easy check in. I reserved the room through expedia and ordered the wrong type of room. The front desk was able to change to the one we needed immediately. Everything was comfortable and clean.

    Booked It For 4 Days Room Service Knocked On The Door The Second Day(Friday)Told Them We Don’t Leave Until Sunday 2 Hours Later A Lady Worker Came Unlocked The Door With A Key After I Told Her We Wasn’t Checking Out Until Sunday Front Desk Men Came Up Few Seconds Later Was Very Rude Knocked On The Door For The Dolly I Told Him I Was Bringing It Down When I Come Back Down He Pushed The Door Open On Me Saying I Cant Keep It Inside My Room I Rate This Room A 4/10

    The place is non smoking however rooms next to us was smoking and it was not cigarettes. The smell is strong and we stayed for two days and cleaning people not manager didn’t say anything. Seems like they are staying extended time

    Will not stay again. The couch bed was broken, the adults had to sleep on the floor. We asked for a couple extra blankets for my grandkids and got told sorry we can get you any. So we had to run to walmart to get the babies a couple blankets.

    I checked in at 3 in the morning with my baby and the receptionist told I will request for the late check out for you guys but in the morning that manager simply refused and said there is nothing like it and the behavior was so unprofessional and filthy Never looking see that hotel as matter of fact I will never stay in any comfort inn ever

    Check in was good, the employee was friendly. I asked several times about a shuttle to the airport and he assured me i would be taken care of. I got to the room and it smelled like mildew, i think it was coming from the AC. The next morning i go downstairs to check out and the gentleman working acts as if i woke him up. He yells from behind the wall and asks if i need a receipt. I reply i need a shuttle. He walks around so i can see him and prceeds to order a lyft. I ask how long before a driver would be there and he says he doesnt know because the system is searching for a driver. I got an Uber within 3 minutes and told him to cancel the lyft. He was rude from the start and it was too early for all that.

    Check in was easy, parking felt safe enough for the area, but the air conditioner DID NOT work well. We were hot all night and never could get comfortable. But we needed sleep for an early flight so we didn't bother asking for a different room. I regretted it by the time we got up at 3:30 am, still hot and miserable.

    The breakfast was fine. No juice since the machine was broken for our entire time there and they didnt bring any in. One staff member running breakfast so if you get there when its busy and that might only br a few people, you will have to wait. Parking lot all gated so felt safe leaving car parked

    The hotel was private owned and they changed me an extra $100 deposit to stay there. When I checked out they didn’t want to give my full deposit back because makeup was on the pillow case. I never experienced anything like that before the service was horrible.

    Front desk staff, Ron was great! He saw I was there with my teen daughter and offered us extra towels. I felt safe in this hotel. It was near the airport in a gated area. The planes were a little loud, which rattled the building a bit but if you can get past that, the price was great. I would recommend this place if you are traveling on a budget.

    I didn’t like the hotel because after I checked in and left and came back someone had been in my room and I must have caught them because the bathroom door was locked from the in side and I hear someone moving around in the bathroom. So I called the hotel attendant to let them know that someone has been in my room and I think they locked their self in my bathroom. I let him know that bathroom door was open when I left the room after checking in so why was the bathroom door locked from the inside. The hotel attendant came to the room looking nervous and try to open the door and while he was trying to door the door I heard sounded like someone moving around in the bathroom and tried to tell me it’s was him moving the knob and when he finally opened the bathroom door the vent in the bathroom was down he tried to tell me that the vents fall s like that some times. So I told him I feel uncomfortable that I wanted a refund my room. Because I feel unsafe in this hotel that someone was in my room and I don’t feel comfortable sleeping in this hotel. He wouldn’t give me a refund for my room and me and my kids had to sleep in my car. The hotel attendant was very rude I even had to call the police my kids was scared out of there life. I have never experienced any thing like this it was like something out of a horror movie. I wouldn’t recommend no one with there right mind to stay in this hotel. I felt like someone was going to kidnap me and my kids it was scary.
