It took forever to serve our simple food in the restaurant. I almost cancelled after one hour.

The hotel is amazing. The pool suite is very spacious and the pool is with a view on the beach. Breakfast was delivered to the room. We really love it!

This hotel is magical. We got the pool suite and it was absolutely worth it. Could not have asked for a better place to finish our trip to Greece. Breakfast is amazing, brought to your room. Staff is really attentive. Facilities are perfect. Everything was fantastic

Really wonderful ambience and decor. Beautiful rooms. Location is excellent with 5 minute walk into Old Town and 3 minutes from the beach. Staff was amazing and great value for the money. Truly enjoyed this experience.

I loved the location. Less than a 10 min walk to little Venice. Also 3 min walk across the street to a small beach that you can rent beach chairs. There is also a little grocery store that’s right beside the hotel. Beautiful hotel with stunning views and sunset. Very good breakfast that they deliver to your room. Nothing

room design location and friendly stuff

Amazing amazing rooms and facilities. Staff were amazingly friendly and the sunsets are unbelievable there. We didn’t want to leave the hotel. Nothing. Perfect.

Incredible views and staff, can not beat how beautiful the rooms are how close the walk to town is. Didn’t even rent a car didn’t need it. Nothing was perfect!

Exceptional

I enjoyed the cleanliness and the outdoor pool area with cabanas. The room was a very high end experience. On booking.com I tried to book the room with the private pool as the pictures of the room on the site showed the private pool. Unfortunately I was cat-fished and it turned out it was only the room with the balcony, they shouldn't have the picture of the private pool in a room that doesn't have it. Also, the maid walked in on my girlfriend and I while we were sleeping after the do not disturb sign was on the door and when she entered I even said, we are sleeping, but she still came in anyway.

The location was a bit off the beaten path from the downtown Mykonos. Walking was a bit tricky and there are no sidewalks so be careful as some of the drivers, scooters and ATV travel fast! Room was beautiful and view amazing especially for sunsets. Pool area was pretty but water very cold for swimming. Restaurant only open until 5p so we did not eat there. Breakfast the first day was perfect however the order was wrong both of the following days. Portions are large. Our check in was easy and the front desk team including the porter who took our luggage up was amazing with great hospitality. The hotel staff member we spoke to about the breakfast issues was just rude in a word. It did sour the trip a bit. We are not demanding people and he made us feel we were bothering him to get our order right..... Mentioned this to the front desk team and it felt like this might be an ongoing issue.

Once we were at the hotel they were amazing. Email responses were quick and clear. Difficult to reach the hotel directly had to go through third party service.
