Reported TV was not working twice and nothing was done. Room was not cleaned after first night. Hallway was cleaned, hotel was clean.

Pleasant place with engaging manager

Bryan was really nice at check in. He made sure to ask if there was anything we needed and handed us cookies and waters for the room. Our room was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Good location. Clean rooms. Delicious continental breakfast. Dog-friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Hampton. Everything we would expect was there. Special thanks to the staff of this hotel for going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

There was a major problem with noise in the room. The room is on the second floor and apparently the pool must’ve been just below. There were children yelling and screaming continuously for many minutes right at bedtime after 8 o’clock. I called the front desk and was told that the pool would close at 10 that they couldn’t really do something about the noise but also if I would like to move to a different room, I could. At first, I didn’t want to bother to move, but then the noise just kept on it was unbelievably loud I’m not exaggerating and so I packed everything up and came down to the front desk and dropped off my room card. The clerk was busy with a customer and went to the pool and found that there was one man sitting in a chair and a pool full of children playing some of them had other children up on their shoulders and they were yelling and screaming, and laughing, of course but very, very loud. The sound just reverberated. You can imagine the acoustics around a pool. When I came to the door to speak to the man, he couldn’t hear well enough because of the noise we had to step outside the door a little bit and he said there really wasn’t anything he could do with that many children. I was given a key to a new room on the third floor and had a good night after that. I think there should be policies about rough housing and yelling at pools in hotels.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, nice breakfast, helpful staff.

Sheets were not changed at all from the previous guest, terrible breakfast selection...

We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn! It was clean, quiet and convenient to Medina/Fairlawn. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool (there isn’t a hot tub) and having access to tea/coffee all day. The upgrade to a king suite was worth the price for us.

We moved from another hotel down the street even though we lost the night's day because it was terrible. The Hampton inn was fabulous and we were so thankful that we spent the extra money for a good night's sleep. The general manager, I believe his name was Brian was extra helpful.

It was a nice hotel. I really don’t have any complaints.

We roadtrip everywhere. This is by far the best place we have stayed. The staff were incredibly friendly. There was lady who did the breakfast and it felt like grandma serving it. She was the best. The nicest people, seriously.
