Staff good, but old style hotel

The motel was run down, dirty and very unpleasant. The beds were saggy and bed spread kind of creepy. Gentleman at the front desk seemed nice however.

Couldn't get the TV to turn on.

Superb

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. The place was clean and well maintained. the rooms showed some signs of wear and hinted that the building was not new, but despite this, it was well maintained. The only thing was that the inside of the buildings looked like something out of an Orwellian science fiction movie. There are just long sterile hallways, and all the doors look the same. This is not an inconvenience, just an observation. It might creep some people out though. Other than that, I have no complaints about this establishment.

I'm very disappointed that in the four nights of my stay I did not get any maid cleaning or replenishing of coffee. I did have two sets of towels which was good because no maid service with fresh towels. I don't know if no room service is the standard for Travelers motels. I would think vacuuming should be an everyday thing. The internet signal was active, but was there and then it was gone off and on all day and at night too. I'm x

Room had graffiti all over it with a weird odor. It juat felt very dirty. I wouldnt stay again.

Pictures were not even close to what the motel actually looked like. Rooms were not cleaned before we arrived there was smoking in the building very dark place avoid it. Booking.com has yet to refund me my full amount and has not been transparent through the process. I personally will not book through them again.

Will never stay here again. Felt extremely dirty and my family and I ended up leaving 20 minutes into stay. I would never let my child stay in such a rundown disgusting place. Sheets didn’t looked like they were washed as there were numerous different colored hair in them when I inspected. So disappointed and waste of money

Affordable and good location for breaking a two day drive between Southern California and Seattle Washington.

The pool had its quirks, fished a cigarette budt out of the bottom but wasnt too off put by it.

Needs a lot of work to be called “renovated” Had no water in the vending machine. Had some peculiar odours.

They were so rude when i came in and then decided to tell me i couldn’t stay there because i wasn’t 21 so they refused to give me a refund and told me that i basically just had to figure it out highly would not recommend anyone staying here

Nothing I didn’t actually stay when I was pulling in. There were some weirdos outside made me feel very uncomfortable as a single female. I did not feel comfortable and I did not want to stay there, and I tried to cancel my reservation because of me not feeling comfortable and they denied it and charged me anyway and told me they would not let me cancel for free so I did not stay there nor would I ever. And the outside had some broken things on the outside of the building under like a window it just gave me creepy vibes and it’s like tucked in the back. I don’t know only one way in and one way out.

Our room reeked of smoke. Literally hard to breathe the whole time. There were bugs all over the room when we walked in, the AC is falling off the wall and rusting. You definitely get what you pay for here

Arriving late, near midnight, I immediately felt unsafe as a lone female traveler. I chose not to stay at this motel.

I have been a housekeeper for 14+ years cleaning motel rooms and vaca rentals so I can pick apart any motel room very easily that being said The rooms are run down and disgusting , the pool had way to much chlorine in it there were needle caps in the parking lot ! I would never stay at this motel ever again

The stay was very comfortable. We booked thru Booking.com and as we completed the booking it said “Unable to complete this transaction, please try again later”. A bit later we tried again and the 2 room special was no longer available so we booked 2 rooms separately. Upon arrival the clerk said I see you booked 4 rooms? I said no, it said it didn’t go thru. He said well this says 4. He indicated that he couldn’t change it since it was thru Booking.com but while checking into the other rooms I contacted Booking.com and was told it was up to the hotel to agree to change it. He didn’t, but coincidentally,he did alter the other booking for the same stay that we reserved thru Booking.com because our dog couldn’t stay in one of their suites. So long story short we were charged $312.00 for 2 rooms we didn’t use bcuz he wouldn’t help us. I still have a request in with Booking.com to adjust it, if not I’ll stop payment on the card. The clerk was not helpful to us, we are elderly & disabled and I just feel like he could have helped to fix the first reservation that showed it had not been completed. I should not have to stop payment on the transaction but I will if I have to. The clerk also insisted there were no ground floor rooms available for both rooms so my sister and I had to climb stairs with all of our luggage while he stood and watched two 70 year old, disabled women struggle. Pathetic customer service.

Not easy to find. Did not service room until I ask for towels, older motel

The hotel is located with a few others on the edge of Medford and I was uncomfortable with the number of homeless people. However, the staff reassured me, had me park next to their cars, have surveillance cameras on all areas and my stay turned out to be just fine. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe.

Staff was very friendly, check in was easy. Walls were pretty dirty but everything else was decent.

This property was so dirty and worn down I didn’t even end up staying the second night because I was so grossed out. The floors weren’t swept the surface not wiped down the bathroom had hair all over the floor that was not mine the ac unit had layers of caked in dust and then whole room smelt so strong of cigarette I could hardly breath! The smoke detector was hanging off the sealing and the fan hanging off in the bathroom! I’m not usually one to be picky but this was absolutely horrible as someone who has working in hospital this was completely unacceptable! Definitely not worth the money!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Dirty is an understatement. Cigarette burn holes in the mattress. Some kind of liquid splatter running down walls and headboard. Dirty and very damaged furniture. The floors weren’t even cleaned, there was food on them in places. There were people staying above us stopping around all night long. No hot water coming out of the shower! I waited 15 min for hot water and nothing!!!! Do not stay here! It’s also in an unsafe are in which there are signs that say “lock your car doors, we are not responsible for stolen or damaged property”.

Room had not been cleaned and it was also used as an ashtray.

It was the dirtiest place ive ever stayed in.

The floors needed to be mopped (when walking barefoot, my feet got dirty), but I just wore slippers and it was fine.

At all

I was surprised about this property. Its nothing fancy but provides a real nice room tastefully decorated and a shower. It is very clean and quiet. The personnel were professional. I will go back.

Needless to say, I have no clue as to how this business isnt shut down. It was gross all the way around. Sorry, not sorry.

Not clean, parking was not lit up, homeless had access to building ! Room had a bad smell when opened the door! Turned around and went somewhere else!

was an appreciated respite

The room smelled musty, there was only one light on one side of a lumpy sagging bed. The microwave was dirty and had no inner plate to rotate on the ring. Both the microwave and mini fridge were plugged into a power strip dangling on the wall and plugged into a wall socket and looking like a fire hazard. The bathroom fan was gone and an empty hole in the wall left in it's place. There were two tiny pillows not even large enough to span half the bed. The hand soap dispenser at the sink was dried up and the pump jammed so it couldn't be used. The place is a dive.

This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. There were hairs on the bed and counters, stains on bedding and countertops looked like they hadn’t been wiped down properly. Looked like bed had been laid on. Picture on the wall had red marker outlining a creepy devil like figure. The window was left open and there were homeless people outside the hotel watching everything. My daughter felt very unsafe and asked to change rooms to the second floor. The guy at the front desk was very rude and yelled at her saying there were no homeless people on his video cameras yet she heard him yelling at them to disperse. It was not a restful sleep at all after a long days travel.

The fence between our property and the hotel 8 was down, the fence at the back of the property was down and people crawling through it. A homeless mess was on the other side of the fence. The hazelnut tree had shed a tonne of nuts which were crunchy, a local call to a bakery I'm sure they would come pick them up for free. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, pillows very comfortable, but the furniture had gouges in it, a touch up pen in the same color would help disguse it. I wouldnt stay again.

Cockroaches everywhere spoke to the manager about it. He gives me a can of raid and said what do you expect?

The manager and I think owner is always screaming at people. I got screamed at myself for having a service animal that he knew about. I had already submitted the paperwork to the motel.

The bed was covered in blood, the room was extremely unsanitary. I’d highly caution you not to stay here.

Upstairs noise until around two . Outside noise right out my window from Four on.food on the floor and side of cabinet. The bed was comfortable.

Disgusting with multiple safety violations we checked in and then immediately handed the keys back after seeing the room.

Unfortunately I got a wacked out room with a major BED BUG INFESTATION & demanded to switch rms immediately to which they complied. Have a very nice day I watched them away in and clean the room and fix it up like nothing ever happened and rented out to another person without any kind of disinfection or remedy or any kind of getting rid of the bed bugs or anything

I stayed only about two minutes, turned around and left, finding another motel and going there. By chance, I drove by the motel later and saw a police car in the parking lot.

The rooms were clean and adequate. The service was good. The hotel itself is pretty run down and not very appealing which causes the overall impression to lean toward the negative. Because of that we probably will not stay here again.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. The homeless population around the hotel was extremely high and felt very unsafe. The only reason we stayed was because we had no other option.

Housekeeping needs improvement. The towels had stains and hair, the walls were dirty, and there were dust throughout the room. Very filthy.

We felt incredibly unsafe the whole time we were here. Staff was unfriendly, and were on a personal call the entire time they were checking us in. Area around the motel is full of scary looking people, was worried my car would be broken into. As far as the room goes, there were two broken locks on the door, and the dead bolt was loose. The furniture was dirty, cracked, showing signs of wear. And the A/C was the worst part. They gave us a room with a broken A/C, so everytime we’d turn it on, it would make this awful noise that sounded like putting metal through a dishwasher or something. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and the toilet would slide around. The only pro about this place was the bed. It was probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, which is a little infuriating. Again, just stay at motel 6.

It's not the best motel i have stayed at but under my circumstances it was a place to stay for 3 knights the staff was friendly and was professional definitely better then a motel 6

Better the last time

The place has received a recent coat of paint, and was surprisingly nice for a pretty old building on a motel strip just off the interstate. Very good value for the money, though the free “breakfast” is just motel coffee and some Quaker Oats. Wifi is also good.

It was awful! The sheets were clean and the towels were clean. But the furniture is badly scarred and not nice. The lighting was ultra bright from the ceiling only. The halls etc are all vinyl and the whole place echoed when anyone opened a door or spoke. When I talked to the owner, he said it wasn’t true, !!there’s no noise and no one in the hall, then wouldn’t answer the phone after he hung up on me. The homeless and drug addicts outside were screaming obscenities all night ! The absolute worst motel I’ve ever stayed at!! The cigarette smoke was awful inside the motel and there was no breakfast that we saw.

This property is so corrupt to begin with. It's to bad the Mexicans who continue to raise rent, and promote slave labor through common settlement practice. I wish everyone would stay away from here and make them pay when you come to stay here!!!

Several homeless people inside and outside the property. Cockroaches inside. The room was clean but the halls etc weren’t great.

The front desk personnel was very helpful , friendly and courteous.

Bugs in room. Told the property manager. He did after some arguing give me a full refund. Found somwhere elts to stay.

It had not had a good cleaning in a long time. I was on a business trip, I’m in sales, when I get to a room I need internet service. The message said: “Wi-Fi has the self assigned IP address 169.254.208.86 and will not be able to connect to the internet.” I made many attempts. The front desk said they didn’t know why this would be. Theirs was working fine.
