Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The location is also appreciated for its convenience to highways, shopping, and dining. However, some guests have issues with noise, either from traffic or other guests, and a few find the rooms small.

I think maybe there isn’t enough staff for cleaning on the weekends and that’s my qualm with this hotel. Otherwise, the staff working were all incredibly wonderful and helpful. Especially Ash with the beautifully colorful hair.

Upon arrival, we were given a room where the exhaust ventilation system was located and was loud and noisy sounding like a generator when it rattled. We couldn't sleep. We then requested a different room the next day and that room was a lot better.

We didn’t get to stay because dispite booking.com sending us a reservation, they had know knowledge of your reservation

Very good

Good price for room with 2 bedrooms and small kitchen. Nice and convenient near restaurants and grocery stores, but it’s on a corner bordered by two very busy streets. Road noise, plus noise from other guests detracted from overall experience for us.
- 4/5
adequate breakfast, nice room with many amenities
- 1/5
Street noise is very loud. If you are on the "Center Street" side of the property I doubt you'll be able to sleep very well. The building apparently doesn't have much soundproofing and Oregonians apparently like to rev their engines very high at night. The hotel and staff are as expected for the level but the noise, especially during sleep hours, makes it impossible to recommend.

2nd time at hotel… we stay 1 night on drive to Palm Springs…and back. We like that has full smaller stove and oven to prepare simple meal. Staff always courteous and professional.. the reason for four star versus five is that the road noise is quite noticeable inside the rooms. But comfortable beds linens cleanliness is great. Overall satisfied would stay again.

Clean, friendly. Nice little kitchen in the room. We got the studio thinking it would be a pull out bed for our kid. The couch did indeed pull out, but it was not at all comfortable. It was like a mat? Not at all like a mattress or even as comfortable as the couch alone would be.

There were dirty towels left on the back of the bathroom door. It took multiple hour and saying something to them a second time before they came and got the towels. Then the second night the people in the room next to us were talking until around 4:30 am. The walls were thin and they kept us up until they went to bed. . We let the desk know and they said they would talk to the individual to be more aware they need to be considerate of others. They also informed us the individual was a regular who works evenings and tends to stay up late. We checked out a day early due to our experiences. The room was nice otherwise . The breakfast had a nice variety.
- 4/5
I felt the room could have been cleaner. In the sense of a good deep clean. Under the beds were considerably dirt as well as under the couch. Basic cleanliness was overall ok though. Kitchen was stocked with very adequate supplies. I’m not sure if it would be physically possible to get the bacon any thinner at the breakfast. Besides that the breakfast was simple enough with a fairly good variety, if you leave hungry it’s because you aren’t trying hard enough to make it work. All in all, it was a quiet, clean facility at a very good price point. The room fit our needs perfectly with two bedrooms and a great shower. Would recommend and would stay again.

Kitchen was great. Shower was amazing lots of water pressure. Front desk was a very nice guy. We will be back soon.♡

It was an exceptional stay with friendly people in the lap of nature. nothing

The hotel was conveniently located near I-5. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The fold out sofa was very uncomfortable.

- 3/5
The room was pleasant overall, but the kitchen floor appeared unswept. I was disappointed with the discomfort of the fold-out bed, so we had to purchase an air mattress from a store across the street. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient.
- 5/5
Really great room and kitchen with a nice gym and pool. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The location to 101. The location to a variety of reasonably priced but eating choices from chains to local establishments. Hotel in a relatively safe area. All in all will use this location again if in Medford again.

Me and a buddy checked in here on a Saturday evening around 9:30 pm, and left 30 mins later not returning till approx. 2am. 30 mins upon returning to the room, already in bed for the evening received a call from the front desk that we were being asked to pack up and leave immediately. Of course I was very confused, so asked why. They stated they had been up to my room several times banging on the door, calling the room due to several noise complaints, even said they had the police come and knock on the door. I told them we hadn't been in the room all night, which they said "Yes we know, we saw you leave on the cameras and when you came back as well." I asked how we could have been too loud if we weren't even in the room, and they stopped me there and said either pack up, or we will have the police come. I asked them to please do. Police came, I asked if they were the same ones that supposedly came earlier as the front desk staff had stated, and the officers response was, "No, this is our first time out here tonight." Hotel staff wouldn't speak with me regarding these outrageous claims we were causing a disturbance, which we absolutely were not. Kicked out at 2:30 am, hotel still charged me, called and left several messages for their GM Tristan who never called me back. I travel very frequently for business over the last 20+ years and have never had even one noise complaint. I'm a Platinum Level Member with Expedia and have never once had a problem with a hotel like this.
- 5/5
Clean room, kitchen and bathroom. Had a decent breakfast spread too.
- 5/5
Close to shopping and places to eat. Nice big rooms which were very clean
- 4/5
Our stay was great. We were only there for about 9 hours to sleep. The “fold out couch” description was a little misleading. It was more of a futon that you fold out to a bed. It was a harder surface to sleep on but worked for my 7 and 8 year old. Breakfast was well stocked.
- 4/5
Great property, just know that the suites with the pull out sleeping couch is a hard futon type sleeping and has no mattress on it. So it is similar to sleeping on the floor. We had no choice since they were fully booked.
- 5/5
Grest
- 3/5
Great floor plan we got the 2 bedroom suite. However the carpet needs cleaning or refreshing. Smelt like settled dust and cat. Once I looked at the couch you can tell there was a cat scratching on the corner because the fabric was damaged.
- 5/5
It was a nice resting place while traveling from WA to AZ. Happy that they allowed pets.
- 5/5
It was nice and quiet
- 4/5
Close yo interstate
- 5/5
The hotel is a great place for families who want free breakfast and the option to make meals in your room. We had a two bedroom and it was plenty of room for us to work, sleep and hang out together. It’s close to everything in Medford.
- 4/5
This is an excellent property in a good location. Breakfast was typical and fine. My only issue was that I booked this property on the basis of the pet fee/policy. Upon checkout the fee was double. When I pointed this out, Expedia was blamed for not upgrading their info. A credit was given.
- 3/5
I reserved a queen 1 bedroom suite with a double sofa only to find out the double sofa was more like a brick bed. It folded out but there was zero mattress and just a hard, flat surface. Front desk told me it was part of their ‘renovation upgrade package’ and could only give us a couple extra blankets to cushion it. I ended up putting my kid in the tiny chair and having the other sleep on the sofa (not pulled out). It was comfier. So if you are looking to use the sofa ‘bed’ book elsewhere! Better off sleeping on the floor. The AC unit in the bedroom was insanely noisy and would make clicking noises like it was tripping. Worked great, but very annoying. Bed was super low to the ground and the pillows sucked. The road traffic was HORRIBLE. Usually I don’t mind it and can sleep through it but we were right up against the street and could hear every siren, revving engine and honk throughout the night. Pros: The breakfast was actually super nice and delicious. Kids had a blast in the pool and the area was very clean and safe. I liked having a full fridge/freezer and enjoyed being able to use streaming services in our room. But I don’t think I will be coming back. The $200 /night just doesn’t suffice.
- 3/5
Very noisy, mainly due to children running up and down hallways screaming at 11pm.
- 5/5
We met family here. We drove down to Medford the rest of the family up from California. Prime location and instead of 2 separate roons we where able to get 1 night in a 2 bedroom. Was lije an apt, beautiful place, comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Only issue we had was the noise. We were on the Walmart side and we heard every car that drove past. There are some noisy cars and drivers there, kept us up all night. But we would try it again in we needed to go through Medford again.
- 5/5
I love staying at Towne Place Suites. I always have a wonderful stay. The rooms are always clean and if I am traveling with a pet they are very pet friendly. I also like that I can cook in my room if I want. The hotel is moderately priced and I thin you get an excellent value for the price. Breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly. The alwags have a smile and seem to enjoy working there. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
It was a very nice property! The only negative was the BBQ wasn’t working well

- 3/5
It was a bummer that there was a $50 pet fee and our dog was not a burden at all
- 5/5
Lots of hotels surrounding this property made it a bit challenging finding this property.
- 5/5
Great staff!!!

Clean and well organized, with plenty of room to spread out - in the suite. Pool was clean and seemed well cared for. Kitchen is very nearly a kitchen, only lacks a stove . Bed was a bit soft, and nearness to roadway could not be denied.
- 5/5
Clean and up to date
- 5/5
Loved this place will stay there again next time I am in Medford!
- 4/5
It was a decent place. Nothing special really. I normally get a suite, but the cost was out of range for what my employer allows. This was odd given that I've stayed in cities with much more tourism and more desirable hotels.
- 5/5
The staff was outstanding.
- 4/5
Freshly refurbished and looks nice and clean.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely amazing. They were so kind helpful, and most of all they smiled when they greeted us!! Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
It’s a great place! We love to be back next time!
- 5/5
Top notch property and staff.
- 4/5
Honestly, I was very tired and mostly remember how I felt when I went inside. I felt safe and the people were kind. That felt warm and inviting. I was able to sleep well that night.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Very clean. Great staff. Love the laundry room! Our room was so nice and comfortable. We will stay here again!
- 2/5
Weird noise coming from outside, sounds like furniture being moved around. Seems to be caused by the wind, but still the noise is obvious
- 5/5
Loved that it has a kitchen in the room and serves breakfast
- 5/5
Very nice rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We have stayed here twice and hope to again!
- 5/5
We loved everything about this place. From the cleanliness, kind stuff and the breakfast selections. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
We loved our stay here.

Newly remodeled with nice furnishings.
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 5/5
2nd time here! Will be back!
- 5/5
The staff is so friendly and always working to make the property look its best.
- 4/5
What I did not like was the street noise windows could’ve been soundproof better. Food was mediocre. Price for lodging was expensive.
- 5/5
The room was just what I needed. Stuff members were polite and I’m very pleased with the stay.
- 3/5
A bit dark and dated. Bathrooms were not very clean - hair in places. Stocked with essentials expected. Decent continental breakfast.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms clean and neatly arranged. Property is walkable to restaurants and shopping. Property is clean and quiet.
- 2/5
Quite expensive at $179 ( plus taxes) compared to similar experiences...

I have stayed many times, always a nice experience, highly reccomend. Stagfs great, very comfortable

Property was clean and well kept. Some staff were a little rude on checkout. The kitchen was very helpful. The bed was just okay. The furniture was outdated. The location was good and it was a good experience over all.
- 4/5
The check in staff were so nice and awesome, made recommendations for places to eat locally in the area as well as gave us a coupon with 10% to a local restaurant. The location was convenient to highway without hearing the highway and close to everything. Plus the take pets we were traveling with our dogs.
- 5/5
I've stayed here a couple of times. Never had any issues. Really nice having a kitchen and utensils and such. Close to the freeway, lots of convenience spots nearby. Nothing super fancy, but much more comfortable than the average hotel. Definitely a favorite for routine travel through the area.
- 4/5
Very helpful staff and well taken care of property.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Nice hotel, but a little noisy with traffic. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for our kids.
- 5/5
Very nice place Great location
- 5/5
Very nice stay, comfortable bed, everything clean, especially with all the covid protocols, very safe.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful, and the renovations are smart and lovely. If you don't need an ADA restroom, ask to not have that kind of restroom, as the entire floor gets wet during a shower. Otherwise it's almost like being at home :)
- 4/5
Check in desk was hard to find from outside
- 5/5
A pleasure from check in thru check out. Several rooms rented by other family, total 6 rooms. We took advantage of the Grills and outside seating for an small dinner... The staff was on point with any requests...
- 5/5
The staff were so nice and helpful. They accommodated our unique needs and took great care of us.
- 2/5
I stay one week and they refused to clean the room kitchen was not good stuff was not working heated was not working no enough blankets terrible service I would come back again
- 2/5
My tv remote did not work. Super annoying. I called the desk and they asked if I thought it was batteries? What? Then there was a screaming child that screamed for 20 minutes. I would have turned up the tv, but my remote didn’t work. So disappointing. Could have saved myself $100 by staying at la Quinta or holiday in. Bet the remotes work there.
- 3/5
Nothing to add. Blah blah blah blah blah. Hladjdjwi. Djen
- 4/5
Room was very comfortable and clean.
- 1/5
The outside noise kept awake all night. The staff was very nice.
- 5/5
this place is excellent especially with outdoor pools availability during covid19, they will schedule you what time is available to use the pool. the only issues we had was the slow delivery of the ordered items at the front desk and it didn’t arrive until 5 hrs later which was so late and we were super tired.
- 3/5
There was a woman on the front desk that has a really bad costumer service
- 5/5
Everyone was so helpful
- 5/5
The staff were super nice, the room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Towneplace Suites is in a great location, with several different restaurant options within walking distance, and Walmart located across the street. As a family with a dog and children, we loved the 2 bedroom "apartment" style room with kitchen and living room, and convenient pet policy. In addition, they have kitchen items you can rent if needed for your stay, a great continental breakfast included and snacks in the lobby for purchase. The hotel has a great pet area outside as well as a convenient BBQ/Pool area to use during the warmer months. Very comfortable with a great staff-we look forward to staying here again!
- 4/5
Our overall experience was very pleasant. Thank you!
- 5/5
clean friendly, helpful staff. nice stay. will most likely use them again. as we are looking for property in the area. they helpful with our dog stay also. 25$ a night is a bit much. appreciated them only charging me for one 25$ stay. thank you
- 2/5
Would not stay again
- 5/5
Great bed, great breakfast!
- 5/5
I feel good And the service is very good but The barbecue Area bin is too smelly
- 5/5
Nice ,But the pillow smells, There's blood on the sofa bed These need to be improved
- 5/5
The place was great, being pet friendly was a plus! I didn’t see a $27 fee listed on the site for having a pet but we paid that when we arrived. We had a full car since we’re moving and we were able to leave some stuff in the car without much concern because they have a night patrol guard walking the lots.
- 4/5
Room was very small
- 3/5
The room was great, service was great, but kids were so load and well after 11 pm after a long trip we really need the rest. The bed started out soft then by morning I was in so much pain from tossing and turning. Aside from the that loved the customer service and clean room 🙂
- 5/5
Nice place to stay while traveling to Brookings.
- 4/5
People were very friendly, housekeeping was very slow and late. Building old but in a great location!
- 4/5
It is a bit expensive for location but overall a nice property
