Springhill Suites By Marriott Medford Airport

Worked well for our large group. Breakfast buffet got hit hard, but the staff did well at keeping up. My only wish is that the frosted bathroom door had a shade to keep the sleeping area dark all the time.

We enjoyed playing cards as a group in the lobby. The lobby bar was nice. Everything extremely clean and well-kept.

I liked the setup of the room. It was also spotless and the bed was very comfortable. For those who have to be at the airport before breakfast, a bag with a piece of fruit and a muffin would be nice to pickup at the desk as those guests are leaving.

One of our 3 rooms went 6 days without any service. The idea that they don't even clean the rooms for the first 3 nights is disgusting. We had to find a place to empty trash...couldn't so just had to leave the tiny can out in the hallway. Emailed housekeeping supervisor...never responded.

The staff was kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, which was great for our group of five travelers. We left before we could enjoy a hot breakfast, but we were able to grab some bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, and milk for the kids, which was excellent before our long drive. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was a nice size, clean and the bed was comfortable. We were there for a youth sports tournament so early days and there was no hot breakfast until 7 which seemed a little late to start. It was also noted that they only do the waffle station on weekends but this was a holiday weekend and it would’ve been great to have on that last day. There was also an issue with checking and our room not being ready at 3, they offered another room but it wasn’t on the same floor and wouldn’t work for us so we ended up waiting.

We were very impressed with the room at Springhill Suites, it was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in and the price was very reasonable considering what we had for a room. The choices for breakfast were plentiful so there is no reason to plan on eating breakfast away from the hotel. If I ever have to stay in Medford again I will certainly stay here. I don't want to forget that the reason we stayed there was proximity to the airport which worked out well and we were worried about noise but it was not a factor.

The double queen room was clean and great. Definitely had more than enough room and space for two adults and 2 children. The bathroom was clean and huge! Big closet! The staff there are always amazing and welcoming. The kids love the swimming pool and they have a nice gym as well. The breakfast was great and the bar is too. The mall, stores and restaurants aren't too far down the road, it's close to the airport. It's quiet and relaxing, no loud traffic and can't hear the airplanes. We love going there we have never had a bad experience, we definitely will be back!

I am a smiley, bubbly, friendly person, and I like to stay at Hotels that give you a good breakfast, keep their establishment clean, and I always hope to find friendly staff, and I’ve been everywhere from Oregon to Washington to California as far west as Oklahoma and you just get a lot of fake smiles and disingenuous service, but not here! I felt so special from the time I called to confirm I made reservations, talking to a wonderful person on the phone, to meeting her and five other amazing staff, the very next day and over the course of 24 hours. I could tell that Veronica, really cares about the impression house cleaning leaves on the people who stay here! Jenn was out of this word friendly! Brenda too!, Kaia was so watchful over breakfast making sure it was (a 10) til the last minute- and there were more staff that just blew my mind with being ‘chill’. I love clean hotels and good people without it all being overpriced because that can make it miserable- your current staff and service will bring people back! Keep your prices down and your standards high and I’ll be back sooner than you think Marriott! Thank you for the sleep! -Wen

The staff are great! The lady who checked us in was so nice and gave us so much information, I really wish I could remember her name! The place is so warm and inviting. The room was perfect, super clean and a lot of space. Even though it is close to the airport it's super quiet and you don't hear the airplanes or any traffic! The amenities are great too! It was a wonderful stay! We'll definitely be back again.

The hotel was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable and good location. The breakfast was good and had many choices. The bathroom door was like a sliding barn door and stuck on its roller. I was trapped in the bathroom for a bit, and had to use a bit of force to pop the door back on its roller (room 322)

The friendly staff, room, and included breakfast were great. The room was large with 2 queen beds, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was perfect being just 100 yards or so from the medical facility I was visiting, and being on Biddle Rd made access to restaurants a 1 or 2 turn trip within 3 miles. I thought the rate was reasonable at less than $100/night. There were 2 small negatives. There was no hand lotion given the dry environment and some form of nightlight might have been useful for the bathroom.

The room was very clean and spacious for our four person family! The staff that I encountered (four different members) were friendly, knowledgeable, and conversationally pleasant. The breakfast options were both tasty and offered healthy choices that even my children aged & under enjoyed.

We are never disappointed staying at a Marriott and this experience was no different. We enjoyed our stay. The room was large enough for a family of four with teenagers, the fitness big enough with a variety of equipment, breakfast was delicious. The only thing was that the waffle station was not open on the weekdays so we were a bit bummed but they had other options for vegetarians.

I was here in Medford for business. There was a LARGE group of middle school basketball players spending the night. The lobby area and breakfast area was large enough to accommodate everyone! It didn't seem crowded even though there were quite a few people wandering around!

Great place to stay. Few things can be improved though. I booked 4 days there. I have to go ask for brush, toothpaste, cream etc. everyday. some micromanagement of those resources, I guess. We were also told room cleaning is every other day, we did not get such service. I think the hotel is low on staff. Overall, the kids enjoyed their stay. So, I give 4 overall

This is the 2nd year in a row my family has stayed in this hotel on our way back home from our big vacay (we drive 10 hours to Nevada from Oregon) and this breaks up that drive so well for the kids. We have 3 boys and the rooms (suites) are affordable and big enough for the whole family to have fun. The pool and staff are amazing and always make this spot a great place to stay.

After a week of "stays with ocean views", no elevators and no moveable room in our other expensive hotels...Springhill delivered! Beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels, control of our room temp. Great bathroom/shower set up. Staff was great!

Room is incredibly clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. All staff have been so nice and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again. Air conditioning works great and that was really important for our stay, as it was 110 degrees outside.

Reservation canceled due to hotel overbooking. Had to stay in another hotel (Holiday Inn Express). But Spring Hill paid for our stay in Holiday Inn, in addition to refunding our pre-paid hotel charge.

For the price, this hotel is quite luxurious. It’s literally across the street from the airport, so super convenient! They have a decent workout room, pool, and an amazing complimentary breakfast at reasonable hours. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’m a nursing mom so I needed to freeze pumped milk. They were so accommodating and were able to store and freeze all of my bags no problem. Definitely coming back next year and highly recommend!

First room a cable had been taken from the tv and it did not work. Also the blinds did not work. Second room they gave me the sink plunger would not open and sink had standing water. Not a good experience and I have stayed there a few times before and it was always wonderful so not sure what happened but may go back to Holiday Inn

Stayed here for 6 hrs waiting for our plane. Right next to the airport but didn't hear anything while in our room. Didn't stay long enough for breakfast and checked in as the bar was closing so just missed amenities but maybe nest time! Nice stay would stay again!

Everything was nice. We had to stay for 4 nights. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. It was a little cold at night when we attempted to use the pool. The workout room has just enough, and a good space. We did not get to enjoy cocktail time. From 5-10 pm they have a few little meals/ appetizers you can order and of course drinks at the bar area.

I was up all night dealing with cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. At 12:30 I called the front desk and asked them to check on who was chain smoking. At 1:00 am I went to the front desk to ask them if I could move. There was nobody available. At 5:45 am I woke to more cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, no response. At 8:00 am I went to the front desk to complain. They stated it was most likely because my room was near the outside smoking area. The cigarette smoke was strong and it came from next door. I packed my things and left immediately. The facility does not enforce any smoking ban. The hotel employee was disrespectful and did not do one thing to alleviate the situation other than to say…you are only scheduled for one night so there is nothing I can do! I want a FULL REFUND!

Overall, we had a great experience. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the shower design. Water tends to get trapped around the shower door, and despite using multiple bath mats, the floor was constantly soaking wet. It made the bathroom quite inconvenient to use.

The room was very modern, spacious and clean. Amenities were great! Pool, gym, fire pit, and lounge were wonderful. We were annoyed by blue flashing light on smoke alarm directly above bed. Also the opaque bathroom door allowed full bright light to shine through to bedroom at night. Low toilet was a workout!

We needed an early checkin & they also allowed my ice packs in freezer. I loved their breakfast. The room was very comfy.

The wifi connection did not work most of the time. There was no restaurant in the hotel and the closes options for meal was 2-3 miles away from the hotel. There was no room service offered even for trash pick up.

Impeccable property. Newer facility. Very very clean. Great location near airport with free shuttle. Lots of parking. Safe area. Breakfast eggs very good. Good coffee 24 hrs in lobby. Staff were attentive. The only downside is there is not much to walk to and no close restaurants; except at the Courtyard Marriott, which they will shuttle you to.
