Provided ~ just what I needed, a quiet place to rest.

Food close gas is right next to you the only thing is that everything is old where I'm scared to put a black like on it but it's cheap so if your just stay for a day or two would recommend.

Very pleasant visit continue to stay an additional two weeks still searching for a place to stay in the area this is a great stopping space for anyone that needs a nice clean room pleasant staff

Ice machine but no water . It’s an older facility, but getting ice at night outside has no lighting. If there was a light in the hallway it would add extra security. I have had some problems with my door lock for 2 weeks that I was there. They have been trying to fix it but still have to be asked to get into my room. Not convenient for them or my self if I am out late.

The place was absolutely filthy! There were dirty stains on the walls, other types of unidentifiable stains on all other surfaces, and don't get me started on the carpet. This motel has gone way down hill between the last time I stayed here (25 years ago), and my recent stay. It has declined drastically. Don't know if it's a management issue, or they're just struggling to stay in business and can't afford to hire people to clean the rooms, but it's pretty rock bottom now.

assaulted by staff, didn't stay there. please refund the total. we booked the best western windsor inn under michelle haflich the next two nights for $420 so tech. who is liable for the extra $200? we're eating that. check the google reviews to confirm I did not stay here and took photos of the cockroaches and was told by the booking agent that i was entitled to a refund. i suspect bro didnt check us out but he chased us of the property and beat on the car. send $$$ back an elderly man paid for that room we never wanted to stay in.

I'm a vehicle courier and I work at night up until 4:00 in the morning. I stay at a variety of hotels throughout my local Rogue Valley as well as Josephine County. Sometimes my girlfriend likes to come with me and stay the night in the hotel. This hotel would not admit my girlfriend even though she offered to give them her ID. There is no way for me to allow her to enter my room before I checked in. I was not able to check in before 1:00 a.m. and they would not allow me to check in even though I paid in advance. It took customer service through hotels.com to issue me the refund because the hotel refused to do so. When I called to talk to the front desk clerk who sounded like he had a Middle Eastern accent could be Pakistani could be East Indian could be Punjabi I'm not quite sure told me that there was nothing that could be done and when I thanked him for his kindness & consideration he told me to go f myself. I would not recommend this hotel for any sort of customer service that's acceptable in America.

Pictures posted on Hotel.com does not match with the real hotel, there are holes on wall, whole night can hear sound click click came out from the wall. Wondering there are rats

Never even got to stay the night ....paid ahead of time and got refused due to my service animal...the front office clerk was extremely rude and the place looked worn down and dirty...would not suggest to my worst enemy!!!

I never got to check in. Apparently when I booked the room on Hotels.com app, all the rooms where full. So that was a great suprise. I ended up have to barrow money to book another room elsewhere. The booking was very unprofessional. Something i would expect from a smaller booking company. I lost a lot of trust in hotels.com.

The room itself was clean. The blankets and towels were clean, but they have a roach problem. I ended up killing 5 to 6 roaches during my stay.

Upon opening the door we emediatly saw roaches everywhere. We reported back to the office and they refused to give a refund. We called the booking company who talked to them and they told them we didnt pay for the cancelation protection...because everyone expects to have a bedguests of roaches.

I was denied service without explanation at 2 am after paying for a motel. The office smelled horribly inside too. Go some other place

Air conditioning works cant change the direction of air flow because the vent flaps are missing. I found a 3 roaches crawling around the floor in the bathroom but I can't leave as I am homeless.

It was awful there was a giant cockroach infestation so my friend and I had to leave at 11pm to find a different place to spend the night. And even though we did not spend the full night the manager refused to give us a refund or to even offer any solutions for the roaches. He was also unsurprised about the cockroach’s there were even baby coach-roach’s.

Half of the wall outlets didn't work or were so warn the anything plugged in would fall off. The AC barely put out cold air. The place looks run down, but functional. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The door handle to the room almost fell off in my hand I had to repair it to feel safe at night. Motel barely provided anything for the room. A little packet of shampoo, little bar of soap. Many cigarette burns and converter.

This property is very run down and dirty. The metal under the steps was corroded and one step was loose. The blanket on the bed had holes all over it and the sheet had a hole in it. The plug in the sink was pushed down into the piping. There was a hole in the carpet. Nothing felt clean. I had no cancellation capability and I had no other options so I stayed the night but I could not even bring myself to take a shower before I left in the morning.

I would never visit this town again. The motel was in a gas station parking lot. The area did not feel safe at all. We drive another 2 hours south and found a very nice place. It’s called The Angler Lodge. Amazing service and very clean nice rooms

The sheets were stained, the sink faucet handle wasn’t secured to the counter and felt like it was about to break off, the sink didn’t drain, and the tub/shower handle was broken, so only one temperature (way too hot!) was available. One set of exterior stairs were rusting away and some treads were loose; the other set was in further disrepair but not really cordoned off, representing a real safety hazard. I tried to find a staff member to relay all this to upon checkout, but no one was available, and I had to hit the road. When I travel alone on a long road trip and just need a place to lay down for the night, I aim for the cheap end of the search and don’t care about amenities or luxury, but this place was way worse than just being low-end. Apartments in the condition my room was would be considered uninhabitable and unsanitary by a rental board. I want to support local/small/non-chain businesses, and am a real cheapskate when traveling alone, but wish I had spent just a few more bucks and stayed anywhere else. This place should be required to shut down until basic repairs are made; I’m concerned for others’ safety if they stay here. Don’t.

There is a lot of transit's/homeless persons that hang out all around the property, there is a cockroach infestation, there was human species underneath one of the stair casings, someone had their laundry hanging on the back fence like it were a laundry mat without dryers the only "pet area" is barely a 3' by possibly a 1½' dirt cornering the back without any shade. Asked repeatedly for clean towels & toilet paper for 2 days from the maid & from the offis & never received either one of the items & then was told that since the maid has already left for the day there wasn't access to provide clean lining...

Overall stay at the Royal Crest Motel in Medford Oregon was vary nice... staff was nice and friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable and clean for the most part atleast i can say the bed was vary comfortable and nicely made. The floors were clean and the bathroom was also nice just a little.out dated and the tub had a little water leak/drip that wouldnt stop driping.. i would rate this place on a 1 to 10 scale 1 being the lowest and unhappy and wi never return there, and 10 would the best-liked and will definitely 100% stay there again and recommend this place to friends and family. So i give this place a About An 8 on the sxale for overall rating.

I felt insecure the room didn't have a lock also the when I got there I ask where to park my car the guy said anywhere and next morning I got a paper on my windshield saying that was property of Chevron gas station (which is exactly there too) and if I don't move my car it will be towed away.... I won't go back there

I like the location,but a lot of homeless hang out back...near our room..and when leaving this am we contacted frunt office to let them know we would be half hr late at check out, front office approved it but we got 3 calls before 1130a and house keeping keeped knocking on door..thats borderline herrassment

It was the cheapest motel I found. I definitely got what I paid for. It was the worst motel I've been to.Room looked terrible, furniture was dumpster grade. The bunch of people hanging out around the motel after 12am and the police chase that followed added to the charm.

How is this motel not shut down?? It’s close to fast food which is good and the guy at the front desk was nice , but as soon as I got to my room, I go to the bathroom and there is a cockroach crawling in the toilet paper. Mind you the whole room is run down with various holes in the wall, drawing on the door, stickers on furniture, hair on pillows and bed. The chairs look like the grimey chairs you see on the side of the road with a “free” sign on them. The shower drain switch doesn’t always stay open and when I started the shower, I left the bathroom for a few minutes and came back to the tub 1/4 full. I also saw 4 more small insects crawling on the counter and floor that looked like baby roaches as well as another big roach on the wall. The button to turn up heat on the temperature unit is broken. The location of the motel is literally in a gas station. You have to pull into the gas station to get to the motel and it’s like 50 feet from the pumps so you have people pulling in and out all the time and there’s no wall or anything to privacy or to limit the noise. There is also sketchy people in and around the premises, probably because it’s the cheapest motel around and, well, it’s right next to a gas station off i5 with your typical i5 tweakers. Doesnt feel unsafe but my car doesn’t feel secure. Mind you, I’m coming from Oakland, CA area, not Beverly Hills, and I’d say my standards are unsurprisingly low.

The room had an odor to it. There were cigarette holes in the bedding. People were standing around in the parking lot, very sketchy. The furniture was old, worn, torn up and stained. The worst part was the smell. I didnt touch the bedding for the few hrs I was there. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Dirty and sketchy.

Tv did not work. The hairdryer did not work. Face it the only thing that did work was the refrigerator. Missing lights as well.

This property has bed bugs! I didn't read the reviews prior to booking, big mistake. I woke up itching in the middle of the night. In the morning I found 4 large bed bugs on the beds my son killed on crawling on his hand. We could not shower and check out fast enough! The front desk asked if we wanted to change rooms, um no! How about call an exterminator!

For those of you who does not know what a crack hotel is it’s a place where vagrants and homeless people and prostitute stay to do business and this is exactly what it is. The backside of the hotel is but by freeway different side of the hotel faces a gas station in the main road. There’s homeless people a crack, addicts everywhere my car is broken into, in a matter of six hours having been there stay away

Room 121 with king size bed. Really bad infestation of bed bugs which I filmed running around the sheets the next morning. I showed the video footage to a young lady who was running the office. I would not feel comfortable recommending an overnight stay here at this facility until their bug issues are addressed. Other than the bug issues I find everything else to be great. Good luck guys in getting rid of those pesky rascals. And thanks again for the stay

Everything was filthy, dirty. The bed covers had cigarette burn holes in them. The bathroom sink was cracked. The TV was cracked and had blue and red lines all through it. The manager service was not worth even talking to. I would not recommend this motel to anyone at all, they charge a deposit for everything and trying to get it back. Good luck.

It was the worst place I had ever stayed. They didn't even give you breakfast like promised. Very rude and lack of communication. The room was old, dirty and musty. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I spent too much money on this place.

Stayed for a graduation. Rooms said smoke free, yet blanket had burn holes. AC set only in Celsius and left the floor feeling wet. King size bed only had 3 small flat pillows. Bed very hard.

Got a cheap room only to get a few hours sleep on an overnight trip. The place had roaches in the bathroom and meth heads in the room next door apparently living out of the hotel and keeping us up all night. Stay away from this place, you're better off sleeping in your car.

Horrible place to stay at!

Two kinds of bugs in the room, the big one looked like a cockroach about an inch long. The desk moved us. They moved us to a room under a resident tenant with several friends and a large dog. All we’re having a good time at 11:30. The floors sounded like they would collapse every time someone up there moved and the dog was thudding around with a toy or a large bone. All this in a a motel that was more than 50% empty- they knew exactly where they were putting us. “Oh you don’t like the little bug? I have a special room for you!”

Stayed in non smoking room, but it smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana. Late in the night there was a lot of noise right outside our door and people were loudly arguing, and banging on the doors. At 3am cars pulled up outside and there appeared to be a drug exchange. This motel is definitely not safe and I was terrified the whole night with my two children.
