As with other Motels, the shower curtain was about to fall off the wall. Otherwise clean and functional.

Common area/hallways were shabby and very stale air. Breakfast is limited and space is cramped. But if you are just thundering along I5 and need a place to crash for the night, it’s a pretty good deal.

It served its purpose but was very basic and a bit run down. Airport shuttle was nice but took a long time to arrive.

The clerk at the front desk was exceptional! Very friendly greeting upon arrival and accommodating to our needs. The room was a bit small, but it worked well for us.

Upon arrival, we found the frame around the door where the security latch/chain should be was ripped off. The security hardware itself is also not properly secured to the wall. The screws currently used are too short and do not appear to anchor into the wood framing, creating a safety and security concern. Additional issues in the room include: • Staining in the sink • A continuously running toilet that appears to need repair • Holes in the walls • Rust in the bathtub and deteriorating caulking • Significant buildup on the shower head • Floors that were not properly cleaned or mopped, including sticky residue • A duvet cover with sticky residue causing the fabric to stick to itself • An extremely loud bathroom exhaust fan that sounds as though it is failing and needs maintenance or replacement We also had concerns regarding the complimentary breakfast. The eggs were overly runny with visible liquid pooling and had an unusually sweet taste. The sausages were extremely dry, wrinkled, and appeared old. Additionally, there was no coffee available at the time we went to breakfast.

I looked like staff lived at the hotel.

Shower curtain was broken so water was flooding out. But the rest was great and I would stay again. Helpful kind staff. Thank you

We flew in Medford and stayed here for one night in transit to redwoods. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great with scramble eggs and sausage, waffle maker… The staff members are also great, very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and fairly remodeled. The breakfast was good with enough choice: pancakes, eggs/sausage, yogurts etc… The manager was really nice and helpful. Direct view of the parking lot, at car level since the rooms are a little below the parking lot. We couldn’t open the windows to air out the room… it smelled a little.

I chose this hotel because they claimed to have onsite EV charging... The EV charger was not working and it was a Tesla charger..not helpful at all.

Braekfast good, but in my opinion they need a big dinni room their room is very small.

Staff was very friendly and kind…however room was disgusting. You could hear everything above you (people walking at all hours of the night) - slept only a few hours with all noise. Will never return!! It’s too bad because the front desk staff was great.

My only issue was that we were above the laundry room, and I am assuming that is the reason we would hear machine running and the room actually shook a little. Thought it was an earthquake at first. Lasted about half an hour than stopped. Wasn't bad enough to go to the front desk, but just a little unsettling at first.

First impression was our evening staff at the front desk. He was very helpful, welcoming and helpful. Made us hopeful for a great stay. It is a older building but our room was clean. We did find used towls in the closet but the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but we were not impressed with the morning staff. During breakfast, we spilt apple juice and while I was trying to clean it up with napkins, the gentleman was standing 3 feet away and didnt offer a towel or napkin. I asked the other staff memeber for a towel to prevent it from being sticky and she said she would clean it. She did but when she sprayed the pink cleaning on the table, it bounced off the table and sprayed the next table and food on it. She didnt seem to notice the food got sprayed. Luckily it was my children so we threw away the food and was done. I would say it was ok, but would not go back.

My only complaint is the breakfast room isn't near big enough for folks to sit down and eat. The food was fresh and plentiful. Night staff was awesome morning staff a little gruff but over all I will be staying there again in the future.

Broken window and loud ac, leaf blowers across the way at 1am…. Was what it was for the price. But room was clean and bed comfy. Breakfast and beverage availability was a plus.

This hotel is completely misleading—what’s shown in the listing photos is nothing like what you actually get. It honestly feels like a catfish. The condition of the property was far below expectations, especially for the price they’re charging. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had in years. I’ve stayed in budget places like Motel 6 that were significantly better than this, which says a lot. For what they’re asking per night, the quality is unacceptable. I strongly believe the listing photos need to be updated to reflect the real condition of the hotel so other guests don’t feel misled like I did. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Clean room, though small and somewhat noisy (road noise and people in the building). Worked for the night before our flight.

I think the cleanliness could’ve been better. Found some scratchers/ lottery that I presume to be non-winning in one of the drawers, also the top freezer in the fridge was not cleaned out. It had some dishes with melted ice cream. Other than that, check in was good. Very professional. Continental breakfast was great. The lady at the front desk reminded me to turn the waffle maker over when it started beeping. I would recommend this place.

Room as Great! Clean and Bed was Comfy. Parking Lot is Small but definitely has enough parking spots for the Guests. Moving On to 4/17 Morning. Front Desk Was Awesome. Continental Breakfast, Very Good. The Staff Lady at Front Desk at 8:00 am was attentive and helpful for all of us trying to navigate that Breakfast Bar.. Thank you! My apologies in advance for not getting your names Ladies. 6 hour Drive into Oregon and 6 hours ahead of me to WA with a Kid had me running on fumes.. Highly recommend this Hotel. If I ever need to make a Stop it will be here. The Price was Worth the Amenities. Oh and Thank God it was Quiet! 10/10

I did call the property a day before my stay to ensure that they had EV charging on the property. They said "yes we have EV charging available on the property ". I arrive there, there's one (1) EV charger on the property, but it doesn't work. The staff chuckled and said "yeah its been broken for awhile ". Well that was the main reason for staying at this hotel. No reimbursement, barely an apology. The staff is SUPER NICE and ATTENTIVE but that's about all they got.

The front desk staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and nice. Noise was low considering freeway proximity. We enjoyed the stay and will return. Sadly missed the breakfast as we slept so well on the comfortable bed with the best pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel.

There are some dirt on the floor when i arrived, it seems the cleaner forgot to sweep the floor, its like paint debris. Otherwise, quiet, big room, good breakfast & friendly staff. Will come back again once i am in the area.

Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is very musty and humid, and our room smelled TERRIBLE from check in to check out. We had to prop open the door for much of our stay.

The room had throw up along the bottom of the bed, along the wooden area, and my husband had to get towels to clean it before we brought our kids in. The staff was nice though and the breakfast was good.

Adequate. Glad the room was clean. Was unhappy that it was pretty noisy from the road and next door guests that you could hear pretty clearly. There were also weird staples poking out of an area of the wall. If I had young children with me that would be a problem. This hotel experience was just kinda just passing the minimum standard of an adequate quick one night stay.

This place was next to busy and noisy hwy, the only reason we booked it was lower price and stay for one night. The neighborhood and the whole area didn't look safe. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, bunch of hair in the drain, I would not recommend it even for one night.

I love your staff! They are amazing! I had a leak in my bathroom the first day. It was raining from the fan in the bathroom so I couldnt take a shower and had to pack up all my stuff and put it in my truck because there were no rooms available at the time. Would love some compensation for the inconvenience.

This is my favorite place to stay in Medford/Grants Pass, Oregon. I fly in three or four times a year to visit family. Great transportation to and from the airport as well. They always check on me to make sure what time I need to be picked up after my last leg of the trip. Friendly staff and great breakfast!

Check in staff was nice. The room could have used a good cleaning. The bed had stains on it, and the toilet needed to be flushed upon check in. Another thing to note is the highway is pretty noisy most of the evening. Everything we needed was close, as well as the airport.

The room was very clean and the Staff was great ! We had a very early flight and we also had to return a rental car . Laura recommended that we would return it early and to be in the Lobby at 3:30 Am for her to drop us off right in front of the departure terminal . Everything turned out perfectly ! We are very pleased and very greatful.

The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed in my room was a bit loud, the base is aluminum. The other hotel guests were very loud, but that’s not anything the hotel can do much about. The friendly service is top notch and more than expected.

Comfy bed and linens in an otherwise un-remarkable experience. Sometimes you get what you paid for.

The whole place was filthy. There were crackers on the floor, the light switch was broken, they have wooden shutters that don’t keep out the hosting huge lights outside. I was absolutely appalled at how run down it was. The people were nice, but the property was truly awful!!

What Í observed during my two night stay was appalling. Like it or not, Medford Oregon like Portland has become a lawless sanctuary city along the infested I-5 Corridor! But has Ramada opened its doors as a sanctuary Hotel? I saw questionable non-paying?…people coming and going. But on the morning of my flight out, I had to rise early around 5AM to catch the first shuttle to the airport. Stopping in the lobby for a coffee, I observed the clerk leaving the back door open for filthy homeless vagrants to chow down on the continental breakfast goods. I questioned one female who had a heaping plate of waffles and butter, for taking a soda drink out of the cooler and walking out without purchasing it. A small framed, dark haired woman appearing to be in her 50’s, sat eating at a table while the male clerk pretended to be busy. She railed at me disrespectfully for questioning her entitlements, then fled.

My first stay here was great. Hawthorne was wonderful. This time I had to use the shaking 70's elevator. Walking into my room, I thought someone had left the window open. I walk over and nope - that's how loud the highway is. There's very little room in the dining area that has guests playing musical chairs during breakfast.

Checking in was easy, very helpful and was upgraded for free upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and clean.

We arrived by car. Very easy access from I 5. The rooms had an odor to them. Our daughter’s room smelled like cleaning solvent. To get to our room, we had to walk through wet towels on the floor from what I assumed was an ice machine leaking water. Breakfast was good and had lots of variety. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was really bad, didn’t seem clean and all the floors were sticky. We immediately left without a refund and booked a room across the street at the Hampton Inn for three times the price, but totally worth it. I didn’t think Ramada hotels were like this, probably won’t consider staying in one in the future. We actually paid NOT to stay here.

The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. However, the traffic from the road could be heard so it better to have a room on the parking lot side. The most annoying aspect was the room's TV-it was a Google TV. (This was my second stay within a week and my first room had a weird TV set up with a smart TV as well. I was able to figure it out after a few tries of button pushing on the remote.) I could not figure out the Google TV at all. I had to finish the set up of the TV by scanning for channels. I got 4 but none of them worked-antenna or cable. The picture was a jumbled, scrambled pixelated green mess. In order to watch anything, I would have had to log into Netflix, Disney+, Tubi, or YouTube if I'd been able to get an internet connection on the TV. I don't need a fancy TV set-up in a hotel room; just a TV that's simple to operate and has standard cable options.

The room was upgraded by Hawthorne, who was so nice and helpful. It was spacious and clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location was conveniently located.

It is a very loud property. Between the street noise, the highway, and the drunks returning to their room at 3am, i couldn't get a lick of sleep.

Additionally, there were multiple safety issues in the building. The fire doors into the stairways didn't appear to actually be fire doors. There were no certification labels and they felt hollow. There was a sprinkler in the bathroom that's supposed to be used in industrial applications (green rating, 220°F) instead of the correct rating (red or orange). This means the sprinkler will activate at the wrong temperature. The elevator needed maintenance and had no posted permit.

Ratty location, with a parking lot too small for all guests, so we had to park at the gas station next to it. Tweakers in the parking lot on chairs and bicycles made us nervous to have our vehicle farther away. The room was clean, but needed updating with dingy fixtures. The staff was the gem of the stay. Very friendly, accommodating and kind.

Use the EV charger. It worked out well as no other people need it. It’s level 2 Tesla charging port.

Room was clean, but well abused. A/c unit was hanging from wall and vibrated all night long. Cars in parking lot outside window, in and out till the wee hours. Light from headlights would make reading possible. Paid for 2 nights only could take, no sleep 1, left for another hotel nearby.

Reserved a non-smoking room but the room had been smoked in. Bedding, sheets, towels were all fresh and clean - you just can’t get the cigarette smell out of the walls/floors/furniture. And, it didn’t feel safe to open up the semi basement room window.

The front desk personnel was very welcoming and friendly. The building and elevators are very old but worked. Next door to Arby’s so one can walk over . Limited parking but was told we can park at the Arby’s parking so that worked . The room was small and smelled like mildew. The restroom needs an upgrade (tun was old and with black marks ) .the bed was comfortable , good size TV and very quiet floor. Overall, affordable , and for one night, I’d say it was worth it .

GREAT property. I give it 5 stars. Ac are amazing, very nice! Beds are incredible nice and comfy. PILLOWS are heavenly. Bathroom products are all Dove a+++ . Bathtub deep and hot water was plentiful. I will stay here from now on when i come to visit medford oregon.

Rooms were renovated but the location is in between 4 major streets, very noisy and we stayed at room 303 and 305, the AC were very noisy, needs to be replaced. I also have room 310, I do not recommend anybody to stay at this Ramada, I am requesting for a refund, we were not able to sleep at all

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Medford and was impressed from the moment I arrived—the reception staff was amazing, welcoming me warmly. My room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—probably one of the best I’ve slept in at a hotel. However, there was a connecting door between my room and the adjacent one. At 4 AM, I was woken up by loud talking from the other room. This really affected my sleep. Improvement needed: Please add proper soundproof barriers between such rooms to ensure privacy and rest for guests. The breakfast was decent but could be improved for vegetarian and dietary-friendly options. For example: Keep scrambled eggs and pork sausages separate to avoid cross-contact. Offer kosher or no-gelatin yogurt. Add more variety, such as bananas, boiled eggs, and other fresh options. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great staff, but with a few changes in noise control and breakfast variety, it could be excellent.

The photos were complete fiction. The place is run down and the carpet in the hallways is disgusting. My room was clean but lighting was hot white and glaring. There is nowhere to be outside, which the photos intimated there was. And the place is a mere few feet from the freeway. The person at the front desk was very nice and had worked there a long time. A 10 for them but the property was pretty abysmal.

When I was driving to the hotel I had to drive by a graffiti covered overpass. This was concerning. I asked my daughter about it and she assured me that my concerns were unfounded and that it was a very safe place. When I checked in I was told there is a shortage of parking at night some nights so guests have to park at an overflow business parking lot. I did not personally experience this, but I was always concerned enough that I came back to my hotel room earlier than I would have otherwise. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were great. The staff was kind and friendly. Everything in the room was in good shape. The hotel was quiet. For the price, I feel that it was a good deal. I stayed for several days, the cleaning staff only appeared to come in once, (on the first morning after I arrived). I don’t know if they realized I kept the room clean and didn’t use multiple towels, or if they don’t do room cleaning every day. It wasn’t a big deal to me so I didn’t ask about it.

After a long drive, check in was effortless. We were in our room within a few minutes.

All staff encountered were friendly, helpful and kind. Special shoutout to Hawthorne! He truly cares about residents and their safety and comfort. Microwave was not clean so took a star away for that.

It was a good stay. The room was clean but could have been a little cleaner in the corners. The toilet seat was loose. Aside from that it was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our door didn’t close and it was too late to mention it so we spent all night with the door barricaded closed. I said something at checkout and the employee just said she would make a note of it. No apology or anything even though my family and I felt unsafe all night.

Needed a one night stay close to the airport that was both clean and affordable. This hotel fit the bill. The only odd thing was the tiny, shaky elevator but that was minor. Despite being close to the highway, the room was quiet. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, juice, yogurt and coffee.

The bathroom was too small but the towels were the really nice. The room was clean but we could hear the traffic all night. The floors, ceilings, and walls were paper thin. The breakfast was okay.

Upgraded and clean. Wish the A/C wouldve been turned on before arrival. It took hours to be able to sleep it was so hot.

The Ramada is not fancy, but the location was convenient, our room was comfortable, well appointed and clean and the bed was perfect. The desk clerks were friendly and helped us find a good Mexican restaurant.

The staff was fantastic, the lady at the lobby when we did our check in was great and the night and morning crew as well. Breakfast was good, the breakfast area was too crowded that we couldn’t walk but the breakfast selection was great. The room was very nice , nice Dove products , amazing mirror to do my make up , great amenities but we couldn’t sleep that well but it was not the hotels fault at all. The hotel is amazing but our next door neighbors were so loud at night and early in the morning at sound 5:45am they woke us up because of the noise but other than that the hotel is A+++++

The staff was excellent. The only issue i have unfortunately is how disgusting the floor and room in general was and dont think i will comeback. I have a 3 yr old and 4 yr old i decided to bring to my business trip. Having to deal with the dirty place was horrible. I would fire your staff. They make this great staff look bad.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast place is really small. Staff didn't refill the waffles batter after 8.30 am even though breakfast was till 9 am.

We asked to switch rooms our toilet was loud and didn’t want to flush and they said they had no other room

This was a solid good hotel. The breakfast were excellent considering how small the hotel is. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Parking lot is pretty tight. If you are traveling with a large vehicle it would be difficult.

The ice machine was broken on our floor. The toilets are too low to the floor.

This is a hit and miss property. The front desk person was very engaged and made every effort to welcome me. Hawthorne is the front desk liason and he couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was ready for me. The bed was very comfortable and there was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room for my convenience. However, the caulking around the tub was black with mold and the toilet seat had two deeply warn placed on it that was quite baffeling, Sort of like, I don't want to know. Eww. So, if the housekeeping staff was doing their job, I wouldn't have seen mold. If the engineer in the establishment was checking for undue wear, I wouldn't have had to wonder if it is safe to sit down on their toilet. As for the orange juice in their hospitality room, I was appalled that it was a strange dark red color instean of bright yellow. I don't think I'll be staying here again and even the parent company, Wyndham is off my list for the foreseeable future.

Check in staff was wonderful. Room was not very clean. Bedspread which is white was stained. Hair and eyelash in bed sheets. Dirty finger print and I mean dirty on bathroom light switch. Except for cleaning. Room was nice and exactly as expected at this price point.

My hotel room was immediately adjacent to a very busy 4 lane arterial road. The main window was missing from my window, only the frame remained, and the only window in place was a thin storm window that did not seal closed, moving in and out when the room door opened and closed. Through the night the traffic was loud and constant, keeping me awake. Because of this I got poor quality sleep. I’d like a discount off the price of my stay due to the hotels poor upkeep.

Room bedding was dirty with human hairs on the bed sheets. Mold in caulking around tub. Smell of mamajuana in the hallway. Because of the unpleasant and unsanitary condition on the room and hotel we were unable to stay.

Two out of three ice machines did not function.

Solid, clean hotel and did what we wanted it to do. It was clean, pet-friendly (inside) and the room was comfortable and good size. I must point out that the TV was no usable. No instructions and the remote was unresponsive. I couldn't even turn the TV off. The front desk told me to hit 10.1 for the menu (not very intuitive) which didn't work. That said, I'd stay here again. Friendly, effiencient and clean hotel.

Not bad for 112 bucks. It was clean enough and my car was there the next day and wasnt broken into. Seems to be homeless walking around the area. Overal would stay again for the price point.

Coming here for business as an IBEW local 659 worker. I found the staffing was excellent, professional, courteous and My overall stay here has been phenomenal. I would recommend it to any of my brothers and sisters in the IBEW. Just loved my stay perfect

I was traveling with 2 cats and all of their pet friendly rooms were booked so we got one on the 2nd floor instead. Aside from some loud kids next door (parents please tell your kids to use their inside voices) it was a purrfect stay. Good free breakfast, 24 hour tea/coffee available and they have a wall of snacks and a fridge of drinks for sale also. Right off the freeway, but couldn’t hear it from the room. Best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

Beds were amazingly comfortable. No toilet paper in room. Mold in tub and toilet. Bugs in tub. No stopper in bathroom sink. Dirt shoved in corner of bathroom by tub and door. Bathroom floor was sticky. Carpeting in hallway was stained. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and next to the beds were the best thing about the place.

Convenient but rundown properly. Some nice remodel features like lighted mirror and big TV. Property overall is dated and poorly maintained. Friendly and helpful check-in staff.
