Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

Pool was full of adults drinking, comforter was ripped, bed was... firmer than I would like. But everything else was great.

Everything about my stay was very good. Except the breakfast and breakfast room could use some work. The food choices need improvement and room is not big enough for the number of guests at the hotel.

Great location. Convenient to everything. By the airport and interstate but property was very quiet. I stayed 2 weeks and used the business center, as well as hot tub. The hot tub could be turned up a little higher but it was still relaxing. Bonus was the sauna

Staff were very friendly and amenable to changing our room to the first floor. Breakfast was typical continental, nothing to write home about. Rooms were clean and nice decorated.

Overall, we thought the Quality Inn was great! Check in was very efficient and staff was kind and friendly. The room was clean, loved that they had so many amenities like a gym, pool, sauna, and close to the airport. The bed was comfortable. I was especially pleased that they had fresh hot coffee at 3:00 am. Flight was too early to take advantage of their breakfast. I went with four stars due to chemical smell of cleaner, but that was relieved with the ability to open window and door for the room to air out a bit.

Everything started ok but when I drove around to the back to go to my room, I realized person did not give me my key. When I went back to Herta to get my key, she argued with me that she gave it to me when she didn’t. I had a long day of driving and didn’t need to have an argument about the key. My room was on the second floor. The stairs were extremely steep and very narrow footing. It was difficult to carry a suitcase up those stairs. I got into the room and the air-conditioning was set at 60. The room was freezing and smelled very strange. I will never stay there again.

Couldn't get passkey to work at other entrances as intended. A minor area for improvement. Felt safe.

The only major step left is to recarpet the stairways between the first and second floors. The lack of elevators is a bit inconvenient, but they may find a way to address it. The room was very clean and comfortable. Every one of the personnel that we encountered was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was very adequate and considerately better than many offered by other facilities. The location is very convenient as well. At or near its present pricing, we will definitely return if we are in the area.

The most horrid motel I’ve ever stayed. It was so filthy. The staff was so rude. Would never stay here again. Arrived at 1 am after a long travel and it was so noisy outside my room I left by 6am. Turned on the shower and the handle broke off in my hand. Don’t recommend this place at all

Had a clean, King room on the second floor for 2 nights. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was nice sized with only one bed in there. Nice sunsets in the evening. Didn't use the pool or spa area, nor the fitness room or breakfast, so can't comment on those. All staff that we encountered were super friendly and smily. Had a late checkout which helps. Nothing, except weekday breakfast could go till 10 a.m., otherwise, everything was great.

The room was very nice. They allowed pets as we traveled from California to Oregon for their Specialty Animal Hospital here. They shut down my key card TWO hours early at 9 a.m. (checkout is 11:00 a.m.!!!!) while I left my dog in the room to take the first load to the car. I couldnt get back in the building. When someone let me in, I couldnt get in my room. RUDE!

Very inexpensive place to stay. Facilities were clean and in close proximity to a chain restaurant that we were able to get dinner. fitness room had very very outdated equipment, but you can't win them all.

there was a big rig in the parking lot running, we did say we wanted to be moved if it was going to run all night. staff wasn't really helpful, but it was gone when we got back.so they must have taken care of it. So no harm done.

This is more about how they made it quite difficult to refund the money they basically stole from me. I didn't know anything about the rule that locals could not stay at this hotel, I booked the room, and upon arrival they showed me the door, neither they nor Hotels.com have bothered to follow up with me. This hotel is known to take advantage of locals who have identification that hasn’t been updated with their current, further addresses. They refused reservations and then, though services are not rendered, they refuse refunds. They have done this time and time again, treating people with little respect and less politeness. I will never stay here ever.

The price was good, the staff efficient, room okay, and they're painting the inside walls. The exterior looks long overdue for a refresh, the breakfast food and setting were mediocre, and while the weather was warm, the pool amenity hadn't yet been opened. The location was a bit odd but the area was relatively quiet.

My room was generously sized, the breakfast was good, parking was convenient. I wished for an elevator because I had to tote multiple bags and an ice chest up to the 2nd floor. They did have luggage trolleys available to get from my car to the base of the stairs. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

Check-in staff was excellent. He was super polite and helpful. Room was clean and other than a spot on the bathroom door where it was discolored, in good condition. Bed was a little hard but not horrible. Sauna was slow to heat up and never got as hot as I would have preferred. Hot tub was clean and hot, with working jets although a couple jets were missing the diffuser part so they weren’t really usable. Overall for the price I would stay again.

We were very relaxed in the room the room was clean & was given a quiet location. The front desk staff was friendly & amiable. We like the convenience of the location. It was nice to go to Elmers which was right next to the spot & had a nice breakfast there. We will definitely stay there again during our driving travels.

The safety latch was broken off and found a huge beatle. Rooms were big and newer but lacking deep cleaning and repairs

The check-in clerk was wonderful and happy and full of information. The room was clean and updated. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The bed was comfortable, not the most comfortable I've ever slept in but definitely comfortable. The sheets were very soft. The TV had a sleep timer which is a game changer when you fall asleep easy to a TV show.

Convenient location, easy access to I-5. There is a mall right across the highway and some shops nearby, too; we didn't get the chance to visit ourselves however. A Costco is not too far away, either.

The first thing I saw was the toilet seat had a sanitized sticker on, but the floor was sticky. The beds were really comfy and I am very picky about it. Breakfast was just ok. What I didn't like it was that to go to my room on 2nd floor, I had to use the stairs with luggage.

We had a very quiet room! The hotel was located in walking distance of several food places. They offered a nice breakfast from 6am to 10am. The shuttle service to airport was great to have. All in all the stay was great.

Mike at the front and the other gentleman were great. They were quick, efficient, and helpful during check in. Answered questions and gave great customer service. The manager on duty was the complete opposite. She was rude to everyone i saw interact with her. She was complaining and being loud in her office with the door open while the front desk was trying to check people in. We needed to park our truck and trailer in the parking lot where there definitely was more than enough room and we were told no. I have never had an interaction like this with a hotel manager. Bathtub did not drain well.

Horrible experience. Asked for a wake up call at the front desk when I checked in. No wake up call ever came - nearly missed an early flight due to this. The room smelled horrible - as did the hallway. Super dirty. Approached by a homeless woman in the parking lot who yelled at me and asked if I had cigarettes for her. Avoid this property at all costs.

I DIDN’T like the adjoining room, courtesy of a hollow/core door, that failed to block out the loud conversations of noisy hotel guests from flooding into our room. I didn’t pay $100 for this kind of “Quality.”

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room was outdated and had a strong odor that may have been coming from the old outdated carpet and furnishings in the room. It appears that some of the rooms on the first floor were renovated it is my hope that the same takes place for the rooms on the second floor. Having wood vinyl flooring in all the rooms will certainly help rid of the strong odor that’s currently present. Convenient and good price.

Staff was very helpful with a registration glitz. I was traveling to take care of arrangements for my 99 year old mothers funeral. A very difficult trip to pull together. Staff was gracious enough to help me work out the fly and park situation. So thankful.

Overall I enjoyed staying there. A few small things that needed attention, the sink was a little plugged, second floor vending machine took a dollar and it didn’t take anymore for some reason. So I put in quarters because the drinks were $1.50, but my quarters got stuck. I looked in the slot and there was a bunch of quarters stuck inside so I never got a drink. Lastly there is no elevator. You’ll need to carry your bags up the stairs. If you have heavy bags request for a ground floor. Other than that it was good

It was ok, good for the price, a bit old, but did what it had to do for the price.

My stay was fine. My room seemed to smell strongly of dog, though desk staff maintained that pets were only allowed on the first floor - I was on the second. Definitely detracted from my stay. The area is a bit on the sketchy side and while the word Medford Airport is in the name, there are some hotels newer and closer to the airport. Bathroom sink light far too dim; fan loud; AC pretty loud. Staff were lovely.

The front desk was very friendly and professional (especially Cathy!) and housekeeping did a good job. The hotel does not have an elevator and during my second visit I was assigned a second floor room. I am in my 70s and getting my luggage upstairs would have been difficult so they quickly assigned me a first floor room. I was able to schedule the airport shuttle for exactly the time I needed. I would stay here again!

Nice clean and quiet place

The check in process took a long time. There are beer bottles in the parking lot and signs everywhere stating they were not responsible vehicle damage and theif.

Easy to get to and from, coming from Central OR for a work trip. Resturant next door and close to meeting room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable

I was charged to stay here and when i went to check in with my Oregon drivers license they said they don't accept locals within 40 miles.

Hotel is very dated. It is clean. Front desk lady was way overwhelmed and not the best customer service. When we got there we wanted to change our hotel immediately and Travelocity would not let us even tho their advertisement rated this hotel as good. It was disappointing all around.

In my truck then stay here oh and your pool hasn’t been cleaned and the water smells like piss. These are all things that I am certain you are aware of however don’t care due to occupancy.

It’s Quality Inn, which is t one of the larger, more prominent chains, but it was a great, clean, easy to navigate room and checked all the boxes a hotel should. Would definitely stay here again.
