Very comfortable for my employees! They have been very appreciative that all of the necessary tools are available in the kitchenette, there are grills outside, and the hotel hosts hospitality nights occasionally. Thank you for making them feel at home away from home!

Will be making plans to stay again come this fall.

We arrived late into the evening and Sarah at the front desk was amazing! Kind and friendly making check in a breeze. Room was amazing with a desk, kitchen setup and sofa. Very clean. Quiet location and wonderful breakfast options. Highly recommend.

Spacious rooms, peaceful, amazingly kind staff! Coffee and tea available around the clock. Yummy breakfast included in the morning.

Front desk clerk and was very kind and friendly but very busy I reserved a room with a tub and they didn't have any left. I have back issues and needed to soak my back.

Easy check in. Friendly staff

The service! I especially appreciate the hospitality and kindness of Connor at the front desk and also Connie who serves the breakfasts. I think the quality of the food can be vastly improved. The eggs are particularly awful.

Eggs, yogurt, juice are always appreciated. Breakfast room had nice ambience and space. Coffee ran out too soon and would have liked real half & half rather than those little cups. More fresh fruit, especially when in season, would be nice. Herbal tea option was not available.

$84.00 PET FEE for ONE night! That was outrageous. $75.00 plus taxes and fees. FOR ONE NIGHT. Their website indicates that this fee is good for one to four nights, which was pretty useless for us as we only stayed one night. My bad, I only went by Hotels.com information and did not confirm with the hotel directly. Otherwise, the property was nice with spacious, fairly clean, older rooms. Kudos to Owen at the front desk. On site staff were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, if we did not bring our dog. I wouldn't touch the place if we were bringing our dog. There are plenty of options in town.
- 5/5
Room was great, staff were awesome and whole place very clean and well kept
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 3/5
Stayed here before and it was a good experience. Returned back from a trip just to stay 1 night. This time the room had a foul smell and was not very clean. Bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. Carpet had crumbs and looked unvacummed.
- 5/5
They did put up signage warning of this at the door, but the lock on the room door didn’t work often either.
- 5/5
Clean and very comfortable.
- 2/5
This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade.
- 5/5
The room was spacious
- 5/5
Fantastic service
- 5/5
This was the perfect room for this trip. My husband and I were traveling with our grandbaby. She went to bed early. We could put her in the bedroom and continue to watch tv in living room area without disturbing her. The breakfast was wonderful including yummy breakfast tacos. Great location. Very centrally located and close to airport. Would not hesitate to stay here again
- 4/5
Yes, the room was clean and settle in ready. Only thing I missed was a clock on the night stand.
- 5/5
My mother and I were staying in Medford, OR to visit a family member who unfortunately passed away. When we had to leave it was very difficult but Tammy, the manager, was more than willing to give us hugs. She and the place was awesome.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Keys take a bit to work but it was a slight inconvenience.
- 3/5
We were disappointed that the photos showed a hot tub was available when in reality it was removed. Other than that great experience.
- 5/5
Yes, room was very clean. Check in and check out were very fast and efficient. Everyone’s very friendly.

The room was clean. It worked for the short time we were there.
- 4/5
Staff member Evelyn was so wonderful and went up and beyond to find us a room with our needs after our challenging road trip !!! We so appreciate her awesome customer service!!!
- 5/5
Room was comfortable
- 4/5
The room was clean but the previous guest had put crusty utensils in the dishwasher and they had not cleaned in the dishwasher cycle.
- 5/5
Standard hotel.
- 5/5
Room was pretty spacious for the price with good amenities. The breakfast was good, but not great. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
- 3/5
Our room had a terrible smell upon entering! Turned out the smell was from the garage disposal. Had to switch rooms! Hotel manager was very accommodating and moved us to family suite for no additional charge. As nice as that was unfortunately the bed was too low to the ground and very uncomfortable! My husband ended up sleeping on the couch!
- 4/5
Very clean and updated, good breakfast, staff okay, too high pet fee and felt like 2nd class citizen when they saw we booked through Expedia. No flexibility.
- 5/5
The bed was a bit soft.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, clean, pet friendly, ADA room was large and convenient for my handicap family member.
- 4/5
Carpet in room needs maintenance.

- 5/5
Spacious rooms and kind staff
- 5/5
Rooms were terrific. I would say they were the best my wife and I have ever stayed in for the price. Plus breakfast staff and food was excellent. Next time we are in Medford we absolutely know where we will stay.
- 5/5
The room size are huge.
- 2/5
This place looks nice and it has all the amenities you expect from Hilton. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help get my large pile of luggage in to the room. However, I could hear everything in the building. Not sure if they did ANYTHING to soundproof this building when it was built. I could hear people giggling at the TV two rooms away. I had a pacer in the room above me and I felt like I was in a drum. The icing on the cake was the BLACK MOLD growing in multiple places in the shower. I will never ever stay here again.
- 5/5
Stay here regularly. Large, amazing rooms. Clean, easy access, staff is great.
- 5/5
Staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Great and clean place to stay in Medford. Breakfast was wonderful.
- 3/5
They closed the pool because there were too many kids staying there that weekend. We didn’t have young children with us, it was extremely frustrating. When I spoke to them explaining that we paid extra for a hotel with a pool the response was, “there’s nothing I can do about that.”
- 4/5
Both food and bed were pretty good.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
staff was always very friendly. the room was even better than i expected. the king suite is perfect for families with toddlers who need day time naps. the free breakfast was also great for feeding the whole family
- 5/5
Nice location, convenient to the freeway but quiet. Nice room with full kitchen. Well lit for night time walks with pets. Pet fee is high.
- 5/5

Stay was fine but got locked out of hotel and also key wouldn't open room 2 times. Spent the first time walking to front desk second time called down to desk which i was brought 3 more keys . He opened it with one of the keys I went in and stayed the night. Didn't want to be locked out again.
- 5/5
The kids and i were very comfortable. Staff is alright. Breakfast was very yummy .
- 5/5
Very nice hotel room! Good looking property. Excellent lobby and common area.
- 4/5
Good location and rooms appear nice and clean. It was loud, could hear everyone talking through the bathroom vents and stomping around.
- 5/5
Large well equipped rooms. Love the property
- 5/5
This is our second time staying here on our way from CA. No other hotel even comes close to Homewood Suites, in Medford. Awesome staff and the food was great. The only knocks on the hotel would be, lack of fruit selection for breakfast and TV size. Other than that, it’s awesome.
- 3/5
We didn't pay attention to how this was set up. We like to be inside of the hotel to enter our room, so this is a motel. Clean and large room which we loved.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is
- 4/5
Quiet, studio apartment style room. The kitchen came stocked with pots pans dishes utensils. The pool large spacious I believe it was a saline pool, could use cleaning.
- 4/5
Have stayed twice now. Has been updated since the first time which was much needed. Only negative this time was room was not ready for nearly an hour. Even with that, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 4/5
Clean ; roomy; good value; nice breakfast
- 5/5
Well kept, free breakfast and very pleasant staff. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Quick check in with friendly help. Nice clean room. The breakfast could use a little help. Probably because the rooms have kitchens.
- 3/5
This was second time in a month we stayed and they dont use the right size bottom sheet. They come right off when you sit on bed and come completely off when you lay down. We constantly had to redo them pain. Mattress pad is old and torn. Very disappointing will not stay herevagain
- 5/5
This place is amazing! We traveled for 500 miles and last minute getting into grants pass area we realized we needed a room, I had 5 kids all ranging from 4 months old to 13 years old and unfortunately all the hotels in grants pass would have to be separate rooms and that just wasn’t going to work. Thank goodness I found this place because the suite I was in was plenty big enough to accommodate my family of 7. Will definitely be staying here again when we go again for a visit.
- 5/5
Very friendly,clean,
- 4/5
Just wish there was a bathroom fan to ventilate bathroom odors.
- 5/5
Room was great but pool was freezing and staff was not at all concerned
- 3/5
Only place to sit to see TV was a single office type chair, couch and bed were out of view for TV viewing. Coffee and tea in room were ample, shower was nice and hot, great pressure and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, etc. Frint desk very friendly.
- 4/5
everything are great. they runout of suasages during breakfast and they cant refill it anymore, small choices of food for breakfast
- 1/5
Requested to clean the room, but reception said they were understaffed. Did not clean the room for 4 days.
- 5/5
We arrived when it was getting dark , but i was happy that the parking lot was lit up in front , they could have the back parking lot lit up a little more . The bed was so comfortable and the pillows where just right the kitchen had the right amount of utensils and dishes i would stay here again .
- 5/5
Very nice room and fabulous breakfast and the lady taking care of the food and making sure there was plenty of food is an absolute treasure. She is so sweet and kind and friendly when we checked in such a great accommodating young man helping us. It was all very great.
- 5/5
Check-In was a breeze. Everyone was super nice. The room was very clean except for the microwave. Breakfast was amazing.
- 5/5
The convenience of getting to the hotel from right off the highway. The breakfast served each morning.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, great customer service
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, excellent kitchen stagf
- 5/5
Great property and staff
- 5/5
Nice place to stay.
- 5/5
4th time i have stayed and have already booked for the 5th
- 3/5
Very noisy and on the 3rd floor - people above us was like a freight train both nights. Free breakfast - out of food - restocking they were trying but took a long time for the hot food. Good place - just ask for top floor.
- 5/5
Staff that worked the kitchen were wonderful. Did miss the Thursday night football social that you had last year. Breakfast was very good as was the Wednesday night soup and salad
- 5/5
Every staff member was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delightful and different each morning. I'll be staying here again!
- 5/5
Amazing! Clean comfortable bed
- 5/5
This was our second time staying at this hotel. Spacious suite for family of five. Reasonable price.
- 5/5
We stayed one night and it was clean and a safe place.
- 4/5
Our stay was good. Nice spacious rooms. A for between Rome in the sweet. Well equipped. No oven, just a hot pad and microwave..
- 5/5
This property is always good for us.
- 5/5
Overall a very positive experience though!
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 2/5
Very stiff beds and outdated bath. Air conditioner is super loud, my son couldn’t sleep until he basically passed out around 2am. Very surprised that it was rated 4 stars. Should’ve been a 3 and close to a 2.
- 5/5
Great customer service and amazing breakfast!
- 4/5
We like our room, it’s cleaned and spacious. One star below five because breakfast was not up to par. Not a lot of options and the food was barely warm. Not a Hilton quality we were used to getting. The staff were nice.
- 3/5
Room was poorly clean, pillows were flat, batteries dead in remotes and breakfast staff didn’t stock or clean during the meal
- 4/5
Access to area restaurants was a bit challenging but the accommodations were excellent as was access to the highway.
- 3/5
The air-conditioning unit in the sitting room area is so loud that our teen who was sleeping in there turned it off on a hot summer night. The staff are aware that the AC units are too loud but they rent the rooms anyway. When we asked for a different room we were told all of the rooms are like that and they were sold out so no option to try a different room. They did give us extra Hilton Honors points as compensation. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were lovely.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Great service and amenities
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast
- 5/5
Clean, area safe, quiet outside Newer facility
- 5/5
Convenient to Asante Regional Hospital.
- 5/5
Super quiet, comfort room. Almost like home. Helpful staff, would totally recommend it to family & friends.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Didn’t take advantage of the complimentary evening happy hours as was busy everyday with family so can’t comment- but each morning in the breakfast area they were consistently out of something each morning, it varied from coffee to eggs , bread products ( bagels etc ) , bacon , etc. what was provided was average at best ( when available)
- 4/5
The ac did not work...turned it down to 60 degrees, but the room was still stuffy. Had to open windows even tho they would open an inch or so.
- 4/5
Good location, quiet environment but thin walls and floor. Outer door slams shut every time someone uses it next to our room. Nice walking areas for pets. Clean room and nice kitchen. BBQ area for guests, nice big lobby and breakfast area. Convenient parking near the room made it easy to bring the dog to and from the car.
- 5/5
Great location and very quiet. Nice kitchen with all things you need.
- 4/5
Family stay. Nice room with small kitchen. Indoor pool was cold but still enjoyable. Basketball court was nice touch.
- 4/5
Breakfast food supply was always low. I believe they are currently in a state of flux, preparing for remodeling of the dining area. They did contact me regarding an article of clothing I left behind in my room, which is appreciated.
- 5/5
It was nice to stay here again, it had been quite a while. After the fires in in Phoenix and Talent, I think they were putting people up there and the cost was too high for us to stay. It's back to normal now and it's wonderful!
- 5/5
Great kitchen and eating area.
- 1/5
the place is being renovated. no amenities except in room. under construction, noisy, screws and nails in parking lot.
- 5/5
Even though it is under renovation the staff worked to make checking easy and was very friendly.
- 1/5
Hotel is under reconstruction- no breakfast as advertised. No refund or discount for such inconvenience so I canceled and moved to a lovely place down the road.
- 5/5
First time staying at this hotel. I really like the convenience of everything in the room including the kitchen. Bathroom was nice. TV was a little bit too small and hard to see from the bed beautiful view and comfortable.
- 4/5
Pool work out room were closed for the season. Not sure why an indoor pool has a season. Other than that it was great.
- 1/5
Hotel was dirty. Room was not clean, ceiling fan had thick dust build up.
- 5/5
Last minute gem if you ask me. With a large family we appreciate an affordable suite with kitchen to save money.
- 5/5
Very cleaned, friendly.
- 3/5
Love the decor at the hotel for the holidays. Have stayed here for years now due to the spacious rooms and especially the last couple of years when I have had to use a whhelchair/scooter chair. It was all good during this stay till the the vent in the bathroom ceiling fell out and right onto my head while I was at the sink getting ready. Luckily it was hard plastic and not metal. I did get knocked pretty good but not enough to go to the hospital, just gave me a headache for awhile. I did take a picture and report it to the front desk and showed them when I checked out. They were pretty surprised but expressed that they were glad I was not seriously hurt. It did make a good story to tell our friends and family that we met up with later. I will stay here again but will be watchful in the bathroom. Also, it would be good for someone to sit in the handicapped accessible shower and see how difficult it is to reach the wall mounted soap and shampoo unless you have arms like a monkey. It would be nicer if they were mounted lower and possibly find a way to make them closer to the bench in the shower. Other than that we really like staying at the Homewood Suites when we come over from Klamath Falls.
- 4/5
Loved the front desk lady. Named Tammy. So sw÷t.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Very clean, we stayed 3 nights Saturday thru Tuesday. Week days are much quieter. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. We will definitely go back.
- 5/5
Great room layout for the entire family
