Very nice place to stop like we did and then move on the next morning or to stay in Medford

The staff was polite. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was out of order and was still charged the same price. Also the bed was creaked when you moved. Also there is some kind of camera attached to the tv in the room. Unsure if it is recording people or exactly what it is for.

The quality of the room, beds, etc. The television was easily navigated. I prefer standard cable tv for my rooms. The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet and efficient. The shower head was mounted too high and the spray pattern was inadequate, after attempting to adjust.

The property was great, in every way except for one, in my humble opinion. I truly believe hotels should either have one of either or a smart tv with streaming widgets already or the casting option. This would really make even a singular nights stay very comfortable

When we checked in, we were not provided information regards to checkout time, WiFi access, parking, breakfast, and no physical key card. Your front desk male needs additional training.

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good and parking was close by. Morning staff is nice and helpful. Night staff were not friendly.

ADA issues. Shower controls out of reach from shower bench. Height wrong for beds. Unknown if management is willing to make changes.

Breakfast was excellent, with rotating hot items and plenty of waffle/oatmeal toppings. Valerie was especially kind and hardworking, keeping everything clean and stocked till the last minutes of breakfast time; 10 AM. The pool was clean and warm (no hot tub). Most staff were friendly, though a few housekeepers felt a bit cold. Housekeeping is offered every other day for 3‑night stays or longer. Free self‑parking felt safe with lots of space even late at night. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we’d happily return.

I was happy with everything. We had issues connecting the tv to our laptop, (user error) and someone came to our room to help. She really tried to help us and went above and beyond. I wish I remembered her name. She was very kind.

Sam the front desk clerk was absolutely the best. She went above and beyond to help us when I had a sick child very accommodating very kind very informative very clean room. Everything was top-notch. We loved it.

This hotel is outdated and in urgent need of renovation. Upon check-in, there was no soap in the room, and it took the front desk over 20 minutes to locate some, eventually providing only a small bar. Overall, the room felt old and overused, reinforcing the need for significant updates throughout the property

Property is older but recently remodeled. Clean and quiet with a good breakfast. Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay overnight on our way north.

We did not get the room we reserved. For example we would never book a handicapped room with 2 queen beds. Clearly a mistake, but not acknowledged as such.

Construction of this Hampton is cheaper than most. Floors creak, walls are thin. Is it better to be by the elevator or a screaming 3 year old?

Rooms clean, comfortable, breakfast decent, parking easy, neighborhood safe, convenient to freeway.

The shower was noisy. The guy upstairs took a shower at 5 am and it woke me up out of a dead sleep

This newly renovated property has the potential to be very nice, but is let down by employees who just don't care to provide great customer service. I requested a room on the top floor during booking, but the guy who checked me in didn't care and gave me a lower room. As feared, the person in the room above mine decided to exercise in their room, jumping up and down to loud music while I tried to sleep. The hotel was not full, and I'm sure there was a room on the top floor if the reception clerk had cared enough to look.

Our stay was nice. Easy access to room. Comfortable bed. Smooth check in and check out. Lots of TV channels and good WiFi. I didn’t find the breakfast very exciting; although, it had all the basics that you need.

I will alao not book anything with Hilton ever again because they could have been part of the fix by allowing me to switch the city I originally scheduled for which happened to be with another Hilton too. However, that is what Hotel.com said but not sure if that is really true either.

I had a dog and I signed. I was tired and signed it before reading thoroughly . My mistake. If I had known it was $75.00 I wouldn’t have stayed there. I wish that you would post the fee for each hotel or give a phone number to call and ask.9

My wife and I stayed a total of four days and the staff were always cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with fresh food and there is plenty of room for the guests to move around comfortably. Also, there are abundant retail and restaurant options located within walking distance. The motel is located about a mile from a large medical campus where I was an ‘out-patient’ and when the management learned this they gave us a discounted medical room rate. We didn’t know to ask and really appreciated the help.

Huge whiff of skunk smell. Assumed someone was nearby smoking the heady bud. Pretty early for that... Saw a rando walking in the parking lot, started to wander over towards me. Went back inside. Was nearby a week later on my return trip, same skunk smell. So, probably not what I had thought. Would stay again

Wasn’t cleaned. There was a wash cloth and crumbs in one of the beds, garbage in the garbage cans, toilets and bathroom sinks were dirty and had hair all over in the bathroom. No wash cloths or hand towels and a breakfast tray with syrup on it was on the table. Think they totally forgot to clean the room. Other than that the hotel is very nice. Comfortable, breakfast is great and the pool was perfect and the location is great. The staff was also very friendly and personable.

No complaints, was up to the usual hampton inn standards with several restaurants within half mile to walk to. Staff were friendly, breakfast the usual hampton inn quality, would stay again.

Great customer service, loved the room. The toilet needs a new valve, kept cycling all night, the least thing I liked was the 4 pm check in. I wish it was earlier.

Room was so clean and big! The shower head was a bit high but it was fine. Im 5'7" and had to stand on tip toes to turn the pressure. The only bad thing was the internet would buffer on your firestick and wouldnt bring up the password page so we could not use it. The bed was comfortable. We will be back!

Your breakfast was fine, but would have liked some plant based milk for the oatmeal and maybe addition walnuts, seeds, etc. to add to the oatmeal. Plant based breakfasts in motels are sometimes a challenge. Night light in the bathroom was pathetically dim! Then, there's the shower head above the bath tub. It was so high to adjust water flow. My 85 year old husband balanced himself on the side of of the tub, hung on to the tub bar, reached over and adjusted the miserable stream of water squirting out of the center of the shower head. Scary move! Sign on mirror suggests, to save energy, we should hang towels on bars to dry. There is not a single towel bar in the bathroom on which to hang towels. There was nothing to explain how to use the tv..off, on or channel selection. Once we figured out how to use the big screen tv, we enjoyed the program. Real nice ice machine just down the hall from our room. The king size mattress was very comfortable, but pillows were just ok. Temperature control was easy to adjust...especially welcome when outside temps for several days was 100+ degrees! We appreciated the friendly employee that checked us in and gave us each a bottle of water... after a very long drive because of road construction, with miles of stop and go vehicles. What should have been a 7 hour drive, turned out to be 9 hours! A friendly smile and a bottle of water was great!

Other than our view being an older man swimming in his pool, everything else was fantastic. The customer service was excellent.. the hotel displayed nearby happening events which was a great addition that I haven’t seen before. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was overall friendly. Everything was wonderful. I felt bad for the desk staff their key machine died and we’re unable to make keys for the rooms upon check-in. Several hours later a manager was able to get it fixed other than that wonderful stay.

Pet fees are way too high. Higher than the cost of boarding which is ridiculous. Fees should be much lower or be refundable if there is no pet damage.

The room was great and clean, they came in upon our request to replace the bathroom fan. They only straightened up and replaced our towels once in our 3 night stay. Breakfast was good and the waffles were the best. Eggs and bacon were not very hot.

Troy at check in was very kind, friendly, and had such a peaceful light about him! He got my daughter and I checked in quickly. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast options were amazing!! And we loved the indoor, heated pool. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we checked out, and there were a couple other parties ahead of us so we just left the room key on the desk. All in all, I think this will be our hotel when we make trips that way.

Loved our stay! Everything had a clean, new feeling. Wonderful sheets and pillows, and the room-darkening shades made our night feel luxurious. And the plentiful breakfast was served until 10!

There was an issue with the pool and the staff attended to it quickly reported it to maintainance and it was fixed the next morning.

I was totally shocked when I registered and found out the price for my dog was $75. I am used to paying $25 extra at all other hotels. Since my room was non refundable had no other choice but to pay for it. Be aware of this when you book

Overall, a very nice Hampton Inn. Very new and clean. The biggest issue was the floors have flooring that causes you to hear the ceiling above when people walk. Like tsp dancing. Our room had someone up from 3am on. I highly recommend you stay only on the second floor. I let the front desk know we were concerned about noise on the trip due to a long road trip. They assured us it would be fine. When I told them at check out, they really had little to say. Otherwise a quiet area and very safe.

Overall it is an okay property. The provided the standard amenities you can find elsewhere.

We stay almost exclusively at Hamptons in the United States. This Hampton located in Medford, Oregon is a jewel in terms of cleanliness inside and outside, customer service AND service in the breakfast area.

Very well kept grounds and gorgeous fall colors in all the trees around the property. Friendly and attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. Immaculate rooms and bedding, very well maintained. Will definately stay again.

Couldn’t lower the room temperature under 65 at night to sleep better. The shower was awful. Not enough water pressure to raise off. The toilet paper roll was placed away on back wall and wasn’t reachable. No alarm clock and the electric wasn’t workable.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in all year. I will come back again when I am in the Medford area.

Loved the decor and bathroom set up. First hotel I've ever stayed in that had a LARGE bathroom counter that would accommodate all my stuff AND my husband's stuff. Liked the new wall towel racks and other furnishings. Great job of redecorating!
