My kids just commented that pool was kinda small. I would definitely would want to choose it again.

The location was great. It was very easy to find without having to get into the deep part of town. The price was great, as well as the facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was good too. I will stay here again, the next time I drive through. Easy to find and comfortable.

Good location…safe…convenient to get to. Shower floor was dirty, pillows were old & flat, only a top sheet & VERY thin bedspread, a/c only worked if you set it at 63 degrees or lower…so you either freeze or swelter w/lack of air circulation, the breakfast was by far THE WORST breakfast I’ve ever had…cold scrambled eggs-sausage patties that appeared very undercooked-watery & tasteless oatmeal-cold/hard biscuits-cold & bland gravy. It was horrible!!

One of the best hotels our large family stayed at on our long road trip. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a great variety. The pool was a glorified hot tub (only downside) but the weight room was good! Would definitely stay at again

Pillows, mattress were comfortable. Clean room. Breakfast was good. 7am- 10am. Checkout time Excellent 12 noon. Shower head not clean & when I pulled the handle for the shower water on the tub faucet only some water came out the shower head. The rest was still coming out the tub faucet. I had to put it on single stream to get hot water on my body. The tub faucet was about to come off also. Least I was able to shower & not have to switch rooms. For me shower is just as important as a bed & sleep!

Easy check in, first room was not clean, candy wrappers and a used bed, but was quickly resolved and upgraded to a suite. We left a day early and because I had prepaid through hotels.com I was refunded anything. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Ample parking. Gas station right next door which was nice. Panera was only a block or so away, beautiful restaurant and excellent food for our in room movie watching.

Staff were pleasant Good Location We had booked a King room for 3 Adults knowing we had to make use of the sofa bed. We were disappointed with the quality of the Sofa Bed. It was so bad very thin, poor quality and not what we expected for a Marriott chain hotel...we will not be booking anymore Fairfield Inns on trips to California from BC Canada Mentioned at checkout as well.

Nice room for a family outing

The Fairfield was very pleasant! The room and grounds were immaculate! All the staff was so nice. I was using a walker, and everyone was so helpful and Cameron at the front desk went above and beyond for me. He made my walker higher, he went to my room with me to get my forgotten belongings, explained to me about the Marriot club and it was such a pleasure signing up. This property is great for families. They have a pool for kids, and a workout center for adults. The breakfast was excellent! The checkout time gives a little more time, if you need it. It was quiet and enjoyable. I definitely will recommend the Fairfield!

We had an excellent stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good variety, rooms were clean and comfortable and the kids loved the indoor pool.

This is our new go-to place to stay in Medford. We had to extend an extra day, and they were very accommodating. And we didn't have to change rooms! It was fantastic.

Overall, the stay was...ok. The facility is clean. However, the mattresses felt cheap and old. In particular, the mattress on the pull-out bed was completely worn out and very uncomfortable; we wished we'd brought an air bed instead. It was also very hot and dry in the room, even when turning the heat off. We finally turned on the A/C, which felt wrong since it's January. Unlikely we would stay here again.

I really appreciated the laundry room! I used it several times. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and very kind to our dog!

Really nice room, great beds, quiet, clean and pleasant. Posting additional info because, the front desk LAUGHED at me for my comment. I like seeing dogs in the hotel. I think it’s it’s great. HOWEVER, they don’t belong in the kitchen area. Much less being held by a guest while preparing their food. Petting the dog and touching common utensils, plates, the handles to every appliance. Spreading dog hair over the table of food and utensils. If the dog had been under a table I probably wouldn’t have said anything. Other patrons were unhappy and complained also. People already have to hope other PEOPLE are washing their hands, etc but this is over the top…

The property was very nice. Staff was extremely helpful, they had my Dad's medical supplys already in our room after Line care had dropped them off the night we got there. The beds were a little out of date needed to be replaced but not to bad, after you were able to relax.

The hotel is nice, very clean and was aesthetically pleasing. My only hang up was the bed. I’m young and woke up with aches and pains from how uncomfortable it was. I didn’t feel rested and I’d been driving 12 hours that day which is saying something. If it’s just for a night or two you’d probably be fine but wouldn’t recommend a longer than that.

This hotel seems to be relatively new, so the new build smell was nice to walk in to. The staff is courteous and eager to help. Breakfast had a bunch of options and was decent, overall. Beds were small, but comfortable enough. They have convenient Tesla and EV charging on site at no additional charge. Huge feature and very much appreciated!

A still new property, the place is well kept and clean. Easy to find/get to as well. The breakfast was very good (I mean nothing earth shattering but still..). I'd stay there again.

We rolled into town as part of our summer adventure, and this spot made for the perfect overnight stop. Just an hour’s scenic drive from the breathtaking Crater Lake National Park, it’s surrounded by convenient restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and it has easy freeway access making it both practical after a day of exploring, we loved having a calm, and quiet, place to relax before setting out again to discover more of southern Oregon’s beauty.

We stayed here two separate nights in our way up to the Oregon coast. One stop on the way up and another back home. Loved how they were per friendly and not over priced. Was very clean and smelled amazing, you would never know they allowed dogs to stay in the hotel. We did not partake in breakfast as we wanted to get on the road but it smelled amazing. Would definitely return to the hotel on our back to the coast.

Great staff and conveniently located near the hospital and freeway. The room was clean and had everything I needed-I would definitely stay here again when in town.

Beds are terrible. They have no box springs and only a cheap uncomfortable mattress. Paying $200 for a bed that makes motel 6 look good isn’t worth it.

Excellent Marriott

We’ve stayed there twice now, about a year apart. The room was super clean, the carpet in the room looked new, the shower was excellent. There was a great assortment of things to purchase (little snacks, toiletries, etc.) Good food choices like MOD, Chipotle, 5 Guys are basically in the parking lot. There’s a fire table & chairs outside, and while the rest of the outter area was clean, there were a few unhomed people in the Medford area in general. We’ll definitely stay there again when we’re in the area!

Decent hotel that is clean and well maintained. Only concern was that they only cleaned our room on the 5th day of our 6 night stay. We even requested they clean it on day 3 and the never did. Also the sheets on both beds would not stay on the beds.

Very clean and safe, especially compared to other hotels along the I-5 corridor. The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The worst thing i can say about our stay was that the continental breakfast had vegetarian breakfast sausage rather than real meat.

Terrific as always, wonderful breakfast, great next door field to walk the dog. Mattress in 128 could stand to be replaced - a little hammock-y. But room terrific otherwise.

Service was excellent! We had a later check in and the lady up front was super nice! There is no hot tub, so it would have been better if the pool was about 10 degrees warmer. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Traveled with family, 2 kids and our dog. Stayed for 2 nights, excellent hotel, feels new. $50 dog fee per stay. Free EV charging although both Tesla chargers were not working. Free breakfast, great options. Kids loved the cookies in the lobby when we checked-in. Indoor pool very clean, small but good enough for the kiddos. Various restaurants nearby, walkable distance. Definitely a great stay.

This was an excellent stay. The hotel location is good due to its proximity to the highway plus plenty of stores nearby. The facilities and room were clean and in great condition. Most importantly, the staff were all professional. Especially the front desk lady who checked us in and helped us with some requests. She was very courteous and helpful. I wish breakfast was a bit better, more options… Everyone is always at the waffles and there is a line. My suggestion is to put 2-3 waffle stands, one is not enough :) otherwise super clean and convinent hotel to stop by while traveling
