Courtyard by Marriott Medford Airport

I stayed here for two separate nights that bookended another trip. It was great. The hotel provided transportation for me to get to a restaurant, the room was comfy and well designed and the staff were really helpful.

Location. Walking distance to the airport No free breakfast.

We were able to check in early. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bed was really comfy. Loved the shower with the barn door style glass door. Very nice!!! The only thing was we had to leave! LOL No complaints!!

The breakfast was nice, although for me, on a restricted diet, the available breakfast burrito did not fit. The property is nice, the convenience items in the little store were very nice (although very expensive), but when you arrive at 1 am, expensive is a lot better than nothing. All in all, the quality of the room was great, but MFR was the tail-end of a 4 city circuit and it's very obvious that everything dropped a level from the facilities in the bigger cities, although the price was higher. The walking distance from the airport's door ... was amazing. The price-value ratio was not what I would have liked. Everything was much more expensive compared to the Marriott property I stayed by SFO a few days earlier, where the hotel was much newer, the onsite food was much nicer; although the friendlier staff at MFR was a nice change. Really the only thing I didn't like was how everything was so much more expensive.

Walk or ride shuttle to the terminal. Very convenient for the 5am to Denver.

Very good

The only hitch at this property is that they did not have a shuttle driver so I had to walk to the airport. It isn’t far, but I wouldn’t want to do it in the dark.

I loved how close it is to the airport, but for a quick overnight stay it was ok. If my business wasn’t paying, I would have walked another 300 yards to the next hotel at near half the price. It’s so expensive compared to everything around them

Loved breakfast menu steel cut oatmeal with fresh strawberries and blueberries….served with warmed milk and brown sugar on the side was the best!

I was not able to enjoy the breakfast. I had to leave for the airport. I so appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and the 3:30 AM start of the shuttle was perfect from my arrival at the airport. Nothing... everything was perfect for what I needed.

I’m was very satisfied at this hotel. Everybody was so polite with smiles. (Don’t find places like that anymore.) The hotel is very clean. Sonia Dean was very helpful and professional. My sister and I will come back! Thank you for all you do! You guys are awesome!!

The front desk staff were not friendly or interested. Also there must have been something going on in a pipe. Made a growly noise all night. People upstairs were very noisy, baging and dropping things all night. Also didnt inderstand the $7,00 parking fee.

Spacious room. Loved the grab and go in the lobby, I had a good Turkey sandwich, ? and was grateful, as it was late and I was ready to eat something! I had asked for a bathtub room and I got one but I would never sit in the one I got as it had peeling tub material. The glaze was coming off all over. I Was disappointed! I had planned for a hot soak in the tub.

Staff was helpful and efficient. Airport shuttle was quick and timely. Would like to see better breakfast options.

Best location for the Medford airport - within a short walk! My favorite hotels have truly fragrance-free sheets and towels. This hotel has improved its cleaning products, but there still was a slight fragrance in sheets and towels, but improved from prior stays. I still plan to stay here every time that I need an early flight out of Medford airport. It is so convenient!

The location within walking distance of the airport is perfect. The bistro is a big plus for a drink and light supper the night before a flight. Not having a dedicated shuttle to airport was a problem for a very early morning flight. Thank goodness the weather was okay so we could walk with our luggage.

We had a clean room and it was a nice place to stay. However be aware that it is not run by Marriott hotels and you can tell. We got there about 2:50 pm, ok 10 min early for check-in, no big deal. All the hotels I’ve stayed at, check you in even if room isn’t ready. Not here! The lobby was filled with 8 groups ahead of me that the lady wouldn’t check in yet because she wasn’t expecting the night before to be busy. What?? Even if they aren’t clean you can check us in and then we can come back. We had to wait for over 30 min for check-in. Very poorly run. I don’t see this hotel doing well in the long run.

The bistro is a lot of work on the employees to do bar and food. It stretches them very thin on customer service.

Conveniently close to the airport. Room was pretty dirty. Furniture is noticeably dirty, especially the couch. Bathroom was dirty with signs from previous room guest. Is in need of a deep cleaning.

Such a great stay close to the airport. Large lobby, with food and cocktails. Good outdoor patio for those nice evenings. Rooms are large and comfortable for lounging. Easy access to the airport for early flights or late arrivals.

Only down side was we had an early morning flight out, and had to leave the community around 4am, and there was no one at the counter. We left the room key after waiting for a few minutes.

Clean, beautiful, comfy bed, nice strong shower. We just stayed one night and it was very nice.

The food was maybe the worst hotel food I've ever had. My expectations were low, but not low enough. My order of "grilled cheese and tomato soup" came with salad instead of soup, because the tomato soup "pouches" were not delivered (pouch!) and the sandwich was made in an airfryer, not a grilled (hello, "grilled" cheese sandwich), one side of the sandwich slightly toasted (not "grilled") by the fryer, but other side just soft bread. Disgusting. There was no other place to walk to for other food options. I had picked this hotel to be close to airport for a 5:15 am flight and did not have a car, for this purposes it was fine - now I know, do not expect to eat any food there.

Less than 2 minutes from the Airport, it allowed me to sleep later before retuning my car at Avis and catching my flight. The staffer at the desk was excellent, sorry that I can’t remember names, but extremity friendly and helpful with my Expedia reservation.

No shuttle to airport. Said the driver called in. Would have been nice for them to arrange alternative transportation. We walked the short distance with our luggage at 4am.

Quiet excellence that I have learned to expect at Marriott

We like to stay here because it is a short walk to the airport. They now charge you to park your car during your stay which doesn’t seem right since you have already paid for your stay.

The best part about this property is that it’s easy walking distance to the Medford airport. It’s the most efficient way to make the 5 AM outgoing flight.

Our stay wasn’t too pleasant because of other guests running around the halls at late hours of the night. On the bright side, we called the front desk and they took care of it. In terms of things to do or see, not much going on. It is a convenient spot if you need to fly out of Medford’s airport.

Very clean, nice service, and great location as far as being easy to get to shopping, etc. There is a lot of traffic noise, but I dont believe it would affect sleep. I wanted to go on yhe balcony to take a phone call because 2 people were talking in the room and it was too loud for that, but I would stay here again.

We particularly loved the front desk and her happy helpful nature. She made it so easy to stay there. I will stay there again.

Very nice hotel well taken care of

The room was spacious with a large bed, big screen TV, couch and computer workstation. Best of all was how quiet it was.

Staff friendly, unfortunately computer system down due to offsite communication issue but that was only complication. Nice room. All in all good stay.

this property has pool listed as part of amenities and they do not have a pool any longer.

We stayed here because it was convenient to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the room being very comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower. Because it was an ADA room, water got all over the bathroom floor because there was nothing to contain it but a shower curtain that didn’t go all the way to the floor. Seemed like a slipping hazard for those if us not in a wheelchair. Otherwise, the bathroom was great. The lady at check in was very nice too. She set us up with parking there too which saved us a lot of money not having to park at the airport itself. We will definitely be back!

The room was not cleaned and the trash was not dumped the 3 days we were there. We asked why it was not cleaned. The desk told us they only cleaned every 3 days. The ice machine on level 3 was not working. When we checked in they told me that there was a 7 dollar a day charge to park. That was not shown at the online reservation website.

Staff was prompt and everything was clean. It was great for an overnight stay to be able to catch a very early flight.

Right by airport

Incredibly convenient to the Medford airport. My room was impeccable, tasteful, and had a lovely view of the nearby mountains.

The room and hotel were fine, nothing special but what you’d expect. The staff was not accommodating, and didn’t seem concerned with providing service. I’d stay there again because if it’s convenience, but I’d just not expect the normal Marriott service.

Our flight was at a time the shuttle wasn’t running. No worries, the hotel and airport parking lots are connected and it was a short and safe walk.

Couldn"t leave my vehicle there. Stayed Sunday ,flew out Monday. No free parking with third party booking. Plus parking for a few days 90 dollars. Will not stay there again

Super close to the airport with a convenient free shuttle that starts early enough for the really early morning flights!

Check in was a bit of chaos. They had 2 guests complaining about being given keys to the wrong rooms. We had to wait aboyt 15 minutes to check in. The room was ok but not worth the high price. Very thin walls. We got to listen to a baby cry most of the night. Oh well.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past and was sad to see that the furniture was starting to show signs of wear (bit saggy couch, uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows) and that the bathroom was showing its age as well (discolored grout, chipped shower insert). The shower glass also had a film on it. They do housekeeping every three days so my room wasn’t cleaned while I was there. Breakfast isn’t included either so I was disappointed in what I spent.

I got in late but the front desk was super kind and took care of me. They gave me a first floor room so that I had a shorter walk to the room (after some terrible travels!). Kevin, the shuttle driver, picked me up from the airport (after the rental car company fell through). Kevin was a gentleman and handled my bags. The next morning, the front desk was so kind to give me a free beverage while I waited for the shuttle to take me to get a rental car. These folks know hospitality.

I was in town for a difficult family event. These folks are so kind and really took care of me. Kevin, the shuttle driver, picked me up from dropping off my rental car. He was a gentleman- handled my bags, loaded them on the cart, and took the empty cart down- all unprompted. The front desk was kind and gave advice as to when to arrive at the airport for my early flight. She even called the room to ask if I needed anything else. The room was clean, comfortable, everything worked, and I would highly recommend staying here.

The folks here are wonderful! The bistro is good too. I really had a great experience here with a comfy room and bathroom. Sadly though when I woke up in the morning I found a dead little roach in my bed with me. I was exhausted and had a long drive ahead of me so I packed up quickly and headed out the door.

Great hotel close to the Medford airport, has great food and a bar in the hotel! Front desk staff is friendly, the bar staff could do with a little more happiness and not act like they hate serving the guests!

Very nice stay because it is close to the airport. I I’m here visiting My son and other family members.

Stay was just fine. Chose Marriott as it is right next door to the airport. After check-in we decided to order a couple of cocktails at the cafe/bistro/bar. She rung us up for two Bombay Sapphire Gin & Tonic’s for a total of $37.50 ($18.75 each). We asked why they were so much when the other listed cocktails, Espresso Martini or Margarita using silver patron were $12.50 each. She said “she doesn’t set the prices and it’s because they are specialty”. We weren’t upset, just curious. She seemed offended. I told her those are Miami prices not Medford, Oregon. The hotel was fine but lesson learned- ask how much cocktails are before you order. Never assume they will be the same as the ones listed on the board.

My stay was a quick business trip. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us (my co-workers and I) find a local restaurant for dinner and had the shuttle take care of transportation. Rooms were just as expected and clean.

Property had a bar and dining on site. After being up since 3 AM, it was great to not have to leave the property for a drink and food. Room was clean and quiet for a good nights sleep.

It’s a nice place to the night, especially if you’re passing through, close to the airport.

This Coutyard was not as a good value as other Marriot properties I have stayed at, perhaps it was the location next to an airport
