We didn't have a good experience here. Before we entered the hotel we had registered 3 rooms but when arivws we were told we only had 2 rooms. And when we went to our rooms it looked like someone smoked there .Also we had a baby with us so we asked for an crib and when we got one it was really dirty so we didnt use it.
- 2/5
Breakfast was ok.
- 1/5
Then proceeded to (literally) throw things around, purposely causing loud noises. Some fellows, apparently persons she knew, (for I asked one of them if he worked there and his answer was “no”). They were moving all chairs against the walls. Then she proceeded, opening the window in an abrupt manner and started running the vacuum cleaner, hitting it forcefully against the walls and tables. A very rude person, totally unprofessional, very disrespectful towards the guests. She forgets or doesn’t know and need to be told, that the guest is her “boss”. Without guests, she has no job!!! Without guests, the hotel can’t stay in business!!
- 5/5
That was convenient to stay during long driving.
- 3/5
The hotel was a little run down.

Breakfast was Great & hot tub was clean and neat.
- 5/5
The bed was so comfortable, and the room is clean and breakfast is great. definitely coming back to stay here again
- 1/5
Location was fine. We appreciated the taxi service to the airport. The staff was unfriendly. The hotel had a heavy smell of some kind of cleaner, but the cleanliness was not there. The room we stayed in had long hairs in the sink, a big unpainted hole patched in the ceiling, the light covers in the bathroom were filthy. Stains on the carpet in the room. All of the doors had scrapes on them like they each had something peeled off. We paid almost 300 dollars for a room that was not even close to being worth 100. Very disappointing.
- 4/5
The a/c was nice and cool. The bed was comfy. The coffee was always available. The employees were friendly. The WiFi was terrible.

Nothing it was absolutely horrible. It was dirty, had an awful smell through the hall way and our room, the tub was gross so bad that after driving 12 hours and wanting a clean place to sleep and give our 1 year old a bath I didn’t even feel comfortable putting her in it. We wouldn’t have even stayed but it was non refundable and we had already been driving for 12 hours. Definitely nothing like the pictures, also we had just stayed in a comfort inn in Redding CA and it was amazing and the staff and rooms were nice and clean.

The area felt a little sketchy but it ended up being fine to stay there. The room was clean and comfortable
- 0.5/5
I stayed there for a week and They charged me for no show and no cancellation fees. I take my sister’s little kids and the manager was very rude with them
- 0.5/5
Difficulty getting in the driveway, the looks of the inside of our room, the horrible bedding with sheets so thin one ripped from a fingernail, I asked for extra blankets- host didnt know if they had any but looked & brought me 2 that came of goodwill.
- 5/5
The property is older and showing expected signs of wear/repair. Everything was clean and smelling good, though. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful with requests. The breakfast was ok. There were lots of options, but mostly processed stuff. Super sugary juices. Decent coffee, which is a big plus for me.
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 4/5
The breakfast was good. Everything was clean.
- 4/5
Pretty clean. Parking was slim. Hard to get to from the highway. Not terrible.
- 4.5/5
Blankets were more like sheets. Pool wasn't heated
- 4/5

It was comfortable and safe

Check in and parking at 11pm Friday night was fast and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The best thing I had was the waffle. The pool is nicely heated. Would have liked there to have been pool towels stocked on the towel shelf but staff provided it upon request. After using the pool, we went back to shower. That's when we started noticing things about our room. First the tub is clean as in I couldn't personally make it any cleaner but it is black-ish. Like it was really old and years of wear and tear just don't come off anymore. The shampoo and conditioner weren't mounted, which wasn't a big deal, but then I couldn't figure out how to use the shampoo - there is a pink tab that you must pull off. They only provide bar soap. The water turns to the left and to the right with the shut off in the middle. It was very difficult to get the right temperature. There were only 2 towel sets even though our reservation states we have 3 occupants, but since the 3rd one was our kid, we just shared towels. The bench and carpet in our room were not in good condition. I would recommend checking your room right when you get in so you can note damages immediately to staff. In summary, staff was very nice and helpful during our stay and we got a very quiet, restful night ahead of another day of driving; as well as a relaxing dip in the pool and breakfast included in the morning. Overall, the things that mattered most were 5/5.
- 2/5
The fan and light combo in the bathroom didnt work at all. So its only vanity lights witch makes for a dark shower. I don’t know what's going on with their floors but its lumpy and a tripping hazard. Our fridge stopped working at some point and ruined our cheese and milk, and leake water all over the place. The evening clerk parks her truck where it takes a significant amout of the handicapped spot. Over all it sucked
- 3/5
Unfortunately my room was next to the elevator and faced a busy highway. It was noisy all night. The room was small and cramped. Additionally the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work.
- 4/5
My wife and I were greeted warmly at check-in!!! The room had a smell so we opened the window!!! Breakfast needed plates!! The overall stay was okay but needed a little more attention to quality!!!!
- 0.5/5
Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff was very unfriendly through the entire stay. There were bugs in my room, no internet access, the hot tub was inaccessible.
- 4/5
Comfortable.
- 1/5
Hotel smelled like a wet dog, unhoused people all over the property, rude staff.
- 5/5
It for the value was more than excepted
- 2/5
The beds were extremely hard. Sleeping in the floor would have been better

Great room. Clean. Great customer service!
- 4/5
Nice stay! Decent breakfast.
- 4/5
Clean room, courteous staff, always stay here when in Medford. One recommendation, change out the shower head.
- 4/5
Good stay. Staff was great. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Clean room & pool. Friedly staff.
- 2/5
However, I did go let the front desk know and they immediately gave me another room. Room 319 was a lot better but still not the cleanest or nicest place.
- 2/5
Room 316: couldn’t close drapes (by design) and outside flood lights falls across pillows; plumbing issue caused ‘refill’ noise all night long; breakfast coffee didnt’ taste right and scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs…. Otherwise, property is super clean, rooms nicely done.
- 5/5
Very clean room. Great breakfast and great staff.
- 1/5
Staff really unfriendly. Bad condition overall.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 2/5
Staff was friendly enough, hotel seems to be under a remodel, rooms do not reflect photos. Bathroom was dirty. Shower floor had black build up.
- 2/5
I am checked in at Comfort Inn South.
- 3/5
The room was clean but everything was quite dated. The hot tub and pool seemed unclean/unhygienic. The breakfast was the usual diy waffle, eggs sausage etc.
- 1/5
Hot tub was absolutely filthy........ spoke to the front desk, he didn't seem to care. Won't stay again.
- 1/5
I booked on Expedia and hotel said it accepted pets. At check-in I informed Kamal that we had a small service dog (trained to calm someone with PTSD who is having a panic attack) and he stated that they only have a room on the second floor and he was not allowed to put us in that room because a service dog had to be accomodated on the first floor, based on Oregon rules. We were traveling back from Yuma AZ and have not had any issues at hotels, and have been accomodated on various floors of the hotel. I tried explaining the service dog rules to Kamal but he simply stated that a service dog could ONLY be accomodated on the ground floor "in case of fire". Per Oregon state law and Title III of the ADA require reasonable accommodation in places of public accommodation. (42 U.S.C. 12182). "Service animals must be allowed in all areas where members of the public are allowed to go" I guess he could get a more money from a walk-in as opposed to an Expedia booking.
- 5/5
Very clean room
- 3/5
Our pet-friendly room was clean and cool for sleeping. Bed firm but comfortable. Basic amenities. Poor sound insulation... had to complain at 11:15PM about constant dog noises from upstairs & next door barking. It went on thru the night. Slept poorly. Coffee maker and nightstand charger didn't work.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, hairs in the shower and nasty stuff in the toilet, staff was very rude and charged me $100 to check in 2 hours early, breakfast room was far too crowded to eat
- 3/5
Older hotel needs updates. Pool area looked old and not well kept. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected
- 5/5
I like this hotel. Everything is great.
- 5/5
Yes it was great
- 4/5
Stay was good except the only coffee in the lobby was flavored. Not a fan of flavored coffee.
- 3/5
The 24 coffee bar was out of coffee at 7 am this morning. We had to inform the staff.
- 5/5
Room was spotless, and the staff was excellent
- 5/5
Staff very courteous!

This is a great hotel for a quick stop over on our drive from California to Portland. Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious breakfast was sufficient.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean
- 5/5
Clean room and soft beds
- 3/5
Breakfast options limited, could not provide copy of bill.

Customer service was great, the room was a little outdated other than that everything was good.

Quick stopover on our way home from California. Worked out great. Nice hotel convenient to freeway good breakfast
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff was friendly and accomodating!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Close to airport. Bed was comfy.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean with great beds. A goodnights sleep and breakfast was very good...
- 5/5
My room was clean
- 2/5
Bedding was dirty/shower head leaked at base... sprayed straight into the wall behind. Booked for 3 nights, so asked for towels/trash housekeeping only...did not do and when I went down to ask for clean towels, I was told to bring my dirty ones down first...yeah, no thank you...
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Room was clean, easy going staff, really good free breakfast. There was sausage and bacon! The mattress was actually extremely comfortable for me and I have 3 herniated discs. It was firm and felt new. Pet friendly which is great. The only thing I wish there was more parking space, the parking lot is small and vehicles were parked anywhere they could fit so it was kind of unorganized. We will definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Everything was very clean but a few things were broken. Staff were pleasant but not entirely professional.
- 3/5
Staff was good. Room ok
- 2/5
We were put in a connecting room and could hear the couple next door to us arguing all night
- 5/5
Highly recommend .
- 4/5
TV channel’s deplorable. Road noise outside was extremely loud. Front desk was not friendly at checkout.
- 3/5
The hot tub jets were mostly non functional. We could only get the full action to work once. With the jets on the water smelled like stagnant pond water
- 4/5
It was ok
- 5/5
Our stay was just for over night, accommodations were wonderful
- 4/5
Comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, quiet
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helped us check in early.
- 4/5
Rooms need updates and repairs to fit and finish
- 5/5
Safe and clean
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, fruit , juice, waffles, etc.
- 5/5
The Desk Clerk was excellent! I don't recall her name but she was working the evening I arrived on 9/30/25. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful & &
- 4/5
convenient, walking distance to Fred Meyer. Lighting poor in room and outdated. Restaurant next door.
- 4/5
Generally clean but the property needs some TLC.
- 5/5
Clean room. Breakfast was great. Quiet location.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly Staff
- 3/5
It was ok. A bit grungier than I’m used to for Comfort Inns, with lots of carpet stains, a bit more worn down, etc. Not gross or anything, but not the best.
- 2/5
The breakfast was terrible. The juice was so watered down the apple juice was clear. The egg yolks in the hard boiled eggs were white. The room was small and only half the toaster worked. The bacon was also see through...idk if it was real or not.
- 3/5
I was only at this Comfort Inn for 10 hours, to sleep, have breakfast, and continue my trip. The breakfast offerings were a pleasant surprise. I was expecting donuts, or cereal only, but there were eggs, sausages, fruit, as well as cereal.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and accommodating staff. Only one small issue with the smoke detector chirping later that night.
- 5/5
Shopping and dining are close. It takes a lot of improvising and ingenuity to to figure out how to physically get to this hotel.
- 5/5
This hotel was really clean and well taken care of. And of course the AC works great thank you
- 4/5
Personnel at check-in and the food service area were outstanding. The hotel was clean. It is located near plentiful food options. The location makes for easy access to Interstate 5.
- 5/5
Easy check in and having 2 dogs wasn't a problem. Assigned a handicapped room from just parking in a handicap parking spot. That is great service.
- 1/5
Don’t be fooled by the “24 hour shuttle” they call a cab for you…however you have to give them 24 hour notice, so on a 1 day reservation as soon as check in your already late! Room was dirty and carpet was burned in several places, bathroom was just icky!
- 5/5
CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
- 4/5
It’s a nice enough place, although the staff that was supposed to make breakfast came late and breakfast was not ready at 7:30am(for 6:30 breakfast). We had to get on the road without it.
- 3/5
Facility has not been kept up. Popcorn ceiling was peeling and hanging from ceiling in spots. Rooms were surface-cleaned and looked like they needed some help. Could use some updating/cosmetic help. Staff was cordial but not friendly. Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast, however was good. It meet our needs for 1 night but would not go back - especially with other local options.
- 5/5
A little bit confused to find the entry to the property
- 5/5
Manager was awesome
- 4/5
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We got here early enough to have it to ourselves. Also enjoyed car show next door
- 5/5
Perfect one night stay, passing through oregon.
- 4/5
Clean room with comfy bedding. Hot breakfast waa good
- 1/5
Disregard the “shuttle service” amenity listed. We found out upon arrival at the airport that this “service” has to be scheduled 24 hrs in advance! We had to ask the front desk clerk to see if a morning shuttle could be booked since we had to Uber to the hotel - not available, so another Uber! Also, upon check in, our room had a fan in the middle of the floor and the door open. Again, talking to the front desk clerk, his offer was to get housekeepers to remove the fan even though the carpet wasn’t completely dry. We had to ask for another room, which he was able to find. He offered NO customer service without prompting and seemed very unconcerned in general. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.
- 2/5
close the door. Stains in shower area.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Good location. Clean, comfortable room. Love the children’s art in the hallway.
- 1/5
Horrible night. The a/c was broken and it was hot even with the window open. The "non-smoking" room smelled so bad of smoke/tobacco that I could smell it all day the next day after leaving. Worst experience.
- 5/5
Place is great. Convenient place to stay when visiting Crater Lake
- 1/5
I specifically chose this property because I had called before I booked to make sure that they had a shuttle over to the airport that ran 24/7. They assured me on the phone that they did. When I checked in, I was told that I had to make a reservation for the shuttle 24 hours in advance Which at that time was later than that window. I had told the person at the desk who was giving me this information that I called before and was not told that I had to make a reservation 24 hours in advance. She told me that I probably hadn’t called their facility Until… I showed her the phone number that I called which was actually that facility then she blamed it on another worker. At that point, she called the taxi company that provided shuttles for the Comfort Inn. She assured me that the taxi would be there by 4 AM to take me to the airport to catch my 5 AM flight. When I went to the lobby the next morning just before 4 AM there was nobody at the desk and there was no taxi. I waited and waited and still no taxi and no help at the front desk. I started ringing the bell to see if somebody would come and nobody came. I then called the taxi company that was supposed to be picking me up and they told me that they didn’t have any drivers in the area and nobody was coming. We finally found a nice lady and her daughter who were going over there who took us to the airport just just in time to catch our flight. Needless to say, I will never stay in this hotel again.
- 3/5
Checking in was great. Staff was friendly and efficient. When we got to our room, we set our things down and immediately went to the bathroom since we had been driving for several hours only to find there was feces in the toilet. That didn’t instill much confidence at the room was properly cleaned. I immediately went to the front desk and they gave us a different room and upgraded us at no charge. I still found trash on the floor in our suite, which again leads me to believe that there was not a thorough cleaning done in the rooms. Other than that, the beds were okay and the breakfast was fine. I appreciate that the front desk was able to help us out.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and comfortable beds
- 5/5
Great room.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Great team!
- 4/5
It was neat.
- 2/5
But the TV and cable were not set up for ease of use. There was supposed to be a sheet in the room on how to use it—- there wasn’t. I went to the front desk twice on the matter and they had to come to the room to get it to function. It was an accessible room with a shower drain in the middle of the room. Make shift work had been done on it and it was not a professional job. Messy and sloppy work. Nothing I would expect as acceptable by anyone. We had been driving for over 5 hours and needed a good nights sleep and a shower. Neither of us took a shower because it wasn’t comfortable… if I was in need of accommodations and this is what I got I would be disappointed.
- 4/5
I like the comfortable bed and cleanliness. Affordable price. Good for one night stays during long road trips. Though hotel and rooms are looking worn due to wear and tear.
- 4/5
Nice, clean rooms
- 4/5
I used to stay here about once a month for work, but hadn't stayed in about a year. It is run down, there were fixtures hanging out of the wall in my room. Holes in the black out blinds, paint on the door frames and in the tub shower, the elevator was filthy.
- 5/5
Fantastic
- 3/5
The location was near the highway and noisy, there was very little parking.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable and clean, but the pool was freezing
- 2/5
The site said we were paying for a room with a single Queen. It was not. Dirty stale room.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Beds were comfortable. And nothing like a warm baked cookie in the evening there.
- 5/5
I had a great stay with the room, service went above and beyond for me and I appreciate the woman who checked me in and helped me be able to stay, she was a great lady and went way beyond what she needed to and I'm thankful for her
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Good hot breakfast, comfortable beds. Pool and hot-tub were a hit with the kiddos. The front desk attendant was amazingly helpful and sweet. Plenty of towels in our room and coffee and water always available in lobby. Very satisfied. Thank you.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great staff. Good for a quick overnight/couple night trip
- 5/5
It is conveniently located next to a variety of restaurants and shops.
- 4/5
Friendly front desk staff, nice pool but it is a bit dated and could use a remodel. It’s great for the price though.
- 5/5
Convenient location close to airport. You do need to book your airport shuttle ahead of time so be aware of that.
- 3/5
elevator is dirty and smells
- 2/5
It was a pretty disappointing stay. We drove over on a family trip to celebrate my nieces 3rd birthday. We booked our rooms with having a total of five children. They put us on the top floor. Within 10 minutes of checking in we had a noise complaint apparently from the floor below. We apologized and assured we would keep the kiddos calm. Maybe an hour later, they called back with another noise complaint. We felt like we could not even walk from the bed to the door without getting called on. We take responsibility for having tiny babies that like to run and play after being stuck in a car for hours, but the hotel knowing booked us onto the third floor with five kids above another occupied room. Other rooms were available and we were not offered to be moved, and when we asked what we could do to better the stay the lady at the desk said she’s just the messenger trying to do her job and for us to figure it out. Other than being harassed for having little children the hotel was alright. Small pool, no shampoo or conditioner both were empty in the shower. Breakfast was basic. If you have kids, maybe look into another hotel, there’s plenty nearby.
- 4/5
Room was nice, the rest of property could use some extra attention
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Close to Tesla charge station
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds and accomodations for my dog
- 5/5
Property was clean. Staff was super helpful. The amenities were the best we had on our 6 day cross country trip!
- 3/5
My room smelled like pit, but Karen was nice enough to move me to an other room.
- 4/5
It was nice to have a welcome bone for my doggie! Very accommodating for pets
- 2/5
Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very basic. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Pool and hot tub seemed very unclean. Water was cloudy and discolored. We normally enjoy our stay with Comfort Inns. This was probably our least favorite. We will be looking to stay elsewhere when we visit the area again.
- 5/5
Everything was good called the hotel around 5pm and asked for a midnight shuttle the lady said they usually need a 24 hour notice but she said let me call a taxi for u and at midnight when I got to the airport a taxi was on the way went to breakfast this morning and it was good about like most hotels that offer breakfast so everything was good and they have a indoor heated pool and hot tub so everything was great for me
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient for our plans. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is—they greeted our dog with a treat and even provided a sheet to cover the bed, which we really appreciated. Thoughtful touches like these made our stay even better.
- 5/5
Very comfortable for weary travelers. Low key and relaxed environment. Helpful and friendly staff. Pleasant rooms and overall environment.

The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
Really comfortable and clean
- 5/5
Nice place to stay, close to airport.

It was a subpar experience.. property is pretty run down. Popcorn ceiling peeling/flaking onto the floor in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good with plentiful choices.

- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Lots of room to park my rake.
- 4/5
Well appointed room was comfortable and the hotel was well maintained. It was obvious the proprietor took care to add interior decorating touches like artwork and nice furnishings.
- 4/5
We really did enjoy our stay. We did have issues with the TV coming on at 4:45 all by itself. The room was very clean and neat. And the staff was great. It was a little confusing trying to find the drive going to the hotel. All in all great.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I thought that the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The only thing I noted was that they use large containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Our shampoo was empty.
- 5/5
Nice bedding. Clean facility. Nice staff.
- 3/5
Was fine for a night. Not a destination hotel, but not terrible.
- 4/5
Our room was nice and clean. The bed is getting a little tired and could use a new mattress. The breakfast was very good. The hallways and lobby looked tired. It’s tucked away weirdly in Medford and hard to get to.
- 4/5
Airport pickup and comfortable bed were most important after a long late flight
- 4/5
The people there were nice and friendly. The room was clean, and they had free breakfast and coffee.
- 2/5
Drug deal in the 3rd floor hallway at 3:30am! If people check in that late should be in 1st floor or by themselves
- 5/5
Getting picked up at the airport was very much appreciated. Staff were nice, room was clean, and property was convenient to everything.
- 3/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Close to everything
- 4/5
It was good.
- 5/5
Receptionist was sooo nice!
- 5/5
It's Medford, so there is that. Getting to the hotel isn't as simple as it could be depending on which direction you're coming, but not bad. Easy parking on site. Super friendly staff, nice breakfast offered. Clean, relatively small, so a bit of a cozy atmosphere.
- 2/5
Tired property. Needs a facelift
- 5/5
Enjoyed the indoor heated pool and spa. The breakfast was delicious with blueberry waffles!
- 4/5
The STAFF was really good. The evening person set up transportation for the morning and the morning woman (purple hair) was a major rock star. She was running around setting up breakfast and managing the front desk. At times it was crazy for her but she was very pleasant. Overall good for a quick 1 night stay.
- 4/5
We had a good one/night stay here.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable room for a night. Resturant and bar next door was good food.
- 5/5
I feel great and enjoy good breakfast and environment
- 3/5
The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The building could use some updating and maintenance and the bathroom had few amenities. It was clean and that is my biggest thing i look for.
- 5/5
Was all good
- 5/5
Only one small con, was that the main elevator had a kind of absobant flooring and it smelled strongly of chlorine. Im assuming from people who used the pool. But the smell was there even the next day. At least you know they keep the pool chlorinated though. Overall the room was clean. Lobby clean. Parking was available. Again, lovely staff helped us find our way once it got dark.
- 3/5
Good breakfast pool was nice. Hard to find and check in was a major pain
- 4/5
