The location , close to all the action, but not so close where you can’t have peace and quiet at night. The space inside the room, the pool and jacuzzi on the roof Nothing I don’t like about the property

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Will definitely be returning! Bed was super comfy and the weather was perfect for the rooftop pool!

I liked that I could bring my pet with me and they put a mesh on the balcony for added security The atmosphere provided by the lighting in the dining room I love the view from the terrace, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing at night The staff is super friendly and always available

The room was nice but thats all So i paid for 4 nights in the hotel the staff saw i could pay with cash or card as they saw i had a bag with about 500 mill in 50 mill notes they recomended i pay with card as its better to pay for things with cash..later that night i got drunk met two girls and think they drugged me but i still realised they had stole all my money i wouldnt let them leave and called reception and reception and police came the girls were found with the money the reception knew it was mine didnt tell the police they was all speaking in spanish i got told i would be arrested if i say anything else they said i gave them drugs and i was told i had to leave the hotel and no refund this was the first night, i drove round the block with a taxi and the woman was laughing with the reception woman afterwords in the street i couldnt do anything as police were there too.. They might not been in on it at begging but they definatly was after.. Also says has gym there no pictures because it two bikes couple light dumbells and bench the pool is more like a large bath its old looks like no one has been up there for years.. I got another hotel half the price proper pool jaccuzi on roof and much better view life style apartments they have security guards and normal staff

First off, the property is absolutely beautiful. The decor, the style, and the overall atmosphere is incredible. The esthetic of this hotel is almost as significant as all of the amenities that come with it. You have a mini kitchen, washer & dryer, livingroom, dining room, amazingly comfortable bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The view is unbelievable and all the windows provide fresh air. They have 2 A/C units to provide maximum comfort on hotter days. They have a little but functional gym, rooftop with a quaint pool/hot tub and an attached cafe that has amazing breakfasts (we didn’t have the chance to enjoy anything else) and makes the BEST cocktails with the friendliest service. This hotel location is perfectly walkable to downtown. 3 of us stayed there and all had our own space to relax and enjoy. We always stay at Nido Sky when we visit, you should too, you won’t regret it! There wasn’t much not to like, the only thing I would say was that the bathtub doesn’t drain as quickly as I’d like but it really wasn’t a big deal at all. The view and tub is completely worth it.

Nothing to say other than I would 100% recommend. Clean rooms with great interior design, nice neighbourhood and super friendly and helpful staff. I had forgotten my airpods and they went through the effort of sending it to my next destination + keeping me up to date. Very nice staff at the restaurant too!

We spent a week at Nido Sky. Gorgeous apartment, exactly as you see in the pictures, friendly staff, nice location BUT one huge problem which unfortunately outweighs all of my previous points. One huge complaint is we saw a huge cockroach climbing up our wall in the bedroom on the third day. Nido Sky did arrange for a fumigator the following morning which was appreciated. But then the days following we kept finding dead cockroaches on the floor which was obviously a sign that the fumigation had worked but very unpleasant for our stay and not relaxing. We would come home from a day out and find a couple of dead cockroaches in the middle of the apartment or wake up in the morning and there would be a new one in the floor of the bedroom. Would also just like to add the cockroaches were always never completely dead so we will still had to always finish them off and flush them down the toilet which was disgusting to have to do on a daily basis. One other complaint is we have stayed in many “self serviced” apartments in different countries previously as we prefer to have more space than you would get in a hotel room, and normally you would at least get some sort of turndown service after at least 5 nights. I would not expect this if we only stayed for a long weekend but we stayed 8 nights in total and they did not once come in to clean the apartment or change our towels. A small hoover of the apartment and wipe down of the surfaces would have been much appreciated and not a big ask. We even had to take out our own rubbish during the course of our stay. I would love to give this apartment a better review but considering we spent nearly £1000 for a weeks stay (which is expensive for Colombia considering the exchange rate in 2023) this is not something any guest should have to expect to deal with so unfortunately I cannot recommend.

Loved the unique design and spacious apartment. Great views from the rooftop. Very walkable to everywhere in Poblado, and not a far walk to the train station (just an uphill walk when returning back to the hotel). The guests in the room next to ours were extremely loud after quiet hours, but with just a single text to the front desk, the guests were notified and quieted down. Thank you, responsive front desk staff! Noise from neighboring hotels/rooftops was a bit annoying every night. I was able to sleep through it, but my partner, who is a light sleeper, struggled with this more than I did. There were earplugs kindly provided for this purpose!

Big rooms I am probably their best guest and they always forget you and never accommodate requests, they don’t know customer service but it is an apartment

The Staff was awesome. I felt at home and like a family member staying there.

The location, the design 1. No privacy, glass cleaners for 2 of our 3 days 2. Fire Alarms constantly going off thru middle of the night, no rest 3. Wasps in the facility, nest outside window 4. Elevator broke 5. Safe wasnt working
