Our Queen suite was large and clean. Proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and being in a walkable area makes it a great location.

Exceptionally helpful and efficient staff, especially Michael Thompson. I will definetly be stingy here on my next trip.

I stayed in this hotel for a days. No room cleaning service, zero. I don't know why.

I was traveling to Washington DC from New Jersey with my wife and we needed a place to stay and then I came across this hotel price was affordable will clean queen studio with a full kitchen. The staff was friendly.

I like the location and ease of parking. Every time I come it is under construction. One elevator was out as well.

I noticed a decline from previous stays. . Breakfast was basic - the decaf coffee was cold and fruit came prepared in plastic cups The water temperature control in the bath/shower could not be regulated - water was either extremely hot (almost scalding) or extremely cold ( frigid).One of two elevators was out of order.

The rooms floor layout is mazelike and while there are many marked Exits, none indicated whether it led to the elevators. Neither was the route to the elevators clearly marked. It was poor value for the price.

Everything was lovely. The only problem was that one of the elevators was out which made for long waits. But that’s a temporary problem. The suite is incredibly spacious and the space is nice.

The second hotel elevator has been out of service for over a year. There’s no reason why an elevator should be out of service for over a year. The wait for the elevator is frequently unreasonably long.

The only downside I had was there was an elevator out. Everything else was excellent.

Location No hot water! I couldn’t take a shower and I paid $348 for one night. The manager this morning said, “too bad“.

A very relaxing stay with great hospitality and many places to rest and relax. Four out of Five stars for cleanliness was only due to the stairs not being vacuumed. I guess not many people take the stairs anymore!

This is my go to hotel I love the location the giant rooms the friendly staff the breakfast is very good and tons of comfortable. Nayeli is the best customer service and hotel employee I've ever met. I wish there were more options for food but that's not a huge deal I also think maybe some more snacks in the room and waters. I can't say many negative things because it's very friendly

I enjoyed my stay very much. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. It's a shame they don't offer healthier breakfast options, and I do wish they had a gym on site. But I found the lobby area and my room to be comfortable, spacious, and clean.

The hotel has updated the area where my suite is. The room is painted, has new carpet , new bar stools and new mattress. It was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast bar was well maintained and the food was good. The serving area and the dining area are spacious. My rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Unfortunately, my room smelled of food from the prior occupant and the water pressure was so high, it was difficult to take a shower. Only the spray pattern was adjustable. I communicated both issues to the front desk.

Likely a result of preset automation 🔐🎚️🌡️ The ugly- Experienced a vibe shift in the last 24 hours. Manager began saying my last name and room number out loud on phone whenever I called downstairs. Never did that before. In the morning? Said my room type wasn’t available. Looked at 3rd party sites and it definitely was. Plenty of space left mid August. In conclusion- A no frills spot in the suburbs near Tysons Corner. Quieter hotel compared to others with decent amenities. I encourage all guests to speak out against funny business

If you need to be in McClain, VA this location is perfect, but basic and if you are planning on visiting the sites in D.C. it is far less expensive than city hotels. Takes about 30 minutes to drive into D.C. and then you need to find a parking lot! With a kitchenette in each room, but no oven you can still prepare some meals inhouse. Lots of good restaurants within two blocks. The free daily breakfast is very mediocre and repetitive though convenient.

I must give a special shout out the manager, Angel (aka Ms. GG) who was so professional, warm and welcoming. She is part of the reason we decided to request a late check out and a spend a little more time there. We'll definitely be returning.

Carpet smelled like Fritos, Cheetos and Doritos. I noticed my feet were black with dirt after showering just walking around the room! I spilled a bottle of water and used a white towel to pat it dry, when I flipped it, it was black with dirt too. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, in a room for me and my brother. The shower head broke off mid shower second day. I had to bathe like Golem (not that he bathed) because I had already lathered up. No cap all in 2 night stay.

I stayed there for 2 weeks prior and the staff was always wonderful to encounter. They were in the process of renovating, so there was some noise, but nothing horrible. Cleanliness could have been much better (I had to clean the pots and the kitchen because food was still stuck on the sink and the pots), and the elevators were definitely worrisome.

The food was horrible. The furniture in the room was dirty and there was a smell. We were not told that we had to request our room to be cleaned and we were out all day. This was our first time to the area and this hotel was so convenient to so many things around without being up in the middle of skyscrapers! We loved it. It had a nice lawn for our dog to walk around, the pool wasn't open because it's too soon but it looks nice the outdoor sitting area was nice as well. Our room was so awesome, beyond words. The beds were comfortable, we had a fridge microwave stove very nice sitting area . Everything was so neat and clean I was so so impressed. The lady at the desk was so nice to me and acknowledged me immediately just when I looked a little confused. I really appreciate that kind of care. The breakfast was fantastic and it went to 10:30 on the weekends! I appreciated that as well! Room temperatures were perfect. We were 10 minutes away from everything major and we could walk to everything else! I would absolutely stay here every single time when returning to this area.

I do have one piece of information that can help other travels like myself. If you're taking a device like a roku, you can't unhook the box off the back of the tv. the tv is too old to support that with their setup. You have to put it through that back using the hdmi ports.on the box. What's confusing is that when you are using the remote that would logically seem to be the TV, it's actually referring to the box. TLDR: Hook up your device to the box, not the tv. Then choose the appropriate port from the tv input menu. I expect to need to be in McLean again soon for work, and I will definitely come back here.

Perfect location, close to everything! The staff is absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Beverly for going above and beyond—she truly made my experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beds: We booked a room with 2 beds. Beds were small and hard for 2 people to sleep on it. Location is quiet and safe. Property has a nice kitchen. The property need a little bit upgrade still not bad. Just as fyi, there is $10 per day charges for self parking on the property.

We only spent one night, but the room was set-up well for a more extended stay and quiet. There are a number of decent lunch and dinner options nearby. For a stay in McLean, we would return.

Very nice extended stay suite in a very good location in the McLean/Tyson's Corners area. Only thing subpar was the breakfast, but that may have been due to the fact the kitchen and buffet line were being renovated. Price was reasonable for suite we stayed in. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Such a great stay. Loved having a full kitchen and the little touches like hot cocoa and popcorn to laundry baskets for the guest laundry made it feel more homey. Everything was super clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved having 24hr fitness avail as a night owl. There was plenty of parking available. This would be a great place to stay for a few weeks or even months if moving to the area or here for work. I will be back!

The only negative was the air conditioner kind of rumbled. And turned on and off loudly, waking me up quite often. Next time I'll bring ear plugs. :-)

After spending over half an hour on the phone with Hotels.com, they finally managed to contact the front desk and resolve the issue. I was disappointed that no effort was made by the hotel staff to help me directly, especially given the inconvenience caused by no fault of mine. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the swimming pool was closed, despite the hotel’s website displaying multiple pictures of it being available for use. Moreover, during our stay, the room was never serviced, and no one checked to see if we needed fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk myself to request additional towels. Overall, the lack of customer service left me very dissatisfied with the experience.

Not one problem! Easy check in and out. Friendly helpful staff! Clean. Nice breakfast choices. The kids loved the lifeguard. Interacted with them and talked . Just overall a great experience!
