    However parking relies on a third party app. After a long drive there, I could not get the app to work. It would not take my departure date and time. This caused much frustration and aggravation. They must make it easier to pay for parking or not charge hotel guests! ☹️

    My bathtub has has a lot of brown hair already there it was not cleaned properly and the checking in staff at 5:30 pm was so rude she did jot even consider to look at us and said even a Hi, did even tried to listen us, it was such a unpleasant experience

    We stay at Hilton's all over the place and they are usually pretty good. Wel this is def one of the good ones. The staff was absolutely amazing and overly helpful. The hotel felt clean foe the most part; only had one hiccup with cleanliness... the bathroom had a bandaid stuck to the bottom of one wall, but to be fair the tile was almost the same color as the bandaid and the pattern of the tile made it hard to spot, my wife didn't notice till getting out of the shower. The front desk employees are amazing.. specifically Quinton. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, but Quinton went above and beyond to help us at checkin and later the night we checked in and were attempting to find parking since the front lot was full when we returned from dinner and we had already paid. Quinton was phenomenal! The chain for the curtains in our room was broken, but there was still a rod to slide them, so not a big deal at all. Our desk also had a bleach stain, but also minor. Other than the chain, bandaid, and bleach stain our room actaully felt super clean. The lobby, elevators, and halls are all super clean and welcoming. Decent decore in all of the hotel, rooms and lobby. Would 100% stay here again.

    Only some of the people in the staff I’m not sure if I’m mentioning or pronouncing her name correct but it sounded like Biju, Manaji, and definitely Juan at the breakfast room. We were given room number 381. When we got in our first thing I noticed right away is how old it was couches were old and beat up the tables and dust. We’re all stained and dirty. I cleaned up the whole room with Lysol wipes, and they all came out black. Taylor contacted me through text and I let her know my dissatisfaction and she gave us a complementary upgrade. But when we went to the new upgraded complementary room number 323, once we open the door the AC wasn’t even on so it was pretty hot in there. The room look worse than the original room number 381. The back of the TV box was hanging off. it was broken. We turned on the TV to check it out and there was no signal. I took pictures of that screen. Overall couches were worse. Everything just looks so bad so I’m not sure if she made a mistake and Taylor thought upgraded was downgraded. so I went back to wish you at the front desk and I just told her I will stay at the original room number 381 again which we did it was just a mess and a headache, but it was my first time there and it will be my last. Now im staying at the Watermark hotel. What a difference!

    It was a great accommodations overall. I was solo traveler and felt safe. The only slight negative (could be a positive for some people) was the lights. When I checked in the room was really dark. The light in the entryway of room didn't cast out too much so I had a hard time finding the light switches for the lamps next to my bed. But once I figured that out, I had no issues. The room is just dark regardless of time.

    Great location. Friendly staff. The hotel and its location were excellent. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds made for a very pleasant stay. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. I had paid extra to have breakfast included, so I expected a better experience. We arrived at 10:50 am (well within the stated weekend hours of 10 am to 1 pm) and waited until 11:20 am. Despite also speaking with a staff member, the cheese plates, fruit, and cold cuts were never refilled. Plates were all empty. While it’s understandable for items to run low closer to closing time, this was still quite early in the service window. Overall, this was the only negative aspect of an otherwise enjoyable stay

    I couldn't tell by the reviews how hard it would be to walk to the Metro. I'm my opinion, it's not a bad walk. It's a bit hilly and along. Major roads, but the steayk is large and week taken care of. The food in the restaurant was great, the pool was good enough and the rooms were clean

    The property was luxurious and I enjoyed the room services. If we needed toilet paper or trash bags, or housekeeping, staff were quick to tend to those needs. No free parking for hotel residents, 2 out of 4 elevators were broken on check out day so elevator wait times were long, almost 5 minutes. The refrigerator was also very very tiny, could fit maybe a few water bottles.

    When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay.

    First of all the staff was very nice and accommodating. Just be prepared to not be able to see anything. Even in broad daylight, this hotel is so dark. Even the rooms. It’s like being in a nightclub all the time. Which, if that’s your vibe then fine. Just know, you will have a hard time putting on your clubbing makeup, because you can’t see.

    Pool was on the cool side. I didn't stay on very long. Don't pay the $50/day breakfast fee Hotels.com wants. It's only in the $20-$30 range for full continental or hot breakfast buffet (including coffee & juice). The service in the dining is excellent, as is the food selections.

    I was able to get upgraded due to the receptionist noticed it was my actual birthday. It started my birthday off with a smile. My kids stayed in a double on the same floor while my boyfriend and I stayed in a king right down the hall. It was perfect!!! The bar staff was friendly and very accommodating. The only crazy thing that happened was a fire alarm that was activated the next morning. There was some confusion among the other guests on where to go to evacuate without using the elevator. By the time we all found the stairs the alarm stopped. We returned to our room and saw the fire trucks turn around outside. There was an announcement which I assumed was the all clear. But other than that it was such a great stay. We have already planned to come back this month. I highly recommend.

    This hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel and I’d hardly call it 4 star. Maybe years ago, but there were chips in the dressers and bed frame. When I stay in a hotel room, I like to feel like no one slept in here before me, but I didn’t get that for this room, especially being 4 stars I expect more. The lobby was very nice

    I stayed there for work and had to be up super early. The bar was packed and the way the rooms are layed out it sounded like the bar was in my room. I called down about the noise and they told me last call was in a hour and it should quiet down. a hour later the noise was even louder, im talking drunk screaming and obnxiousness. I called down again, and they offered to move my room. but now its past midnight, and im trying to sleep. It wasnt until 1;15 am it finally started to quiet down. then the loud guests moved to a different area and continued to be loud and obnoxious. The hotel staff and security did little to nothing to help with this. It was so awful i made videos of how loud it was just to show my coworkers. They were horrified. I would never stay at this hotel again.

They party like a Frat house until 12:30pm. They never asked them to be quiet or settle down. I arrived at 8:30pm and had to be up by 6:00 am. I went to sleep finally around 2pm. They were still talking in the halls till 1:00am. This was horrible of this hotel. Unacceptable on every level, The noise machine and ear plugs did nothing..     The room refrigerators are smaller than any I have ever seen. I couldn’t even stand water bottles in it. Forget storing snacks and definitely couldn’t think of putting any wine in it. For the price of room, I expected more upscale.

    I only stayed one night and arrived late but hotel is very nice and rooms very nicely done and comfortable. As a courtesy given my first time at hotel they provided free breakfast which was a nice gesture. Room has nice coffee station and checkin provided 2 bottles of water as well. Would definitely recommend if staying in the area.

    The room was spacious and well appointed, but it was dusty as if the HVAC filter needed to be changed. The furniture is old and somewhat worn. We asked for a rubber bathmat for the shower because the tub floor was slippery and they said they don't have any. The free shuttle to the McLean metro stop was very helpful but it stopped running at 7 p.m. on Saturday night so we couldn't use the service for dinner. The surface lot parking was plentiful and free.

    When I arrived at the property my room wasn’t ready for some time so I sat and waited around. Jake (or Jack?) upgraded me to a bigger suite and it was everything I needed. Beautiful, clean, and very spacious (both room and hotel!) Entire staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely will return for another stay!

    The rooms are little torn up. Scratches all along the couch, wallpaper peeling, scrapes and dents in the ceiling. The bathrooms are TINY but good enough and updated. The beds are really nice though. Bar staff was VERY rude. We went down to try some drinks and didnt know they closed at midnight, and instead of telling us the bartenders just ignored us and continued making other people’s drinks. And there were conventions all weekend long so it was always hectic in the lobby, and that made parking difficult. But otherwise nice hotel, good price.
