    The spa was fantastic and one of the highlights of the visit. The hotel is also extremely convenient because it is connected to Tysons Galleria, so there are great food options, shopping, and Shotted Coffee right there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Not enough can be said about how helpful and courteous the staff were, or how clean and well maintained the property is; however, for the price, one would expect that there would be at least one movie channel like HBO or Showtime available on the TV. The channel guide didn't even show what was playing on any of the channels.

    The service was phenomenal, the property was beautiful. It’s in a convenient location to visit Washington DC as well as other towns in VA like Fairfax and Alexandria. It is connected to the galleria high end shopping mall that has some great dining options (love shotted coffee!) and a movie theater and bowling alley. It also near Tyson’s corner mall with 300 stores and eating options including the super cool sushi conveyor belt cafe

    We love this property for a quick getaway. Rooms are beautiful. We always stay Club Level and the wonderful Shima - who has been there for 30 years (!) - never fails to make our time in the Club Lounge impeccable. All the Club staff are great, but it is Shima who makes us come back with her next-level service. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and the spa is lovely as well. Will return time and time again.

    When I arrived, I was very happy with the efficiency of the valet service. I give GLOWING reviews to the gentlemen who checked me in and out, who served me in the restaurant, and ADORDED the lady who brought my room service. I had thrown out my back the night before and I was supposed to be going to a conference at the Hilton across the street featuring very powerful women from NASA, Oracle, Salesforce, the IRS, just to name a few. I chose to stay at the Ritz instead. Unfortunately, I could not make the conference due to my back (I am self-employed so this was not for business, per se). I was even more pain the morning I left. When I arrived at the valet, no one greeted me and spent their time on the woman who arrived with me. Yes, she looked more glamourous because I was lucky to have gotten any pants on with my pain. My car was already there waiting for me in the time it took the WONDERFUL gentleman who checked me out to call for it. I stood waiting in pain. The other woman approached my car almost touching it as though she expected it to be hers (she was rude, but not your fault), and I told her more than once to get away from my car. Finally a valet came to help me. I still tipped the gentlemen who helped with my bags, but certainly not the gentleman who was now standing with the other lady. I waved both of them goodbye. I'm sure all of this is on your security cameras.

    The whole experience was just ok. Not at all what I was used to with the Ritz Carlton. My husband and I only stayed the night because we were in town to do some shopping at Tysons Corner and then a romantic dinner near by. This was his first experience staying at the Ritz, and prior to our arrival, I advised him that he was in for a treat! I was not only wrong but embarrassed. I didn't feel like we were staying at a classy upscale establishment. The price did not match the stay. The few contacts that was made with the staff was just blah. I'm sad to say that we will not be staying here again.

Overall quiet and clean hotel, and the best hotel in the Tyson’s corner section of Virginia. Weekend rates are around $400 per night with all taxes included, weekdays over $500 a night for regular king size room.

    The chips in the room were both expired and on a weight sensitive platform- lifting a single dusty snack up would cause it to be charged to your room. Lamps flickered, the curtain hooks had come unmoored, and the pool robes smelled of oil.

    Ritz Carlton's are known to be a high-end hotel offering all sorts of amenities and service. This is what you pay for. However, this particular Ritz is subpar. The check in process for us was a little chaotic because we booked through a 3rd party and they had the names mixed up. The complimentary beverages were constantly empty and were when we checked in. We were not told that there was a complimentary nightly wine/champagne for guests either. We found this out on our last night. We were initially put in a handicap room and had to be switched. We were switched to a room next to a stairwell, ice machine, and a supply room. So, you can imagine the noise and traffic. Specifically in the evening. We didn't get turn down service the 1st night and we inquired about it because our friends got it but we didn't. We didn't see a coffee machine in our room because our friend's machine was on their countertop, so we purchased coffee and tea the 1st morning. Found out it is hidden in the cabinet and when we tried to use it, it didn't work. The front desk told us they would bring a small fridge to our room, but that never happened. Ritz offers guest robes/slippers, but our room was missing slippers. The room phones did not work (neither of them). So, when we ordered room service or had to get something we had to call from our cell phone and then be transferred. The list goes on and on. It's all the little things you pay for and expect from a Ritz. The staff was exceptional not the stay.

    A great place to stay if wanting to be close to DC. We visited the area for the Marine Corps Marathon and had a very enjoyable stay with the kids. There were many amenities for them such as the pool and a movie night. The staff was very helpful with giving us DC based recommendations.

    This hotel is very nice, in a good location, with an amazing warm pool and service, clean and safe and in the area with a lot of events, close to the Lantern festival, shopping malls and a lot of other restaurants that are in a walkable distance. Staff is awesome! 5 stars in any way😀👍

    Nice hotel but overpriced for the caliber of accommodations and amenities. Small matter but you would think a Ritz property would have a better grade of toilet paper - it was generic like you would get in a Holiday Inn. Also clerk at the front desk tried to charge me for the complimentary parking included in my reservation; thank God I kept the e-mail from 6 weeks ago when the reservation was made so I could prove that parking was included.

    My key did not work, the TV did not work they put me in an connecting room with a family with two small kids next door I could hear them zipper their suit cases they were up till 11 pm loudly and up the next morning at 6:30 am .. not their fault o have 4 .. never should be in that room than getting my receipt a nightmare still don’t have it .. and food was not great second time on 1 month eating there .. sorry

    I say there a few nights earlier and there was two bottles of litter on each side of my bedside however when I stayed there the other night I did not see any bottled water except for a $10 bottle of premium Fiji water. In order to fill the coffee machine I had to open that bottle. Later that morning as I was tying my shoes together and sitting on the couch and I had a vantage point to see underneath the coffee maker and see that there were bottles of water under there. I find it a little deceiving that they place them out of sight

    The Ritz was very nice! I booked a weekend stay to engage to my fiancé. I hired a photographer and unfortunately, an employee at the hotel would not allow the photographer to take photos when I’ve paid thousands on thousands of dollars to make this perfect for my fiancé. They could have allowed 5 minutes for pictures. They also accidentally threw away our Eddie V’s. We still loved our stay and the spa and most people were really great towards us. Thank you.

    Beautiful property and check in was perfect. Very sweet representative and he gave us the highest level with the best view that he could as it was my birthday. I love that this location is attached to the Galleria and we went to Maggianos for dinner. We only stayed for a night, wish it could have been longer but we did also take advantage of brunch at the hotel, which was very good and just a quick elevator ride.
