Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests frequently mention issues with cleanliness, including stained linens, dirty floors, and unclean bathrooms. However, the location and comfort of the beds are often praised.
- Good location with easy access to restaurants and gas stations
- Comfortable beds
- Poor cleanliness, including stained linens, dirty floors, and unclean bathrooms
- Issues with maintenance and room amenities, such as broken furniture, lack of hot water, and malfunctioning air conditioning
- 3/5
It was clean . However, the breakfast was not good at all.
- 2/5
*located right main rd and central to wear i needed to be. *comfortable bed Cons: * bathroom sink was dirty and the paint was coming off the tub. * ice machine on 3rd floor broken *walls very thin and you hear everything on that floor and in adjoining rooms *the coffee machine was difficult to figure out and I gave up. *breakfast was bare bones. I ended up going down the road to broken yolk to get a decent breakfast. * cost of the room should have been much lower for the quality of what you get. I won't be going back. Most LaQuintas ive been to are pretty decent, but this one is at the bottom. Ill pay more for another one to get better quality

The room was not clean at all. There was a leak actively leaking above shower, the room was musty with a strong smell. Over all just a dirty run down place.

Staff was friendly, just needs some updates looks a little run down. The bed frames were coming apart and bathroom could use some love!

Rooms need to be refurbished. And even though I put a “do not disturb” sign on the door, the cleaner still came in. Took a look at the free breakfast and passed on it as well. Didn’t look all that good. Finally, their little store by the front desk was limited at best. Mostly empty. Now if none of that matters to you, the cost was of staying there was pretty cheap, compared to others. And the location for me was perfect.
- 4/5
Clean and pretty up to date Did not have cable tv channels in my room
- 5/5
It’s roomy loved it staff was great! OMg everything was clean my sister lives in incLinny I made a mistake last time and stayed at the Hilton in McKinney it was small and it had fleas so I’m so glad that I went to LaQuinta this time I’ve always used them but last time I thought I’d change it up and I was WRONG I’m back with LaQuinta Thank you

Value, and staff The room smelled like bleach, which is very hard on the breathing. Not enough pillows on beds. I ask for a ground floor, because my 92 year old aunt can't walk very far, and our room was on the 4th floor. The carpet in the hallway has stained bleach spots by the elevator on the 4th floor. And the toilet needs updated with a taller toilet, very hard to get up off of it. Most hotels have been updated with a taller toilet. Hotel needs to be updated with a new look inside.

This visit was not like any other that I have experience (I made sure to notify staff of the individual who was harassing me and the odd knocks and remarks of the man who caused this stay to end so unpleasant). Due to the uncomfortable state I was placed in. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime soon.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but this is necessary, when we got there the bathroom door would not close, I have a teen that was not happy with seeing me use the bathroom, she never showered because she has to have privacy, the tv would not work (both) the Internet would not connect! Dead silence for the first day, the toilet had poop all over it, the shower pressure was a trickle, a vent over the bathroom was falling and roaches where coming out if it! No coffee at the coffee bar...I'll stop now, but it was so bad I would never go back!
- 3/5
Bad not cleaned. So overall bad experience
- 3/5
Inside, the rooms were sizable. The TV worked fairly well, with some limitations on the remote control. The lighting was fine. The view was fince. Bed making and trash service was available every other day. The hallways and elevator entrance were somewhat distressed and in need of touchups, amd minor repairs to enhance the "inside curb appearance." For the money, it was acceptable. If you are on a budget and not expecting anything but a bed, this property is located with nearby restaurants and shops.
- 1/5
No hair driver in the room 1/2 “ space on closed door. Tub had major porcelain chips Chunk of a wall had a big scar No lamp between the beds Phone cord had a broken connector Breakfast was mediocre Cracked windoe

Staff was helpful and friendly and the bed was very comfortable. My parents had a different room and had to leave and go to another hotel because they had black mold in the bathroom and in the air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re really prepared to come in just to sleep and don’t expect much.

Once out of the room in the morning, you're locked out. Had to go to front desk both days. Carpets dirty. torn chair in room. AC not properly working, etc.
- 1/5
The breakfast will keep you for starving but that's about it. scrambled eggs, cereal, bread and not much else. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful; the lobby is clean. The luggage cart is terrible, and you have to fight with it to get to where you are going. The interior is worn out 70's and needs to be gutted and remodeled. I've stayed in several of their properties and this is the absolute worst. The room we were in is # 320, the carpet is musty smelling, at first we thought it was because the A/C was off but not the case. The bathroom is outdated and the bed...well it was bad, after laying down in it my wife and I both started itching. We didn't know if the sheets were dirty or just dingy. I went down and asked for another room. The desk guy gave me a weird look but moved us to another floor and actually a larger room. This was same decor but didn't smell and we didn't itch in the bed. The property owners really need to remodel this facility and I'll come back but not until.

The location was super easy to get to. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. Even though we were right next to the elevators, it was quiet throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, hot and fresh. The AC unit worked perfectly, which is always a plus!! And the touch key cards were easy to use. And it was nice to have a church right across the street from us so we could attend service there on Sunday morning! There were 3 lightbulbs that were missing from lamps in our room, which wasn't a huge problem, but thought I'd mention it. Also, the breakfast area could've been better maintained. It was messy quite a bit of the time, but was finally taken care of.

Severely deteriorated hotel as a whole. I complained about bed bugs and requested another room but was never given one and unfortunately i wake up early so had no choice but to try to make due. Breakfast was extremely minimal which wasnt the biggest deal but there was very obvious damage and filth throughout the whole hotel. They need to close it down and renovate it before the health department shuts them down. Safe to say that I wont be staying again.
- 1/5
this place needs a complete renovation. The rugs are filthy in the hallways and in the rooms the tubs are cracked because they’ve over sealed them. The smell in the room is horrible when I checked in there was no soap even in the room for shower. The breakfast area is deplorable. I did not even stop for a cup of tea. Do not stay here choose another place.
- 3/5
Our previous stay was great. Our recent stay we stayed on the first floor and it was descent but not great. Our room did looked like it was cleaned thoroughly. There was no trash can for the bedroom area. We were a family of 4 and were only given 2 towels. We found a roach crawling in our bedroom as well.
- 4/5
More towels and water bottles in the rooms
- 2/5
This hotel really needs some work and staff. Refrigerator did not work in room and smelled of mildew. Staff keeps the away sign up constantly. Paint peeled off walls at the elevator. Enameled peeled off bathtub.

SUGGESTIONS: provide more coffee pods, creamers & sugar in the room (ditch the packets that include a tiny napkin (they are more expensive and a waste) Get rid of the kleenex boxes (provide lotion instead) get rid of bar soap (does anyone still use bar soap? And cleaning staff will appreciate too!!! Oh,ditch the crushed foam pillows! THANK YOU for being affordable.

Location There was a dead roach in our room and the pool and hot tub were out of order
- 1/5
Hotel was decent looking from outside it was dirty, carpet stained tub was painted and all peeled I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and full of industrial workers. Food was gross and same thing everyday. Wyndham should cut their name as it’s an embarrassment to the brand. DO NOT stay there
- 3/5
TV didn't work, no USB outlets, roll down blinds wouldn't close all the way and no Do Not Disturb sign in room

- 1/5
Roaches, no lamps, dirty linens, dirty environment, elevator was scary. One person working desk, breakfast, all things lobby and feeling stressed didn’t make for a welcoming environment (not their fault). For the money we spent it was very upsetting for the whole stay!!!
- 1/5
Check in was fine. Staff was courteous even though the lobby wasn’t well lit. Once I got to my room I noticed a condom wrapper on my bed.. contact lenses on the headboard and a giant red stain beside my bed. I left and stayed the night somewhere else.
- 1/5
There was a roach in the shower. The air conditioner was not working. After complaing several times I finally got moved to another room at 4 am had to be up at 5 am so no sleep due to being hot all night. The room I got moved to smelled of mildew. The staff was nice but would not stay again. I didn't even stay my second night.
- 2/5
The bathroom ceiling was broken looked like there might have been a water leak from room above . Also damage to bathroom wall on left side of bathtub. Blood on comforter. Woke up in middle if night and killed a bug of some kind. Disappointing breakfast. Dog in opposite room woke me in early morning.Great location.
- 4/5
We came in with our soccer team. The hotel was fine for sleeping and showering.
- 1/5
The room was out dated, the shower needs to be reglazed. Needs new pillows. There was a hole in the blind. Definitely could use some remodeling.
- 1/5
This hotel has bed bugs and cockroaches all over common areas. We left immediately.

It smelled to much like Marijuana!!!!!

Do not stay at this hotel I would give zero stars if it were an option. I would give the room cleanliness zero stars, and if I could add the pictures that I have, no one would ever stay at this hotel again the hotel is falling apart, and the manager Dustin and AJ, both disrespected my personal privacy, my personal space. I was threatened and suffered emotional abuse while I was there with my autistic son. This was the worst display of behavior that I’ve ever been a part of the room had roaches other bugs some sort of larva not one surface in our room had been cleaned. the sheets were not cleaned. They were hairs on the covers and stains. The holes in the towels, mold and mildew around the tub and all areas the shower would not drain and the stopper was broken. There was mold and disgusting black slime around the drain hole for the shower and the bathtub utterly disgusting. I wouldn’t be surprised if there weren’t bedbugs. Definitely an unsafe place for women and children. I highly suggest that no one stay there ever. The door had been kicked in. Nothing worked in the room and again not one surface on the room was wiped down or had been cleaned when moved to a second room the same thing the manager Dustin actually came to the room with me and looked at the disgusting filth in the room and moved me to another room. When he went to show me that room there was hair in the bathtub and it was still dirty. The maids were called in to clean the room before we moved into it.

Yes andnyes
- 2/5
Ac was noisy, could see water damage and peeling paint on walls, musty smells in hallway. Staff was perfectly nice. Ice machine wasn’t the most sanitary option- had foam cups to scoop ice vs actual scoop or dispensing.
- 2/5
I liked how Parking is right next to the hotel entrance. I liked that is quiet, is far way enough for me from high way. We found a few things broken in our room & not working properly. Hygiene & cleanliness are challanges found & would be of the most importance for us.
- 1/5
Breakfast was not as advertised, would not recommend it at all. Rooms are very outdated, bathrooms are moldy and not clean.
- 1/5
Breakfast was horrible, barely anything there at all. How do you not have orange juice at a breakfast???. It’s not in a great location, nowhere to walk. Make sure you load up at the local store with snacks. You’re screwed if you get hungry at this place, they only had about 4 microwaveable meals to choose from and nothing else at all.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and staff was so helpful!
- 2/5
Property is old and smell horrible! The tub had rust all over it and was peeling horribly. Good thing we had a sandal to take a shower in. You could see the dirt and stains all over the carpet. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Room was disappointing. Old carpet in hallway and inside the room. Toilet stool base was cracked and made for a child. Tub/shower floor needs painting. No bar soap in bathroom. Only 1 Kleenex in the box. TV remote missing battery cover. Only 1 lamp in the room.
- 2/5
No refrigerator and staff was rude. Room was not up to par
- 5/5
Room was spacious, clean, and staff was great!

I choose this hotel because of the pool. When I arrived the pool was closed and appeared it's been closed for some time. This was not posted anywhere on their ads. I canceled my stay and my money was refunded. It still created many problems for me.

The staff as great and very friendly, the room was very clean and the hot breakfast was great.

The staffs were totaly non rude, unplaisant and definitely non accomodating. It was as if we were disturbing them by being there. A very unpleasant experience. At that price point, we had other hotel option, but i regret staying there. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone who is intending to have a nice stay. Very bad experience.

Upon arrival I found out that they did not have the two queen bed that I had originally reserved and was asked if I would take a queen. I explained because it was me, my husband, our 15 year old daughter, and our 3 year old daughter that we would need two beds. I was then offered a king with a sofa sleeper. That was okay with me, but the sofa sleeper’s mattress cover was soiled.
- 4/5
TV was a hassle to understand. Staff helped me day 1 and I had same issues day 2 and 3 and quit. Breakfast was good. Warm and plentiful. Staff was nice- very nice. Very quiet all hours. Top priority. Location served my trip well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a double queen, was given a king with a very flumsy sofa bed. A king bed is great but I had 2 kids with me that needed a bed and no one could sleep on that sofa bed, you could feel the springs. When I called down to the front desk, I was told they were booked up and the manager had tried to call me that morning. I didn't have a voicemail or anything, as I would have went ahead and cancelled at that point had I known. I mean I booked and paid for 2 beds so how does that work?? They found us a double bed. It was dirty. There was a black stain on the pillow. The TV didn't work, and it was right next to the elevator that was making a horrible noise. No way my kids are gonna be able to sleep next to that thing. So we tell them we want to cancel. We were only there for an hour. We loaded up our stuff and left and the management is refusing to refund the booking. Keeping a single mom's money for an hour of loading and unloading in 2 dirty rooms. How gross.
- 2/5
The room has strong smells
- 2/5
They sent me a document to complete for pre registrationindicating if I completed it, they would not need anything when I checked in. I sent a photo of my ID and my credit card info. They acknowledged and confirmed it. When I got there, they couldn't find my reservation and told me they had no accessible rooms available, even though I had reserved one a week before. After giving us a substitute room and we were unpacking, they knocked on our door and said they had an accessible room after all.
- 1/5
The motel property was dirty. There was no complementary breakfast as it states online they give muffins out in brown paper bags. The people sound like they were partying all night in the motel, took a deposit and said it would be back on my account then told me it won’t be back on my account for three days. I will never stay at this motel again.
- 4/5
Rooms were ok staff were very helpful and polite

When we first got to the hotel room our toilet was not working, so plumber had to come out, it smelt awful, the front desk guy had to go in and clean our room his self. We just drove 3 hrs so we wanted to leave and get something to eat came back and it was fixed. BUT the bathroom was horrific. I have 4 pictures to be exact on what the bathroom was. Honestly should have remodeled that room period. Well time goes on and around 10:30-10:45pm a dog continues to bark loudly for 45 min straight. Went to peek outside of the hotel room and the room was right across from us. So once again had to go to the front desk, next day come to find out there was multiple complaints so she was kicked out. Also have a video of this. THENNNN, three busses of kids pulled up which is totally fine I have two kids of my own but when it’s constantly running up and down the hall way till 12:30 am and yes running up and down stairs 2nd floor non stop, when we have to be up by 6:30 am to attend a dance competition all day long. Needless to say it was awful I got $60 back, sorry but not good enough we ended up not staying the second night and drove home 3 hrs away to get my girls home.
- 2/5
It is definitely run down. One elevator, that is slow and questionable, we took the stairs. The water pressure was low, the ac unit had pieces falling off it. There were brackets on the wall with not pictures, our key card did not work. But the people were very nice!
- 3/5
Room was ok, carpet needs to be pulled, bathroom needed to be redone needed a new toilet seat in the shower half the paint was peeling up. It was clean, but I think it could be better.
- 2/5
The room was not great. Lights did not work, nor the TV, and the bathroom was dingy. Absolutely not worth the price.
- 1/5
The door was so crooked I could see into the hallway from the room. The toilet barely flushed. The shower water wouldnt get past warm most of the time, and the bathtub had rust, mold, and peeling paint. One of the chairs had been slashed as well. Overall the hotel was very gross and dirty.
- 3/5
I checked into the hotel and instantly was told the water was off and that it would be on soon. No problem. Got into the room. There was only one TV which happened to be in the bedroom. No TV in the living room was a let down

Our rate was only $72 the hotel definitely was a $72 night hotel . Heavy weed smell and poor bedding and beds could literally feel the springs . This property was run down as most La Quinta s are new or updated . The price reflected the hotel quality. So I cannot be too mad about it due to price . I regret not looking at reviews as I have had a good experience with la Quinta so far

The room was "okay". There was no desk chair, or couch which seemed like there was room for it but those two items were missing. Also, the sheets smelled sour which made my girlfriend and I less comfortable sleeping there. I don't like sending messages like this but think it's worth sharing for the future.
- 1/5
Needs upgrades
- 2/5
Room 202 temperature was set at 86 which is too hot, the remote control didn't work, and the landline phone had audio issues so it was not useful. Last but not least, my key stopped working at 8:30 in the morning. I had to go downstairs to request for my key to operate as I still had a few hours left to the room. Not a good experience at all.
- 1/5
Worst hotel experience to date nasty dirty in bad native repairs will never stay there again. My husband is disabled and had to wait long times for the elevator just to get back in the room. people coming and going at all hours of the night children rented down the hallway is at 2 AM no elevator in a room on the fourth floor one person working there by himself, taking care of the elevator people and everything else bless his heart

The overall condition of this property was below basic hospitality standards. I observed stained bedding, damaged furniture, worn carpeting with debris, peeling bathtub coating, and dirty fixtures. The walls and elevator had visible marks and unfinished areas. Outside, the small hot tub and surrounding area were not maintained, with green tinted water and debris. Based on these conditions, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room the hotel put us in, smelled extremely bad and dirty!!! My husband went to the front desk to ask for another room, and the man working said no they were fully booked. My husband then asked if they could do anything about the smell and to re clean the room. The man was really unprofessional and refused to do anything about it. My husband then asked for a refund so we could go get another hotel, and we were denied that as well. My husband asked for contact information for the manager and the man said the hotel had no business card or contact info for the manager. No one at this hotel had any desire to help us and make things right. I am very disappointed with this location.

The pictures online do NOT match what you see at the actual property…so misleading. I will never return to this hotel.

Happy with this hotel.

Clean room and easy check in

Pool was green with algae, couldn’t use it, place in need of renovation. Staff were good and helpful
- 3/5
Parking was good. Didn't really deal with the staff except check in. Pool was green and unusable during our entire 6 day stay and that's why we booked this place. Breakfast was so so. Waffle maker was down 1 of the day's. Rooms had really dirty floors. Could not walk barefoot. We've stayed here once before and it was great 4 years ago. Will not stay again. Oh, and the toilet paper was the worst ever. Also the orange juice was really watered down. Plus, it's a dog friendly place and that's all we heard all day was dogs barking. They don't do anything about it. Also the public restroom is in need of serious maintenance.
- 3/5
My boyfriend cut himself when flushing the toilet due to the toilet top being broken. Would advise to check little things like this to avoid any injuries on others. The cut was pretty deep to it being a sharp corner.
- 3/5
Front desk staff who checked me in was very unfriendly.
- 3/5
Staff didn't treat good , room were smelling bed , no trash can in bedroom
- 2/5
Hotel staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. That is where the good stops. Room was dirty, fridge door was sticky, bathroom smelled like mold. Whole hotel looks really run down, pool was out of service, waffle maker was broken so no waffles for breakfast. Walls are thin in my room so I could hear about everything from either side until 11pm. Would not book again
- 1/5
First of all when I got there the pool was closed and there was nothing stating that it was going to be closed on the website or anything in my head have known I would have booked somewhere else. Second thing is my TV I kept having this mess with it for the kept switching where I couldn't watch it had to have the guy come up right when I got there. Then the person in the room next to me have there to be wearing so loud all night long that I actually got up and left at 3:00 a.m. because I could not sleep. Told to go out front she didn't seem to care. There were a lot of workers there and I told her that if that person staying there is a worker that stays there for long times or extended time so they should probably put them somewhere where they're not next to anybody because that was just horrible. I had to bang on the wall and finally the person turned it down but I was already awake by then and just went home. There was rest in the bathtub and there were hairs on the floor so you could tell that it wasn't swept because my hair is blonde and it was black or dark. I stay at La Quinta a lot and like I said I don't like to give bad ratings but this was just not good
- 3/5
The desk clerk was nice but the room was terrible. It smelled terrible, the tub was sprayed with some kind of coating that pealed, the fabric on the chair was ripped. Very disappointing for a LaQuinta.
- 1/5
Advised the front desk of a stopped up toilet the morning after the second day. Was not fixed that day
- 3/5
Someone being at the front is at all times made me feel safe, very friendly.\n With greeting, the only thing I didn't like that. The bathrooms wasn't that clean good. I bring my own stuff and reclaim. But for a handicapped bathroom, they need to do better. Much better
- 1/5
The room smelled so bad!!! Kept hearing loud banging all night.
- 2/5
I did the pre check in online. But then when I got there they had to recheck me in they said they have to do that to everybody. So why waste my time doing the pre-checking.
- 1/5
The room was poorly maintained — the bathtub drain was rusty, the floor had water damage and stains, and there was dust all over the floor. Housekeeping was clearly not thorough, and the stay felt uncomfortable. Staff was polite, but the property needs serious cleaning and maintenance.
- 4/5
It was a good stay. But the WiFi kinda sucked.
- 5/5
Good places to walk dogs.
- 4/5
Business-friendly, Safe location and always clean.
- 4/5
It was in a quiet area. Restaurants and fast food close by. Good breakfast. Nice place to stay.
- 1/5
Hotel is old, funky smell, dirty rooms and the night staff was rude.
- 2/5
*Frustrating !
- 2/5
The beds we slept on had hairs as if the covers/sheets had not been washed. The carpet in the room had holes and there was a strong smell that went "away" after turning on the AC that by the way made a lot of noise. We also went to use the pool and noticed how people would leave the back door opened on purpose which is a huge safety issue for us. We went out to grab dinner and when we came back which was around 11pm we noticed the door by the pool was once again wide open. We ususually don't complain, we know the price was very affordable but becuase of the area it was in (Allen/McKinney) we didn't think it would be this bad.
- 4/5
Manager very nice
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed comfortable. Only complaint was that there was no place to hang your towel /clothes in the bathroom. No hooks on back of the door.
- 4/5
Little bit disappointed that staff didn't turned down the late check-out request even thought I stayed more than 2 weeks there.
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
it was cool, the only thing i didnt like is the fact that it doesnt seem that clean, im sure the cleaners do their job but the overall vibe of the hotel smells and feels like they put paint over mold. thanks to one key cash it was great for the discounted rate i paid($35)
- 3/5
Arrived at 2:50 but still made me wait till 3:00 to check in
- 5/5
The staff was great, the breakfast was great and couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay
- 2/5
The property was run down and poorly maintained. Breakfast was sparse. Uncovered car parking in the hot Texas sun. No electric car charging. Poor overall experience.
- 5/5
Nice & quite

We had a 6 night stay. The elevator went out on our first day there and was not fixed until the evening before our check out day. We had to climb up and down 4 flights of stairs as we were on the 4th floor. The hallways were not air conditioned and our room was so hot we had to go to Walmart and buy a fan to help circulate the air. The pool was a health and safety hazard. Dark green with tons of disgusting dirt and who knows what else floating in it. I never once saw anyone use the pool during my stay due to the pool condition. I used the guest washing machine but when I went to use the dryer, it was broken. No signs were up indicating any issues with it. Staff was not willing to help in any way and I was stuck finding an open laundromat 20 minutes away at 10pm to get my clothes dried. The amount of pigeons and pigeon droppings right outside the front door, blowing in your face was a health hazard. Continental Breakfast was the exact same thing every morning for my 6 day stay. Staff did not come to change linens or provide replacement towels. I had to go ask for more towels and was told they didn’t have any and that they would bring me some when they had them washed. Hours later I still had not received towels and had to go back down the 4 flights of stairs only to be met with rude front desk staff who informed me that they didn’t have towels still and that they don’t bring them to us, we have to get them from them. They refused any compensation at all. Don’t stay here.
- 3/5
Regular room not available. Had to use handicap room. No chair for desk. Chipped bathtub paint…tv not cable ready…or set up. Had to have someone from front desk come to room tinker with it to get it set up…
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and clean and a lot of shopping options close by. Within a few miles from the historical downtown area.
- 3/5
Ok
- 2/5
Cockroach seen in bathroom. Poor hygiene My room was downsized and property refused to adjust and refund price difference
- 1/5
I arrived that evening with my pregnant wife to a room that had an amazing strong urine mixed with smoking smell. I requested for another room of which they did not have one and refused to refund reservation. We ended up having to find another hotel.
- 5/5
It was close to all the outdoor concert events.
- 1/5
Lift broke as soon as we checked in and was not repaired for 3 days. Room we assigned is on fourth floor and need to take stairs every time
- 1/5
Elevator was broke down when we arrived, when we waited a couple hours they said they had fixed it. 8:00 PM the elevator went to the second floor, our floor. we got out, but the three people left in the elevator had to walk up the stairs to their floor. It was broke again. They did not get it fixed until around 10 am the next morning. The carpet was dirty and torn in two places. We had only two bath towels no room service to clean our rooms when we called down for more bath towels, we had to get them ourselves. We only had one chair in our room. It looked like when somethings broke. It was never replaced. We will not stay here again.
- 4/5
We stayed one night here as we were traveling north. No surprises…that’s good!
- 2/5
I stayed with my wife and kid. From the time I entered room we are waiting to leave.
- 1/5
I was charged for a room that they couldn’t find the reservation for. I am still trying to get a refund.
- 3/5
The staff was extremely helpful. They even upgraded me to a king executive suite which I thought was a good idea because there was a fold out sofa, but that sofa was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.
- 5/5
Staff was so nice
- 3/5
The quality is not so good! Need a lot of updates.
- 1/5
i like Dallas beautiful city but hotel it's smells so bad and dirty i probably never stay there again
- 3/5
Bathroom dirty and asked house keeper in hallway for an extra shampoo cuz my wife uses all was there and was told no
- 4/5
The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the room and bathroom are clean, the bathroom could use an update like re caulk on every corner of the bathtub, other than that it’s okay, the guy in the front desk is courteous
- 5/5
Room was clean. Shower needs updating w/safety bars. All staff friendly.
- 2/5
Our room was never cleaned while we were there we had to ask for towels every night and pull trash and throw it ourselves
- 3/5
Room always smelled damp and humid. We asked for our room to get cleaned and housekeeping never showed up any of the days. We asked for towels one night and the lady in the front desk (night shift) told us they had no towels and gave us four small body towels.
- 3/5
The manager was amazing and moved us to a different room in a different floor reassuring me that no pets stay on that floor, but they do. Night three, a dog was in the room next door and my son had another as asthma attack. The breakfast was ok. It was definitely eco friendly on the towels, soaps and shampoos. The pool had a handicap lift that did not work and was broken. It needed to be torn completely down because it would swing into the pool and almost hit the kids. It was sharp and dangerous. We would not stay there again for the amount that we paid.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
Unfortunately, this was not a very good experience for us. The biggest issues were the airconditioners, one was leaking which we asked for it to be repaired and it didn't happen. Room 2 the airconditioner didn't work and made a rattling noise. We requested a room change for one and it eventually was honored. There were many things that were broken, cracked, and the bathroom door didn't close, and on the morning of our departure there was a cockroach in the room. Very disappointing stay.
- 2/5
Requested for one extra hour for the late checkout and the lady at the front desk was so rude. She literally told no and we were in the training so there was no point for me to check out at 11 o’clock because the training was ending 1130 so by 12 o’clock, I can check out and she was very rude to say me oh I can’t but other person in the morning said oh that was never a problem but why they keep on sending emails that to check out otherwise there is a fee which they will charge on the credit card
- 3/5
The outside was handsome, but the interior shows years of daily wear.
- 1/5
It is not as described online. Very dirty
- 3/5
2’ weeds growing by the front door in the gutters not a good sign.
- 1/5
I had a bag with beats headphone stolen from my room.Made a complaint and didn’t even help . Stolen items
- 1/5
It was great at first until I saw a big roach! And I hate bugs!! Will not tolerate them, called to ask if we could change rooms and the front desk hung up on me with an attitude. Did not used to be like this a year ago at all!!
- 3/5
Convenient to 121, plenty of close by restaurants and shopping
- 3/5
Pool was closed so was not able to swim. Sat in the hotel to all Saturday with nothing to do.

- 5/5
Close to my daughter's place, clean, quiet, nice front desk customer service.
- 1/5
Room was nasty, bathroom was gross, tub was nasty , shower didn’t work. Keys never worked, the never came and cleaned our room even though it was requested. When they gave us clean towels it was pool towels. I do not recommend
- 4/5
Great location for my needs. Although between two major highways room was quiet. Needs some maintaintence
- 4/5
It all was pleasant.
- 5/5
Super friendly, super clean, very comfortable, great breakfast, all around great place
- 3/5
Great stay 3 years ago. Stayed once in 2024. We want be back. The hotel is often used by people choosing to participate in recreational drug use. Now while we never felt unsafe, we would desire to breathe “fresher” air.
- 1/5
Dirty sheets. Bugs. And mean staff.
- 5/5
Excellent, love the view. Quiet street, safe parking well lit. Clean, well maintained.
- 1/5
The carpets in the halls and in front of elevators was filthy. Complete with a bleach stain on 3rd floor. In our room the toilet seat was broken, the floor molding was coming away from the wall in the bathroom, a lampshade was torn and broken, there were paint bubbles and paint pops above the AV unit (obviously water damage), and a picture had been removed from the wall leaving a bracket and holes in the wall. This place was literally a dump.
- 5/5
🤘
- 3/5
Room was either being updated or missing pieces . Carpet needed scrubbed . We did stay with pets .but come on.. better cleanig needs done.
- 2/5
The hotel is in disrepair. Our bathroom had loose floor planks you could completely lift up. Bathroom sink did not drain well and the shower water had very low pressure making it hard to wash your hair. Air conditioner didn’t really cool the room. Old unit and could not keep up. The entire building was hot our hallway seemed to not have air conditioning that worked. Lots of stains on floors and sofas. Front desk tried to be helpful. Other guests were complaining of bugs and pet hair in their room telling us their room was dirty and they were asking for a refund. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
The area of course is getting older and will need some upgrades. For example the toilet is so low to the floor, I could not comprehend it. I’m a firm believer that cleanliness is key to good customer service. There were some areas that were not clean. So I used my sanitizer and Clorox wipes to wipe down the countertops and rest room. The majority of the room was clean. Overall there was a good attempt to clean the room. I’m sorry I’m a very clean person. The desk clerks were very helpful and professional.
- 4/5
I liked the location and cleanliness. Staff was courteous.
- 1/5
I received a phone call from hotel on the day of check in informing me that the hotel was canceling my reservation due to plumbing issues that the hotel was having and a room would not be available. Was told I would get a refund. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received any refund and there is no response from Laquinta or Expedia
- 5/5
Great service with amazing staff
- 3/5
They put us in a disabled/handicapped room on the bottom floor near the elevators. We are not disabled and do not require a special room. Guests allowed their young children to run and scream in the hallways after midnight which caused us a lack of sleep. I know children can be a handful but management could have maintained some quiet.
- 2/5
I found this hotel lacking in basic cleanliness, convenience and upkeep, as if it had undergone years of neglect by cheapskate owners. The TV sets are old and shabby. The walls need repainting. The bathroom inexplicably had no towel racks or hooks. The shower floor lacked a no-slip surface. Nor did it have a grab-bar or any sort of safety device for the elderly and disabled, who would be in great peril just for taking a shower. The air conditioning unit in my room sounded like the diesel engine of a huge truck accelerating with no muffler. Not even felt ear plugs could dampen the racket this thing made upon turning on in the middle of the night. I had to shut it off and try to sleep in a warm room. The king bed, however, was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were quite nice
- 1/5
Pay the extra $15 and stay somewhere nicer down the street. Dirty. Outlets don’t work.
- 2/5
Don't know if this was a low cost building redone for La Quinta, but stark, worn, poorly furnished, badly design room and building. Not up to Wyndam standards... maybe a $59 room that because of the local event was charged $171 per night. TV small and impossible to tune, remote fell apart while using. Clerk never at desk, always a sign up "be back soon". Not a carpet in the room. Bathtub like an ice rink, unsafe. Wouldn't go back or recommend.
- 1/5
When I went to go talk to front desk lady and tell her these things because I didn’t want to be charged for it, she didn’t care. She was rude. She had her AirPods in and was on the phone so I never knew if she was talking to me or person on phone. It was ridiculously bad. DO NOT GO, unless you can get for 50 or less. Not worth a dollar more!
- 5/5
Everything was close and variety of restaurants, highly recommended. Staff was very helpful and friendly
- 2/5
The floors leading to my room were not just dirty but they looked like they have not been cleaned in a while ,the elevator looked like it was run into with the baggage cart more than once, the place seemed more like an extended stay. I happen to be there on the night the special Olympics were in town and while that's fine , the manager booked them on the 4th floor, no sleep till Brooklyn literally. yes the rooms were clean and yes it was a place to lay my head for a reasonable price. enjoy your stay!!!
- 2/5
They did not honor the early check in or late check out that was advertised.
- 5/5
Great area outstanding staff
- 1/5
First strike our flight was delayed several times due to tornados in the area and severe weather. After sitting on the plane for almost an hour our flight was canceled. I called the front desk 10 times before someone answered. I advised our situation and was told I wouldn't be charged for the night and to check in the next day. Flew in the next morning and checked in that afternoon. Was told I was checked in the night before and charged for the room. I stated again that my flight was canceled last minute and nothing I could do. Guy at desk said well you didn't give 24 hour notice so we charged you. I don't have a crystal ball so how am I to give 24 hour notice when I didn't even have 10 minute notice. Second strike arrive to our room on second when asked for top floor. Opened the closet door to find a large hole cut into the wall and the clothes iron was hanging by one screw. The light by the bed was rusty and flashed like a disco ball when turned on. There was dust behind the tv and the key card would only work to unlock the door once. We had to go back to the front desk several times to get the key recoded. Third strike was breakfast each morning, there was no variety same thing each day. Needless to say we did not have a good stay and will not be back.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Dustin at the front desk was awesome. Stayed here twice and will again.
- 2/5
First night found remote completely destroyed and then was give. Another one that had chip off bottom missing. Tv functions and channel selection horrible. I would recommend the brand drop the franchise.
- 3/5
Staff was excellent and very helpful, room was sub par, showing many signs of age and use. There were stains on the sheets and several hairs on the floor that no way were ours. There was an ironing board but no iron, peeling paint in the bathroom and a broken toilet seat. The room was nice and dark but the walls were thin, offering much noise from surrounding rooms and hallways. Nice breakfast. The entry and breakfast area were lovely.
- 5/5
Everything in general
- 4/5
They allow pets.

Good
