Great room for the evening. I didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities as i was traveling and just needed a good nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, safety and great staff.

The room was fine. The check in process was quick and easy. I didn't sleep well because the mattress and pillows were too soft. We didnt like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. By the time we realized it, my husband and I were already in our night clothes so my husband just didnt eat his lunch leftovers.

Nice rooms 1.) Lobby completely under construction 2.) No walking distance to a restaurant 3.) Staff gave my husband bad directions and he got lost picking up a pizza

Good location, clean room

The hotel is currently under renovation. Therefore, not all services were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was NOT informed of the renovation when making the reservation.

Graig was excellent. Professional and understanding even though the hotel was under contraction he assured our safety and comfort.

That information should have been published because we were needing an early breakfast before leaving to continue our drive to Florida. They did provide a bag breakfast to go but it really wasn’t an equitable substitute in my opinion. Had I known this, I would have chose another comparable hotel nearby which there are many of.

Currently under renovation. Lobby is torn apart. We always stay in Tru hotels but the mattress at this one was very uncomfortable. No conditioner in the shower.

Under renovation without informing the client no restaurant. No hot breakfast. No amenities in the lobby noisy as heck next to the freeway. I’d never stay here again. I’ve paid for two different nights to and from the airport. Purchasd through hotels.com non-refundable as I thought we’d simply spend the night on our drive home. I can’t get my mine back so I’ll eat it and stay somewhere else.

Coffee was cold. Eggs cold and ran out. Meat & egg tray were cold.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast.

The hotel is clean and had lots of entertainment like a pool table and games in the lobby. The staff was friendly.

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was very convenient to have breakfast included. The whole facility was kept clean. It was very family friendly with an area for children to play games.

The room was not what I expected. The lack of useful space for me and my husband's luggage was not convenient. The shelves and the rolling desk and chair were not accommodating. We could have used more towels and washcloths. The room reminded me are a preschool classroom to be honest with the colors and the "cloak closet" along with the hooks on the wall. Other than the design of the room, it was very clean.

One thing that could use improvement is the breakfast. The yogurt machine and the pancake machine were not working, the bread selection was slim (white, white, or a white bagel), and the scrambled eggs were tepid warm and sitting in some water in the serving dish. Thanks!

Everything was comfortable. The check in was easy. The desk area has someone there 24/7. Each person working was pleasant and dressed appropriately.

Clean the rooms better. There was hair and the bathroom were not very cleaned. The remote control had sticky finger prints on it. This is a shame because we have stayed there before and it was great. I think is fairly new. I would not stay there again

Very nice hotel, trendy. The beds were probably my biggest issue they were very springy not very comfortable. But the breakfast was tasty and the service was good.

The front desk person was lovely and helpful to all. Truly one of a kind! On line the dog/pet fee was $50 and when checking in, it was $75. A bit disappointed about that - needs to be changed asap. Lots of hotels in the area and we picked because the pet fee was lower, which actually it is the same. Too bad.

Breakfast, however, was disappointing. The food quality was poor, and during both mornings of my stay, the pancake machine was placed out with a sign stating it was “out of service,” which was confusing because why bring it out then. Additionally, while the hotel advertises 24-hour complimentary coffee, when I went closer to 8 p.m, the coffee machine was only dispensing cold coffee. Overall, the property is a nice, cute spot with potential, but the experience was a bit underwhelming.

There was a lot of highway noise. Make sure you room doesn’t face the highway. Breakfast was very limited and the pancake machine was broken. High pet fee as well.

Amazing Hotel

Great staff. Clean room. Only problem was we stayed in room 125. There’s a door going outside right by the room and the door slams. It’s very loud and slammed all night long. Maybe the door could have something added to close gently?

Parking safe breakfast was good

We got in around 11 PM last night. The lady that was there and checked us in was in a really bad mood and pretty rude. She also insisted on charging $75 for our little dog, when the website said when we booked the room that the pet charge was $50. I showed her that and she said it didn't matter because it was a third-party website. Pretty poor customer relations skills, in my opinion.

Never seen any in my room but ran across a huge roach in the hallway headed to my room in middle of the night. Staff was friendly and helpful great location just could of been little cleaner

No coffee availability in the room is a show stopper for my wife. We won't ever come back.

The room was so small that they couldnt even get a microwave in there. There isnt any room for the bowl of ice. You have to go to the commons area to get the white bowls & leave it in ur bathroom next to the sink unless you want to set your bowl of ice on the floor. The space for you to use to eat in ur room was a hospital pullout table. The walls are paper-thin so u hear everything. No draws to place ur clothes in. Just a long in space but very short in width bar comes out of the wall for the tv. Its like they took a normal room and put a wall in the middle and made 2 rooms out of the 1. Even the phone in the room looked like it was cut in half & was only half a phone. There was no table space for a phone. So they had to mount it on the wall. The ONLY pro for the room was that the bed & pillows were soft and comfy. I was told by the guy at the front desk that if i wanted to check in 5 minutes early I would have to pay him another $80. This hotel felt very much like a college dorm with a commons area. There was a massive party going on in the common area the whole time I was there. They also wanted $5 for a candy bar (Reese's Cup) & $4.50 for a bottle of water. I ended up leaving at 7pm to get away from the craziest and had to end my get-away & relax vaca earily bc i couldnt relax... DONT COME HERE!

Clean room with safe parking outside of Atlanta. Tanger Outlets 10 minutes down the road.

Everything went very smoothly. Parking was easy, room was very clean! Nothing was outdated or dingy. Breakfast was good and fresh!

Found toe nail clippings, hair in the bed and black mold. Didn't stay and they would not give refund.

The hotel is very nice. Comfortable beds but small room. They do use the space and give you places to put your things. Only complaint no coffee makeup or ice bucket in room. Coffee tea and hot chocolate in lobby. Ice the ice is also in the lobby.is also in lobby. Toilet paper and Kleenex are one ply. Spend a little more on them and stop going cheap because we use more when it is that thin.

The parking lot was safe and breakfast was fine; however, at approximately 3:20 am there was a domestic altercation on 10/6/25, apparently resulting in finding spouse in room with someone else.

Check inwas a breeze, breakfast was good room was clean and check out was a breeze.

Very pleased with stay! Commend Alexander, the night staff person, was very good. We got in fairly late just before midnight. He was very helpful, courteous, and go to his job. Even initiated handshake at the end of our room conformation!! Keep him!!!

Basic accommodations with friendly phrases everywhere to keep you smiling. If you've never stayed at a Tru by Hilton, think of what a hotel by Ikea might be like and you'll get a really good idea of a Tru. It's very basic, colorful, and full of witty sayings at every turn. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. The location is next to lots of other hotels and tins of fast food and low price restaurant options. Tru had several EV chargers and all were in working order except one. We didn't have any trouble charging our car. Easy place to park.

The facility is a typical TRU. Nice clean but no where to put your clothes other than a pipe attached to the wall. Literally had to live out of my suitcase on the floor. Will not use this type of facility for a stay more than 1 day. I would have hoped for as a minimum of a rack to put my suit case upon.

We encountered three desk clerks during our stay. All were surly and gave information only begrudgingly.

Had some road noise from the interstate.People above us banging around. Had pizza crust in the elevator in the morning was still there 4 hours later.

Comfortable and clean place with excellent customer service. Had a flat tire and the maintenance guy even came out to use his personal inflator to get me down the road to a tire shop.

It was just my son and I and I felt extremely safe coming and going. Staff was very friendly.

I guess due to the holidays many people were traveling with pets. This was my first time seeing 5 or more pets at the hotel.

We traveled with 2 dogs. It was easy to get out a side door to the dog walk area. An extra fee was charged, even though our pets left no evidence of their visit.

Love that the hotel offered a pool table, and different types of areas to hang out and just enjoy your family and friends.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep! Our room was next to an outdoor door which slammed shut when used, which was frequent. Also it’s right next to the freeway & hear traffic all night! If you travel with a dog, there is an extra &75 non-refundable fee! No coffee in room. No bed side lamps. Do not recommend!

The sheets and the bed spread were not clean at all. They were not crisp, dingy as if they hadn't been changed. Didn't meet my standards for what I expected from Hilton 😤

It is very peaceful and quiet and everything was close by and I didn’t have to travel far to get from Point A to Point B.

The floor that we stayed on had a terrible diaper well I assume a diaper in the trash can that sits right outside the elevator. Front desk associate moved trash can to a corner and sprayed febreeze. Just the smell of disgust every time we left our room was unsettling. This was our 1st visit to the property.

Well lit parking lot...felt safe. Easy check in. Lots of snack options available for purchase in the lobby. Room was spacious.

Pretty nice place to stay, great breakfast and staff service. I have noticed a few thing, considering this is a Hilton, I expected extremely clean rooms, there was some trash left in the room that was under center night table, I also found there was rust and water damage on the escutcheon. There are minor things, but because it's Hilton I have to review these findings.

Amazing hotel

Great choice of restaurants nearby , just take your life in your hands to navigate the confusing navigation instructions ( make a I turn here, enter and creep thru several parking lots to get to choice). Front desk young woman was lovely, offered several suggestions.

Service was excellent and liked the Tru concept. A little noisy as there wasn’t carpet, but felt cleaner especially with so many dogs staying in hotels.

It was fine. It would have been nice to know they sell beer and wine, didn’t notice until morning. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was decent. No microwave or fridge in the room. Nice TV and east to use cable.

It was great. We actually did not want to stop so early but, the traffic dictated our stop. We have always had a comfortable stay at Tru. It is reasonably priced and clean. People are friendly and helpful. I never have to worry our room will be dirty or disappointing. The guest relations person at check it actually asked me if i was a Hilton Honors member. This was the first time someone actually asked me that. Awesome!

Nice and clean .Modern design. Cons:very noisy , could hear trucks on the highway and neighbors being loud. Sound insulation is not good.

A bit unusual for seniors. counter space and desk too slight. Very nice shower/lavatory.

The only "weird" thing was that the bathroom door didn't stay open. So you'd be brushing your teeth at the sink and the door would be hitting you or resting on your butt or back of leg... depends on height....

Staff is awesome. Rooms are minimalist but perfect for short stays. Bed was super comfy. Offered several good choices for breakfast. This chain has become my favorite.

Television did not work in the room. But they told me they were just sorry about that. No further action taken. The place was moderately clean. Bathroom was kind of gross. Even though it's a dog friendly hotel, there was no real place to walk the dog Overall, if you have a chance to stay somewhere else, I probably would
