The staff especially the breakfast buffet staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would like you to add back is the coffeemate creamer variety coffee creamer. I would stay at property again.

Best hotel experience we’ve had. And best hotel in the McDonough area by far. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel at home. So fresh and clean with excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Toilet tank overflowed in the middle of the night. No one was available to help. Fortunately I knew how to turn the water off, the bathroom floor was completely soaked. When someone did answer the phone at the front desk, she asked me to come down to pick up towels to clean the floor. I refused, and some towels were delivered a short time later.

The knowledgeable manager Food Vicky was exceptionally kind and even offered turkey sausage since I wasn’t eating the bacon Everything was good except the turkey sausage she went the extra mile to get for me I greatly appreciated it my sons ate it but it seemed like plastic or rubber Booking.com double charged $25 for a liability deposit at Super8 property I visited It hasn’t been returned yet Oh and the tv didn’t work in Residence inn suite common areas Tech came to room but couldn’t fix it either

Hotel was great, breakfast was good ,perfect stay only issue was the house keeper on my floor, I had just checked in and order Uber eats for pizza to my door and I tipped the delivery driver and the housekeeper Lisa comes around to my door and tells out “you better be tipping me like that too since I’m the one who cleaned your room” as we just checked in , the next day we asked for a trash bag and she proceeds to tell us again to make sure we leave a good tip , the day of check out we ask for another trash bag and made sure our room was clean and well put together before we left and on our way out she came to our door and demanded we left a big tip even though we hadn’t even left the door yet , another housekeeper heard all the times she came to demand tip and apologized for her behavior , I let front desk know about it because as a guest and manager at a hotel in a whole different state I DONT take that demanding tip behavior to the guest acceptable , especially as soon as we check in telling us daily till the day of check out , thank you for reading my message but over hotel was great

Area had plenty of restaurants within a short distance which was also nice! Only a few minor issues. The plunger for the restroom sink was broke so we had to use a knife to pull it up to drain the water. Also, there was alot of dog poop out front by the entry road in front of the hotel. Shouldn't really be the hotel grounds keepers responsibility to maintain, but it doesn't make the grounds look nearly as nice either.

Requested bed made after three days, promised and not executed. Sticky floor, lights out in bathroom, mold in shower, dusty lights, the pool was closed and was not told so upon booking. Also poorly stocked. They were out of bottles waters for sale. So not worth it!

Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday morning front desk staff were all very nice and accommodating. Night auditor was very helpful and nice. On Sunday morning the dining staff was very polite and accommodating. The young ladies standing at the desk on Monday (3), looked at me as I was walking up to the desk as if I didn’t belong on the property! Neither greeted me as I walked by and spoke. It was very different. I will return on my visits with my daughter and granddaughter

Our room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. It was a perfect size for us. The staff in the lobby was so friendly and supportive with whatever we needed. As always, our stay at a Marriott hotel did not disappoint.

I booked double queen beds. I booked 2 room. When I got there I was told at the hotel that I will been getting a room with a king bed. I paid for 2 queen beds. My family had to sleep on a sofa. I would like to talk to a manager about what happen with my rooms. I paid for room where everyone was suppose to sleep in a real bed. Please call are email me about the matter. I was given the wrong rooms. The hotel would not change the rooms. I tried to call booking.com 2 times. The first time they said they would send the hotel a message that I was suppose to have the double queen beds in each room. Booking customer service rep also said they will call the hotel. Bookings rep said she could not reach antone in the hotel. I was standing right there when the booking rep said she was calling. The phone never rang. The 2nd tome booking rep called she put me on hold to call the hotel then the phone hung up. I was stuck in the incorrect rooms for days.

The other issue is that the shower in the room was very nice and upgraded from your standard hotel room, but the shower head was dripping and they have a long metal strip that is the drain, and the whole night all you hear is the steady sounds of a single drop of water hitting a hollow drain and steel strip and echoing from the bathroom through the room. I would have placed a towel under it, but we didnt have an extra one and did not have the strength to go down to the front desk to get another one. Outside of those two things, everything else was pretty much perfect.

The property was exceptionally clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had forgotten some items in my room and Solomon made sure that they were collected and waiting at the front desk. Will definitely stay there in the future.

but lacked a can opener or a blender. Fitness room was nicely equipped but lacked a scale. The water dispenser was “out of order” for 10 days leaving the option of $6 bottled water. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We have been to Europe, Canada, Hawaii, the Caribbean but this was the cleanest property of all. Even the grout.

First night it was 83 in the room air never came on . Was told the next day to wait and see if it comes on . Well once it hit 85 they finally agreed to give us a new room.

All of the staff at the Residence Inn were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and very professional. Aeron and Ms Shoshana were phenomenal!! They made me and my daughters stay there very comfortable. Aeron always had a smile on his face, and greeted ( me, us) every time, helped with our needs and went above and beyond. Ms. Shoshana helped me tremendously with kerping me in the same room every time that needed to extend my stay. When s water pipe busted she quickly took care of it and transferred me to another room. I stay at this hotel everytime I'm in the area and for the most part the service is Impactable this time the only hiccup which was major for my famiky since I was traveling with my elderly sick parents and triplet grandchildren was we were told we could check in at 830am but on arrival one suite wasnt available until 11am and the other suite wasnt ready until 5pm when regular check in is at 3pm at check out i requested a late check out for the inconvenience and one of the front desk associates Intervene with myself and the managers conversation with her opion her input that wasnt necessary nor factual. I will say this Ms. Brianna who works in thw kitchen is always a jem and will always receive tips and blessings feom my family each and every visit her hospitality is remarkable as well as Ms. Andrea and Ms. Chanell.

Just stayed for 1 night but it was really comfortable

The only concern I have is to say patrons with dogs whether disabled or not all dogs should be required to have a muzzle on before entering the hotel and roaming around the premises for the protection of other paying patrons. The nuances of these animals barking viciously and snapping at other patrons in the lobby’s and elevators is is a nuisance and scary.

One of my best hotel stays ever, regardless of “star” rating. Friendly, kind staff, cleanliness was immaculate. Staff was accommodating from the moment we walked in. We were there to settle my mothers affairs and host a funeral, so their extra care (especially not knowing our circumstance initially) made this stay even better

Our first room we were checked into, smelled horrible, more than half the lights did not work. Front Desk was able to move us to another room in which still smelled. Room wasn't cleaned well, mold on the glass shower doors and along the bottom of the shower. There was something spilled over the back of the bathroom that wasn't cleaned up. Will not be going back to this property again!

We checked in and went to our room and noticed that some things were not cleaned, so we went to the front desk and they immediately moved us to a different room. Our next room was clean, but did have a weird smell to it. The beds we’re comfortable and met our needs. Upon checkout, my son realized his new Stitch was missing. Housekeeping wasn’t in yet, so there was no way to know if they had found him. I called the front desk when they arrived and after a few people checking he was found. I worked with Amanda at the front desk and she was AMAZING! She worked with me on sending a shipping label and made sure Stitch got home safe and sound! Huge shout out to Amanda for being amazing!!

I had to change the sheets myself the first night I was there hair was in the bed. I felt like someone should have done this. I stayed three nights and was promised a room clean on the third day, but was never done.

In 18 degrees frigid weather my room had no heat. I was provided extra blankets to keep warm with my 2 small children. I did not receive daily housekeeping due to short staff. There was black ice in the parking lot which was not treated with sand or salt. As a result my senior aunt fell and cut her knee and hand.

Everything was good. Hotel is nice and clean. Refreshing welcoming smell. The ladies who prepared the breakfast area, did a wonderful job.

Our room had a terrible smell. When we were checking the room before we checked out, we found a jar of shea nut butter under one of the beds.

Amanda was very kind and helpful. My first room had an air conditioner that made a vibrating noise. They quickly issued me a new room. The new room was clean but had a stale smell. Overall my stay was good. I would suggest that they get a waffle maker or pancake printer for the breakfast area

The lobby is very open and spacious. The rooms are very nice. We stayed in a Studio Suite, with a nice kitchen, with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality linens. The bath had a great shower and nice large vanity. The patio off of the outdoor pool was extremely nice, with comfy patio furniture and a fire pit. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, very nice staff, room was adequate. Only complaint is that housekeeping kept knocking on the door at 9 o’clock in the morning asking us if they could clean the room.

Hotel accommodations service was satisfactory. My only concern was there was mold in the shower area.

Not all the staff was friendly,they only cleaned our room once and it was because we asked.
