The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were for the most part helpful. I don’t know if it was a bad time but the pool was closed, the TV didn’t work for a few days and the WiFi went down.

I took a star off because the air conditioner in the room has a musty mildew smell and the soap dish could have cleaned better. We booked 2 rooms and one was not cleaned the following day. Overall it was a comfortable stay and a clean hotel. thanks to the staff for making our stay comfortable. Some staff upheld the no smoking policy at the entrance and some did not. I overheard a receptionist directed a guest to the back of the hotel to smoke. Thanks to the receptionist for enforcing the policy. I am allergic to the smell of smoking.

The room and the lobby were very clean. My room was very quiet and large. We had a sitting area with a TV in front of the sitting area and TV in front of the bed. It has a microwave. A lot of hotels don’t offer anymore. They have a nice variety of food for breakfast. Plenty of parking and a good location. Very close to restaurants, that are within walking distance. Most of all excellent staff. I would recommend staying here.

Great lo for an overnight pit stop on a long road trip. I always stop here when I drive from MO to FL. The staff this trip was so wonderful and she knocked out the check in process FAST so I could go relax. I hate feather pillows. I’ll bring mine in from the car next time.

Great place to stay it is my go to hotel when visiting McDonough. Close enough to shopping, dining and the expressway but far enough back that the noise level is comfortable. Staff is always friendly and go out of their way to assist you.

Disappointed with the room location as it was right next to the elevator that was loud in itself and then you had guests yelling. The carpet on the room floor was disgustingly old and had runs in it. No one walked on it with bare feet. I'm not sure how old this hotel is, but it needs some basic updates.

Our room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The TVs in the room were outdated with no streaming access, only cable that would freeze up time to time. We had car problems our planned day to leave but the staff was very friendly and helped to accommodate our needs for an extra night.

Breakfast worse than normal as things were old and luke warm on the breakfast line by 8:30. Threw it out after a few bites. No dog bags in any of the dispensers even though they accept and charge for pets, so plenty of uncleaned dog poop on the ground where you can walk your dog. Otherwise everything was great :-/

Ye, was okay, parking was great but the sound in the room was terrible, we could people walking in the room above us and arguing, dogs barking, no sound proof rooms. The hotel however was very clean and supplies like towels mainly was in a great supply

We love this hotel but on this stay we were in room 127 which is next to the side entrance. Each time someone enters, the door slams loudly waking us up. This is something that could be easily fixed.

We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and they only charged $25 for our dog. Allison at the front desk was very welcoming and gave us a dog bowl to use. My husband fell and needed to go to the hospital. She helped us find the hospital and even offered to take him. We had to leave our dog and she said not to worry. Even though we didn’t get back until nearly morning everything about this hotel was excellent. Allison even called the next day to check on all of us. Her customer service was wonderful.

It would be great if they invested in grips on the floors of the stand up showers or put a bar on the inside. It gets very slippery even before soap hits the ground. The channels worked this time, so I was grateful for that. Overall, a really nice stay for the price and the area has all you need. The front staff is also friendly.

The room was clean, great breakfast and staff. There was a somewhat loud rumble in the room, that sounded like a motor, perhaps from a parked truck, or machinery near the pool, which the room overlooked. Overall, a great experience, despite that.

Ive enjoyed 90% of my stays at this location. It’s one of my favorites. However, my room showed a little bit of wear. I noticed a lot of the channels didnt work.

The room smelled like meldew. We asked them to change the sheets because they we dirty and had hair and dirt on the sheets. Be came back and they remade the bed with dirty sheets. They was dirt and hair on those as well! So i so i dont think they were changed. Just remade it with the sheets we took off the bed. It had a old tv that wasnt a smart tv. Ill never go back

Was there for our grandsons soccer tournament. It was their first ever stay at a hotel. They love the experience. Only complaint I have was that breakfast was not ready at 7 as we were told. Had to stop to get breakfast for them. Overall great stay.

The location is very convenient. Close to restaurants. It has a bar and provide hot breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. The only thing I could say I did not like it is that in the room sometimes was a smell of pets. There were no pet hair or stains but I can smell it.

Booked this hotel hours before checking in @ a great price. The property was clean and we felt safe in the location. The biggest plus for me was the fun and welcoming personality of the gentleman who checked us in that night! It set the tone for a pleasant stay.

Welcome was very good. Lobby was very clean. Where the buck stopped is inn the room. BR was dirty (bath with obvious stains. No ventilation to clear moisture. Room had musky odor. I got my own products and cleaned to be able to look past this. Bed was not the most comfortable but not the worst. Give credit though because they were not stingy with the extra pillows we asked for. There was a big dent in the wall which looked like an attempt to patch but not done well. AC worked well. Lighting was adequate. Breakfast was good on one morning but it maybe cause I come late most mornings to be fair. Would I stay again. Depends. For the staff yes. The rooms likely No.

It seems like this hotel has become an extended stay. There we several kids at breakfast waiting to go to school. And they was a man that was so wasted he kept spelling his breakfast as the worker had to keep cleaning it up. So sad we really have enjoyed this place but will have to find another one to give our business too.

I liked the hotel and staff but there were overflowing trash cans around and the parking lot was unkept. The elevators needed mopping due to pets relieving themselves. I had no housecleaning.

Traveled with family for youth sports event. Great for families. Great staff. Hotel seems new but staff need to keep it tidy so that it doesn’t get run down. Elevators needed mopping. Trash cans needed changing in the laundry. Trash needed to be picked up in the parking lot. Very nice reception area and comfortable rooms.

There was a large group having a party with loud music outside our window and right next to the main entrance. I called the front desk several times. Finally around 2 AM. The music stopped, and then the chaos moved inside up and down the hallways and I got very little sleep. I feel like the staff should’ve taken care of this immediately.

Wasn’t clean we had to ask for clean linen the first night bcuz spots were on the sheets .. the last night there we heard a dog down the hall barking all night .. just not the best stay we’ve ever had……

We chose this hotel after a long 14 hour drive based on previous recommendations. It's a great location to stop with plenty of dining and shopping options very close. However while checking our beds upon arrival (for bedbugs - highly recommend), we did not find any but noted both bed linens contained pet hair and there were stains on top of one of the coverlets. It did not look like they had even been washed. We tried to notify the front desk, but the phone in the room was broken. There were no other available double queens to change rooms and we did not want to stay in the offered king suite with a pullout bed after such a long trip. The hotel front desk employee, who was extremely nice and appeared appalled at our findings, changed the linens on both beds himself while we had to wait in the hall. Our stay was discounted for the experience.

The location of this property is safe and ver convenient for a quick overnight stay. Cleanliness is top notch and the continental breakfast was good. The price is very reasonable too.

The hotel was inviting and comfortable. We were only there for one night. The staff were professional and courteous and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We will definitely stay at LaQuinta again.

I did not like the small bathrooms the sheets were very itchy and not clean my room was also HOT saying 68 but not cold air. Just air blowing very noisy from the up stairs guest above me I had to be up at 5am for work I am here for work. The front desk staff was nice that’s about it. I won’t star again I’m here for a week on business work trip I went over to Marriot and much better !!!

Everything was great except for the temperature of the room. No matter how much we tried we were unable to change it. We understand temperatures outside were extremely high but our room stayed around 74 plus so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The room was extremely warm, especially at night. The thermostat was set not to go below 72 but it was still very warm & i am a cold natured person. The pull out bed was smaller that expected. I had to go to the front desk to request linens for it. Loud comotion throughout the night from other guests along with a very strong odor of marijuana.

My family only stayed 1 night here, but this was the best hotel stay we’ve had in a long time! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The two ladies at the front desk were great, and helped me how they could, however, when i got to my room, the TV remote was not working, then when I went to take a shower, there was hair on the edged of the tub and it was not mine, later that night while I'm preparing for bed, the refrigerator start making a loud scary and disturbing noise like something was trying to get out of it, after all of the inconveniences I experienced, I'm glad i didn't pay the extra $30 they were charging for early check in.
