On first impression, the room was essentially clean and comfortable, but there were a couple of paper cups and candy wrappers under the beds. Beds were comfortable. Being near I-75, the traffic noise sometimes made sleep a challenge. There were no vending machines to be found either on our floor or the ground floor so water and soft drinks were not available. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was buffet style with eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, hash browns, waffles, yoghurt, etc. The work-out room and pool looked nice. Parking was adequate and card access to exterior doors was very convenient. Two or three semi's parked along the entry road making the driveway a little tight. Some of the green space could be sacrificed for truck parking. All things considered, I would stay there again, but I hope the minor issues above can be addressed by management.

Staff professional and friendly. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Equipped and welcoming message on T.V. was a nice touch. The dining area was clean and variety of breakfast options was a welcomed addition. The shop for additional snacks, drinks and food items was also stocked well. The bathroom shower need a little more attention to grout area, resurfacing the floor and change the direction on the water lever (cold was hot and vice versa). Overall appearance was decent and stocked with enough towels and shower supplies if needed.

Checked and was given room 210. Room was absolutely pure filth and was never cleaned. A huge pile of kitty litter on floor, hair all over pillows and sheets on the bed. Bugs on the bed, something smeared on the headboard, the photos speak for themselves. Absolutely disgusting.

Sheets were dirty and had to be moved, new room tv did not work and thermostat was set on AC and kept switching to heat was offered a late check out when we had to leave by 6am to travel home. Not pleased at all

1. The beds are rock hard. Absolutely like sleeping on a rock. If you like a very very hard mattress, then you'll be fine! 2. We could not get a hot shower for anything. The best we could get was lukewarm water. I was chilled to the bone trying to shower. Also the shower head was very cheap. Like $29.99 from Home Depot shower head that you would find in a cheap apartment. The rest of the bathroom was beautiful, so this felt like a real shortcut. 3. I'm not sure if other guests coming down to breakfast in their bathrobes and hair curlers is a southern thing? Maybe? It felt very strange to me, but that's not necessarily the hotels fault. Overall the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was quiet. There are literally 20 hotels at this 1 exit, so we would probably pick a different hotel next time just due to the rock hard beds and lukewarm showers.

First room was pet friendly and rug was stained and dirty. Changed to handicapped room as requested because had difficulty climbing over tub to take shower. The night shade was broken and unable to raise causing dark room No repair available. Difficulty finding since drive sign broken and no identification on building as driving in .

For the amount that we paid for one night, we were disappointed. Ironing board was broken, television needed 2 remotes to work. Staff had to assist. Bathroom fan was not working,, breakfast left a lot to be desired! The entire hotel just seemed off from the way Hampton Inn is usually run. I have never had issues like this with any other Hampton Inn.

I was not impressed with the service. I booked a room for two. Only one towel and one wash cloth provided in bathroom. When more were requested, one more of each was given. And their price for a pet was not exactly what I would consider pet friendly. 75 dollars is outrageous.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. It was quiet, clean and even the bed was comfortable. The kids even said the sleeper sofa was comfy. Hotel is close to shopping and food. The only downside was the interstate traffic could be heard occasionally but it didn’t keep any of us awake.

4th floor smelled like a wet dog, couldn’t connect to internet on my device. Phone was old as can be, no one answered at the front desk from the room phone after 7-8 attempts. It just rang. I had to reach them by calling from my phone. I stay at Hilton and Hampton all the time. Their phones usually have IT button on them but these phones were archaic. Because of security I usually have to have their internet support add me in manually. They said they didn’t have a number, no one knew how to help at the hotel. I tried the helpline, one guy said he could help, I asked if he knew how to add a MAC address and he didn’t know what it was! Then I was given a number for IT that was disconnected. Then another number didn’t service that hotel the I got the disconnected number again from another person. They called and it was in fact disconnected and he couldn’t help. For 3 hours I tried to get help and only option I was given was to change hotels at 1 am and finally they say they would mail me a paper check refund AND I could pay for another room. I stay in hotels 3-5 nights a week for work and this was the absolute worst. I will say otherwise it was clean and breakfast was amazing. Never again will I stay here because they were very non chalant and said things like, I don’t know a number we call the manager and I’m not calling my manager cause you can’t connect. I paid 178 dollars for this room and never again will I stay there.

The room was booked online and check in was lengthy due to $50 hold as well as no availability before 3 pm which complicated me settling to get ready for my sons bday. There was hair in the bathroom floor and shower. The toilet wiggly, the soap dispensers didn’t look sanitized and the wall behind the nightstand was dirty and had gunk on it. Breakfast was neat.

Long story short, when we arrived at the hotel they didn't have our rooms. It was 1am in the morning we drove 6 hrs from another state, we get there and our rooms were sold out. We went there for an event and everything was sold out all around. We ended up finding a motel almost an hr away at 3am in the morning. I do not recommend this place at all and if I could give it a zero star I would. They also haven't returned our money they took out from my card to “hold”’the rooms; its been almost a week

It was clean except for the small hole in the wall. And the dog barking in the room next to us for 2 hours . We did not know there was apparently a dog show somewhere close . I went downstairs to the desk but she said there really want anything she could and there were no other rooms to move to .

My overall experience was a good one, with the exception of three things: 1. When I checked in I was thirsty, and told I could not have complimentary water because it was for guest who booked directly with the hotel itself, and not through a booking service. I was offended because the mere fact that I selected to say at your hotel should have been welcoming in itself, because I could have chosen to spend my money elsewhere and not at Hampton. 2. I attempted to use the business office, I needed to print document, but the front desk clerk and I could not get the service to work. 3. I wanted to do laundry, but found out they did not have any laundry products available. They had been out for some time, and didn't know when they would get any in stock. I was appalled that the acting manager Amiyah read her response to me from a script directing me to go to other hotels in the area to buy laundry supplies.

Front desk receptionist was good, however my room (bathroom) was filthy. Shower was not cleaned and had various hairs all over it. Requested cleaning service to clean room and they did a poor job. Shoe print that was in shower was never cleaned.

My Room wasn’t ready at , 3pm, the front desk lady, was rude,she, told me to come back after 3, my room should be ready,when check in time is 3pm. My room smelled like mildew,the sink was stopped up. No one was at the front desk throughout our stay. Had to wait every time I needed assistance. Charged $75 pet fee instead of the listed $50 fee even after I showed the web page info. Breakfast selections were not refilled. Did not offer decaf coffee. Bathroom smelled like urine. Front desk woman was not helpful when she actually arrived at her station. We will never stay at Hampton inn again.

The room was “ok”. Everything was clean and it suited our needs for one night. The toiletries in the bathroom were empty, so I was glad we took our own. The toilet was not working properly and the front desk never sent anyone down to fix it, so we used the restroom in the hall for part of our stay. There was a $75 non-refundable pet fee, which was more than expected and not listed on Expedia. The check-out time was also earlier than what was listed on Expedia (the later check-out was one of the main reasons I selected this property). The breakfast was great. Food was good, fresh, and well stocked. This hotel would not be my first choice in the future and I would not go out of my way to stay here again, but it was quiet and clean and would be an ok option for someone needing a room in the area.

Great check in and check out process. Room was very spacious, as was bathroom. Ample towels and good water pressure. There was a heated pool some folks were swimming in, and appeared to be having fun. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Hot breakfast with friendly attendant. I would stay again.

I waited in lobby 10minutes for manager to come front desk! Isiah the manager was aggressive,rude, very urban attitude after addressing a concern I had when I called the property days before & Charlene a front desk left me on hold & had difficulty helping! I explained I understood she may have been busy & that’s ok! My boyfriend & I were insulted by his anger! ISIAH stated 3 times he didn’t want my service & to leave his property! He said you paid EXPEDIA not me so you can leave! I explained we traveled far & had no intention of a bad stay or conflict! He was loud & finally allowed us to check in! My boyfriend and I were calm & constantly asked him to lower his voice! My room 319 had a horrible door we couldn’t lock it, the wood in between the lock made it difficult to try to shut! I was afraid to ask for another room! We blocked the door at night with our luggage! Horrible Stay for 2 nights! I asked for a receipt for my stay he refused & said he couldn’t print it! I will complain to upper management

We were stopping to break up a long drive. The room was very nice and we were pleased with it. My only issue was that I booked my room online but once I got there learned the room could not have pets. The hotel was listed on Hotels.com as being pet friendly but there is nothing that says what rooms do or do not allow pets. I wanted handicapped accessible . I chose that but found out as I was checking in of these issues and had to pay more than expected to have my pet and get the handicapped room. I don’t know if that falls on Hampton Inn or Hotels.com. But there needs to be an option to select that you have a pet.

We checked in after waiting for 25 minutes with no one at the front desk. I called out for assistance and no one responded. Finally someone came out and said she was busy working on the computer and did not see me on the security cameras, which is alarming. We left the hotel for our activity and when we returned there was no water. The front desk was a bit annoyed when we called and could not give us any information. They apparently are the only hotel on the block that did not have water as the county shut it off. Not ideal to not pay your bill when you have guests at your hotel.

Our room was not very nice. The microwave did not work and we were trying to eat in our room. We had purchased the food downstairs in the pantry area. When I went to the front desk to speak to someone, no one was there. I returned to my room and phoned the operator. No one answered. I waited a half hour and finally someone answered. I had left the opened microwave meal on the counter at the front desk and asked that be removed from my bill. I was told it would be, but the next morning it wasn't. I had to again request that it be removed. I was also charged by both Hampton and Expedia so again, I had to request that my bill be corrected. Also, we were not even given a small bar of soap to wash our hands. So, we will not stay here again.

Our first and last stay, I wanted me and my wife to have a new nice experience it was ruin by I guess property manager who works in the back office. I shopped around with many choices to choose from I was impressed by the greetings of the manager and positive attitude. Thats why I booked. On Valentine's Day we asked questions on a $50-dollar extra charge just questions and she became upset, and it showed with her attitude our first-time experience, so we didn't know anything about 3rd party and where the other part of the money went booking and the differences of prices. We weren't looking for a discount just wanted to know more about why the extra charges manger became upset and it showed. Valentines Day was ruin from this encounter and the room was basic could have stayed home. My room is bigger nothing to be excited about and the room wasn't what we went to see in person before we booked. The experience was horrible didn't sleep all night and will not book again not up to the Hilton standards. We won't return staff wasn't really educated on why.

Whatever cleaner they use has a pungent smell. Left my wife with a headache. Pillows were not great either. I haven’t stayed at a Hampton in a while and this was most disappointing property for the whole 10 days. Staff were great.

Housekeeping staff pretended to not speak English but we heard them speaking English to each other on the elevator moments before!! What the heck?!
