The staff is amazing here. So friendly and professional. My only issue was the smell of old wood or mildew. I suggest packing slippers and air freshener. Definitely a nice place for a few day stay and convenient location. I would stay again.

Location was great, booked it for NASCAR race weekend. 20 minutes from the track and easy to get too. Check-In/Out was quick and smooth. 18-21 year olds CAN check in here. Front desk provided forgotten toiletries upon request. Chair was dirty, restroom wasnt the cleanest, couple of marks on sest that needed to be cleaner. Found a single hair in shower. Elevator felt older and hallways had your typical cigarette smell. Good deal for the price though.

We checked in at 7.00 PM the room not even clean yet very very dirty and also people shit on the floor so we left

Room was clean The front desk clerk told me he "accidentally" returned my payment, when I had prepaid ahead of time. He showed me an amount higher than what I owed that he had returned. I checked my account and I had no returned payment. I told him until my money was reflected as returned I wouldn't resubmit a payment. He told me to come by the front desk to checkout and pay again the next morning. I checked again the next morning and still didn't have a return. Then at 9am a cleaning person without knocking came into my room. Then again at 10am and 10:30am without knocking everytime. I didn't check in until almost midnight. So I was planning on leaving by 11am. Also the first room I was given the AC unit didn't work and I had to get another room. Making me repack up all of my stuff again at this time after midnight to swap rooms.

Unclean, people smoking inside, security doors propped open with rocks by staff in middle of the night, stains on sheets, broken toilet seat, carpet was disgusting

Shower loud key wasn’t working door messed up pool not working breakfast over at nine A.M.? You could hear everything in the rooms. From outside walking and sleeping. You can’t sleep because it’s very quiet and the rooms. And you can hear everything.

The whole room stunk. The bed has something sticky all over it. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We arrived late bc the NASCAR race ran late and the front desk girl was super rude. I would never stay here again

Breakfast was okay; the pictures made it look like there was more variety. But it was okay. My only 3 negative impressions: the elevator was out, our room smelled rather smoky. Not that anyone had smoked there, but I think the AC pulled in outside air, where a couple of people were hanging around the front, smoking. And that’s the other negative, a couple of sketchy people hanging around the front. But there were no problems, it’s just a “first impressions” thing.

Another five star stay at the sleep inn McDonough. The cleaning staff are very friendly and have great customer service. Even though the elevator was broken it was still a very good stay. Lucky for us we were on the second floor. The breakfast as always was 5stars.

This is a very good location. The rooms are clean. The hotels lobby is clean and the breakfast is top notch. Even though it is a little pricey for the area, it is indeed worth the quality.

Room was not sound proof. Heard next door neighbors talking, dog barking, doors slamming, TV early at 5:30 am. Bathroom shower was dirty.

Tube was VERY dirty. Bathroom lights not working properly. There was a very loud noise when turning on the light over the shower. My daughter was terrified and would not take a shower. Linen on beds was dirty. Smells like smoke in the hallways.
