comfortable and free from the noise the floor cooling systems make. Over a 4 day stay, all front desk staff members were friendly and clearly enjoyed helping their guests. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive so you didn’t need to ask for service. I travel from California and have family in the area so I visit several times a year. A few Downtown Atlanta hotels $$$$ could take a lesson from your staff on how to provide an excellent experience for your guests. Top level all the way. Thank you to everyone.

The bistro was a bit pricey and it seems they were going for a "Starbucks" vibe.

Location We’re locals . Stay less than 10min away. Kids was out for spring so decided to do a staycation with the hopes of enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. Super cold. And worst of all the jacuzzi was not working. For the money. Really wished we would’ve just stayed home and saved our money. Truly disappointed.

The breakfast looked fresh for what I could see from other guests. I didn't request breakfast with my reservation and the bar had a wide selection which I didn't drink due to had to many from the birthday event. It's a nice place to stay, plenty of restaurants and places to go shopping near by. The rooms were clean and nice and I definitely enjoyed the comfortable king size bed 😊.

The only reason I’m giving it a nine on some of the items is that there was no breakfast offered in the morning, the fridge in the room did not have a little freezer so we could freeze our ice packs. Other than that, the hotel is amazing.

The “included” hot breakfast was a simple continental breakfast - definitely not worth the extra $20 we paid thinking that it would be a real hot breakfast

The courtesy of the Staff and exemplary customer service. The cleanliness also stands out amongst the ratings of other hotels in the area. I would recommend during the Holidays in order to keep staff, guests and patrons safe is to hire security, which certainly would give staff and patrons more trust & confidence in Marriott.

Only had 2 carts for transporting luggage I paid for the room with Booking. Com However on arrival they had no record of it. I showed the clerk my receipt that said paid & had a reservation number. Loved the outside sitting area of the hotel is was gorgeous.Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. I didn't like the fact that if you bought something you had to charge it to your room. Also there was no microwave and the prices for food and concessions were a little steep.

Exterior has cracks. The hotel lobby air was out. They did not have the bar open due to no staff. I was told. I had a complimentary breakfast. To find out. They did not even offer this service. The elevator on one side stopped working and the one that did work. Felt unsafe. I was advised that renovation is starting next year. It is much needed.

I stay in hotels a lot for work. This hotel really surprised me. It was one of THE NICEST hotels I have stayed in a while, regardless of star rating. The rooms weren't brand new or recently renovated, but something about them was high quality and very well cared for. I was really impressed with this particular hotel/location. Also, the inviting lobby set up w/many different areas to sit and visit was laid out very well and comfortably.

The pool and hot tub were green with algae. The hot tub jets were not working.

The staff was friendly and cooperative but there was an issue with the door locking. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the room as well as the bathroom. Staff should have let us know that they only clean the room every other day when we were checking in.

We got the place for the hot tub but it was the same temp as the pool.

The hotel staff were great from check in to the bar and bistro area. Everything overall was clean except the pool. The water was very dirty which was a huge disappointment for my 4 and 8 year old. Other families came and seen the water left as well.

Double charged for 1 room. Booking.com charged me and courtyard by Marriott charged me. Nearly impossible to get fixed. Still trying to fix it. Courtyard says it’s booking fault. Booking has been contacted but have not got a response. It’s been several days now

We had a great stay. The only inconvenience was that I purchased to have breakfast each morning, and when we went to down to order they were out of food. No oatmeal, no yogurt, expresso machine was down. Now I’m trying to see how to get my money back.

I liked the people. They were Service oriented, friendly and helpful. I did not like room 132. It was smaller than room 131 and being next to the kitchen the bathroom was full of noises from the kitchen throughout the stay. The plumbing in the bathroom was loud due the kitchen.

My stay was short and I didn't get there until late evening. I booked the room because I had to go to a doctor nearby and get a procedure done early morning. Anyhow, the room was comfortable and very clean. The price wasn't too expensive either. I definitely plan on staying there again soon.

Particularly note the helpfulness of Kimberley at checking in and knowledge about local services - I’m truly appreciative. It was a trip to visit my brother who was hospitalised in a critical state but the hotel was conveniently located to facilitate our travel and staff helped to put my mum and I at ease without noticing. I will certainly stay there again & again. Amazing!

I'm kind of petty but, it's for a good reason. I'm glad that there was a fan in ther bathroom. I had to work during the day so my suite had two tv's and good internet. I definitely will stay again.

Everything was great until there was a knock on my door and the police was letting me know my car was broken into. There was 11 people who cars were vandalized and did management try to do anything to help??? No!

The room set up was weird and uncomfortable for watching the television, the TV did not work very well and the HVAC system was very noisey. There was no ice available in the ice machines either.

Very nice room. AC wasn’t great for August in Atlanta. The TV was hit and miss. Some days certain networks came in, later they wouldn’t. As a sports fan the ESPN networks not being on was not good. The WIFI was good. The lobby and other common areas were excellent. The pool enclosure was way too hot. A sauna!

Bathroom could have been cleaned better. I had my own disinfectant wipes, so I cleaned the bathroom myself. But I don’t particularly care for cleaning up someone else’s hair.

Marriott is false advertising this property! We were tired from a long day of driving. We were too early for checkin but this place said they had a bar and restaurant on site. This would be great area to wait. When I asked the front desk about the bar or restaurant she looked at me like I had a unicorn horn coming out of my forehead! She said you can get a drink after 5 pm. And for $9.95 extra you can get breakfast. I asked if it was a full breakfast cause I saw nothing in the area she pointed to. She said I think it’s like a bagel or something. I later saw a list of things that they offered and it was more than just a bagel. Never saw any other food options. No microwave as advertised. The remote on the tv was such a pain and so slow to react that you chose very wisely and tried to stay on one channel. I did not complain as we were very tired and went to bed early. The beds and pillows were not what I consider “premium bedding”. I feel I was mislead by the description Marriott put out. While the desk girl was very uninformed about things the cleaning staff and others we encountered were very nice. (Then we got evacuated by fire and police around 11 pm due to a guest’s device spewing tons of horrible smelling thick smoke throughout the 4th floor. But that’s another story.).

My visit was Good. Would have been excellent had it been the actual layout I selected. The room was very clean with a sofa and ottoman. Fridge was small. No microwave! I noticed some wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Could not adjust the a/c. Room may have been updated recently for everything in the room it felt crowded. No complaints on the comfort!

The hotel is conveniently located to the Interstate and very close to a variety of dining options. Hotel has ample parking available and the Front desk was very welcoming. Hotel is beginning to show some cosmetic signs of wear that we hope is addressed soon before it gets worse. Overall though, it’s always a pleasant stay as the hotel is quiet and the beds comfortable.

We always ask for a wheelchair accessible room. This is the third time staying in one of your hotels that it is not wheelchair accessible. It had no rails near the toilet it was not a wheel in shower There was a rail in the bath tub but that doesn’t work when there is not shower chair. The toilet was to short. Had my husband not been with us I would not have been able to get off the toilet because it did not meet ADA standards. Was told this was their ada room and in some aspects like light switches and bed height yes. But the rest absolutely mot

The interior of the hotel was very clean and inviting; however, the outside of the building and surrounding area was less inviting. I thought the hotel was closed and uninhabited when we pulled up because of the area around it having tall grass and the building needed painting.

I love this location, but I would suggest for handicapped accessible rooms installing more safety rails near the toilet and shower. The Staff at this location are great!! They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Kimberly was really great and provided excellent service!!

It was a good stay. The air conditioning was a little light for our liking, but we managed.

Very accommodating staff

The room was very clean, comfortable and pretty perfect. Check in was easy. I wish the bar/ restaurant opened before 5:00, but there are alot of restaurants in the area. I liked the infused water in the lobby, and the cookies in the evening. Free coffee in the morning was great too. The pool was being repaired so that was a little disappointing. Parking was really easy and safe. It was a wonderful stay.

The building on the outside could use a facelift and some area in the halls the wal paper was coming off the wall near the ceiling.

I reserved a king room months in advanced when i arrived i was told the king rooms were sold out and was given a room with 2 queen beds.. the beds were hard

I made a recent complaint on my last 2 stays. The plumbing has multiple issues. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and the tub doesn’t drain efficiently. There is backup of waste in the facilities on both the Third & Fourth floors. I also made a complaint of regular contractors who frequently stay at the Courtyard by Marriott who purposely double park so no other guests can park next to them. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but some guests are breaking the rules and are smoking in the rooms at night. Please do a Security check

Great stay and convenience

I love this property. Whenever I'm in town and family is out of town, I stay here. The property is always well kept and everyone is very friendly. It's convenient to all the shopping centers (Target, Belks, $Tree, Longhorn, Red Lobster, Wendy's, Chic Fil A. The room is always nice with a chic sofa and ottoman.The bathroom is cool, there's a divider to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom and they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forget. I love this place!

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. When I arrived she didn't tell me about the property. She rushed the reservation process so she could get back on the telephone. Then when I called on Thursday morning for wash clothes she said she was busy doing operating reports. When I called and asked when the supervisor cam in she yelled and screamed at me. I had to continuously asked for room service and the housekeeper said my room wasn't on her board to clean however she cleaned it anyway. Another rush job. My experience was horrible and I don't ever plan on returning to Marriott.

I was not impressed … check-in clerk was rude; breakfast buffet was not included; housekeeping only offered every other day; and designated handicapped parking spaces inadequate.😩

The only downside is that they need to update and add USB plugs to the room. There were zero in our room not even a USB in the light stand—a minor inconvenience.

The property is well-maintained but the rooms were not cleaned well. My room had trash on the ground and dirty fixtures upon arrival. I later found brown and sticky smudge on the blow dryer and toilet paper holder.
