The only way to have kitchen supplies was you had to ask for it. They didn’t even ask us a check-in if we needed something. They have a restaurant there, but it’s basically for the nightlife. It’s in a very industrial area with only a couple of places to go find fast foods and that’s it. I will not be going back.

Never got inside the room. We went by earlier in the day to pick up a room key because we are going to be arriving later. The lobby closed at 12 o’clock. When we got back, there were a group of us with five rooms. The room keys on three of the rooms did not open the door. We tried to contact the number to get help, but it just kept hanging up on us and there was nobody to get a hold of. We never got into the room and our other friends jammed eight people in one room so they could sleep. We slept in our car outside of the hotel.

Cleanliness was so so. Our room smelled like dog. The dish box they give you was alright. They don’t provide dish soap or paper towels, those are things you have to buy, which seems very nickel and dime like to me. Considering the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and it costs pretty decent money to stay, it just seems like those things should be included. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it’s not somewhere I would stay again.

We booked this hotel through Booking.com and arrived after a long drive, only to be told by the receptionist, Tiffany (who refused to give her last name), that our reservation “wasn’t in the system.” We called the hotel’s own reservation department using the number on our confirmation—they confirmed our booking was valid and paid for. Tiffany still refused to give us the room unless we paid again at the hotel, which would have pushed the cost to over $360 for a single night. She even admitted she could see our reservation and payment but said, “No room unless you pay again.” Around 10 p.m., exhausted, we just wanted the room we had already paid for. She claimed she tried calling someone for help but “couldn’t reach them,” then called security to kick us out because we were upset. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had—zero customer service, zero willingness to help. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve been to far worse, but I also expected better. The pictures are slightly deceiving. Tried to read what reviews had said about their stay. Seemed pretty good, so we went ahead and booked. The bottom of the shower pan was pretty stained. There was also no fitted sheet. It was just a top sheet tucked around the mattress. We had our dog, so I am not sure if when given our room if you get a bit more of the bottom of the barrel. But I just expected a bit more for the price. Like a few other reviews had said, I could have stayed up the road or more into sparks for the same price or like $10 more and had a much nicer hotel.

I think that if the mattresses were upgraded than this location is very well rounded, and every aspect. The only other thing that would make it even better is if they offered breakfast.Lol

Employees are nice enough, but no one answers the phone when trying to request late check out, a hair dryer, dishes, etc. No one is manning the front desk. You go to the front desk after calling with no answer and you still have to wait for service. It’s super frustrating. The rates are too high/overpriced for not enough staff. Will chose to stay at Marriott property close by for only $10 more. -Much better hotel. The cost for motel 6 to Marriott should be a lot different than that. Motel 6 is low end, Marriott is not. Something for owners to think about. The prices at this property (Motel 6) are not justified, honestly. With more properties coming to this area I hope you adjust your rates accordingly.

Everything was pretty nice and we liked this hotel. Most of the room was clean and very quiet, but the floor really needed a wet mop. It looked clean, but when I walked barefoot on it, my feet were covered with dust. Also, the blackout curtains were too small for the window, so the bright light came in on the sides and on the bottom.

I've stayed at a couple hotels in this area on my way from WA to AZ & this is about the halfway point. Since I'm only staying 1 night on my way thru, I check in around 2-4pm & check out around 1am to be on my way. So top requests would be pet friendly, quiet, comfy & safe (young female traveling alone) with my dog & I felt this hotel hit all of those points pretty dang well! I would give 10 stars for quiet; it's a little ways off the main highway & was absolutely perfect for me, I've never gotten as much sleep in those few hours as I did here! It's pet friendly & only had to pay an extra $10 per night, no $50-100 deposit you don't get back or anything like that, so 10 stars there! I felt extremely safe the whole time, it appeared to be mostly construction workers who were staying; I only saw one other female, but everyone was extremely friendly & no weird vibes from anyone at all. The only thing here to mention would be that I did run into a coyote in the parking lot on my way to check out; it didn't approach me & gave me decent distance, so I wasn't scared, but just something to note. My only other little hiccup to mention is my room did smell very strongly of a specific indian cuisine spice, I was only there for less than 12 hours so it wasn't a big deal to me, although I may have asked for a different room if I was staying for a few days. And there is a pizza place connected to the bldg, great for convenience! Overall I loved this hotel & will be staying here everytime!

The manager, Kelly, lacks integrity, has poor customer service! Booked a non-refundable room through Expedia. When we arrived after 10pm the desk clerk (new to her job) admitted that she had just given away our room to someone else...the last room on the property, other than the most expensive room they had. It was their mistake so I asked if I could have the expensive room for the agreed upon price with Expedia. She said yes, but the manager later charged us an extra $50 for the larger room that we didn't want or need. Disappointed that she didn't honor what we were told. On the positive side, the room was clean. Bed was adequate. Property new, but no frills.

I am typically averse to staying in any of the "6" motels or extended stays, but we needed a cheap place to stay and this Studio 6 had good reviews. It actually lived up to those reviews. I was very impressed with the layout of the room and the overall cleanliness. The hotel and surrounding area didn't have a sketchy vibe, and the staff was very nice. There didn't seem to be any noise from the other rooms, but we did get in pretty late and left early so maybe everyone was asleep. Plenty of hot water, and the shower pressure was higher than what I typically get in a hotel (i.e., it was amazing). Not a pillowtop mattress, but comfortable nonetheless. Overall a great stay, and I would definitely return if the need arose.

First hotels.com states the hotel is in Sparks, NV. It is about 20 mintues north of Sparks. This was very frustrating as all our time was suppose to be in Sparks. The other issue was the beds. They were very uncomfortable that had us tossing and turning. I woke up constantly with my arms numb. I would not stay here again. It was clean and the staff were nice.

Described as an extended stay but the room amenities are non existent for this purpose. Room was dark and dingey and surprisingly dirty for a fairly new hotel. I was supposed to stay 3 weeks, only stayed 1 night. Would have avoided that one night too if it weren't already after 10pm when I checked and it hadn't been a 30 minute drive back to Reno. Not convenient if you're looking for a grocery store or anything other than fast food to eat. Stay away!!!

Generally it’s a hotel u probably only want to just stay for a night during the travel. Bigger Fridge is a plus. The location is pretty remote and not many dinners u can choose.

Clean and quiet. 3 restaurants within walking distance. The only caveat is you have to request free utensils, shampoo-conditioner/lotion from front desk. Plus if you want shampoo and conditioner in separate containers, there is a charge. Other than that, really good hotel especially for a one night stay.

This looks like a relatively new hotel. Very modern and clean, with a helpful staff and reasonable rates. My room had a kitchen, plenty of bath towels and pillows, and everything else I needed to be comfortable. Very happy.

How can a modern hotel NOT provide a hair dryer and simple things like shampoo and conditioner? It is supposedly an extended stay hotel with a kitchenette but no utensils or anything to to eat from or cook with. This place is a joke.

Took forever to check in. No real check in area. Several doors to use the room key to get into the halls. Not a place I would stay again. Multiple day road trip so I needed a place to sleep. It worked for that but a hard pass on returning.

We had to be moved due to our first room smelling so bad of weed we didn’t walk in. The second room, and the only other option, was so dirty. There was pet hair all over the floors and sticky stuff all over the countertop It took 2 of us 1 hr to clean and we still found trash later that night. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful though.
