Parking is difficult if you arriving late

Bathroom: it was not clean at all! There were hair on the sink, shower and sink were clogged. The “mirror” is aluminum!! Reflection is distorted. A Barn door separates the room from the bathroom. No privacy at all. Súper extra thin - see- through towels. Room: Either you have a full blast of light or walk in the dark. No lamps in the room. No mirror as well. Extra thin walls. You can hear everything that is happening in other rooms. TV remote control is provided to guests upon request. If you forget to return it the deposit will not be reimbursed. You are forced by “ the lady in the shadows”, to leave a review from your staying before you abandon the hotel. She also suggests to book directly with them and not through Expedia. The neighborhood is shady. Pros: a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance. Never stay here again!

Muy sucio, las habitaciones estaban usadas, olía horrible, todo estaba sucio, ha sido el lugar más asqueroso donde me he hospedado. Renté dos cuartos y fue una experiencia horrible para mis amigos también, ahora me siento culpable. Las fotos del lugar son engañosas pues cuando llegas ahí te llevas una terrible decepción.

Just for a quick stay

When I needed the most I found this place and it felt like home for 2 weeks. I was abandoned by my fiance and he left me with nothing, not even a place to live. This amazing couple that runs the hotel were nice, sweet, sensitive to my condition and made me feel at home, I will be forever thankful, you guys made me believe that maybe there’s still hope on people. Despite that, hotel is clean, room is spacious, bathroom looks brand new, spacious and 10/10. They have microwaves, mini fridges and tvs at all rooms and everything functions pretty well Some of the other customers don’t respect hotel rules and staff. You all need to understand that as far as it feels like home it’s not your home. Respect the staff, hotel rules.

The place is terrible—filthy, absolutely filthy. There is hair everywhere, and the sheets are dirty. I don't know why they sent me to that place; it's worse than the Motel 6.

Staff was very rude. And nosey. And I didn’t get my deposit back even tho I left everything the way I found it. Take ur money else where.

The sheets were covered in visible stains and didn’t look fresh or properly washed. There were random spots and marks all over, which made it really uncomfortable to even think about sleeping in that bed. The mattress cover and quilt weren’t any better, with discoloration and patchy marks that made everything feel unhygienic. The towels were bad, old, worn out, and shedding lint everywhere every time we used them. On top of that, the noise was terrible. Every time someone upstairs flushed the toilet, it sounded like a waterfall in our room, making it hard to rest. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The building is in good condition

I booked night when I showed up. They said I showed up too late and then I couldn’t receive the room till later on the following day. I never received a refund cause it said not refundable, but I didn’t even stay there.

The front desk person wasn’t very friendly, and no where on the booking website did it say that a $20 CASH deposit was required. Thankfully my boyfriend had cash on him cause it was pretty late. Then we go into the room and ALL of the windows are open for some reason. This made the rooms feel so dirty and dusty.. Then my boyfriend goes to peel the comforter off so that we can lay under it.. We see that there are suspicious yellow stains on the white sheets so we end up trying to sleep on TOP of the comforter. We both lay down and my boyfriend feels something sharp on his back, and after looking we see that there’s some sort of dried clear glue or something like it that we can’t get off. Also, the next day we were trying to check out and there was no one at the front desk. We would have just left but we needed our deposit back.

Love this place. It’s quiet, clean as the staff treats me like family. I would recommend this place as a nice clean quiet place to stay.

It’s ok it’s like a last minute stay

Do not stay here. Parking lot was full and told us to park in the Denny's parking lot, which was filled with transients and people sleeping in their vehicles. Not safe at all!

The people who run the hotel would walk into the room without permission, while we were there once and multiple times while gone which is total lack of privacy and would knock on the door asking for extra deposit just for extending the stay which is totally unnecessary. They would make the whole hotel smell of food and didn’t do anything about people making it reek of cigarettes. The bedding wasn’t clean in either room we stayed in, smelled musty and not washed well. Seen a couple bugs, spider and roach. Fridge in room didn’t work and neither did the microwave and also the shower drain and bathroom sink was clogged.

It was a good experience full circle

I love staying at this hotel because the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was dirty -- the sheets didn't feel fresh, the toilet had black ashes like from cigarette even if the room was non-smoking, and there was even bubble gum stuck on the shower wall. Towels were thin and yellowed. We also heard loud shouting from another room, which felt unsafe. Parking was full, so the lady suggested that we can park at Denny's. I get that it’s a budget place, but cleanliness should still be a basic standard.
