There is no working hot tub. The Ice machines were not working. You had to get ice at the bar. There was no housekeeping in between days of stay. The wall paper was peeling off the main hall way. The nearest food I was told was wendy’s for late night.

Nice, inexpensive place to stay.

It was comfortable and relaxing. If I could have gone swimming, it would have been even better. Other than that, it was pleasant.

Will not be staying again

Cleanliness and location
-
Not essential to our stay, but the day desk clerk at check-in was an unsmiling automaton, never deviating as much as one word from his recitation of the hotel script & wholly unresponsive to guests' conversational comments. He was, however, competent at his desk job, though lacking the human touch.

Pool was being remodeled so it was not available. Always a nice

Superb

We did not have access to pool or hot tub due to water pipe burst. The elevator would not work on first floor trying to go upstairs. Had to go to desk twice and wait for person to go down hall and ride elevator down. The breakfast was great but one waitress for the whole dining room. Took awhile. It is a very good hotel if everything worked.

Check in was quick. Room was clean. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that we were to receive housekeeping daily but we never got this service. On day 3 was spoke to a housekeeper and he told us that we need to request service from the front desk. He was kind enough to give us fresh new towels. We still kept on hoping for regular housekeeping to come and at least change the sheets. No one came. Finally on our last evening I asked a housekeeper again about changing the sheets and was told I need to ask the front desk to have it done. I asked the front desk and he called the housekeepers right away and got the sheets changed. Note that on the 5th night the sheets were becoming very scratchy with lots of lint showing up all over. Perhaps the hotel could take note of this and make it a point to change sheets every other day most especially for long term stays like ours. Lastly, it looks like the hotel needs a soft renovation with stained carpets and peeling wallpaper all around. Very visible and noticeable was the construction near the elevators. Hope they do these upgrades soon. this is our 2nd time to stay here from out of town. Hopefully when we return they've already done the updates.

The only problem I had was I was expecting the pool to be open but it's been closed because of flooding that occurred months before. That was one of the main reasons I booked again at this hotel was because the first time I enjoyed the pool and the amazing breakfast that they serve.

Everything else was great, but the location is a bit out of the way.
-
It was okay, came at time of construction.

Staff where all very nice.
-
Some of the staff were awesome. Others, not so much. 1. Nobody would answer at the front desk when I tried to call multiple times. 2. The elevator didn't work 3. No USB port on my room 4. Wallpaper peeling off walls in hallways 5. Very few amenities in room 6. Restaurant's credit card machine was broken, but was not told when ordering.
