Never stay here. This place is more of a home for its tenants than a hotel. I should've paid attention to the "Extended Stay" in the name, so that's on me. The hotel smelled like marijuana and dog pee. The rooms were filled with animal hair and it was very unpleasant. The pull out beds had no sheets and we had a dog chew bone in the bed when we unfolded it. When we asked for sheets, we were given a set but they only had one pillow that they were actually set to throw away because it was too lumpy. Don't stay here if you can avoid it. Their pictures are very misleading. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere nicer.

The staff were really friendly, which is why I’m giving two stars rather than one. However, the ceiling in my bathroom had a patch that was caving in. It was clearly water damage that they hadn’t fixed. The stove was questionable enough that I didn’t try to use it. There was someone’s old empty cardboard six pack beer holder left in the fridge. Most of the other people staying there looked a bit unwell and hard up. The grab and go breakfast bar was abysmal. When I tried to use the coffee creamer pumps they had out, but both of them just squirted some clear liquid into my cup. It was definitely NOT creamer. I ended up just leaving that cup with the mystery fluid in it and taking a cup of black coffee back to my room. There is no coffee maker in the room, or at least there wasn’t in mine. It wasn’t a comfortable stay. As a solo woman, I felt a lot better knowing I had my large dog with me. Fortunately, I was only there two nights. I wouldn’t stay there again.

As we were driving there (1 hour out), they called and cancelled our reservation saying they had a pipe leak in 1 of the 2 rooms we booked. Then said they did not have the 2 beds room we reserved - just a king bed (for 5 adults). When I asked if they had any other rooms available, they said No. I asked if they had a sister hotel; and again no. They left us stranded; and didn't even apologize.

Breakfast advertised as full breakfast, it was only weak coffee and stale granola bars. Little to no shower pressure, water lukewarm. Floors scuffed, very small sheets and blankets and window was jammed in open position.

It started with having to walk into the lobby through the haze of smoke from the two men smoking under the No Smoking sign by the entrance. To her credit, the desk clerk dispersed them - by name - apparently long term guests. When we got to our room, we noticed that the lamp on one of the nightstands had no bulb. Which was really no problem, because somebody had removed the on-off switch, leaving a hole in the base! I went to the desk, showed the clerk a picture and asked if she could get me a lamp from another room. She said no, they were sold out. Hmm, on a Monday night in mid-May? I said I'd have to include this in my review, and she said "Fine, go right ahead." Okay then. Otherwise, the room was ok: clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not deserving of the name - a few granola bars and the like. McMuffin time! I guess long-term guests and no breakfast is what you get with Extended Stay. Reminded me of why I almost always avoid this chain.

Nothing they canceled my reservation last minute & didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience

First floor hallway carpet was dirty, but second floor was clean. Price was a decent value considering other options in the area. No breakfast or coffee in the room but that was part of the price.
-
Completely satisfied. No issues.

Oh and breakfast was bad coffee and hopes of anything... thanks but no thanks. I guess ya get what ya pay for. I was just expecting better baseline in that nice area...
-
Hotel was dirty. Bed had stains. Mold in tub and sink.
-
The kitchen was not equipped at all. The hotel was dirty and outdated.

It was a safe neighborhood The oven was dirty. It smoked up the room the first time I used it. There was no dishwasher like the app said was in there.

When we checked in, the staff were unable to locate our reservation for the night. I showed them our email confirmation along with the confirmation number and pin. The staff informed us our reservation had been cancelled but did not give us further detail. Earlier that same week, I added our dog to our reservation, and they were able to locate the reservation and add our dog to it with no issue. With no more rooms available, and the Toledo Marathon the next morning, and every other hotel in the area filled, we were forced to scramble and make reservations elsewhere. No email/call was made to notify us on the cancellation. Dont like to give bad reviews, but would not recommend using this hotel.
