Good location to the theatre and place to eat for an overnight stay. Hotel was very clean. Bed and sheets were wonderful. Older hotel but perfect for our needs.

Having aperson on a horse walking in the breakfast area above my room beginning at 4:00 in the morning. No sleep.

Was not like the description or pictures. Front desk check in was not pleasant. Room felt dirty and outdated. Furniture was rough and needs replaced. Needs major updates.

Hotel is older and has that older hotel smell - probably from a time when you could smoke in the rooms. Rooms were clean, but dated. It's time for an update but the property is still ok for a cheap overnight stay.

The good: comfy beds, helpful staff, clean enough, well maintained, standard hotel breakfast The bad: definitely dated, the AC rattled like there was no tomorrow, the floors were extremely creeky to the point I felt bad for the people in the room below

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was about standard for the Comfort Inn. The place itself could definitely use an upgrade, but the beds were very comfortable.

Great room for the price. We didn't get to breakfast on a Sunday until the very end of the timeframe it was open and it was still fully stocked with all of the options including hot food. Will add this hotel to my list when staying in Maumee!

Served my purpose for the short stay in toledo. Always smells nice as we walk in. The room was nice and clean, the pillows are nice and fluffy. The breakfast is good with a nice variety. Also the breakfast area is nice and clean and well attended to.

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent housekeeping, comfortable bed with plenty of lighting in room, ice machine working! And varied and delicious breakfast.

Rooms needed updated for handicap excess, electrical (should not see a power cord from a receptacle to an appliance) .
