    Nothing. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked this hotel for 5 nights, on the 3rd night at 10pm I felt something bite me. I get up and there is a bed bug on the bed I did not stay this night because I was told I could stay in another room but they weren’t going to check the new room for bed bugs. They refunded me for 2 nights out of 5 but not the night I actually got bit and left. The front desk host was rude after I showed him the bed bug he told me it wasn’t a bed bug just a regular bug. He told me he couldn’t give me his managers name. The manager after 3 days of trying to get in touch with him, told me that they had someone come out to look and since they couldn’t find any bed bugs besides the one I had in the bottle that bit me, then they don’t have any and they can’t refund me. To spend my money here and be treated this way is sickening. Booking.com were of bo help for accommodation leading me to sleeping in my car for the night.

    The place also wreaked of cigarettes and Marijuana i asked was the hotel a smoking allowed hot and the guy said no and came to our room to try and let us in our room not to mention the plumbing situation which i have video of ugh!     The location was in a pretty decent area Well I got in very late this was a last minute reservation. First thing I noticed was that the pillow case was not changed it had strings of hair on it . FLOORS very dirty i definitely wore my slides walking around . And also the sewer smell coming from the bathroom after flushing .

    The front desk guy that’s there all the time is such a great person he made sure our check in and out went perfectly smooth and he was very polite the entire week we were there! He didn’t let us being sheriffs on vacation be known and I appreciate that! I been to hotels before and it was nothing like this one it was clean peaceful and relaxing! Thanks guys!!

    Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! No apologies nor accommodations nor even an explanation! Doors slapping all night with the neighbors in/out the room. Not sure what was going on but it was way too much action in that building. Just loud and noisy both night I stayed there, The rooms are old and outdated. It doesn’t smell clean nor fresh in the rooms. I’ll never ever book with this hotel again.

    There was a roach in the room. There was a heavy smell of pet order remover and pesticide. The tub was chipped and not appealing enough to take a bath and this location shouldn’t be on any travel site. When I said something about the conditions to the manager there was another couple checking was considering checking in. When they heard our conversation they left and I was told I would have to check out the next morning due to that situation. I would like y money back and they need to be taken off of your hotel travel list.

    The room was fair , cleanliness was fair, and also the breakfast was fair. The only real problem is that my card was charged 3x for multiple charges. Mikey I believe he said his name was stated to my spouse that it was handled. It happened on the 27th and now it’s the 12th and my money has not been returned. Mikey claimed that there was a computer glitch which caused it to charge the room that many times. I’m still waiting patiently for my funds.

    We spent several weeks working in this area. For the money it was better than other hotels we tried for more money. We went back. Very easy to work with. They let us leave our equipment and trucks over a weekend we went home. A little dated but clean. Elevators could be an adventure but who doesn’t love an adventure. Breakfast was simple. Not enough hardy food for me.

    The staff was friendly, but upon entering and I knew I was not going to be satisfied but just the overall musty smell. The rooms unfortunately we're not better definitely has some odor issues. But at least the rooms were visibly clean. Also did not care for the $150 deposit that was charged to my card then I was not aware of before I arrived at the property.

    It was 1:00 in the morning and they could have put me in another room. The night staff told us we had to wait till 10:00 am the next day for the manager to do something. When I asked him to call because it’s an emergency, he refused. I will never book a reservation here or any Quality Inn if this is how they train their staff. The absolute worst hotel I have ever been in.

    The elevator stopped working while I was there and my room was on the top floor. On the day I was leaving , one of the workers attempted to enter my room without knocking before checkout time. If I didn’t have the latch on the door he would’ve seen me naked.

    There are far better options off Hwy 57 10-15 mins further down or up the road from this town. I was taken back at the $150 deposit of either credit or cash. I checked out earlier because I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I was charged $25 early check out which really irritated me. You have to fight for a refund which is ridiculous. So now I can only imagine if I will ever get my deposit back. If not I will take it to arbitration because it down right robbery. At checkout the man I dealt with was playing very dumb with me and saying he didn't know what I was saying, that was frustrating. It was noisy the guest across the way kept going in and out all hours of the night, during the night someone pulled up blasted their music for 30/40 mins, someone rewing their motorcycle for 10-15 mins, and you can hear the noise from the hwy but that's good for white noise. There was liquor bottles and trash all over the side of the building. The photos are very deceitful. Placed stinks a mix of things cigarettes, pot, old smell, and mildew. Our room the toilet leaked every time it was flushed, mattress stained very badly, stained sheets, ruined carpeting with stains and holes. Overall very dirty. This property is not well kept/mainatined. Regarding the stolen car review it was a repo from the bank. I don’t think that’s the case.

    I booked a two-day stay at this Quality Inn and Suites, and when I got there, I saw questionable characters lurking around. The place was smelly, dated, and unclean. I decided to stay for just a night and look for a better hotel in the morning, as I got into Chicago late at night. So I canceled the second day, booking with the hotel. The front desk suggested that I cancel the booking via Expedia. I looked for ways to get to customer service, but couldn't find any. Meanwhile, I vacated the hotel around 10 am the next day. And I'm yet to receive my refund. The toilet in my room was already clogged before I checked in! I have the habit of constantly flushing a toilet first before using it. So, when I flushed, the water rose and started spilling on the floor! Disgusting, I might add!! There were cobwebs on the wall. Please don't ruin your vacations by going there!!

    My brother's car was stolen. We felt unsafe, so we left the property. I tried to contact Expedia to ask if I can get a refund for one night because the stay was for 2 nights. They gave me a number to call, but they just kept hanging up on me, which is unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.

    The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and the shower head broke off and hit my brother in the back of the neck and he has Parkinson's and we told the front desk and they said maintenance would come in at 9 am and never came up to the room and they better not take it out of the 150.00 they made me put down because my brother was assaulted and nobody asked after his welfare. They videotaped us without permission walking out service animals. The air conditioner did not put out cool air and the casing was breaking apart.

    No one answered when I called the front desk several times from my room phone so I had to call the hotel directly for assistance on two separate occasions. The front desk agent, Kim, was very nice and polite. The continental breakfast was ok. The juice was very diluted and the oatmeal was instant in packages.

    When we arrived the receptionist was rude. We were told that there was $150 fee that would be returned in 10 business days. We ft like holding that amount was crazy. However, we weren't aware of this fee, so it caught us off guard. She told us that the fee was mentioned at the bottom of the website. If we gave cash then we receive it back once we checked out. The fed and the rude receptionist made the stay an unhappy one.

    The property is run down and badly in need of updating and renovation. The breakfast was indifferent - not even eggs. The room, supposedly non smoking, smelled as if a smoker had stayed there. The fitness center was a disgrace: no a/c, the water cooler was empty, the elliptical had a loud squeak with every revolution, the treadmill was not working, and the stationary bike had an open control panel on the front with wires hanging down. And the price was inordinately high: the most I've ever paid for a Quality Inn and Suites. One more thing: i used the rest roomo on the main floor once and it was not clean; the commode hadn't even been flushed. Ugh.

    Assigned 2 rooms: 1sg was occupied. 2nd room was not cleaned. Third room had dirty sheets and towels. Tbis stay was for attending a funeral. Never again at this location.

    Location was great however the customer service was not. There is no bathroom in the lobby for guest to use although there was signs pointing to one we were told it’s for employees only. The pet friendly room smell like pee and dogs. The carpets weren’t clean. Our first room the AC was out and at first they didn’t want to move us. The carpet around the ac was wet. Entering the hotel lobby smell of smoke and incense

    I didn't like anything and over The entire hotel looked and felt like a motel. The ice machines did not work on the floors and we weren't told in advance we had to use the machine on the main floor. The ice bucket was old and dingy. I didnt want to walk in the dirty carpet with my slippers. The soda machine had HOT soda. I paid too much and would never stay or recommend anyone to stay there. It smelled in the hallways and the breakfast was only waffles and different types of breads ridiculous! Im highly disappointed in the stay.

    Stayed at this place for a business trip. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The room was good. The TV didn’t work as great as I’d like it too. It was no guide to show you the channels and also the hot water was scarce first day. Had to take a cold shower, then I’m not sure if they corrected it but it takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes for the hot water to come on

    The housekeeping is terrible the amenities are below par I’m so offended by the price I paid the room smelled stale and there is no means for fresh air everywhere smelled the bed had stains the pillows were just stuffings it was absolutely terrible and I was stuck there because I already paid upfront for a week i absolutely hated it. I had to buy food to keep for the next morning when I had to go out early and it went bad cos the fridge wasn’t working and then the complimentary breakfast the waffle mix was too thick. What else I had to switch rooms. I don’t recommend.
