    Pool was closed and no one told us and it’s why we picked this place. Phone in the room didn’t work. Staff smoking cigarettes at the front door. A pair of used dirty underwear at the front door as you walk in. I want my money back. Do I contact you or the hotel bc they tell me you bc we booked with you.

    I came to town for a funeral and this was a very convenient place to stay. A little off the beaten path among the other budget hotels in the area, it had any amenities I needed. Staff was available and helpful though I didn't need much help. Breakfast was well managed.

The property was well-maintained, welcoming, and had a fresh, pleasant atmosphere from the moment I arrived. What truly made this stay stand out was the outstanding customer service. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. I especially want to recognize Chris from the night staff, who was incredibly helpful, as well as the morning team, who provided excellent service and made every interaction pleasant. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the hotel itself smelled amazing. The management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of excellence. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely return in the future. The Pool was not open.

    Shower lacks umph. Full hot is not quite hot enough. Beds are comfortable. Garbage truck loads just outside at 5:30 am, no alarm needed. Stayed for a week and will stay again.

    the breakfast was good The room cost me $125 but they required a $250 deposit. I enjoyed the previous hotel much better near by but this hotel was closer so I took it. But I am telling everyone about the $250 deposit which again is twice the cost of the room.

    I found a used tampon in my room as I was checking the room before we left and reported it to the worker at the front desk and gave our contact information.     such a nice hotel!!! we stayed here for a concert in tinley park and it was super convenient to get to and a nice and safe place for a bunch of us girls to be at! this hotel was seriously such a breath of fresh air compared to some that i've stayed at while traveling across country following my favorite band's tour :) also the free breakfast was great, the beds were SOOO comfy, and the staff working the front desk were super friendly!!! <3

    The property was quiet, clean, and comfortable. They had great breakfast in morning. I did not get my room cleaned unless I asked. It was not automatic. After day three I needed my trashed removed and some toilet paper and asked at front desk when I left in the morning. When i returned 12 hours later still was no toilet paper or trash removal.

    I arrived at the hotel at 7:30P and was back out of the room 30 mins later. I was in town for a memorial service. Got back to the hotel after midnight. Woke up Saturday to get ready for the memorial and hair was all in the shower. Hair on the floor under the sink. Not my hair because it's braided and no hair on the other part. It was disgusting to have to get ready and you are already in and emotional state of mind. Yes , I took pictures. Before I left I showed them to the desk clerk and no manager was available. Thisvladyvwssvvery nice she offered to have the room cleaned while I was gone. Well I knew I hadn't put my valuables up and declined. I said no I don't want them in my room while I'm not in it. PLUS THE ROOM SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLEANED BEFORE I ARRIVED. After the memorial I stopped by the desk on my way to the room after 5P different young lady, STILL no manager so I asked her to call the regional manager about my room not being cleaned. WELL I was told they couldn't do anything since I declined earlier to have it cleaned. Again not in my room that long after changing and leaving out again. Had to take clothes to my cousin's house so I could take a nice shower in a clean bathroom. Got back after 11:30 P. Checked out at 5:30 A. Not even in the room for a total of 7 hours all 3 days. And they wouldn't even give me a discount. WOW SO BE AWARE OF THE NASTY UNCLEAN BATHROOM. AND WHAT MAKES THIS SAD IS MY DAD WHO HAS PASSED USED TO LOVE THIS HOTEL, DIFFERENT NAME THEN

    I was a bit nervous to book a room here based on the reviews but to my surprise the property and the inside of my room were very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only complaints would be that the pool was closed and some of the food served at breakfast looked undercooked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

    Only cold water for showers both days. Stayed with a large group and several others had the same issue. Talked to front desk about it. Was told it was fixed for second day, but unfortunately it was not. Sink also had only cold water, and drained very slowly. Having to take cold showers both mornings was terrible.

    First this hotel needs to update there website, they do not offer a Continental breakfast not even coffee in the lounge. When we called prior to booking and were told they did and found out the opposite, this was a bit irritating. The room we were given looked like the bed was half made. There were was no blank on it, just a sheet. Holes in the walls from pictures, and I don’t mean small holes I’m talking big screw holes. One of the tv’s was a look but don’t touch. It was leaning forward so bad from two screws missing from the stand. The room has no remotes for either tv. There hotel is listed a non smoking, but when start walking down the hallway on the second floor all you smell is weed. There are signs everywhere MASKS REQUIRED, but the staff doesn’t wear them behind the desk and majority of ppl you see are NOT wearing them either. We did get blanks and remote for tv but wasn’t worth it, reception stinks. Only thing good about stay was staff was nice.

    Tv didn’t work, no garbage can, no coffee pot, heat kicked off in the middle of the night, bed was the worst I’ve slept on. My fault for not reading the reviews prior to my stay.

    When I entered the facility there were several people entering and leaving the facility with out mask on. There was loud music playing and a party going on in their conference room. The room I reserved was not available but I was not told that until I got to the room and noticed it wasn’t what I paid for. I called to the front desk to let them know and also let them know there were no blankets on the bed. The front desk lady cursed and hung up. My husband and I decided not to stay and asked for a refund. The nastiest place I have ever seen. I definitely would not book there.

    The staff was cordial and professional. However, the bed coverings had stains on them and the request for new sheets was ignored. The halls were trashy and there was no shower curtain in the shower. The remote for the TV did not work and their was a sticky substance on the dresser that we cleaned.

    Room was undesirable. Had a weird smell. Carpet was dirty. Room furnishings was old dated and stained. Customer service was excellent. Hotel needs a huge update. The location is good but to Invest in the property will be a huge advantage for the hotel’s business.

    The staff was great with check in/out. I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful. The room she gave me at first wasn’t clean so I went back down to switch rooms..She gave me a decent room that had its flaws. The carpet looked like it had blood stains, there were no light bulb in one of the lamps, the remote control was sticky and dirty, with it looked like food, there we also a blood stain on the wall..atleast it appeared. I stayed in the room, because the bathroom and the bedding was clean with my black light detector. Overall my stay was ok, but the housekeeping needs work, even in the hallway, wasn’t as clean.

    Check in was fine. Clerk was pleasant. Room was decent. Could have been a tad cleaner. Check out was pathetic. No one was at counter so rang bell. Clerk came out and asked what I needed. I said checking out. She said ok and just stood there staring. I asked if she wanted room key. She told me to put it on the basket on the counter. Never asked my name, what room I was in, no checkout procedure. In short, rude! It's very hard to be out for any reason during this pandemic. Not to mention hard earned money being spent at your facility. Anything less than the best possible, courteous service is totally unacceptable.

    The grounds weren't kept, the pool was inoperable, the lighting was poor in the lobbyand the rooms were not properly clean food was left in the refrigerator from previous guests. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family coming to visit the area.

    Rooms are very affordable but the cleanliness isn’t up to good standards. Customer service is terrible besides star. I love her. Management is terrible. Always seem to take money out your account then when confronted about they will tell it’s a fee a temporary hold once you check out you will get it back. That’s a lie. I never got it back. This happened three times to me and once to my significant other.

    Several problems. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet bowl. There was a torn lamp shade on the bedside table. The room key was deactivated the first night although we had the room reserved for 2 nights. The reviews online were rated as a 3 but I would only give this a 1 star review.

    I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Service is horrible. Someone always on the phone at the front desk or dancing. Somebody always walking into your room at 3something in the morning for 6 something in the morning. Very unprofessional.

    It was a terrible experience. Took forever to get checked in, then was sent to a room the was not cleaned, went to another room was to be a king handicap prearranged with staff. Didn't happen room was so small I would scrape the arms on my new $18.000 chair because I couldn't get in bathroom. The door opened outward which meant squeezing between door edge and wall or close bathroom door go out room then come in room go in bathroom while door was already open. It's to much. Things were broke signs up OUT OF ORDER. Police had to come do to Domestic Violence. Manager dress code very inappropriate. As far as I'm concerned the entire hotel was OUT OF ORDER.

    We did stay on New Year’s Day ! But I find that it is unacceptable for them to have not had our room ready considering we checked in almost 3/4 hours after we checked in. We had to wait for them to clean the room, the air took almost the whole night just to kick in, we had to ask for Blankets because they did not put one of the bed... other than that ig the stay was fine. I don’t like however how I called the desk and they told us they would call back because they were overwhelmed with the amount of guess checking in at once compared to the amount of staff they had that night !

    I arrived and was charged at the site, after I paid online, then had to wait as she FACETIMED her manager to receive instruction on how to process a refund and be scolded around how she should not have taken a payment. Made it to my room. There were only 2 face towels. The room was for me and my 3 children. We called the front desk to get more, they said they were washing them and to check later. I plugged up my curlers to do my daughters' hair, none of the outlets in the bathroom worked. I had to curl their hair in the area where we were sleeping. We left to visit family. Came back that night, called about the towels again, they still had none but said they'd bring them when they were available. This was around 11:30 pm after driving in from Memphis. The towels never came. We woke up in the morning around 7 am, and I called to get towels...at this point, it's incredibly urgent because I have to make it to a doctor's appointment. Shay, the manager who was facetimed the day before, answered the phone. She told me that she was busy, so I had to come to the front to get towels. I told her I could not come to the desk. She rudely agreed to bring them when she had time. Around 10:20 am, towels arrived. My 3 children and I rushed to prepare to check out and make it to my appointment.     The pool is under construction. Which of course nobody told us. We had 5 very disappointed children all weekend. The rooms are old and not in good shape. The lamp shades had inches of dust on them. The bathroom was absolutely horrific, and if you are not a fan of marijuana then stay away. I unpacked our bags last night and had to set them in our garage to air out. The hallways and rooms were permeated with the stink of Marijuana. We stayed here 4 yrs ago and liked it so much we returned this trip, however never again!

    We’ve stayed at this location several times before and our stay was pleasant, but this time it was awful. I suspect that the hotel is under new management. The staff was very friendly but the hotel is a dump now. The thermostat in the room was “broken”; therefore we could not adjust the temperature in the room. The carpet in the room needed a good vacuuming because there were crumbs around the perimeter of the room. We will never stay at this location again.
