The position in the onsen area, how easy is to access, the common area Only one bathroom, pillow too hard, really ugly looking shower, the window can't be shut and sunlight will come in early in the morning.

Strange and too strict rule. Book them if are already into city or plan to be there before 9 PM otherwise keep backup ready. Carry buffer of atleast 2 hours if you're travelling from other city like Hiroshima.

It’s a bit old; the shower room had molds (i didnt use it as i took a bath at dogo onsen honkan); small kitchen (not sure if there’s a lounge area but never needed it)

I liked the location of the guesthouse. It was very convenient being in the center of Dogo. There was a note stating that the aircon cannot be used between 22:00 - 17:00 without incurring a fee. (Listed in the room). This made the room very warm during the summer. There weren't many clothes hangers so if you wash laundry, you must have your own hangers. The shower also accumulated a lot of water and it didn't drain well.

It's a bit dark inside and just one shower for the whole place. The pillow was the most uncomfortable that I had in my entire life.

It's rustic, but that's presented fairly in the photos etc. Five of us squeezed into a room was tight.

The facilities were not really clean and there was no shampoo or soap provided.

The owner is a very friendly man who met every need that I resquested. The price is very reasonable for what you get and I would stay here again if I was staying on a budget. The location of this guesthouse is very close to Dogo Onsen, which made travelling to and from this location very convenient. Some sound proofing in the rooms would be nice.

The location was good. Bed was alright and clean. They opened the windows around the place so ventilation is good. No soap was provided by the sink or shower. I wish there was an electric kettle in the kitchen.

We really like the hospitality of the owner and the people who are also staying around. We were in a traditional room that caters 4 persons, in bunk beds with our own AC. We love that that they allowed us to store our luggages when we arrived so early for our check in and for check out. Kudos to the owner, you made everything simple for all of us. We also loved the availability of nearby restaurants, onsens, tram station, and convenience stores. Everything was so good for it's price. Will come back soon!

Very friendly owner and huge variety of guests made staying here a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and beds comfy, all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for pleasant stay! Towels are available for rent, but there isn't soap or shampoo so be sure to bring your own.
