Nice accommodation within walking distance of the center. If you choose a room with a city view, you can enjoy an incredible view of the Sassi right from the window. The host is very friendly and helpful, and truly takes care of the guests.

Hats off to Nicolo who waited for us to arrive a little later than planned. His briefing about Matera was very helpful to us in planning our explorations of this wonderful place, as were his restaurant recommendations. The location of the apartment just a few minutes walk from the Sassi was excellent. Breakfast was a combination of savory and sweet treats. Toilet and shower were a bit smelly on last day but probably a general issue rather than with the apartment

We had a room with the balcony, we lived sitting there for breakfast and dinner, watching changing lights of Matera. The breakfast of italian pastries and coffee was delicious. Nicolo the host was very helpful in what to do and go. It was a short walk to the main hub of Matera, a grocery store not far, and restaurants too. We should have booked for longer

Our room was really nice, comfortable and spacious, with a modern bathroom and great view from the balcony. Very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Above all, Nicolò was so friendly, positive and helpful, and we were very grateful for his recommendations. Highly recommended, thank you! Nothing!

This was a very clean and comfortable stay. The owner takes a lot of pride in ensuring his guests are comfortable in their stay. The room was spacious and clean. He also put on a lovely breakfast and gave us a map with detailed explanation on all the hotspots. It was a pleasure staying here! The room only had stairs up to the room

Nicola was a very attentive host who served an exceptional breakfast every day. The location of the apartment was great considering the price. It’s in a residential neighbourhood just outside the Sassi. The pillows were too hard for me but others may like them.

So happy we found this accomodation! It worked perfectly for our trip. I was a short walk from the restaurants, the room was super clean, the manager was very kind, breakfast was really good. All in all a great deal for the price we paid. Our room had a balcony which was perfect for us also. We were satisfied with everything. Perhaps if you have heavy luggage, you should consider that the property is a few floors up and there isn't an elevator. But this was quite ok for us and the manager helped us with our luggage on arrival.

The apartment was in a great location to explore the area. It was clean and modern, the bed was nice and the bathroom was great too. Our host was kind and helpful too.

Nice B&B and host, with a spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was good too, and it is placed in a very good location, 10 min to the old town by foot. Easy to park nearby. Nothing significant.

We had a great stay at Graffiti B&B. Niccolo was a welcoming host, who gave us some good tips to explore the city. The apartment is located exactly at the brink of the old town with an amazing view and just a few minutes into the center. The room was nice, clean and exactly as in the pictures.

The host was so kind and very friendly, at the first day he recommended so much "must to visit" places, restaurants where we can find the local specialities. The breakfast was really delicious, he brought us fresh pastries every morning. The room was very clean and cozy. From our balcony we could see Sassi which was very beautiful, especially in the evening.

amazing location. only a few minute walk into the start of town. tonnes of restaurants, supremme supermarket close etc. Host is beyond great, fabulous sweet breakfast, the rooms and facilities are so modern. just be aware of 3 flights of stairs in the building. not an issue for us but make note.

The room we had was spacious with a good view and the property is well located being a 5 minute walk to the heart of the Sassi. We had a good breakfast and were appreciative of our host's advice on restaurants and on parking which can be paid for immediately opposite in a parking lot or can be found easily enough in the surrounding streets for free. It is three stories up to the room so .our hosts assistance in helping carry luggage was a bonus.

A very warm welcome and a lovely room with stunning view of Matera. Very hot in the eating area - better if the air-conditioning was switched on.
