Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island

We left because there was no running water at the hotel.

The good is the shuttle to Kings Island. The bad part is the hallway carpet smells like animal feces. They do allow animals

Clean room , other customers were the problem the hotel itself was great

Ok -did not like the outside room entrance-kind of a rundown place

Great stay

This property is an excellent value for the cost, and right across the highway from King's Island! We just needed a clean place to sleep, and I was impressed by the generously sized fridge and the microwave in the room. While the property is not new by any stretch, our room was clean and so was the rest of the property. If your room faces the highway, the traffic is loud. I use special sleeping era buds, so it didn't matter to me, but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a west facing room.

Everything was good except being out of water 30 minutes after arriving

My friend and I have stayed here before and were impressed by the staff. When we checked in the person behind the desk was not very friendly. When the credit card was offered and a signature was required, we were told that it really didn't matter who signed on the credit card - we knew that couldn't be right. We are two senior ladies and was given room 118 by the pool and it required us to park in the parking lot and haul our luggage around the back of the hotel. On our second night, upon returning from our conference, we were locked out of our room. I tried calling the desk and the phone kept ringing. I walked up to the office, and this time another person was behind the desk and was quite inundated with people lined up for check in and the phone continuously ringing. I waited for only about 10 minutes, but my problem was taken care of professionally - unlike our experience the first night. Otherwise, the room was clean and the breakfast was great.

The room was clean better than some of the others that I’ve stayed at. Older not updated but I would go back again. Very friendly, door numbers were a little tricky. Main water broke outside no fault of theres. Breakfast was packed didn’t even get a chance at it. Smelled good. Good for a night to rest our headed.

Place was nice for our needs for 2 nights.

The room was okay. I’m pretty picky about cleanliness and I wouldn’t give it 5 stars but it was okay for the price. We did end up being offered a refund since there turned out to be no running water in the buildings. It would have been nice if we were told that at the front and didn't find out after carrying all our things to the room including our sleeping children.

It looks like the hotel was renovated and it was very clean. We really enjoyed our weekend there.

Beds were super comfy, rooms were clean, and a/c was wonderful. Only downfall was not being able to touch the banister outside due to an infestation of bird mites.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options good and staff was close by watching to refill anything that got low. Pool looked very clean as well though we did not go in it.

The price and location were fantastic.
