Staff was VERY good. . . GUS at check in was most helpful with any questions. We have stayed multiple times at Luxbury in Maryville. the only issue we had was some difficulty with some TV navigation.

Very clean and well maintained. Don't let the age of the facility lead you to bad assumptions. You cannot tell the place isn't almost new. Staff was attentive, continental breakfast was better than going out every morning. I'll give my best revue. We will be using this facility again.

The kiten was sketchy and the furniture was 1950 vintage. Towels were not absorbent and motorcycles were noisy at all hours.

This hotel was great to stay at. The staff was very accommodating by switching us to a first floor room due to mobility issue with my dad. All staff was kind and generous. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The staff are why this is my favorite place to stay in the area, they really care about the work they do and the people that stay with them.

For a motel, it was very nice. You could tell it was older but EXTREMELY clean and maintained. Staff was very courteous and you had your choice of places to eat. Some paper towels and detergent in the kitchenette would have been helpful.

Cleanliness was sub par, our bathtub had a huge hole in the side of it that was covered with black duct tape. Our bathtub dispensers (body wash/shampoo) were empty. 1 pack of coffee (1cup size) kitchenette POORLY stocked. Great location. But a 1 star at best. Very disappointed.

Beds were very uncomfortable and I didnt read about the deposit. It was $100. The water pressure was really good but the shower squealed when you used it. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing and the older gentleman man that checked us in was very helpful, and the older lady that made breakfast was also very helpful and sweet. We are from Michigan and will definitely be back!!

This is a good budgetary stop for a quick night of sleep. Property is aged, in overall okay condition but isn't a place I'd lounge around for awhile at. If I want no frills and a quick rest, Luxbury is good for that.

The stove was broken; the furniture was old and dirty, the house keeper intentionally did not change our sheets and left the pillows so we could see that the sheets weren't changed.

Unfortunately there was no one manning the front desk and she had to deal with the phones and stuff.

Booked a room for a week, had to leave during the third night because my boyfriend had bug bites all over him that he did NOT have previously, no refund was issued.

Great stay! An older motel-style property, but well maintained and VERY clean. Deluxe rooms have kitchenette with full sized fridge, 2 TVs, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. As stated, very clean. Located close to many fast food chains, restaurants, and shopping. Well lit parking in front of rooms. For a small operation, they had an excellent, little breakfast -- real scrambled eggs, biscuits & white, meatless gravy, waffle station, fresh fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice, milk. Again, very clean serving area. Friendly, attentive staff. All in all, a great place to stay for less money than a hotel chain.

Room was clean, a bit dated but ok. I had paid for the room when I booked it and was informed I must pay $100 deposit that I would get back if room was not damaged. That is fine, however I assumed I would get the $100 back the next day at check out. No. it took several days and I don't like the fact they took more of my money after it was paid and it taking several days to get back

We have stayed here so many times and this was the first bad occurrence. The room number was 111 and it had cockroaches in it when I reported it. They said no one else had reported them that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I did receive a small refund, but I’m very disappointed

Though it's an older property, the parking was easy. There was everything in the kitchen I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was nice. Easy check in, easy checkout and fit my needs nicely.

The door did not lock when you left the room. You had to shake the handle several times until it locked. We were told it was the way the way the weather made it. They had not intention to fix it. Our room also did not come with a microwave either.

The weekend stay had its limited ups and many tremendous downs. I arrived on a busy Friday evening and once you find the place tucked behind two fast food restaurants and the parking lot of a bank you’re greeted by a friendly staff. That’s one of the few positives, the staff. The motel is old which I knew coming in but the price was right. I entered the room and found the refrigerator not working. I immediately called the front office and she said huh I didn’t know that. If you want to move you will not be on the top floor. Not oh my I will see what I can do. But hmm I can’t really help. I found it to be unplugged and once plugged it in the motor almost vibrated out of the bottom. I told the front office and she replied that they would not be able to have someone look at it until Monday. So basically no refrigerator for my entire stay. Very nice- not! Worn out towels and limited lighting greet you next. Small updates have been attempted but Walmart tvs they do not work properly quickly diminish your hopes. Overall I would not recommend nor stay here again!

Staff was courteous. The room was needing an upgrade. The towels were so worn that they looked dirty. The ice machine made terrible noise even though it wasn't hooked up to make ice. The faucet needed to be adjusted because it would blast water everywhere. The living room tv had lines going through the show for about 20 minutes before it would be clear. The sheets were awful very worn like the towels. It was very disappointing. We won't return to this hotel. I will say again the staff was great

The shower was unsafe — the mounted container holding the body wash fell off and cut my daughter’s toe. The refrigerator smelled so bad it couldn’t even be opened. I took photos of everything because the condition was completely unacceptable. We arrived very late the first night and had no choice but to stay, but after leaving early the next morning and returning later that night, we decided to check out immediately and go elsewhere. The woman at the front desk was rude and argumentative, refused to check us out or issue a refund, and said we’d lose our deposit because it was “after a certain time.” She even tried to argue multiple times that the room “probably wasn’t like that” when we checked in — completely unprofessional. I would strongly warn anyone considering this hotel to stay far away. It was dirty, unsafe, and the management clearly doesn’t care about their guests.

Complete kitchen facilities for extended stay!! CLEAN!! Comfortable bed!! Registration tricky but came out OK( original reservation changed from Thursday to Wednesday without problem, but request for accessible room didn’t get carried over! He said don’t worry, I’ve got one.). Get to room and it’s on the first floor ( which is what the registration attendant ment). Living room easy to maneuver with walker, bedroom great!! Bathroom very small, no grab bars and ow toilet!! We made it work!! The breakfast was good and fresh!! Even without the accessible room, we would stay here agsin!! All workers friendly!!

Friendliest gentleman at the check in desk. He listened to me ramble on about things and had conversation. It wasn't appeasement. He was real not stale or generic. The room was spacious and clean. Appears to be recently updated maybe. Breakfast was fresh and good too.

Wonderful place to stay

Check in was super easy. Room was very clean and tidy. Kitchen had most basics needed and the complementary breakfast the next morning was a nice touch. Plenty of food options close by as well as a target for anything else you might need. 10/10 would stay here again.

Check in was good. The employees were pleasant. The linens are old and the bedding should be replaced. There aren’t a lot of places to stay in the area. It is pricey for the type of property. We travel a lot and I feel it needs some TLC.

However, the towels need to be replaced! Every one of them was dirty and dingy! They were white at one time I'm sure, but now look like they scrubbed the floor with them. They only gave us three towels and when we asked for one more, they told us we could only trade. ( Believe me, NO ONE would want to steal those rags) Pic is of a washcloth unused. All the towels were like that and they were small and thin. Also, the ice maker in the fridge did not work either. Got a good night's sleep though!

Nice little dog friendly hotel. The pet fee is much lower than larger hotels. The room was very clean although somewhat dated. Would like to be able to set the air conditioner lower. It would not go lower than 72 degrees. No fans to circulate air. Overall, the room did what we needed. We just needed a place to sleep and the price was right. They have a nice yard behind the hotel to walk and exercise your dog.

Went with 4 stars due to a noticeable smell inside the room and a poor quality mattress. I could hear the springs inside the mattress squeaking when I sat on it. The complimentary breakfast was rather thin, but for the price, I wouldn't mark down just for that. Convenient to businesses and restaurants which was nice. Not sure I will stay there again, May pony up a little more money and stay at a nicer place.

We went to visit friends that live local. When we pulled up I thought I had been over-promised by the website because I thought it was a Hotel, not a Motel. I was wrong. Very nice place, room was clean and everything worked. The window actually opened, which is unusual these days, but a big bonus since I like fresh air. Breakfast was, unsurprisingly, nothing special, but when we got there at 845 (over at 9) and the eggs were gone the assistant/server made a fresh batch right away. REAL eggs. Overall a very pleasant experience!

The suite motel is an older building, but its been well maintained. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Not just muffins and coffee, but scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, along with a waffle iron to make waffles. There was a reasonable sized fridge as well. I will be booking a suite herr nexr time im in town.

Stayed just one night but a great location and pleasant stay. Well equipped room and having the kitchen was a nice added benefit. Breakfast was great.

I didn’t get the ADA room advertised because I did not check with the property. You should know it is a motel. Two stories, no elevator.

The room was awesome—actually had two bedrooms (one in back, one in front off of kitchen), and a kitchen with stove, large fridge, etc. Very nice. The back room was totally quiet and overlooked fields. The front room could get noisy as some guests stayed ip late chatting in chairs outside their rooms. The place was clean, equipped, nice.

There were bed bugs under the sheet and I have been unable to resolve the situation as I paid for a clean room and did not receive that. Therefore, I should be refunded for the experience and expense of having to go to a different hotel that provided the clean room that I paid for. I am extremely disappointed in how Expedia has handled the situation as well!

It has been a great struggle to get a refund for the 2 nights we could not stay. We have asked 4 different times and keep getting the runaround. I asked for a way to fill my water in the lobby and they said there was none. Someone else asked and were directed to a sink in a back room. Lightbulb missing in the bathroom. There is a sink but no dish soap available.

We just needed a reasonably priced,one-night stay near the airport and this place fit the bill perfectly. The staff was super nice and we were pleasantly surprised by the full living room, kitchen, and two televisions. It’s an older building, but well managed and well kept.

Convenient stay for our trip to The Shed since it was so close. Worked out great for us. We were 2 couples so we had our own bedroom in the room. Plenty of room in the living area with a full size fridge. Had 2 hair dryers. One was at a sink area outside of the bathroom so 2 people could be getting ready at the same time. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion so bring your own. This was fine for us. Only a one night stay. Will always come back and recommend!

The property's location was good, with plenty of fast food nearby and other restaurants in close driving distance. It was a very commercial area, which can be both good and bad depending on what you like. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was basically clean. The facility is not new, and suffers from some maintenance issues. The full sized refrigerator worked fine as a fridge, but the freezer was not cold enough to keep ice frozen. The drain in the tub was very slow as well, and the furniture was not particularly comfortable. Towels were a bit worn and the bedspread was stained in places. Breakfast was fine, limited to only a few items but adequate. Overall the experience was okay, but I expected more given the very high ratings.

I didn't even know Wi-Fi service was available. The person who checked us in was a tad unfriendly and I didn't feel comfortable asking questions. However, the older lady that was doing breakfast was absolutely amazing. I believe workers were working in the room next to us and smoking marijuana because our room was wreaking of marijuana the whole time. If you like it it was just okay. Honestly, we ended up leaving early because we just didn't want to stay anymore in that room.

You get what you pay for. We only stayed the 1 night. Loud pipes when the upstairs room took a shower. Was woken up at 6 am by loud pipes & then what sounded like kids stomping & running around. Bed was uncomfortable, pull out couch was dirty, sheets stained, & musty smell. Staff was friendly.

This is a dated property however it was very, very clean. I apprecaite that. There is some nostalgia with this property as well because it reminds me of simpler times. I will be back due to the customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms.

It has great potential. Older but not bad. Cleanliness was an issue. Floors in bathroom were cleaned with dirty water. Dirty residue all over. Bedroom smelled of damp mildew. Carpet floors made my socks black.

Indian owners very accomodating and friendly. Can hear road noises, unfortunately. Very nice, clean kitchen suite.

The staff is amazing. Every morning we had fresh hand made breakfast. Every day they straighten up the room. They have a laundry facility on site. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and if you didn't want to cook there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

This place is a gem! I stay frequently, repeat 4 times per year. Always clean, quiet and friendly.

Although they were going through remodeling, carpets,and i was asked to move to another room so they can continue

After visiting the room, I informed the front desk of four issues with the room. The lamp by the bed had no lampshade, a missing hanger from the closet (the hanger ring was present, but no hanger), bathroom lights not working, and a missing shower curtain liner (this caused a big mess on the floor everytime I took a shower.) I was constantly plucking long hairs out of their fleece blank. (I don't have long hair, hum... I ended my stay there early because they wouldn't any of the issues. I checked into the holiday inn down the street. They didn't have any issues. Sorry, correction. The Luxbury did replace the light in the bathroom. Oh, and they did have a nice little continental breakfast setup. P.s. I'm still waiting to see if I get my $100 security deposit back.

It was very noisy as they were remodeling other rooms and installing new carpet. they were banging away until 830pm and stated up at 8am the next morning. Who what's to hear that while they are on vacation?

Nice place to stay not far from the airport. Good value for money. Easy parking and safe area. Supermarkets and dining options nearby.
