Amazing… as were others who work there!

Very clean. Very quiet. Will be booking again. Only thing would probably be put the cooler on the table in the room not the bathroom.

3 night stay. Clean room. Breakfast was great and kept fresh and hot by the attendants. Plenty of parking. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good stay!

Everything was perfect but the clientele was a bit iffy.

The mattress had stains on it and then found some nasty dried gunk on the comforter later that night. Also outdated furniture in the room.

Pleasant staff, good location right off of highway, close to many fast food establishments. Free breakfast was good. Clean room. Good price. Squeaky mattress and/or bed frame. Very sticky TV remote for TV that was stuck on one channel (probably due to the condition of the remote)

It needs updated big time. For what they charge it is not a great deal at all. Their pictures on the site are very outdated. Believe me it does not look like those pictures. They should either update the pictures or update the whole building.

We didn’t see anything of interest in the breakfast provided. We felt the bathroom and the bedding was clean. That was what was important to us.

Booking was easy and fast. Staff was helpful and informative. Great breakfast options too.

We arrived super late. Our bed sheets had a coffee stain & hair in the sheets. There was also hair in the bath tub. The property is kinda run down. Staff was friendly & the breakfast was decent. Parking is easy & accessible.

They gave me a handicap room and the beds were worn out. This was my 3rd stay here and will be my last.

Front desk folks very pleasant & informative. Breakfast very good. The room (King suite) very dated, needs improvement. Old bathroom, sitting chair/ottoman worn out and rug old and major stains. I cannot prove but as a former smoker seemed like some smoke odor still remained faintly.

Conner at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The carpet appeared new and the room was clean. The only minor issue is the appearance of the exterior room doors as you walk down the hallway. They are banged up, scratched and dented and need to be replaced. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Refer was broke loud hum. Had to turn it off. So called free breakfast was terrible.

It is a very clean hotel with very nice staff. Breakfast comes with the room. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

Room was clean but a bit older furnishings (carpet, ceiling, shower enclosure). Service was great with easy check-in/checkout. Coffee was hot, breakfast was good and convenient. Nice, comfortable stay for the price and low allergen room.

Room wasnt the cleanest. I believe the linens were clean but it general the room wasnt clean. Found hair ties by the bed. Things left in the refrigerator and the bathroom either needed to be deep cleaned or tub teplaced. Wouldn't stay again.

Bathroom sink was dirty floors were not vacuuming. It was here all in the bathroom in the carpet or just healthy.

Front desk was helpful when we needed to check in. Complimentary breakfast was decent. The only issue we had was our room felt stuffy even with the AC on. We checked and noticed the air filters were not cleaned as they were very dirty. We were hardly in our room as we visited family and only slept in the room so I didn't bother asking for assistance.

It wasn’t the best accommodation but the staff definitely made it better. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping was not consistent but they did an ok. The breakfast was ok…beware it says breakfast is till 9:30 but if there’s no hot food left at 9:10-9:15 you won’t get it. I heard the employee tell someone the oven gets shut down at 9:15

Here for family weekend. Clean facilities, great breakfast, nice pool. Staff was very responsive and professional. Sad to see foam disposable products, plastic utensils. Wish there was a better answer to so many plastic water and drink bottles.

First time reviewing any place I’ve stayed. It was not very clean and the property felt creepy which I know is vague but it’s the feeling I got. So much so that as soon as I arrived I started looking for another place to stay in the area even if I lost money. I ended up remaining there because I was traveling solo and didn’t have much time that I was physically going to be in the building.

Clean room and friendly staff. We visited Harpers Ferry and this hotel was nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay. We were there 5 nights and the whole place is very clean. The hot breakfast every morning was very good. Our room was very nice and clean. All the staff we met were nice and friendly. We will return in the future.

The hotel needs to do a lot of updating to the rooms and amenities. In my room the refrigerator which was loud ran all night long, it never shut off. I told them at the front desk when I was checking out. The shower had no rubber mat on the floor of the shower so it was very slippery. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, Wi-Fi was out but that was explained right up front. Facility was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries! Would be happy to stay their again.

We stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites Aikens Center 4-11 -4-13-25. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our king bed room was clean and comfortable. Lots of space! Towels were soft and plush. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, as well as waffles that you make fresh, yogurts, breads, danishes, etc. It was nice having protein available for breakfast to get the day off to a great start. Coffee, and hot water too. Room temp was good. Quiet. Location is central to everything you could need. We have stayed there before and would not hesitate to stay again!

Perfect place to stop on my road trip. Easy access to the highway.

Was not as clean as rated. Bathroom was rough. Shower was not in best shape. Shower curtain was ripped and hung low into the shower about a foot extra in the bottom of the tub.

This is a great property certainly for the price. The staff were extremely friendly. There’s a bit of a drive to dine anywhere decent but a new restaurant going in across the street which should be fabulous.

Was supposed to have a couch, but only had a chair.

My special request for a room away from the elevator and vending areas due to being a light sleeper was honored.

The staff was very friendly, check in was very easy and quick. There is only one elevator that is not very large so bringing in our things took a bit more time. While the hotel could not control the situation, there was a gathering of cars in the adjoining lot and many were racing up and down the roadway. Again I understand this was in not the fault of the facility as it was not on the property.

Unfortunately the hotel was a bit dated and smelled of smoke. Overall It was clean but there were obvious need of repairs.

I have stayed there before and as always they were very good with everything this time I went in the summer and was able to use the outdoor pool which is kept very good too, open until 10 pm

This hotel was ok. The staff was great.

We were traveling back from visiting family and friends and decided to call it a night. We booked the room after thoroughly checking through Expedia and reading a number of reviews. The property does show its age in some areas, however, overall it is a fine place to stay. I have no problems recommending this to anyone. When looking through the reviews, there are a few ridiculous ones that were put in there that gave the place low points, but I ignored them.

When I arrived my tv was not working and then the staff could not fix it. We were switched to an upgraded room but it was not clean at all. You could see the grease on the backboard of the bed from the previous person that stayed there. We came back one night late from a wedding and our door was broken and would not let us in. I had medication that I needed urgently and I almost passed out from not having it. That is a safety issue!

Bed comfortable, check-in responsive to room desired, room temperature on the warm side, refrigerator very cold but hummed continuously, breakfast selections standard but hot food rotated daily, nice pool for warm weather, lots of eateries near by and easy access to downtown.

The staff is very friendly, and they keep the hotel very clean. Our things was safe in our room when leaving behind. The front desk staff gives a, professional, family and safe environment.

Upon entering the room we were hit with an overwhelming cleaner, but soon found the source. Two plug in air fresheners set to max level. They burned our nostrils and gave us a terrible headache. We unplugged and put in the bathroom cabinet. The roon is nice otherwise.

We have stayed here before & is our "go to" hotel of choice. Pricing was good, free morning breakfast, and they keep lemon water & ice tea in the lobby for the guests. Very comfortable place.

This property is a little beat up and outdated. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a little dot of blood on my conforter and the light switch in our room was black with dirt. Overall it wasn't horrible. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was exceptionally clean.

It's a wonderfully convenient place to stay, hotel is nice and clean, free breakfast is good and offers different options, overall good value for the price. Only real negative complaint is bed was extremely uncomfortable. A firm mattress is not a bad thing, but it was more like sleeping on a hard floor instead of an actual bed. Otherwise its a nice hotel.
