The staff was amazing!! The Location is incredible! Maybe should have been more cleaned up, had some dust in some spots. The locations on maps and google maps is slightly wrong, it’s a little bit further on the street.

The location was excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fresh. On our last day, we had a very early check-out, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us in advance. We really appreciated that. The address listed on Booking.com does not match the real address. Always search for the hotel name (not the address) on Google Maps. The shower drain was clogged and dirty. The air conditioning worked fine at times. Sometimes, it would turn off by itself and we had to turn it back on. But other times, it would shut down and get stuck, beeping nonstop, and the only way to stop it was to cut off the electricity from the main breaker of the whole building! The only person who could do that was the house manager, so it kept beeping endlessly for many minutes since it was impossible to turn it off with the remote control. The AC drainage pipe went directly into the bathroom, so every time it was used, it flooded the whole bathroom. The electricity was constantly fluctuating. Because of this, the worst happened: my partner’s laptop burned out its motherboard!

It’s a very pretty and quiet Riad with a nice terrace and very kind staff. The breakfast varies a bit from day to day and I found it a bit too simple (olives, cheese, eggs missing). But everything else was great :)

The staff is exceptional, always attentive to every need, and made the check-in process a breeze. While the rooms lack windows, which can make them feel a bit claustrophobic, the terrace provides a great escape. We spent a lot of time there, enjoying a peaceful retreat without having to venture into the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. However, it’s not quite as relaxing when you're looking for some quiet downtime. What we didn’t enjoy was the lack of windows, making the rooms feel dark, and the absence of a TV. Without an iPad or something to occupy your time, it can feel a bit isolating. Additionally, the narrow streets make it challenging to get a taxi, so be sure to plan ahead when heading to the airport.

Riad is little old so if you think that lavish stay then this option will be not good

It’s well managed and there’s a constant manager to support N/A

Staff were friendly and patient. Breakfast was very nice. Location is perfect, near all the historical landmarks and gardens
-
We liked the homemade breakfast, the host's kindness, the room, the location the room wasn't insulated enough, being separated from the others by a simple wooden door, but apart from that it was nice.
-
Very good location, friendly staff.
-
The room had humidity so our clothes especially the pjs would smell even until the other day

We were scammed, offered drugs and almost being taken to a random house. No word of English nor French, but says it’s English speaking accommodation. We never felt as uncomfortable and unsafe as we did there. Due to this we had to find another stay, spending the extra money we didn’t attend to, while not being able to contact anyone because of bad signal. Do not book, unless you want uncomfortable and scary experience.

Breakfast Location Friendly staff Musty smell Felt dirty Uncomfortable bed
-
Centrally located. Comfortable room in a nicely decorated Riad with a roof terrace. The room was dark and needing to knock and wait for someone to open the door every time you enter can be annoying.
