Staff was super nice and accommodating. Location is excellent, short walk to most sites. AC worked well. Breakfast on rooftop was good. Bathroom facilities not the greatest, but everything functioned.

stayed at riad fantasia for two days but ended up adding one more because the atmosphere was so nice everything felt calm and welcoming. Sanae Ilyass and Zakaria are the sweetest and so helpful made the whole experience even better would definitely come back <3

The building is beautiful and the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Check in was smooth. Good option to stay few days in Marrakesh. In the room was missing the trash bin and the cleaning in the bathroom can be improved. Toilet brush was also missing.

- The location is great, near the old sqaure & many attractions. - The staff were very friendly & helpful, specially Sanaa & Zakaria at the reception, they were very nice & supportive. - The vibes & atmosphere were really nice. Nearly everything were fine, the bathroom was a bit small but managable.

Very quiet. Right side of town regarding the airport. Easy trip pick up. The bathroom was very small.

The lokal was perfect and the staff were kind to help us anything. In December was quite cold. In our room the ACs heater part didn't work so we have got an other room for one night and then they gave us an other one for the rest of the days what was all good and quiet comfortable.

I love the location of the riad which is not congested inside the Medina, peaceful and very accessible to the pickup location and tourist sites. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great for solo travelers and for the budget specially staying a week or more. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to my friends. Perhaps putting nice lights at the courtyard to make it more attractive and some improvements to attract more guests. Add more variety in breakfast meals. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Good location and the top floor was excellent. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. There was no ventilation and extract fan at the attached bathroom. The AC in the room when we were turning it was giving bad smell. Also there was no cupboard and hangers in the room for cloths.

Beutiful riad with great location. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was okay. The bathroom does not have ventillation when you close the door. The smell is managable with the right products and practices.
